Checked continuity and resistance through the boiling element and found it within range. Checked the TOD and found it within range. Arrived onsite for refrigerator frosting in spots and running abnormally loud. Upon arrival I found the FC = 0 and RC = 35. I found some frost forming on the front of the FC bins and ceiling. I found the FC gasket torn in the top 6 - 8in tear. I found the rails not pulling the door towards the frame of the unit. The customer had concerns with the unit being noisy. I ran diagnostics and confirmed all thermistors within range and all fans as well as damper are operating as designed. I ran the compressor test and it sounded normal. The customer stated the noises usually come around when there is heavy frost in the FC then eventually go away. I ran the bi metal heater test and found the heater came on as designed. "Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. We gained access to the icemaker and removed it. Upon further inspection we found that the icemaker fill tube was frozen over. We replaced the ice maker and cleared the clogged fill tube. We gained access to the Valve and found it opening when called for. We found good water pressure. We tested the ice maker and found it cycling and filling slowly. The valve was not needed. The fridge needs a new water filter, the filter is clogged and restricting water flow.

"Arrived on site for Dishwasher starts then quickly switches over to draining. After draining, it beeps for a while then it'll restart the process. Canceling the cycle doesn't stop this and the door must be kept open to prevent the dishwasher from running continuously like this. Ran diagnostics and got F9E2, F7E2, F8E4, F10E2. Tested vent wax motor and float switch and they tested good. Found drain pump was chattering and wasnt moving water through drain hose. Removed drain pump and installed new drain pump. Placed in diagnostics started diagnostics cycle then drain pump removed water. Once water drained it would not call for water into dishwasher. I could hear the sump and motor struggling but would not start the wash cycle. Ohmed out all components and all checked good. Arrived on site for Clothing Wet at End of Cycle - Dryer. Took temp with thermocouple and first high temp 202 to low temp 130. Second high temp 180 to low temp of 124. Third high temp 181 to low of 127. Placed in diagnostics and got moisture sensor error. Ran moisture sensor diagnostics and drum light turned off when I placed my finger across both sensors. Moisture sensor working as designed. Customer confirmed they recently had their vent cleaned. Removed rear section of vent tube and it was clear and clean of debris and lint. Explained to customer that using timed dry is the only way to bypass the moisture sensor to keep the dryer running longer. She had read her manual and understood the way the timed dry worked. Expressed she may need to increase the amount of time the dryer runs on timed dry to get better drying results. Dryer heating as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to complete a sealed system repair. I found the unit cooling when I arrived. Customer advised that the unit is making ice as well. I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees & RC=39 degrees. I found the ice cream and meat in the FC frozen. I tested the unit in diagnostics test 4 and it is operating as designed. I tested amp draw to the compressor and got 1.5amps. I tested ohm readings to the compressor windings and got 13.5, 13.7, 13.5 and unit has an inverter board. I found the RC evap drip on badly warped and mold in the bottom of the RC section evidence there was water there at one point. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that at one point the RC evaporator had ice built up on it and it defrosted and water was standing in the bottom of the RC section. With the ice on the evap, this can cause the RC section to not cool. I am ordering the evap drip pan kit, evap motor/harness, SHIMS (2), HV control, UI, CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Will need to check dr tube at back of unit upon return. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher not filling nor draining. Upon arrival the customer stated that the real issue is just water not coming into the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found F6E4 for float switch open, F5E2 for door stuck closed, and F5E1 door stuck open. I cleared the error codes. Customer stated he did a few back to back cycles. These door errors were most likely thrown due to it not being opened between cycles. I then ran a test cycle and no water came into the unit. I tried to cancel it out, but the cancel button was not working on the UI. I skipped through all of the steps, and at the end it threw the F6E4 error code again. I had also checked voltage to the valve while in diagnostics and found none. I gained access to the switch and ohmd it out. I found it reading open/closed correctly. This indicates a faulty control. I installed a new control and then ran a diagnostics cycle. The unit is now working as designed, and the cancel button is now working. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

