Arrived onsite for range display scrolling and blinking. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found issue on display present and will not clear. Also found that the unit has an error code preventing oven from being used. F3E0 shorted oven temperature sensor. Disassembled unit and accessed harness to sensor. Sensor ohmed 1098 at room temperature. Found main control causing error code by not reading the temperature correctly and also causing the display to flicker.

"Arrived onsite to inspect dryer drum not turning. Upon arrival CX reported that the drum turns, but when it does it makes a very loud screeching noise. I tested the unit and the noise is coming from the blower wheel. I found two broken pens, a mangled nail, and some sling shot pellets in blower wheel. I cleaned out the blower wheel and tested. "Arrived onsite to inspect dryer with the start button disconnected and dropped down inside the console. I found the start button in the console the start button is broken and needs to be replaced. R/R start button and tested. Unit did not start. Tested thermal switch and the thermal fuse needs to be replaced. R/R thermal fuse and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. CX reports sometimes her clothes dont completely dry when the dryer is set to a sensing cycle. I found that the dryer legs were completely up and the dryer needed to be leveled. Leveled the dryer. I vacuumed to 430 microns and then rested the system for an additional 15. Seeing no loss of vacuum, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. I found the RH RC door gasket torn at the bottom corner on the mullion side and I could see into the RC section. Office to authorize and order the gasket and contact the CX to arrange return service. During the spin cycle, I found the tub/basket are moving around more than normal. I tested the suspension rods and they are good. I removed the agitator and found the spanner nut not tightening. Removed and replaced the nut and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Customer advised the unit is leaking water at the front right corner on the floor. I tilted the unit back and found a small amount of water on the floor at the front right corner. I retested the unit and tested the recirculating pump and found water leaking out from the tub ring. I found where grooves are cut out on the ring from the factory and when the water stops flowing from the hose, water is trickling down the tub ring to where the cutouts are and leaking out of the ring as the cutout is too deep and is all the way through the plastic. I made a temporary repair until I can get back with a new ring. I am ordering the ring and will return on 09/30/22 AM. No water leaks observed at the end of service.; ordrng 1 W11590590 (Tub ring)"

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner flames. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the back right burner flame goes low when using other burners. I adjusted the flame on the burner and retested and it is operating as designed. When I removed the burner cap, I found baking soda in the burner head ports restricting the gas flow which is why the flame was going low when using other burners. Cleaned the burner head and retested and it is operating as designed. I found the front right and left burners were taking longer than normal to ignite and when they do ignite, the flame is shooting out causing soot on the burner heads. I attempted to adjust the burner head gas ports and it continued to take too long to ignite. I removed and replaced the front left burner head and retested and it is operating as designed. I contacted techline to report my findings and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint and my findings. Bruce recommend checking gas pressures and replace the burner heads and caps and check orifices per service pointer #W11438074 and provided SR#7734687481. I am ordering the orifice kit per SP and CNOTE-LSO and will return with the front right burner head. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven bottom panel and cooktop burners. Upon further inspection, I tested the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. The customer provided a video of the issue they were seeing which was the burner flames too large on one side due to the burner cap not being positioned correctly. I demonstrated to the customer how those flames are produced and demonstrated when the caps are corrected. Also, I found the oven bottom panel bent on the bottom right corner. I adjusted the panel and reset it into place, but the panel is not fitting properly due to the damage. I am ordering the bottom panel and scheduled return service for 10/04/22. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is making a beeping noise. Upon arrival I checked the ui and found that the ui was loosely fitted in the door, I replaced it with a new one. Upon further inspection I found that the freezer door leaning forward at the top, away from the door switches. I adjusted the door so now it is sitting straight up and down give it it the best chance to actuate the door switch properly. Arrived onsite for washer found this apartment was having dryer issue. On inspection there was no power! Tested the outlet and was 242vac at the wall. Gain access to terminal block and when I went to plug it in it sparked. On further inspection the L1 wire had melted into the the ground wire causing the spark. The lower had started tripping the breaker (GFI) and the igniter was visibly failed. The unit ignited a designed, but would trip the breaker after about one minute. Arrived onsite for range with knobs that wont turn. On inspection that the center burner knob will not turn and the same with front right burner. I. Inspected the rail were the gas burner valve is located in did not see any debris blocking the valve from turning. Ordered the valve to fix the issue. It seems that the valves were seized up. Arrived onsite for washer not draining. On inspection the lid switch was intermittent. Replaced lid switch and it locked the lid never would release the lid. Replaced the original back and it was intermittent. So talked with CX and she said that the unit was only 2 weeks old. She called Lowes in is having them replace the unit since it never worked. No water leaks detected during service.Lowes is replacing the unit.

