"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator on cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit in the garage and customer advised that the unit was operating great yesterday and she found the freezer light not on. She advised that after she tightened the bulb in the socket, the unit shut completely off. I found the unit is plugged into a GFCI outlet and the outlet had tripped. I plugged the unit into a non GFCI outlet and the unit began to operate as designed.

Arrived on site for CSI MW/Oven control not working. Placed in diagnostics and F6E4 came on. Cleared error code. Removed ACU control and installed new ACU control. Powered oven back on and no error codes came on. Ran bowl of water in microwave and it is heating as designed. Ran preheat in oven and it too is heating as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found condensation on ice door, customer has noticed it dissipated some since service call was made. Door is closing properly but condensation is still building. If issue continues icedoor can be replaced but it may not correct issue."

Upon further inspection, customer advised that they did a normal wash and the unit failed to drain and then they did a 1 hour wash and the unit drained. When I went to empty my vacuum, I found a piece of paper/cardboard approximately 4-6 inches long in the water from the dishwasher. I ran unit and could hear whistling inlet valve, but unit is filling properly. When unit went to spray, it sprayed for a few seconds and then you could hear the diverter just spinning and spinning, never locking in. This is stopping cycles from progressing. Advised customer first thing we need to repair is a new sump and motor to get the unit to progress cycles, and still may need other repairs. "Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burners not working. Upon further inspection, I found the gas supply turned off to the unit. I checked the shutoff valve and it was turned on. Checked the burner ignitors and found the back left ignitor arcing to the side and not straight up like the other burners. Contacted the Realtor and advised of the gas not being turned on and they mentioned it was on recently when the home was cleaned. I advised of my findings and they advised that it was the back left burner that wasnt working. I removed and replaced the burner head and tested the ignitor and it is operating as designed. Unable to test the entire unit due to no gas.

Talked to SW who had me test and check the motor and coupling. I found the coupling was good. But the motor just buzzed even when removed. I found lid switch was failed to start and I had to jumper it to get motor to buzz this time. If I twisted the shaft of the motor it would take off and spin, indicating a failed capacitor. Ordering a capacitor and lid latch. That may resolve the issue, but I cant confirm gearcase is not needed until its under load. She advised that this unit send voltage to the control two ways and had me check both. Found part of the latch not sending voltage to the control and causing the issue. (CS) Arrived on site for water tasting weird and gasket not sealing on RC. Upon arrival found that RC door gasket was cracked and falling off on bottom of the door. Was able to replace door gasket and seal it to liner. Also found that door gasket was causing mold to form around reservoir. Replaced reservoir tested unit and found dispenser functioning as designed and no longer has weird taste. Call complete.

Arrived on site for microwave making rattling noise. Upon arrival I found unit had some wear and tear over the past few years. Door handle was falling off unit leading to whole door needing to be replaced due to wear damaged handle has to mount to door. Unit also had a lot of grease build up on outside of unit and inner cavity near high voltage equipment. Unit no longer heats. Was not able to confirm any raffle noises during tests. Do to amount of wear on unit we had a hard time accessing a lot of components due to risk of breaking more parts trying to disassemble unit.

