Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon inspection I found the compressor pulling 9.39 amps and it would turn of after a few seconds after kicking on. "Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning well. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. After further testing I found main motor at 13ohms, drain at 27ohms, and inlet valve at 1.09kohms (all within specs). Found unit filled and agitated correctly. I then found unit draining as designed. Confirmed customer using correct detergent and rinse aid. Found racks showing early signs of rust causing debri to fall into circulation assembly and prevent washing process from fully working at times. Couldnt replicate any other specific hardware failures. Unit failures could be attributed to age. Found proper drain line connections with no back filling. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling and thawing out randomly. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Upon further inspection I found startup amp draw to compressor at 1.98 and raised to 2.1amps within 2minutes. Found evap coil could frost over about 80% before all coolness, moister, & freezing was lost from cool. Signs indicating a failing sealed system. Also found thermostat failing to reset when temps would trigger defrost and wouldnt go back into cooling operation once defrost was completed. "Arrived on site for otr microwave heating when door was open and tripping breaker when exhaust surface fan was run. Upon arrival confirmed the issue and after further inspec found multiple causes to failures. Found exhaust fan windings all ohming between 98.2-100.3 ohms (should have been between 19, 23, & 34ohms. Also found door switchs stuck causing ACU to think unit was safe to run when unit was opened. Found large burner maker on ACU indicating heat damage over. Found hinges built within liner (non repairable/no part availabilie) bent leading to door sagging and weighing on switchs and latch body. Unit cant be reliably repaired due to hinge failures. Will need finings reported to ahs(WB26X10210(vent motor), WB27X10934(ACU)).; ordrng 1 Cnote (Need status reported to ahs. Liner/hinges have no replacements)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is stopping in the middle of cycles is making loud sounds during cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Were in the unit three diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) and F7 E9 (locked rotor) error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the valves were really slow at filling and the unit sound like an airplane taken off when the unit went into a spin. This would indicate that the bearings are gone bad in the gear case. Checked underneath the washer and found the slider had red marks on it indicating it failed as well.

Arrived on site for a washer that wont finish cycles and is making loud noises when the unit does actually spin. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found the unit no starting any cycles. Found the basket would not spend and with an error out. We are the units for diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. Checked underneath the unit and found the belt detached from the motor and the belt completely stripped. Found the cam extremely worn as well. Unit will need both for repair. Ordering both parts as neither part was sent with me. I raised the top panel and retested and attempted to turn the drum by hand and it would not move. I disassembled the unit and turned the motor by hand and could hear the blower wheel rubbing against the blower housing. I removed the back panel and found the right panel was badly dented inward at the back bottom corner causing the panel to shove into the blower housing and crush the wheel (photos). Customer advised advised the unit was delivered this last Friday. Customer advised they would contact the business where they purchased it in an attempt to get it replaced. I am ordering the right side panel, blower housing, blower wheel, and motor and will return with all prescreened parts. Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling properly. Found shifter not connected to cam assembly and replaced it with updated part. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived to inspect temperature issues. The CX described an issue that appeared to be the unit not able to re-ignite after preheating. I inspected the igniter and found it slightly mis-installed and corrected. The air venturi was set completely open (too lean) and allowing too much air to be drawn, causing a considerable amount of fuel to not burn. I reset the venturi to acceptable altitude settings and tested in normal mode. The unit heated and cycled as designed. Temps were preheat claimed at 347, then; 337, 359, 341, 359, 340, 360, 341. Average temp: 348. Advised the CX about the single rack rapid preheat vs normal preheat. No gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived to inspect noise from FC. I found the evaporator motor was vibrating badly and I removed and replaced. After the replacement, the unit operated as designed, with acceptable noise levels. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived to inspect no ice. The FC was 9.8* and the compressor was not running at arrival. Manual test mode revealed the ice maker would continuously rotate and not actuate the valve. I manually jumped the valve from the harness and got water. - Unit operated as designed and I advised the CX to discard the ice in the following AM and then it is safe to use thereafter. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer leaking on several occasions. Spoke with customer who said on 3 occasions she has come in and found water on the floor of the laundry room, but not every cycle. Examined washer and found no evidence of water leaks, trails, or soap trails on the unit. Ran clean washer cycle and manual drains and fills to high water levels and found no water anywhere. Advised customer the issue is likely coming from vapor lock in plumbing, there is no evidence of leak on washer. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that customer feels is not filling with enough water to adequately wash loads. Checked unit for error codes and found no codes present. I then found ice had gotten caught within bucket teeth and warped teeth out of alignment again causing a lock up. Got autho for replacement of ice bucket. Reassembled and tested unit. Arrived On site for rains not turning off after customer tried hitting the power off button. Upon arrival confirm complaint after further testing found that the broil relay on the control was stuck closed causing unit to stay powered on and overheat. Found all overheating hardware functioning within manufacture specs After installing ACU I reassembled and preheated oven to install to 350 and insured oven would turn off correctly.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed console and control. Upon arrival in starter choir parts reassembled and found unit could power on and start a cycle and then power off as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for washer not completing cycles and flashing f33 error code. Upon arrival confirmed error and complaint. During diagnostics tests found stable dc and ac voltages from outlet, ACU and other components. Found no breaks in pressure hose or failures in pres. switch. Found signs of unknown foreign objects between tubs blocking pressure readings. Also found leaks from drain filter, and cut off valves to washer had a one missing cutoff knob. Found unit has multiple unrepairable component failures that cant be safely repaired. Will need findings reported to ahs."

