Arrived on site to inspect ice machine KUIX335HPS00 not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the bin empty and turned the unit on and placed it in diagnostics. I manually tested each component and found the unit is operating as designed. I tested the unit in normal operations and a slab formed and when the heat valve came on, it was on for maybe 2-3 seconds and turned off leaving the slab on the evaporator and the unit started a new cycle. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and manually tested the heat valve and it operated as designed and the slab slid off onto the cutter. I found the customer has an RO system and a filter in the unit. I found that the ice is getting cut, but it seems that the ice is melting faster than getting cut. With the heat valve shutting off way too early, I am ordering the main control and harness that has the evap thermistor and scheduled return service for 05/11/26 AM call. Upon arrival, confirmed the error and found the user interface (UI), which is integrated into the door assembly, was not responding to input. Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine KUIX535HPS01 not producing ice. On arrival customer clarified unit was producing some slightly smaller ice, then none and unit was making noise. Another company came out and said unit needed a compressor and control. I tested the unit and all functions. Everything seemed to be working fine. I watched 3/4 of a slab form, and had no indicators of anything failing. I advised customer that they need to leave the unit on so that we can catch it in a failure state, or at least get videos of these noises and anything thats not working properly. Set return 5/12 to potentially replace recirculation pump or whatever is causing failure after unit has been able to run. ; schdld next appmnt for 5/12 TUE !

Arrived on-site for a washing machine model MVWX655DW1 that is making abnormal noises during agitation and wont apin out loads. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine makes even worse sounds during the spin, but that otherwise the complaint is correct. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load), F7 E1 (basket speed fault), and F7 E7 (basket unable to reach target RPM) error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found the unit working properly until it came to spin. I found it making a terrible grinding noise underneath. I gained access underneath and found evidence of a gearcase leak, and the splutch assembly was wobbling due to one of the gearcase lower shafts being partially torn. I went to remove the agitator and found it seized onto the drive shaft as well. Ordering the gearcase, but the unit will need the splutch assembly, belt, agitator, and hub assembly as well for repair. I rescheduled the client to 5/11. Arrived on site for a washer NTW4516FW4 banging around during use. Customer stated that another company changed 5he suspension not very long ago but its still not working right. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model FPRU19F8RFF gasket torn near the bottom left corner. It appears that the previous gasket was defective. I heated and shaped the new gasket and replaced it. There are no issue with the new gasket or installation of the gasket and the door is sealing properly.

I checked the model and serial tag and found the registered manufacturing date of the machine was 10/2025 and found this series of models has only been in production since 2025. I checked with claims and was advised that since the model information included the manufacturing date within the calendar year, we could proceed. Arrived on site for an electric dryer model WED4950HW0 that is making abnormal sounds during operation and is getting black stuff on her clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the drier noises tend to start after she has been running the dryer for an hour or more. She said she usually does several loads in a row, and the noise happens at the end of the first cycle and into the next few cycles. She advised that the black stuff she was experiencing seemed to come and go. She has tried removing it from the dryer when she can. I disassembled the unit and checked all components. I found a screw stuck in the blower wheel housing and found one of the rollers a little sticky. I went ahead and replaced the rollers and idler pulley using a dryer repair kit 4392065 and tested the machine. The customer advised that the unit sounded worse than it did before. I disassembled the machine again and found all parts in good condition. I spun the motor and found a slight ticking coming from it. I went ahead and replaced the motor 279827 and tested the unit. The unit was working and operating as designed. The customer advised that the machine seemed a little loud in comparison to her old dryer. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to George SR# 23436213. He advised that based on current information and parts replaced, there was nothing else wrong with the dryer. He advised me to make no further repair at this time as the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete.

I disassembled the freezer compartment and found the left foam divider had come off, and thermistor was out of range. I added foil tape to block off where the divider was, and replaced the evap fan assembly W11452196. This should allow unit to return to normal function. Customer will follow up if unit does not cool. Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher with bottom rack fold-down tines not staying in place. Inspected the rack and found the retainers are worn and no longer securing the fold-down assembly properly, causing it to come loose during use. Arrived on site for a refrigerator model MFi2568AES that has a broken freezer door handle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were, im pulling the freezer door open, and one of the sides of the handle popped off and they found a black pieces that seemed to go inside the handle had come out of the handle. Ive verified the customers complaint and found one of the screws and plates stuck in the handle on one side, and the other side was still stuck on the freezer door. I replaced the handle WPW10138763, plate WP67006113, and screw WP3387230. I tested the unit and found the unit opening and closing as designed. The customer advised that there were no cooling issues or any other issues with the machine. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site for a freezer model WZF34X20DW06 that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they came out to their freezer a week ago, and their food had gone soft. He advised he unplugged the machine and took stuff out of it. He stated he plugged the machine back in after a couple of hours, and the unit was non-responsive. I plugged in the unit unit and found nothing happening within the first 5 minutes of plugging the machine in. I started pulling out the machine and found the unit start to cool, as if it needed a bump. I replaced the control W11648650 and tested the unit. I found the machine begin to start immediately after plugging in the machine but heard the compressor make a loud buzzing noise. I gained access to the compressor and found it pulling 6.61 A. I tried replacing the start device with a truck stock start device and still found the compressor pulling 6.1 A when starting. Inadvised the customer they would need a sealed system repair including the compressor, dryer, and access valve. Ordering all parts and will include the evaporator, just in case. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability and need for a morning appointment for two hours due to the unit being in the garage. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRSC700HPS06 not dispensing water or making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the dispenser and water dripped from the dispenser. I removed the water filter and retested and got the same results. I could hear the valve humming loudly and gained access to it. The customer advised that they have an RO system to the unit as well. I removed and replaced the inlet valve and retested and continued to get the same results. Using my five gallon bucket, I tested the water from the RO system and found no water coming into the refrigerator. I recommended that the customer have someone service the RO system and once it has been serviced, if the refrigerator continues to fail, they would need to call it in for service. The refrigerator is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11512399

Arrived on site to inspect washer model WTW4655JW2 continuously draining unless unplugged. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into service mode and observed error code F3E1. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor, which is causing it to drain continuously. I replaced the control and calibrated and tested the machine. The machine is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11607637
