Gearcase was broken causing rotor to spin freely without moving inner basket assembly (including agitator). "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts per techline. While removing the pressure hose I found a lot of water build up in the air trap. I found the air trap attached to the drain bellow, therefore this should be as designed. I installed both parts and then plugged the unit back in. The error codes were still present. I unplugged the pressure hose from the trap and tried it again, but still the same error code. Upon further inspection I found no issues with any harness. I did find that the lines from the valve were pinched and I corrected this. The error still occurred. I called techline and spoke to Andrew, I informed him on my findings. I kept the same SR# 773140962. Andrew recommend replacing the CCU, for it could be reading the pressure switch incorrectly. Arrived onsite for refrigerator freezing eggs in the RC. Upon arrival I found FC=5 set to 0 RC=36 set to 40. I found the customer experienced eggs freezing when they were placed and resting near the damper vent in the RC. The customer has since placed the eggs in a different location and they have not froze again. I checked all thermistors as well as fan and damper function through diagnostics. I found all functioning as designed. I noticed the RC and FC dont have many items in them at the moment. I found the ice bin full of ice. I advised the customer to add some more food in both compartments to ensure a more equalized cool. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on sit for freezer alarm going off. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the evaporator and found it had a full frost pattern. I tested voltage to the thermistor and found 5vdc. I tested the thermistor its self and it showed around 5k ohms, which is 50 degrees, the thermistor was attract to a frosted over evaporator. The thermistor is bad. I tested the thermal fuse for the defrost heater and the defrost heater its self I found both good. I zip tied and foils taped the new thermistor in place.

"Arrived on site for a wall over with a close oven door error code. Upon arrival the UI was flashing the 900 error code for door latch error. I cycled the power off at the breaker and gained access to the door latch assembly. I then ohmd out the door switch and found it working as designed. Upon further inspection I found the latch harness actually pinched under the latch assembly. I removed the assembly and freed the wire. The oven immediately began running as designed. I took a pic of the harness in SD quick pic. I preheated the oven and found it now working as designed.

Arrived on site for not turning on has power but fan doesn't turn on. Removed motor blower cover and found all components getting proper voltage. Faulty switches arent registering the hood has raised to turn on fan. Upon removing the two filters I found the four #10 torque screws missing from the removable front cover making the vent hood restricted from lowering and raising without making contact on the cooktop. A few times I had to assist the vent hood by lightly pulling up on it to raise all the way. I did not attempt to remove the front cover because the one incorrect screw that was fastened to hold in the front cover was not coming out. With this I could not access the control. Ordering switches and (4) #10 torque screws to return and complete the repair. Will also return with all previously ordered parts just in case. I took pictures where the #10 torque screws were missing from the front cover for reference. I couldnt find the screws in the parts breakdown so these will need to be ordered separately or we will need to return with the compatible four screws to properly secure the front cover to ensure the hood raises and lowers as designed. ; ordrng 1 WPW10398341 (Switch) and 1 W11098806 (Switch)

Tested the unit and found that the switch was broke but found that the wires were cut to the switch on the har wire side and was tied together to bypass the switch. Upon further inspection. "Arrived on site for a dryer that?s overheating again and not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will finish a time dry cycle for 40 minutes but if she puts another cycle on right away, the unit overheats and does not finish that cycle. She also advised that her auto dry cycle is shutting off prematurely. I checked voltage going to the unit both on the unit was idle and when the unit was running and found proper voltage without any variance of voltage. I checked the unit for proper airflow and found the unit venting properly. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7731332439. He had me check resistance through the exhaust thermistor and run through a couple other tests. He advised that based on all the information from the prior visit in this visit, he could not point anything wrong with the dryer and suggested the customer buy an aluminum vent hose as well as try to lower their front end of their dryer. I advise the customer of taglines findings and told him to call back if they have further issues after they install the vent hose. Call complete."

Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. Disassembled the unit and retested the unit and found the thermal fuse was contributing directly to malfunction causing the unit not to start. Checked the cutoff and it showed it had continuity. Reassembled and unit tested as designed. Job completed.

