Arrived onsite for vent hood that is leaving grease on the cabinets and seems to be not filtering out all the grease. I tested the unit and found it working as designed. I did find some gaps between the cabinet and unit that is letting air out as the unit is operating. I attempted to push the sheet metal to close the gaps but some still remain. The vent box was coming off the wall so I pulled it out a little and verified airflow up through the vent. I resecured the vent. The unit is working as designed at this time and any gaps would be considered an installation issue. Job complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. After installing the regulator I found the issue still remained. I called techline to report SR#7730913600 Liam. Using the supplied manometer. I found the unit has a gas supply pressure issue and will need the gas company to come adjust incoming pressure. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a microwave that won?t power the under the counter life of mine. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when the last bulb went out, that there was a spark down near the bulb and inside the microwave. Checked housing for any sparking and did not find any issues there. Checked wiring going to the housing and found no arcs or spark markings anywhere in that area. Went ahead and replaced housing due to the customer having two appliance bulbs on hand. Replaced the housing and tested the unit with both bulbs. Unit still would not power on. Unit will need main control for repair. Ordering control and office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to a PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11342846 (CONTROL)"

Arrived on site for ice machine not functioning or making ice. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and found unit had no error codes but also wasnt allowing water in unit. Upon further inspection found filter head and filter were ok but valve wasnt opening to allow water flow although it had 120v being supplied. I replaced inlet valve and found unit then fully functioning as designed with no leaks during call. Informed customer it would take unit 24hrs to fill bin with ice. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave error code. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display showing F1E5-replace inverter error code. Removed the inverter board and inspected and found a burnt spot on it. Inspected the magnetron and found it open. I removed and replaced the inverter board and magnetron and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site for washer vibrating to loud during spin. Upon arrival found no error codes in diagnostics. Then ran a spin test and found unit was completely off balance due to units location in a tiny shed outside with an uneven concrete floor. I did go ahead and replace support rods due to how long customer had been using washer with current issue. Customer did stated unit had worked at least two ful days after being previously repaired with no issues. Called whirlpool techline and spoke with Bryan sr# 7730900012 informed him of flooring issues and what repairs were made upon last two trips. Techline advise we instruct customer again on possibilities of unit having same issues until it is put into a proper floor space where it wont be thrown off balance and ruin any of the repairs made. Unit is now fully functioning as designed call complete

Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s making a clanking sound as it agitates. Inspected unit and work area. Looked underneath the unit and found the actuator not engaged onto the cam. The actuator is the one that?s been replaced with the new actuator and replaced it with a truck stock actuator. Tested the unit in a manual spin and agitation. Unit is now working as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F9E1 & FAE2. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with issues leveling. On arrival customer showed me that the freezer door was not fully sealing on top and building ice. Customer said unit was purchased from Lowes, and within the last 14 days they came out to reverse the hinges and change the door opening direction. When I examined the upper hinge, I found a broken off screw in the cabinet, as well as a stripped out screw hole with a mismatched screw.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the shims the water cover and dispenser UI. I then found a gap between the FC door and gasket where the insulation seems to be pushing the gasket out. This is causing condensation to build up and sit on t of the FC gasket. "Arrived on site for washing machine stoping mid cycle. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit in diagnostics and found fault codes f0e3 overload, f1e2 main control fault, f0e5 off balance load, f0e2 over suds, f2e1 stuck key. I replaced the main control. I calibrated the control to the gear case. I ran a service test on the unit and found the unit making a noise like skipping teeth burning agitation. I gained access to the gear case and found it dripping gear case oil. Arrived on site to test unit for upper spray arm coming apart.

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling again. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit into diagnostics and tested all fans I found them coming on when called for. I found the system showing the defrost sensor is open. I activated the defrost heater on the unit and found it coming on. I gained access to the control and I tested the defrost thermistor and found it show 23 ohms while Incased in ice. I found the voltage to defrost thermistor fluctuating from 1.5 vdc to 8 vdc.

Arrived on site to install a new drip pan. When I removed one of the shelves I found the glue holding the shelf together has separated. I installed a the new drip pan. I tried to re-glue the shelf back onto the bracket but it would not stick. The shelf is unusable while it is detach from the bracket. I pulled the front panel and knobs off. I found the switch harness and wiring in good condition. I tested each burner and found the left and center 2 were set to high. I adjusted the valve stems. The unit is working as designed.

"Arrived on site and inspected French door refrigerator ice maker issues.Customer advised the ice maker sounds as if its making ice, but when he checks, there only a few cubes in the container.I confirmed the complaint and found the water fill chute and the fill tube were both clogged with ice blockage.I used my steamer to melt the fill tube and removed and replaced the ice maker.Unit filed and was harvesting at the completion of the repair.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I inspected the flue and could not find any flaws or damage or any difference in the ones already on the unit so I did not replace. I found the customer has foil grease catchers installed which as per previous conversations with techline can cause heat to deflect or concentrate in certain areas. I again advised that the foil grease catchers cant be used on this unit. I replaced the control membrane and panel. I reassembled and made sure the back panel was sitting correctly over the flue. The unit is working as designed at this time and no gas leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for ice issue. Found some sections of slab really thin and other sections thick. Unit passed all diagnostic called tech support removed base cover found condenser coil covered with debris cleaned condenser coil per tech support clogged condenser will cause this issue.

Tech line advised that cottons like towels or jeans will hold more water and the unit will only spin out so much water, if you can ring water out of the clothes or the clothes are still dripping when pulled out then we may have issues, but no issues found with the unit and did not recommend any parts changed at this time.

Hot water valve will not completely turn off at source Waterline is constantly running. Flushed waterline and cleaned screen on hot water valve and after reassembling water pressure is good. Recommended to homeowner that water from source/hot water heater be inspected for calcium buildup and a plumber will be needed to replace the hot water valve at minimum, job complete"

(MM) Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. After inspecting the unit I observed that the actuator was no longer making contact with the cam resulting in no agitation. Removed and replaced actuator with new style actuator as per service pointer W11531483. Placed the unit in diagnostics mode and ran test cycle. Unit now functioning as designed. No leaks observed at time of service. Call Complete

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no lights working, dispenser not working and ice forming on the bottom of the freezer. Upon further inspection, I found the lights in the RC section no working. I inspected the left deli door/control and found the control reservoir clear. I removed the left drawer and inspected the deli harness and found the black wire broken. Using a harness from a previous job (W11170612), I removed and replaced the harness and reassembled the unit and tested. Deli control is operating as designed and all lights and water dispenser are functioning properly. I found that both deli drawer door gaskets are badly torn. In order to keep from damaging the doors even more, both doors will need to be replaced. I pulled the unit from its space and removed the back panel to inspect the drain tube. I found it clogged and cleaned it out. I re-installed the drain tube and sealed the gap with silicone. Cleared the ice from the FC section and reassembled the FC section. Retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I am ordering both deli drawer doors w/gaskets and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION.
