Arrived on site and customer is experiencing intermittent leaking on the side of the refrigerator. inspected refrigerator and found evaporator drain hose is clogged.

Arrived onsite for vent hood making loud noise. Upon inspection I found the unit making a metal on metal vibrating noise. I also found the light out . I accessed and replaced the fan motor. I made sure all installed screws were tight. I accessed the light socket and found the light bulb not twisted in all the way. I tightened the bulb and the light function restored. Job complete.

Arrived on site for dryer operating without the door being completely closed. Upon arrival I confirmed the issue with the customer. I instructed the customer that the new switches in this particular unit are a bit too long so when the door is unlocked the switch does not disengage until you pull the door open. I informed the customer that there is no reliable or safe way for me shorten the switch to decrease the distance the door needs to be opened for the switch to disengage. The unit otherwise operates as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site and inspected cooktop and found left front burner takes longer to ignite than the others. Spoke with techline and they discussed possibilities including gas pressure being to high. "Arrived on job for complaints of icemaker not producing ice and low water pressure. Found that water pressure was low and icemaker not working properly. Removed filter and water pressure came back to normal level. Ran diagnostics and tested fan, thermistors, no error codes. Harvest passed and icemaker fill passed. Customer will purchase new filter."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not drying nor dispensing soap. Upon arrival the customer stated that the dishes are soaking wet when the cycle is done, and some times still soapy when the soap actually dispensed. They found the unit intermittently stopping after about 10-15 minutes of running too. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes FcE3 for no link to internet, FcE2 for no link to a wireless router, and F2E1 for stuck key. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the dispenser operating as designed. I also monitored the amp draw to the heater found it drawing the correct amperage. I also found the blower turning on at the end of the cycle. The unit ran through as designed. I gained access to the control and found the harness good and everything plugged in correctly. I called techline and spoke to Drew and received SR# 7731419222. Drew recommended to ohm out the dispenser. I found it at .3k, when it should be between 1-3k ohms. Drew informed me that due to the low resistance the dispenser could be intermittent. This indicates a faulty dispenser. I am ordering the dispenser and the office will have to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W10876529 (Dispenser)"

Arrived on site for not drying. Found dryer not heating in timed dry cycle. Tested cut off and it was faulty. Removed cut off and installed new cut off. Dryer still not heating. Tested element and it was faulty. Removed element and installed new heating element. Dryer heating as designed. Customer recently had vents cleaned by a professional vent company. No venting issues while dryer heated up. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher flashing light and not operating. Upon inspection I found F10E2 F8E4 F7E1 I let diagnostics run through and all functions passed. I did notice some over sudsing in the tub and found water in the float tray. I called techline to report (SR#7731416884) I checked the resistance of the vent wax motor from p12 pin 1 - 3 and it showed within range at 1.1k ohms. We determined that the issue must have been caused by over sudsing due to the unit running as designed at this time. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer leaking. Upon inspection I found no error codes stored in the system. I ran service diagnostics and all functions passed. I lifted the unit to inspect for leaks. I found some possible slight water trails coming down from the fabric softener bezel in the front left of the unit. I found some rust under the dispenser drawer and what looks like evidence of a leak coming down from the fabric softener module on the dispenser drawer I replaced the drawer and tested the unit. I could not find any leaks. I advised the customer to monitor the unit. In the event of a call back please send faucet switch(W11175629) bezel(W11550898) flow meter(W11238377). Job complete .