"Arrived on site for a dryer not heating. Upon arrival we tested the unit and it had no heat at all. I checked voltage at the wall, terminal block, and to the control. All were good. I then gained access to the heating components and found the element, thermostats, sensors, and fuse ohmd out good. I then checked the white/red wire from element unplugged to ground while the load was activated and found no voltage. I did the same for the red wire to the element and found 120V. This indicates a possible faulty control. I gained access to the control and checked voltage from K2 red to ground and had no voltage, and black to ground had 120V. This indicates a faulty control. I replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit was now running as designed. The customer had a question about clean lint screw flashing on the unit. I advised them on proper cleaning of the screen and lack of airflow at the wall could cause this. I cleaned all lint out of the unit and started a cycle, the error went away. I also advised the customer I checked all sensors and the sensor for it checked good. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not cooling and has frost buildup on the back wall. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit in diagnostics and found the heater turning on indicating there was no issue with the heater circuit. Defrost at the unit completely and checked resistance on my thermistors. Both seemingly checked OK. We?re in the unit through diagnostics again and found the unit showing an evaporator thermistor failure. Replaced evaporator thermistor and control and tested unit. Unit begin working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for oven over heating. Upon inspection I found the customer had an inspection done and the inspector found the unit to be over heating according to their thermometers. I accessed and tested the sensor at the control and it was within range. I confirmed the bake and broil relays are cycling as designed. The unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for water leaking from icemaker. Ran diagnostics icemaker tray not rotating and reading that it passed water over filing icemaker tray without rotating and dumping ice. Replaced icemaker ran diagnostics passed ran fill test passed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from the ice door area. Upon further inspection, I found water in the dispenser tray. Customer advised that the ice maker recently began to make ice again. I found the right RC door gasket torn from top corner to the bottom corner on the left side. I found the ice door is not sealing properly allowing warm air up into the ice bin and melting the ice causing it to leak through the ice door onto the tray. Also found the deli door reservoir, under the deli control, full of water and the deli door harness corroded and wires broken. Found the deli control corroded. Inspected the deli harness in the cabinet and found the brown wire to the harness broken.. I found wat in the bottom the RC section due to the RC evap drip pan being badly warped. I am ordering the right RC door gasket, left deli door, deli control, deli harness, RC evap drip pan assembly, CNOTE-SHIMS (4), clips, RC evap,motor/harness, CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION, CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. Upon returning, all parts ordered including the ice door will need to be replaced. Also, the drain tube will need to be inspected and cleaned and sealed with silicone. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from ice maker. Upon further inspection, I found a drop of water on the tray below the ice chute door. I inspected the ice door and found it not sealing properly and allowing warm air into the ice bin and melting the ice causing the leak. I removed the ice chute plate and found the plate gasket torn. Arrived on job for complaints of no ice. Found the hose to the icemaker funnel block. Removed hose and removed ice. Reinstalled hose and test. No leaks detected at time of service

"Arrived on site for a wall oven not reaching proper temps. Upon arrival the customer stated they had their yearly inspection and they found the temps to low. I checked the temps with my thermocouple and found it working as designed. However, I did find the gasket not sealing properly allowing some heat to escape. I replaced the gasket. Unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not pre heating. Found oven not responding. Did a hard reset to board and unit pre heating. Found ui not connected to Wi-Fi and lost communication to board.

"(MM) Arrived on site for LED in fridge not coming on. Upon arrival I noticed that the freezer LED and top of fridge was out. I replaced the light in the freezer and observed all lights were now illuminated. Unit is now working as designed. Called complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival I found the RC at 34 and the FC at 4. I ran test 120 and it would not advance past sub test 01. I confirmed 12DC coming to the Ice maker. I found the lights flickered when I turned the ice maker on at the switch. I spoke with PR and we determined the IM motor is shorted causing a DC overload making the lights flicker. I replaced the ice maker and ran test 120 again. The new IM now goes through all tests as designed and shows a PA for PASS at the end of the test. I advised the customer to monitor ice production I called techline to report. SR#7731016088.No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for SAFETY MW will not turn off Motor will not turn off When door is closed light inside the MW stays on inside the MW unless you open or close and the MW will not turn off when the door is closed keeps running. Found when door is closed the cooling fan runs (not blower fan) and interior light also remains on. Tested microwave and it was heating as designed. Tested blower fan and it also heats as designed. Found interlocks not seeming to latch properly. Removed interlocks and installed new interlocks. Microwave still not recognizing door was closed. Removed new interlocks and installed original interlocks. Called Whirlpool techline and they had me check the board. All checked good. Checked filter board and filter board was faulty. Job completed. "Onsite for RC freezing food. Found water leaking into RC and out the front of unit. Inspected FC evap and found drain tube frozen over. Cleared drain, evap had partial frost pattern. Closed FC door and no change in frost pattern occurred. Unit needs SS repair. Ordering SS system parts and lock ring kit.
