I found the customer is actually having frost build up in the freezer and water leaking from the filter head. I inspected the unit and work area. I found condensation around the fridge air baffle, I found the right side door gasket is torn and not sealing. I found the filter head leaking water steadily. I put the unit into diagnostics and found the air baffle opening and closing, I found the defrost heater coming on. I found the right side of the freezer door is not closing properly due to the slide not pulling closed. Also as I was putting the knobs back on I found the far right side valve stem was bent. I am ordering the valve assembly and a burner head. Listened to a video and it sounds like ice on fan blades. Checked the evaporator and found the frost was a bit thick, so I changed the defrost mode to basic. I also leveled the unit and changed the temp to 38 in the RC, to minimize moisture in the return vent. This should squash the noise and minimize ice build up on fan blades. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found it making a loud vibration noise again. I disassembled the unit and retested and found the vent tubing inside the unit was making the noise. I tightened the motor mount screws and tightened all screws on the vent tubing and adjusted the sealing pads and retested. Unit is quieter at this point. I reassembled the unit and retested and the unit was quiet for a short period of time. I found the vent tube at the back of the unit is vibrating against the chassis. I demonstrated for the customer by pushing the unit back where they keep it and hearing the noise then pulling the unit out away from the wall and moving the vent tube off the unit and it got quiet. Advised customer that, at this point, theres nothing more to be done to the unit. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"GI0FSAXVY012 Arrived to inspect no ice. I discussed the issuer with the customer and found it had produced since our last visit, but only a very few times. The evaporator fan was running, but not the compressor and I suspected it was in defrost upon my arrival. RC temperature was 38?F, ice room 12? and FC temperature 2?. Due to the defrost operating, I had to wait until it completed for testing. After defrost completed, I verified line VAC present to the ice maker and jumping L to V showed no water flow or sound from the valve. I removed the cover from the valve area and found the connector had dislodged. I corrected the connector issue and tested. The unit operated as designed and filled the ice maker to an acceptable level. No leaks observed during service. Warranty applied to service."

"WRS325SDHW08 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the unit had frosted the evaporator while awaiting parts and I steamed the frost away. The heater circuit had a plug that had disconnected likely due to the excessive freezing and I corrected and replaced the harness and thermistors. Further testing showed all systems operational. I leveled and squared the unit and corrected dispenser drip, which was staining the front of the unit. Operator test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice and has a large amount of condensation in it. Examined unit and found moisture all over the ceiling of the RC, and on the ice box area. When I closed the door I noticed the mullion was not hitting. Found it was not making any contact with the closer, and the flipper was staying folded, allowing a 12 inch air gap between the doors. I corrected the level of the unit and right door to allow the flipper to contact the closer properly. This should resolve the moisture and no ice due to temp. Advised ice should return within 24 hours. Unit passed all diagnostic tests, and icemaker does properly cycle. Call complete."

Customer stated they had gotten dryer vent cleaning done a few cycles after unit had been used and after failure. Used vent tester kit and verify there is no pressure buildup or clogs in the wall and replace fuse. Call complete

Arrived onsite for crack in the RC liner. On inspection there was a crack on the bottom of the RC liner. Mixed up epoxy and applied it to the crack. Smooth out the epoxy and informed the customer to let it dry for 30 minutes. Before you close the door make sure it is not still wet.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker is still frosting up. I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and RC=41.5 on setting of 40 degrees. I found condensation built up on the bottom of FC section and customer advised that they have felt cold air at the top of the door. I inspected the door gasket, as it was adjusted at previous service call and found no gaps at the top or along the sides. I placed my flashlight inside the FC section at the bottom and closed the door. I found a large gap in between the gasket and mullion. I took several photos of the gap with the door closed, using a straight edge and found condensation built up on the bottom of the FC section at the door opening (photo). I contacted techline and spoke to TJ and advised of previous service, todays complaint and my findings. TJ provided a text message to my phone and I provided photos of my findings. TJ advised the file would be sent for review and provided an SR#7735269932. I advised the customer thst someone from the manufacturer would contact them within 24-48 hours with a resolution to the issue. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Found right side leveling foot not all the way down causing dishwasher to shift right and pulling trim out . Releveled foot and shifted mounting to left side so trim is touching cabniet. I examined the unit for a defrost issue based on the customer finding water around unit. Arrived on site to test unit for unit not getting water. Test unit and found float stuck in the up position making unit think its full of water. Secured float test unit and unit leaking. Found cracked between door and tub. Customer declined estimate job complete.

Arrived on site to replace outer glass on oven door . No gas leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for a rang that has Broken orifice holder screws and a missing orifice. Upon arrival I found that all of this was true. I Extract the broken screws out of the office holders and found that Orifice underneath the cooktop, i reused the orifice and taped and installed Screws. And tested unit and found unit operating as designed no gas leaks job complete.

"Arrived onsite and found symptoms f6e6 and un operating bake function remove probe. Probe not in place. Advised that due to communication error and non function, the console was likely needed. Customer will reach out to Jenn Air before agreeing to repair.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator thar had lost some cooling in the RC and had water dripping. Examined unit and found loss of cooling had been due to evidence of a defrost issue. When i examined the liner and gaskets for issues, i found large gaps in the lower mullion. This was causing the door gaskets to have gaps and not be able to seal. Called into tech line and spoke with Andrew, SR7735271962. Unit being sent for product review. No repair made, customer will be contacted by WP. Call complete."

"Arrived on for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customer complaint was making sheets of ice in the freezer.Gained access to the freezer and removed all ice build up with steamer. Gained access to the drain tube and removed it to clean it out. Unit is now draining as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the switches and tested and unit continued to fail. After further inspection, I found the torsion spring thats attached to the frame. I advised my customer of this and advised them that the unit cannot be repaired due to the spring. I reassembled the unit. Job completed. No charge for todays services as the unit was not fully repaired."

Arrived on site for wall oven needing previously diagnosed control rebuild installed. Upon arrival confirmed issue and istalled part. Reassembled and tested both ovens. Found unit heating as designed with no failures. Call complete

"Arrived on site and inspected washer and found strike is broken. After replacement washer it will now begin a normal cycle and is progressing correctly, job complete

Arrived on site for dryer making loud noise when on. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After disassembly of unit I found one rear and one front rollers r failin. Also found tears around belt but pully was intact with no issues. I made repair with new roller asm(4x) and belt. Found noise removed from dryer and unit now functioning as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site to test unit for door not closing correctly. Test unit and found damaged hinges and inner door and outer panel.

"NX58H9500WS/AA Arrived to inspect bake issue. I found the igniter registering in the M range and tested the supply voltage. The unit provided line VAC to the hot surface igniter and I removed and replaced it. All functions resumed normal operation and the unit heated and cycled as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.