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts to resolve F27 code. Installed new CcU and retested. Error still present. Called tech line and was advised error codes must be reset with part replacement. Tech line walked me through reset. Once unit was reset I was able to verify proper function. In a basic cycle I saw a ton of soap suds once it filled. Location is using an automatic soap dispenser and its filling with way too much soap, causing a ton of suds which are throwing the pressure sensor error. Unit itself is now working as designed. Advised front office staff to remove the auto dispenser due to excessive suds. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is making a squeaking noise. Ran unit and confirmed that there is a squeaking noise from the rear of the unit. Found the squeak coming from the drum on the bulkhead. With front panel removed you can push the drum on the top of the bulkhead and hear it squeak. Noise is coming from the felt on the bulkhead, but will not go away. Rollers and pins have already been replaced, there appears to be some kind of a warp that isnt visible thats causing the felt to squeak on it. Talked with SW and confirmed next step is to replace bulkhead and drum, since hardware changes have not made a difference. I found the RC at 46 and the FC at 12 with visible ice formation in the bottom evaporator cover slats.I installed the FC motor harness, ice maker, UI and HV control. I tested the unit in diagnostics and all thermistors passed. I checked the FC & RC fans as well as the ice box fan. All functional. I took the unit out of diagnostics the compressor and condenser fan both turned on as designed and I could feel cold air beginning to circulate the unit. No leaks detected during time of service. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that?s leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they ran one cycle that seem to leak three times during the wash cycle but I?m not used it since. Unit was completely empty so I ran the unit through an auto sense cycle. The unit filled recirculated and drained for the first prewash. Then the unit filled and recirculated for the main wash. Ran the unit for 25 minutes without replicating the issue. I asked the customer about the types of dishes they had during the load and the customer advised they had a big Pyrex bowl at the bottom on the bottom rack when they were using it. I did explain that the Pyrex bowls can sometimes redirect water flow towards the door causing splashing and caused the unit to drip water from the door. The customer did advise that the leak seem to be fairly small. I also went over issues with oversuds that can cause leaking.

Arrived onsite for washer lid not closing. Found hinges to be faulty. Replaced right and left hinge. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Lid is closing properly and latch is engaging as designed. Job complete

Spoke to CS and was advised of a service pointer advocating that the user interface needed to be replaced with the old control for a few minutes to make sure the model and serial numbers transfer over to the new user interface. Then to swap out the main control and allow a few minutes for the control and the user interface to sync properly to the right model and serial numbers. Did that and tested the unit again in an auto test. The unit ran as designed. Ran the unit and a high speeds been in the unit ran as designed with no issue. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that was shutting off after you press start. Inspected unit and work area. Was able to get the unit to start for the first time but it made a loud rattling sound and then quit after 15 seconds. I then attempted to start the unit again and found the use it buzzing as you press start and not allowing the drum to turn for the unit to start the cycle. Disassembled unit and found the motor completely caked with lint and the motor running hot. Replaced the motor and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for range not allowing small oven door to shut properly. Upon arrival I confirmed complaint and found hinges not sitting correctly. I tried replacing hinges but after repair I found door shutting a lot better but there is still a gap between door and seals when door is shut that is letting out to much heat. I took photos of gaps I noticed in liner. Will need in house help in determining if gap is something we need to call into whirlpool. Also need to figure out if anything else other then some new receivers would help with sealing door properly. "Arrived on site for SAFETY, Microwave cooktop light burned out and sparked when trying to replace. Found bulb separated from bulb base. Removed base of bulb from housing. Customer was willing to purchase new bulb. Installed new bulb and found housing had shorted out. Removed housing and installed new housing. Light would not come in. Found no voltage coming to housing. Removed board and found scorch marks on board. Installed new board and light is working as designed.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator making water/ice taste funny. Upon arrival inspected filter and housing as well as water tank in rc. Found no signs of corrosion, or contamination. I found supply line is coming from an Ro system under the sink. I also found with customer double checking my findings that the whole homes water supply tastes bad from sink, fridge, and outside water spigots. Informed customer at this time it would be better to have a certified RO system tech to inspect Ro filters etc. unit is functioning as designed. Also readjusted evap fan motor blade causing noise. Unit is no longer making loud random noises.

Arrived on site for lights inside refrigerator flickering. Upon arrival found LEDS in the refrigerator dim and the LED in the freezer dead. I replaced the freezer LED which in turn fixed all of the lighting issues. The unit now operates as designed. Call complete.

Found refrigerator unplugged so I plugged it back in and waited for the compressor to kick on which it never did, I then performed a resistance test at compressor and found that 2 out of the 3 terminals showed over 100 ohms. We tested voltage to the compressor and found 120vac. So we determined that the compressor as gone bad. We ordered 1 compressor, dyer, and access valve and 2hrs min return service must be first in the am unit is in the garage. Attempted to remove the user interface and found even though I removed every single screw inside that user interface area, the control panel would not come loose. Inspected the new user interface and found that the unit has four 12 inch double sided tape strips ho,ding the UI to the outer door. Spoke to PR and was advised that we couldn?t use a flat head screwdriver to remove it due to potential damage to the outer door. The customer advised that he did not want dents in his door. F6E4 Arrived on site for oven still not reaching over 100 degrees during preheat. Upon arrival the customer stated the issue was intermittent. I entered the unit into diagnostics and found an F6E4 error code indicating a control issue. I replaced the control then pulled the unit out to find the oven temp sensor failing. I replaced the oven temp sensor and reassembled the unit. After reassembly I tested the unit and found it heating as designed.