Arrived on site and inspected washer with communication error issues. Customer advised the unit was malfunctioning and after she put in the service call the unit didnt malfunction afterwards. I tested the unit and unit allowed me to make any selections at will. I advised the customer to purchase a single outlet surge protector to prevent any additional issues. Unit working properly. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Took the compressor cover off and found the condenser full of lint. Spoke to PRN was advised that that could be causing an issue with the no cool situation.He advised to clean off the condenser coil?s and then check to see if I had a better frost pattern develop. I did find the frost pattern was better. However, the evaporator never completely frosted all the coils within 20 minutes. Was advised at that point to replace the filter dryer and the coupler due to known issues with those dryers. Replaced dryer and coupler and vacuumed the unit down to -30 psi. The unit help a vacuum for 15 minutes. Charged the unit and the unit pressures got to 145 psi on the high side and one psi on the low side. Unit began to frost the entire evaporator and is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed parts. Removed broken outer door panel and installed new. Pulled unit out. Found unit on smooth high gloss concrete surface, recommended friction pads for leveling feet. Found no zip tie attached to drain line. Removed failed front left tub shock and installed new. Assembled unit and added zip tie to drain line. Performed diagnostics mode and checked error codes. Found error F8-E1 long fill. Performed manual test mode and tested inlet valve operation several times and found inlet functioning with good pressure. Ran automatic test cycle, monitored operation and observed for possible water leaks. All tested good, no water leaks detected."

refrigerator needing a previously diagnosed system repair. Upon arrival I was able to recover 4.65 ounces of refrigerant I also re-inspected evaporator coils were found no ice buildup of any kind yet the low side line had about an inch thick layer of ice around the entire low side line near the compressor area and on this visit I also found a bullet valve connected to the low side line indicating a previous sealed system repair has been done before. Found a third been a restriction inside the unit after putting the unit in the home position and installing the new system equipment I pulled a vacuum and after 25 minutes I found no signs of any leaking I then recharge the system with 4.65 ounces of refrigerant and let the unit run for another 30 minutes and found the high side low side pressure is at zero and 150. Also found both compartments cooling very quickly upon completion of repairs. inform customer that it will take 24 hours to cool the unit down and then another 96 hours to fill the bucket up with ice call complete

Arrived on site for a washing machine that does not work. Inspected unit and work area. Rent-A-Center did not know what the actual problem was but advised that the customer had used American home shield for a repair and the Dems the unit non-repairable. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E6 (water hazard) and and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. We?re in the unit through an auto test and found the unit working as designed until it got to the lid lock portion. The unit would not agitator spend due to the unit not locking the lid. I did find excess soap buildup inside the washer in replaced the latch. Tested the unit again and the unit is now working as designed. Advised the customer to minimize the amount of soap usage to avoid further issues. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water from the bottom the door. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F10E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed and I could not duplicate the leak. I removed the outer door panel and found where the vent has been leaking and the outer square gasket is badly torn. I removed the circular gasket and cleaned it and the vent opening and reinstalled it. I am ordering the vent see not and scheduled return service. Arrived on site for Oven Too Cold - Calibrated - Wall Oven. Placed in diagnostics and F6E4 UI error came on. Removed UI and installed new UI. New UI came with new thermostat for replacement. Removed thermostat and installed new thermostat. Ran three sets of temps at 350 and oven is heating as designed and within 12 degrees of preheat set temp. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s making noises during the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and diagnostics and found the transmission going out.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated the builder had a plumber come out and found the unit had a hole it was leaking from. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code FcE2 for a vent wax motor error. I then ran a test cycle on the unit and found it leaking from the back bottom of the tub. I found the tub with a small gap and allowing water to drip from the back. I did not observe any other leak at the time of service. I called techline and spoke to Austin and received SR# 7731337605. Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s not spitting out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Placed Anna in Service diagnostics and found an F0 E2 (oversuds condition detected) and F9 E1 (long drain) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit functioning properly until the drain portion. Found the unit draining extremely slowly. Lift it up washer and found instead of underwear stuck on the bottom of the tub restricting water flow into the drain pump. Removed obstruction and tested the unit again. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

I tested voltage at the outlet and got 120V. Tested the voltage at the unit and got 120V. Tested voltage at the control and got 120V. Could not see the diagnostic light on the control. I advised the customer that the control would need to be replaced before I could test the unit. I am ordering the main control and control panel and office to schedule return service.