I cycled power at the breaker and found the UI restored function. I found the unit was not connected to WiFi. I found no error codes stored in diagnostics. The customer stated the screen will flicker and seem to malfunction when they open the door after broiling but I could not recreate any flickering after cycling power. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not making ice, dispensing water and over cooling In RC. On arrival customer advised me the RC was getting so cold that things exploded. FC got warm and things were thawing out. Ice asker had not worked for about a month either. I checked frost pattern and found the RC frost pattern was full and thick, and FC had 0 frost pattern. Put unit in step 3 and tested fans. Found RC fan would not turn off. And FC fan would not turn on at all. Unplugged unit and power cycled. When unit powered on I tested the fans again. This time i found all fans working properLy, and verified freezer had started to cool again. Unit appears to have been stuck in a cold loop. Tested dispenser and found dispenser working as well. Advised customer to monitor the unit, reset seems to have resolved the issue fully. Advised that if the issue repeats we would need to start with UI (brain) replacement, and then move on to icemaker. Unit is cooling properly and responding to inputs. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer going past wash cycle after started. Upon arrival I found f8E1 long/no fill error. After testing coil age from ACU to valve I found cold inlet vaLove was receiving 120v but valve as the opening and audibly sound like it was struggling to open. Found water pressure good. Replacd inlet valve and reassembled and tested nit. No leaks and washer cycles through each setting as designed call complete

"Arrived on site and customer said they are still experiencing Hard clunking noises, bulky and heavy duty cycle are not giving enough water. Regular slow spin for 45 minutes time never changed. Customer is using 1/4 cup of detergent used each cycle. Spoke with techline and there are no saved error codes, no issues found with washer.

Arrived onsite for dryer making squealing noise. Upon arrival found unit squealing loudly. Removed top and found unit front drum seal starting to split. Ordering drum and supports. Office to reschedule upon receiving parts.; ordrng 3 WPW10314173 (Supports)s and 1 280140 (Seal)

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave with interlock issues, upon arrival I gained access to the interlocks and found both to be faulty. I replaced the interlocks and now the microwave is functioning properly as designed.

"Arrived on site for complaints of oven display not working properly. Found correct voltage from the wall to the control. Found loose connection on display board. Secured connections and tested unit, unit tested good. Job complete"

Arrived on site for dishwasher not lvl and broken parts. Upon arrival I found no error codes. Upon further inspection I found dishwasher un lvld due to improper installation plus the chassis support that feet mount to was missing a screw cause chassis to lean unit to the right inside cabinet cut out. Customer also pointed out unit had a 1/4-1/2 inch gap on either side of unit between dishwasher and cabinet. I verified with techline (Travis sr#7731812010) who advised me that we could replace missing screw in chassis and that unit did not come with any spacer/gap filling kits that fit around plastic tub to cover space behind unit. Found no other damage to the unit. No leaks found during diagnostics. Customer did not approve of making repairs and stated they wanted unit replaced. I informed customer that at this time they would have to discuss with the home builder and whirlpool. At this time techline has documented issue and stated unless were allowed to make repairs theres nothing further to be done. Due to safety I did go ahead and fix chassis issue to insure unit was stable and lvled when I left. Call complete

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for range. Replaced glass and all is working properly at this time.

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced sealed system components. Charged to 7.75oz refrigerant and tested. Pics at 0 and 140. Unit is cooling. Notified customer to give 24-48 hrs for temperature to stabilize. Job complete

Arrived on site for THE CONTROL IS NOT WORKING WELL--THERE ARE LIGHTS AND POWER TO THE UNIT BUT JUST FLASHES AND DOESNT START. Placed in diagnostics and got F2E1 and F5E1. No other error codes came on. Tried clearing the error codes but based on first error code the user interface was not responding as designed. Ordering UI and control to return and complete the repair. Once new UI and control are replaced we will clear the error codes. Removed front panel to gain access to control and UI. All connections were good and seated properly. Followed procedures in tech manual for F2E1 and got same results when executed.

Arrived on site for oven not functioning even with no errors appearing on arrival. Upon further tests I found new control that had been installed was infact defected and not programmed correctly for oven. I installed new control and reassembled and tested unit. Found oven fully functioning as designed and preheated to 350 degrees.

Arrived onsite to replace shocks. Replaced shocks. Tested the unit in drain and spin. Shaking was minimal as normal. No leaks at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on call to replace previous diagnosed parts. After installation test operation and found the belt will also be required to complete. ; ordrng 1 W11239857 (Belt)

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit making loud noise during spin. I inspected belt, cam, and actuator, those looked good. I was unable to remove washplate, returning tech needs to cut out washplate, replace gearcase and washplate. Also ordering suspension. ; ordrng 1 W10752283 (Washplate) and 1 W11130362 (Suspension)"

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not powering on, found thermal fuse open, I replaced thermal fuse, also found that L1 is dropping voltage under a load. Instructed customer to have an electrician service the home.

Arrived onsite and found all operating perfectly after last visit. Advised customer no parts would be needed. Customer said they had experienced no new symptoms and everything was working well after last visit.
