I inspected the back of the fridge and found the compressor and compressor lines in good condition. I inspected the leveling feet and found the brackets not tight, and loose. I tighter the brackets and leveled the unit. I retested the door and found the unit not rattling anymore. The unit was not properly leveled during initial install. Job complete."

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found water dispenser is very weak and ice cubes are very thin. Removed water filter and water dispenser is now working properly, ran test 45 and icemaker filled up correctly. Either water filter needs to be replaced or housing has gone bad. Recommended to homeowner that water filter we tried first and if this does not correct issue a new housing will need to be brought back. Also found and airgap in the freezer used steamer to remove all frost around door and rails but there is a large amount ice build up in the rear of the freezer, took one picture. Entire freezer will need to be defrosted for 72 hours to remove the ice. Customer is aware of how to manage the melting ice, and will defrost the refrigerator when they are ready, job complete"

An electrician with the builder has already been scheduled and recommended that they inspect and possibly replace the breaker for the ovens, job complete"

I found some of the valves on the manifold damaged so I replaced them, with the ones from the old manifold. I reassembled the unit and found all burners working except the Left Rear. I opened the unit back up and tested the Left rear burner I found it leaking at the manifold after the valve. "Arrived on site for a cooktop causing the breaker to pop. Upon arrival the customer stated they had an electrician here, and he isolated it to the cooktop. Every time the unit sparked, it would cause the breaker to pop. Upon further inspection at the breaker, I found the breaker jammed and slightly pressing the GFCI reset button. Once this was adjusted, the cooktop began running as designed. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found all harnesses good and nothing grounding out. I ran the unit for over 5-10 minutes and it never popped the breaker. I found the unit itself working as designed. I did also find two burner caps swapped, I advised the customer on the importance of them being on the correct burner head.

I gained access to the IM and found some frost and ice in the IM cavity. The pattern and placement of the frost appears to be cause by an air leak. I found the gasket to be sealing properly. I verified no leak or weeping was present at the valve. The IM is harvesting as designed. I informed the customer that the door may have been left open a little and ice was created in the IM area, thus not allowing the IM to harvest. I found no mechanical failure on the unit. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that will trip the breaker. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit will only do it every few cycles, and the last one they ran it did not trip the breaker. I found the customer on a GFCI breaker too. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found it ran through as designed. I gained access to the control and found no issues with the harness. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the harness good as well. I found nothing grounding out. The unit appears to be as designed and I could not replicate the failure at the time of service. I let the customer know the breaker may be the issue and an electrician may be needed. I advised the customer on what a customer instruct entails.

Inspected unit and found the drain hose was not secured to the pump and was leaking onto the floor. Also the supply line connection has a very slow drip. Spoke with techline again and they ran through test 56 no errors, test 15 passed, test 36 it passed, test 57 it passed, on test 45 water did not fill. found water line is frozen after clearing it ran test 45 again and it filled icemaker properly. Techline recommended checking heater and it sure was good. They recommended replacing Orion Ford. Customer will monitor refrigerator to see if it produces ice, job complete 7731303007"

"Arrived onsite for washer not starting but has power. Upon inspection of the diagnostics mode I found F7E4 and F1E2 stored in the unit. I followed the techsheet and but could not figure out why the drive is failing. I called techline and spoke to Bruce. He suggested replacing the lower harness due to the washplate only moving in 1 direction and gearcase oil on components from previous issue. I removed the washplate and inspected the hub, all is tight and secure . I found the basket seized to the gearcase and I was not able to remove it. I will order and return with the lower harness, main control clutch and stator SR#7731360558. Office to R/S due to part availability. ; ordrng 1 W11419051 (Control) and 1 W11130936 (Lower harness) and 1 W11195971 (Stator) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10734521 (Slider)"

Due to the unit not cooling properly and the virus techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good and I installed 5.0oz of R134a refrigerant and monitor pressures. Inspected the evaporator while monitoring pressures and it had a perfect frost pattern. Also, due to the damper being loud, I removed and replaced the damper and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