Arrived on site for range not allowing temp regulations of top burners. Upon arrival confirme and verified unit had a stable and properly connected 240v. After further inspection I found all 4 burners functioning within specs. Found all 4 infinite switchs receiving and sending stable 240v connections with no loose wires or connectors. Ran multiple tests on cooktop but could replicate issue. At this time unit appears to be functioning as designed. Need office to infom ahs if issue continues its recommended to have a second opinion sent out for range or explore other options for unit. Call complete

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning, filling, or removing detergent correctly. Upon arrival found no errors in diagnostics. Found inlet valve not allowing enough water in. I then found resistance to valve at 16k at room temp. Also found during replacement of valve that unit had very little water pressure through fill line and inlets valve had pebbled debri around filter. Instructed customer they would need a plumber to verify pressure issue within fill lines of home. After reassembling unit found no leaks or other failures. Call complete"

Arrived on site for dryer giving f70 error. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and verified f70 error was present. After further inspection I found a stable 240v connection from outlet to terminal. Found intermittent power from ACU to ui causing error to occur. Power failure was due to the p8 connection not being seated and locked into place and barely making contact with ACU. After locking connector into place I found full functionality to ui and unit over all had been restored with no errors or failures. Informed customer dryer was ready for use. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue and after further inspection I found cause of issue was a defrost problem within the fc. After further testing I found resistance to both thermistors at 7.65k(fc evap) and 3.1k(rc) also found dcv to both thermistors ranging between 2.3-3.1 and not reaching a full 5dcv. Called techline and spoke with Sterling sr#7733482786. Was instructed at this time unit had two failing thermistors in both compartments as well as a failing ACU. Will need office to reschedule with customer once Availability of parts is known as well as being sent with all previous parts assigned. ; ordrng 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor) and 1 W11546690 (Control)

"Arrived on site for a washing machine receiving a LD error code. Upon arrival the unit was uninstalled. The customer also stated that the unit stopped draining completely. I attempted to put the unit into diagnostics mode several times, but the control would not respond. I then started a cycle, but the unit would not drain at the beginning. I unplugged the unit and ohmd put the drain pump at the pump and from the control. I found it good. Per the tech sheet the unit will need a new control.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher throwing the F9E1 error code for no drain. Upon arrival the customer stated they found the unit flashing the error code with water in the tub. They held cancel to drain and found nothing happened. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for no drain and FAE2 for vent fan error. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found on the last step when the drain is supposed to activate it would throw the F9E1 error code. I cleared the error code again. I found a good 120 VAC going to the drain pump when pressing cancel, indicating a bad drain pump. I installed a new drain pump and then tested the unit again. I found the unit now draining and working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived to correct wiring issue. Prior to attempting to correct the previously diagnosed harness issue, I verified the fill tube heater was showing no continuity. Tracing the circuit, I found the issue fully contained within the door and due to the heater assy being foamed in during manufacturing, the issue cannot be resolved without replacing the door assembly. leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for dishwasher not powering on. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit through diagnostics and found error code F4e3 motor not running. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the control sending power to the motor but it not coming on. I replaced the motor and ran another diagnostics cycle. I found the motor still not coming on. I am ordering another sump and motor and the main harness. The office will reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11025157 (Sump and motor) and 1 W11227372 (Harness)