I attempted to replace the dryer twice more but on the fourth attempt, the Two broke from the cabinet side due to having to reposition the cap tube several times. "BT Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Removed and replaced ui and float switch. Tested unit and had no reoccurring error codes. I also cleared the error codes. During discussion with CX about service issue, I found they have a water softener, pre rinse their dishes and using tablets. I advised against the use of tablets and recomended 1/2 to 1 tbsp of automatic dishwasher detergent. Operational test good no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to replace dishwasher heating element per WP. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced element and tested unit in diagnostics. No water leaks observed during service. Unit is working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for gas range, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that flame is orange and they smell gas. Tested unit and found orange flames. CX is also running 2 large humidifiers. I messaged in to my management and they explained that having humidifiers can cause the flame to turn orange from the moisture in the air and not enough oxygen to have a good flame. Replaced the regulator to rule out the regulator being defective, but still the same. Advised CX to keep dehumidifier and humidifier turned off for 24hrs and if issue persists to contact their gas company because their can be something in the lines causing that orange flame. Unit is operating to factory specs. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit tripping breaker. Test unit and found L1 power was at 108.1Volts and L2 at 108.5 volts. Spoke with Techline and they said unit si not getting enough power thats why its tripping breaker. Job complete. Sr#7734683677

Arrived to inspect microwave making rattling/ticking noise. R/R turntable motor and tested. Motor still made a little bit of noise. Repositioned the motor and tested. Rattling/ticking noise is gone. Tested multiple times and the noise never returned. I called techline and spoke with Cliff SR# 7734687711. Cliff stated he has not heard of any issues with the motor. I explained to Cliff that I partially removed the motor harness and when the noise started I disconnected power to the motor and the noise stopped and then started again when the motor was reconnected. At this time the unit is functioning as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for heat escaping from right side. Test unit and found door not sitting correctly in hinge receiver making heat escape. Secured door correctly test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven that is not working properly. On arrival asked for clarification on the symptoms experienced from customer. Customer has not used the unit, just said they were told by the builder that one of the ovens isn't working. Ran both ovens, top and bottom and verified they are properly heating on all cycles. Advised customer to fully use the unit and follow up with details once they experience a failure. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for burners not igniting. Test unit and found unit unplugged at outlet. Secured unit power test unit and all burners igniting job complete.

Arrived on site to install new refrigerator door due to damage. Customer was provided the new door. Replaced damaged right side RC door. Verified no damage and proper fitment. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that customer says is leaking, especially after a couple cycles. Ran unit through full quick wash, heavy cycle, and several fill and drain. I checked the valves, bellow, drain pump, drain hose, tub and could not find any water streaks or evidence of leaks. Talked with GC who also advised checking the rear and vent. Still couldn't find any source of leak. Unit did have a good amount of suds in it which can be getting into the vent. No repair recommended at this time. Advised customer to try and use small amount if liquid soap and not pods, pods can cause excess suds in washer.

"Arrived on site to inspect range middle burner not igniting. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and all are operating as designed. I retested the middle burner and found the ignitor not arcing this time. Continued to test and after several attempts, the ignitor arced and lit the burner. I checked the ignitor harness at the valves and it looked good. I checked the ignitor at the orifice holder and found the ignitor clip was not fully pushed in allowing the ignitor to move around and not grounded. Secured the clip and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I retested several times including a few times with builder observing and it continued to operate as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon further inspection, I found the customer is not using rinse aid. Placed unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. While testing, I monitored amp draw to the components and found the element getting 7-9amps during the wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. Unit is operating as designed and no repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not filling with water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit flashing an error code, F8E6-water hazard. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found no water entering the unit. Cancelled diagnostics and checked the water source at the wall. I found the hot water valve would not shut off and the cold water valve does not provide any water. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they have someone check the valves at the wall and correct them. I recommended, that if the unit continues to fail after the valves have been repaired, to call and schedule service. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
