"Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Found refrigerator temperature at 35?F in the freezer section sitting at 1?F. The customer advised that two weeks ago the unit started making a loud knocking sound and had lost temperature in the refrigerator and freezer sections. She advised the freezer temperatures were up in the 20? section and the refrigerator was a pain in the upper 40s. She advised that there?s knocking sound lasted over an hour and within the next few hours, the unit began to cool again. She advised that since then, the unit has been acting normal and is been working properly. She is just concerned about this happening again. I ran through all components that would make noise including the compressor, condenser fan, evaporator fans, icemaker, icemaker fill, and damper door. All worked as designed without making any abnormal sounds. I did advise the customer that since we cannot replicate the issue, there?s nothing that I can really point to being that everything is working properly at this time. I did advise the customer to let the unit run and to take a video next time of the sound as well as record temperatures in both sections as they do have a thermometer in both compartments. I also asked them to advise where the noise was coming from on the unit and to power cycle the unit while the video was running to see if the noise stopped as well as came back on when the unit was supply power. Customer agreed. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival I confirmed complaint and found near drier that cap tube had cracked and caused all refrigerant to leak from system. I as able to installed new compressor, drier, valve, etc and the pulled a vacuum. Unit held -30 psi with no leak. Recharged system with 3.27 oz per manufacture specs. Reassembled/tested unit and found pressures held at 148 and 0 psi for 15 minutes. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to cool call complete"

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she believes the issue is with her sensor due to the unit counting down rapidly and not actually completing one cycle. She advised that the unit will be sat for an hour and 15 minutes and within 15 minutes, the unit says it has 15 minutes left to go. She advised that the stuff at the front will be dry but the stuff in the back will not be. When she goes to restart the dry cycle, the unit will countdown and complete within 5 minutes. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the moisture sensor working(turning off the light when rubbed). I did notice the towels inside the dryer tumbling in place and not moving forward. Raised the feet in the back to allow the unit to lean slightly forward. I did notice the unit pushing close towards the front but heavier items staying in place. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andy SR# 7731804854. He advised that based on my findings, the issue is most likely with the leveling of the unit. He did advise that heavier items will stay in place and to advise the customer that any mixed loads or different fabric types should be dried on a time dry cycle and may not completely dry on the sensing. Advise the customer of tech line findings.

Arrived on site for and oven that would not broil. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit and confirm the customers complaint. Checked continuity and resistance through the boiling element and found it within range. Checked the TOD and found it within range. Checked voltage from the main control and did not find proper voltage. Replaced main control and tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator frosting in spots and running abnormally loud. Upon arrival I found the FC = 0 and RC = 35. I found some frost forming on the front of the FC bins and ceiling. I found the FC gasket torn in the top 6 - 8in tear. I found the rails not pulling the door towards the frame of the unit. The customer had concerns with the unit being noisy. I ran diagnostics and confirmed all thermistors within range and all fans as well as damper are operating as designed. I ran the compressor test and it sounded normal. The customer stated the noises usually come around when there is heavy frost in the FC then eventually go away. I ran the bi metal heater test and found the heater came on as designed. I am ordering the FC gasket and rail system to complete the repair. "Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. We gained access to the icemaker and removed it. Upon further inspection we found that the icemaker fill tube was frozen over. We replaced the ice maker and cleared the clogged fill tube. We gained access to the Valve and found it opening when called for. We found good water pressure. We tested the ice maker and found it cycling and filling slowly. The valve was not needed. The fridge needs a new water filter, the filter is clogged and restricting water flow.

