"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the element illuminating at the back left vent inside. I found the vent tube at the back of the unit was badly crimped and not allowing for good airflow to the vent inside the wall going to the roof. Using my borescope, I checked the vent inside the walls and found a large amount of lint built up inside. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow in the unit and the first test I performed with the vent tube off and the unit passed. I tested two mores times with the vent tube attached and the unit failed both times. I recommended that the customer have the vents checked/cleaned before using the unit again to avoid any damage to the unit. No lint observed during service within the unit, job completed."

Arrived onsite for range with burning smell. Upon inspection I found that the terminal block had burnt up due to a loos connection. I replaced the block and with my wiring kit I repaired the wire terminations. And tested unit and found unit operating as designed jobs complete .

I removed the pieces from the hose and replaced the pump. I then replaced the pressure hose and tested the unit. I filled the tub and drained it. The unit would put out line VAC at the control, but the defrost circuit showed open when tested fro the control end and I was unable to aess the evaporator due to the extreme amount of frost and ice within it. Upon further inspection I found the ice bin with the ice all frosted and clumped together. I also found significant ice and frost build up on the top left hand corner of the FC. I found a gap in the gasket on the left hand side and severe rips around the whole thing. 5is is allowing hot air inside right by the ice bin and allowing it to melt and freeze back together. "Arrived on site for a wall oven being faulty after a clean cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated a few different issues. First, that the ovens latch will not unlock. Second, that as soon as you open the MW door the turntable starts running. I was able to replicate this. I gained aess to the MW switches and found them bad. I then tested the oven latch and found you pressed down on the switch it would intermittently work. However, when it would energize, the lock would continuously lock and unlock. In order to repair the unit it would need new all 3 new MW switches and an oven latch. The customer also requested a new oven light. I the customer for all parts at 873 and 060 /. I found a large amount of lint inside. Disassembled the unit and tested the thermostat, cutoff and fuse and all were good. Also found the belt badly worn and the rollers and tension pulley worn. Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the customer had the unit unplugged. They stated that the unit kept making a funny click noise as well. I plugged the unit in and found that the start device kept tripping. I measured amp draw to the compressor and found it would ramp to about 9 amps and then trip. It would do this over and over again. I installed a new start device with a cap and found it would still do the same thing. This indicates a bad compressor. I am ordering a SS repair. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the LEDs on the top of the RC out, and the ice dispenser jamming up. Upon arrival the customer stated that when dispensing ice maybe once or twice a month it will dispense to much ice at once and clog the dispenser. I checked temps and found the FC at 3?F, the RC at 40?F, and the IB at 13?F. I tested the dispenser and found it working as designed. I then verified none of the ice was clumping up and all gaskets were sealing as designed. I found no failure with the dispenser. I then found the LED bad and the customer for the part at 002 and 955 /. The total coming to 193 after . The customer aepted. I installed the new LED and the unit began working as designed. I the on . Call complete."

Arrived on site for ice maker not harvesting. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the icemaker and found it harvesting and filling with water. I did a temp test and found the freezer at 5 degrees. I found the unit set to the highest temperature. I set the unit to the recommended setting. I explained to the customer the unit wasnt reaching harvest temp due to the temperature setting. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not cycling. Found float switch not operating causing error code. Replaced float and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the issue was the door gasket was gapped along 75% of the bottom of the door and there was a 2 long gap that would not seal when the door was closed. The light switch was near the affected area and moisture incursion the likely cause for flickering of interior lights. I tested the defrost timer by putting a line on the test knob and it showed movement after several minutes. The defrost circuit was 38 ohms and is intact.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice. Checked unit and found icemaker cycling properly and calling for water. Found no supply line connected. Advised to purchase and install a supply line and unit should work fine. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that had some black residue around the door after a cleaning cycle and made some noise. Advised customer on what the buildup is and how to properly clean it. Ran clean washer cycle for 30+ mins and found no abnormal noises or failures. Unit working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the compressor and all fans operating as they should, but the evaporator at the capillary tube was only down to 65F. The high side discharge was room temperature with the compressor running at high speed in test mode.

Arrived on site to replace control for dishwasher. Replaced control and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for DW not draining upon inspection I found that the drain hose had a restriction in it which I cleared. The I check the drain solenoid. And found that it would leak when ever it is arrived. I replaced the motor assembly and tested unit and found the unit operating as designed. Job complete no leaks.

Arrived onsite for washer not going into spin. Upon inspection I found that all other functions work. Tested motor at the connections at the control and found it good. Which points me to the console being the issue. To replace the control compressor Agreed I installed news control at tested unit and found unit operating as designed customer in with card. Arrived onsite for washer making banging noise when in spin. Upon inspection I found that the drain hose was hitting the back of the unit causing the noise. I also adjusted the feet because I and the cx noticed that the unit was vibrating a little bit too much. After performing these adjustments and testing unit I found that the noise and vibration was gone. Cx as witness. Job complete