"Arrived on site for ice machine not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit into diagnostics and found the unit not draining. This model does not come with an external drain pump. I continued diagnostics and found the sealed system making a hissing noise during both cooling and hot gas phase. I reached out to service management and determined the hot gas valve is stuck open.I checked voltage to the valve while in cooling and found none, I found voltage during the hot gas phase. I am ordering the sealed system and drain pump. "Arrived on site to test unit for taking to long to dry, tested unit found vent restricted and good with it unplugged from wall, called AH to explain to customer in Spanish whats going on and what needs to be done, provided customer with dryer vent wizard number, at this time the unit is heating and running as designed but customer needs to clean vent before operating job complete"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not turning on, tested unit found excessive amount of water inside dryer leaking out the bottom of dryer, stated to maintenance that what is happening is the customer is putting extremely wet clothes in dryer causing excessive moisture and dryer cabinet shorten out the console, advised maintenance to speak to resident and figure out how this can be prevented, removed water and tested unit, went back to residence, and tested washer and washer is not spinning clothes out causing the excessive moisture buildup in dryer, stated to maintenance to have dryer vent out for 24 hours and if the issue continues to call us back, at this time the unit is running as designed job complete"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the RC evaporator freezing up (SP#W11092686), I removed and replaced the RC evap drip pan kit, evap fan/harness, fan support, and UI. I found the drain tube at the back of the unit was gapped almost 1/4 inch. I sealed the gap with silicone. Plugged unit back in and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the lights and they are operating as designed. I tested the blower and found that the motor doesnt turn on low or medium and barely moves on high speed. I removed and replaced the blower motor assembly and tested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the sealed system failing and the unit having a restriction at the evaporator, I removed and replaced the UV dye drier and evaporator and vacuumed the system. Pressures held at -30/0. I installed 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant and my equalized pressures were at 48/50. Tested the unit in diagnostics test #4. In step 5 my pressures were at 5/148 and I had frost beginning to form on the evaporators. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and found the cold water valve is not dispensing water. I removed the valve and found it has been leaking water and the sensor connection has corroded and shorted out (photo). I removed and replaced the valve and calibrated the unit. Retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site. Replaced the compressor,evaporator,drier,condenser fan motor and water valve,ran diagnostics good water flow,compressor and fan powered on good frost pattern on evaporator plate no leaks at connections or tubing."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is constantly telling the customer to check for vent. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they are having longer than normal drive times and that their chat vent error pops up within the first five minutes of every cycle. They did explain that the unit does finish the dry cycle bud they have already cleaned out their vent. Checked behind the unit and found the vent hose crunched in three different spots. I asked the customer how the unit vented and she advised that the vent in her home goes down and then out of the home which runs about 20 to 25 feet. I did explain to her that because her unit has so many 90? turns from where the dryer sits to the wall and then out, it is likely that with the restriction of airflow she has that it is causing this error message. I ran the unit through a time dry cycle for 15 minutes and could not get the error message to pop up. The customer stated that the unit would do this within about five minutes normally speaking. Advise customer to shorten their vent hose and to move the dryer closer to where the vent on the wall is. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a washer that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E3 (lid will not unlock), F5 E1 (lid switch fault), and F5 E2 (lid lock fault) error codes. Removed the top and found the lid lock assembly broken and disconnected. Replaced the lid lock assembly and tested the unit. Found the unit would not agitate or spend in either test. Checked all connections and found all connections good. Replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit still had the same issue. Ordering capacitor, motor, and lower harness and will return on 4/25.; ordrng 1 W10903238 (Lower harness) and 1 W11158830 (Capacitor) and 1 W10890624 (Motor)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator thats not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does cool the freezer section and somewhat cools the refrigerator but that the refrigerator does not seem to get down to proper temperature. I did confirm the evaporator fan and compressor were running. Freezer temperature was at 0?F. Attempted to test the diffuser and could not get the diffuser to open. Unfortunately, I did not have the diffuser on my truck due to parts not coming in in time. Will return with parts and rescheduled customer to 4/27.; schdld next appmnt for 4/27 WED !"