I placed unit into diagnostics mode and check for codes found code stored for f6e1 UI to control state status error after that I found the time on display advancing too fast and at one point it was not responding to Touch. I proceeded to replace oven temp sensor then ran a temp test on the unit. I found oven temperature getting to and staying around 400 degrees when set to 350. I am ordering a new UI, because of the miscommunication error, and the display not functioning properly. We will have to retest oven temperatures when we have the new UI installed. Arrived on site for F3E0 error code. Upon arrival confirmed issue and gained access to the back of the unit. Upon further inspection found the oven temp sensor shorted. I replaced the temp sensor and attempted to run a bake preheat but the error code returned. I then traced the issue back to the control board. I replaced the control and reassembled the unit. After reassembly I tested the unit to find it now operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect Light indicator light is on but the burners are off (Light will not go off) when the burners are off. Upon inspection found the front right burner to be hot to the touch. Asked customer if she had used the cooktop before we came she said yes an hr. Ago. We then Gained access to back of unit to test switches and found that the front right burner switch to be the cause of the issue. We then replaced that switch and tested all switches afterwards and found that light would turn off.job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing correctly. Found bad wash motor replaced sump and motor. Test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for microwave light not shutting off. Upon arrival the customer stated the light on the bottom of the unit was getting very hot from the light not shutting off so they removed the bulb. I reinstalled the light bulb and cycled the unit through FULL, HALF, AND OFF options for the over range light and found the UI functioning as intended but the light not changing at all indicating a control failure. Arrived onsite and installed new heating element to replace the shorted heating element. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Gained access to drain tube and replaced with p-trap and unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found control panel is unresponsive again. Replaced control panel and control board

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found customer has already thawed fresh food section. Fresh food evaporator has been frosted over. Remove cover and found Thermistor is loose and not attached to evaporator, took one picture. Replaced Thermistor, job complete"

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found Icemaker is stuck in mid cycle. Took one picture. Cleared ice and cycled icemaker manually and it did not fill with water and valve didnt make noise. jumped V to L on Icemaker and valve energized but did not fill with water. separated waterline below freezer door and ran water valve again to icemaker and it dispensed here. Used a steamer on the water line below the freezer door and was able to get it flowing again. Replaced Icemaker and it cycled properly and filled with water.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new timer and the unit failed once. I tested the unit for over 30 minutes and could not replicate it again.

Arrived on site for fridge leaking we spoke to the customer said that the fridge was not cooling after the flooring company moved it. We inspected the unit and work area. We gained access to water valve and found the valve leaking.the unit is not hooked up to water so we cant be 100 percent sure that only the valve is leaking. We did a temp test in the freezer found that the freezer only gets down to 12 degrees. The unit has had a sealed system repair in the passed we see searched for any leaks with black light. We found the condenser leaking from underneath and we found what appears to be dye coming from the cabinet. Can not determine if its dye or dust from the flooring. The valve and condenser will need to be replaced. We spoke to the customer about needing to do an nitrogen test to verify that the compressor leak is the only leak in the system. ; ordrng 1 WPW10455331 (Inlet valve) and 1 W11211932 (Condenser) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen)

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not getting to temp. Test unit and found oven set on Celsius. Set unit to F test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that has the timer counting up on remaining time, and had some issues spinning clothes. Ran error codes and found F8E6 water hazard, F7E9 locked rotor. Could feel basket scraping and not moving well. I checked under the unit and found the rotor bolt was completely gone, and the rotor was covered in gearcase oil. Replaced gearcase and slider. Advised customer on repair that I had to use some PB blaster to get the gearcase shaft into the basket due to rust buildup. Reassembled and rinse out unit. Ran through diag cycle and verified all is working as designed. Put unit in cleaning cycle to make sure there was no remaining PB blaster residue.
