"Arrived on site for a wall oven that is having different intermittent issues. The customer stated that sometimes the lower light will not turn off unless you slam the door, the lower oven will intermittently have problems reaching temps, and the lower oven convection or cooling fan sometimes will run and not turn off. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error code. I then activated each load separately and found it working as designed. I preheated the unit and found it getting to proper temps. At the time of service I could not replicate the issue. I did not see any loose connections on the harness, nor any damage on the door by the latch. I called techline and spoke to Leon and received SR# 7731262617. Leon recommended not replacing parts unless we are able to replicate the failure. He indicated the light issue could be some sort of latch problem, and that if it was the sensor it would not be an intermittent issue. Due to being an intermittent issue and the customer providing videos of the light failure, I am ordering the UI latch to install. We will return with the thermostat and blower already on hand. "Arrived on site and inspected a garage side by side refrigerator not cooling. Confirmed the complaint and disassembled to access the compressor and evaporator. After turning the control on in both sections, I waited for approximately 15 minutes and never observed any sort of frost pattern on the evaporator. Both condenser and evaporator fans were working. The compressor was on, but wasnt cooling the unit. Ordering compressor, evaporator, sealed system tech, drier, research for any other parts needed and authorization from AHS. Unit will require 2 hours. I removed the filter and retested and the ice maker filled and water dispenser dispensed water. I placed the filter back in the filter head and retested the water dispenser and water trickled out. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they find a puddle of water on the front left corner of the unit every 3-4 days. I inspected the ice maker and found no evidence of water leaking from it. I inspected the ice bin and ice chute door and found no evidence of water leaking. I opened the FC door and inspected the bottom of the FC section for ice and found none, but I found on the left side of the chassis at the opening of the FC section where water had been leaking and traced it up to the bottom left hinge of the left RC door. I removed the bottom crisper drawer and found water puddled in the bottom of the RC section due to the RC evap drain tube being clogged. I pulled the unit from its space and removed the drain tube and found a blockage. I removed the blockage and reinstalled the tube and used silicone to seal the gap in the tube at the chassis. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the RC evap drip tray and from the tube and added two (2) shims to the evap drip pan to level it. Also, while I had the unit pulled out, I found a void in insulation at the back left side of the back panel and advised the customer of my findings. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site for washer not spinning clothes out very well. Upon arrival loaded a few towels into the tub and ran a diagnostic cycle. Once the cycle got to spin I watched the tub bouncing around inside the unit. Upon further inspection found the inner and outer tub were still connected but the shocks were going bad causing the tub to bounce around. I gained access to the evaporator in the FC and found the ice bin air duct completely frozen over inside with a block of ice. Due to the present ice the fan was stuck in place and burnt out. Which could cause intermittent popping of the liner when the shelves are in place. The customer has concerns with the dispenser doing weird things and switching settings without any user input. I am ordering the door, lower hinge and UI to complete the repair. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that customer says has had 2 occurrences of temperatures increasing in the freezer. On arrival I checked temperatures and found the RC at 38, and the FC at 2 and dropping. I asked the customer if they had power outages often, and they do have some surges and outages at times with the neighborhood being under construction. Advised to get a surge protector for unit to protect the electronics. I checked the contents of fridge and FC and advised customer to clear the airflow channels in the RC to make sure air can circulate, as most shelves were blocked. This would result in the unit working harder to cool the RC. Clearing airflow channels and reducing the number of times in the FC should resolve any temperature concerns. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine not filling. Upon arrival the customer stated it is not working properly and they cannot even run it. It will turn on and do nothing except lock. They will then need to cycle the power several times to unlock it. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E1 for communication error between CCU and MCU. I gained access to the door switch and ohmd it out. I found it working as designed. I then tried to run a test cycle and found nothing activating. It took me several power cycles to finally get the test cycle to start. During the cycle I found the control sending voltage to each load for a split second and then shutting off. I found the control to be bad and needing to be replaced.Call complete.

Customer informed me the inspector came out and measure temp with an IR thermometer and said temp was off. Provided estimate to customer of $189.99 + tax for calibration, estimate was approved. Utilized a thermalcouple and measure temperature swings in oven. Verified proper preheat time and temp, reaching 350 preheat. Measured cycle temps and found an average of 350. Upper temps reached 405, with lower reaching 295 at the lowest. These units have fairly long cycle times, and when temp is measured via an IR thermometer, it may be at a low point during the heating cycles. Unit is averaging 350 when set to 350 and working as designed per manufacturer. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and reset interlock cam to repair issue of sticking switch. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on job to replace previously diagnosed parts after replacement test operation still not spinning correctly. Spoke with SW and ordered slider. ; ordrng 1 W10734521 (slider)

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not dispensing water well. Upon arrival the customer stated the IM was no longer making ice and the water dispenser barely trickled out. I tested the unit and found the same results. I removed and bypassed the filter and found both now working as designed. This indicates a faulty filter head. The customer had also pointed out a leak at the top of the refrigerator. Upon further inspection I found a pin hole in the water tube. I am ordering the tube and the filter head for the repair. I advised the customer for the time being not to use the water, for it is causing the water to leak from the tube. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11415785 (Water Tube) and 1 W11346622 (Reservoir and Filter Head Assembly)"

"Arrived on site to replace broken dispenser, after replacing, unit tested good."

Arrived on site for 2nd attempted ice maker is not producing ice No ice production. water dispenser works fine. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on for ice maker. Ran ice harvest and ice maker harvested without issue. Ice maker thermistor also passed. Tested ice box fan and it was barely blowing. Removed DV board and installed new DV board. Powered on and ice maker box fan is blowing strong as designed. Temps were already set to recommended. Took temps upon arrival and temp is correct for ice production. There were small ice cubes in the ice bin but nowhere near the proper size. New DV board will provide the proper voltage for ice maker to begin producing ice. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not cleaning upper dishes. Upon inspection found the unit worked normally but had some build up, cleared build up. I instructed customer on proper cleaning. Complete"

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not producing ice. Homeowner has already corrected issue but wanted unit inspected. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service. No repairs needed at this time.

"Arrived on site to replace right door fresh food switch . Found switch pretty much insulated in . Called tech line , was advise to remove it with out damage to liner . Managed to remove switch , but molex connection is buried in insulation. Unable to get any slack in harness to plug in new switch .Job complete , no leaks detected at time of service.
