Cleared out ice in tube and water sent to ice mold as designed. Inspected water line behind fridge and removed cardboard cover to check valve. Both looked great. Found temperature turned all the way up on UI which most likely caused the tube to freeze over and not allow water to travel though water tube. Arrived onsite for range with warmer drawer sagging on one side. Upon inspection I found the right side screw for the rail was backed all the way out and barely hangin on. I secured the screw and used my level to make sure the unit is sitting right. The unit is level at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for microwave making high pitches noise on the inside of the unit. Upon inspection I found a hole in the inner liner of the door and will need to be replaced. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise stopped but they requested that it still be serviced. I turned the unit on and the sounds were normal. I disassembled the unit to inspect the rollers, belt, tension pulley and found they all were the original parts and needed to be replaced. I removed and replaced the four (4) rollers and cleaned the axles, tension pulley and cleaned its axle and belt. Vacuumed the lint from the inside of the unit and reassembled and tested. "Arrived on site for LEAKING WHEN RAN INTO MY LOWER SINK. AS WELL AS DOES NOT SEEM TO WASH ANY OF THE DISHES. Placed dishwasher in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through diagnostics cycle and completed all cycles until drain cycle. At first the dishwasher was draining, but then I could hear the water stop draining into disposal / sink. Found drain hose was clogged right at the disposal. Unhooked drain hose from disposal and used wet vac to remove clogged water and debris. Fished out additional build up with tool to allow water to flow freely through drain hose into disposal. No leaks detected. Did show homeowner the cold water hose had a slow drip coming from it. Otherwise the disposal and dishwasher were not the cause of the leak the homeowner is experiencing.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that has lights flickering, won?t dispense ice, and what dispense water. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit showing a door open and would not register closed no matter which door I opened or closed. When did service test 17 and found the pantry, right side refrigerator door, or freezer door open. Pulled out the deli drawer and pressed on the door switch and found the door switch finally registering closed. Found the user interface then flickering the door open light on and off. Spoke to SW and removed the deli user interface. Found everything came back on and was working properly. I did notice a light out in the refrigerator section causing the upper refrigerator lights to dim and flicker. I also noticed frost buildup around the ice door gasket in the ice door gasket completely mangled. Check the inner side of the door and found frost buildup on the inside to where the gasket had warps out of place. Advise customer of all issues and customer wanted to do a full repair on the unit. Ordering parts and office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to a PSP item. Upon arrival, customer stated that 2 months ago the dryer completely shut down/wouldnt work then a couple days later the unit would power up and work just fine. After testing for proper 240 voltage and checking all fuses and thermostats, I found high limit cutoff and thermal fuse were showing improper ohms readings. I did go ahead and replace both parts and reassembled and tested dryer. Found unit fluctuating temps between 115 and 163 and averaged around 145 degrees as designed. Informed customer it would be best to get a dvc done on venting within walls of home to insure nothing was clogged or blocking airflow. Also instructed customer to have outlet checked just in case there was any voltage drops during use to unit. Call complete"