"Arrived on site for Dishwasher starts then quickly switches over to draining. After draining, it beeps for a while then it'll restart the process. Canceling the cycle doesn't stop this and the door must be kept open to prevent the dishwasher from running continuously like this. Ran diagnostics and got F9E2, F7E2, F8E4, F10E2. Tested vent wax motor and float switch and they tested good. Found drain pump was chattering and wasnt moving water through drain hose. Removed drain pump and installed new drain pump. Placed in diagnostics started diagnostics cycle then drain pump removed water. Once water drained it would not call for water into dishwasher. I could hear the sump and motor struggling but would not start the wash cycle. Ohmed out all components and all checked good. Arrived on site for Clothing Wet at End of Cycle - Dryer. Took temp with thermocouple and first high temp 202 to low temp 130. Second high temp 180 to low temp of 124. Third high temp 181 to low of 127. Placed in diagnostics and got moisture sensor error. Ran moisture sensor diagnostics and drum light turned off when I placed my finger across both sensors. Moisture sensor working as designed. Customer confirmed they recently had their vent cleaned. Removed rear section of vent tube and it was clear and clean of debris and lint. Explained to customer that using timed dry is the only way to bypass the moisture sensor to keep the dryer running longer. She had read her manual and understood the way the timed dry worked. Expressed she may need to increase the amount of time the dryer runs on timed dry to get better drying results. Dryer heating as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to complete a sealed system repair. I found the unit cooling when I arrived. Customer advised that the unit is making ice as well. I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees & RC=39 degrees. I found the ice cream and meat in the FC frozen. I tested the unit in diagnostics test 4 and it is operating as designed. I tested amp draw to the compressor and got 1.5amps. I tested ohm readings to the compressor windings and got 13.5, 13.7, 13.5 and unit has an inverter board. I found the RC evap drip on badly warped and mold in the bottom of the RC section evidence there was water there at one point. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that at one point the RC evaporator had ice built up on it and it defrosted and water was standing in the bottom of the RC section. With the ice on the evap, this can cause the RC section to not cool. I am ordering the evap drip pan kit, evap motor/harness, SHIMS (2), HV control, UI, CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Will need to check dr tube at back of unit upon return. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher not filling nor draining. Upon arrival the customer stated that the real issue is just water not coming into the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found F6E4 for float switch open, F5E2 for door stuck closed, and F5E1 door stuck open. I cleared the error codes. Customer stated he did a few back to back cycles. These door errors were most likely thrown due to it not being opened between cycles. I then ran a test cycle and no water came into the unit. I tried to cancel it out, but the cancel button was not working on the UI. I skipped through all of the steps, and at the end it threw the F6E4 error code again. I had also checked voltage to the valve while in diagnostics and found none. I gained access to the switch and ohmd it out. I found it reading open/closed correctly. This indicates a faulty control. I installed a new control and then ran a diagnostics cycle. The unit is now working as designed, and the cancel button is now working. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

After running test one through seven I found in test six the damper motor was failing and grinding whenever it would open or shut I replace a damper motor and reconfirmed into six at the unit is no longer making a grinding noise inform customer the office would reschedule once availability of gasket ordrng 1 W11368721 (Rc gasket (right side))

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not making ice, dispensing water and over cooling In RC. On arrival customer advised me the RC was getting so cold that things exploded. FC got warm and things were thawing out. Ice asker had not worked for about a month either. I checked frost pattern and found the RC frost pattern was full and thick, and FC had 0 frost pattern. Put unit in step 3 and tested fans. Found RC fan would not turn off. And FC fan would not turn on at all. Unplugged unit and power cycled. When unit powered on I tested the fans again. This time i found all fans working properLy, and verified freezer had started to cool again. Unit appears to have been stuck in a cold loop. Tested dispenser and found dispenser working as well. Advised customer to monitor the unit, reset seems to have resolved the issue fully. Advised that if the issue repeats we would need to start with UI (brain) replacement, and then move on to icemaker. Unit is cooling properly and responding to inputs. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer going past wash cycle after started. Upon arrival I found f8E1 long/no fill error. After testing coil age from ACU to valve I found cold inlet vaLove was receiving 120v but valve as the opening and audibly sound like it was struggling to open. Found water pressure good. Replacd inlet valve and reassembled and tested nit. No leaks and washer cycles through each setting as designed call complete

"Arrived on site and customer said they are still experiencing Hard clunking noises, bulky and heavy duty cycle are not giving enough water. Regular slow spin for 45 minutes time never changed. Customer is using 1/4 cup of detergent used each cycle. Spoke with techline and there are no saved error codes, no issues found with washer.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was leaking water when in use. On arrival power was out to the house, so I was not able to run the unit. I removed the console and back panel and found several components with a lot of rust, and heavy rust on one side of the gearcase.

Arrived onsite for unit not starting the microwave or not starting the oven and customer did have issues with the UI panel not responding well to the touch. Put unit in diagnostics and it had error code F6E4 UI control and F6E0 communication issue. Ordered part. Rescheduled with customer.; ordrng 1 W11297728 (console)

Arrived onsite for refrigerator water dispenser making noise when in use. Upon inspection found faulty housing. Replaced housing and noise was eliminated. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site for Freezer not freezing. We gained assistance to the freezer evaporator and found that it was leaking refrigerant. We removed it and installed new evaporator along with the compressor,and heat exchanger. Performed pressure tested and found good pressures in system. We then charged system and checked pressures again and found it normal/equalized.unit operating as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven with intermittent operation and issues with the console, I gained access to the unit and put the unit into service diagnostics, I found no fault codes, I checked component activation and all checked good.
