"Arrived on site for a washing machine making a loud noise. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found not long after the tub began to ramp for a spin, the tub would begin to aggressively bounce around. Upon further inspection I found the unit a little unleveled. I leveled the unit and tested it again. I found the same issue. Due to this I am ordering the suspension to be installed. I also found that the washplate moved to freely on its own. I removed the washplate and ensured it was not stripped. I also found that the cam guard was hitting the cam. This indicates a possible gear case issue. I will be ordering the suspension to install first and see if it solves all issues. If not, we will need to install the gear case. Found light frost built up along left rail, ice maker cover, and interior liner at front left top section of freezer. All items inside freezer were placed correctly and not blocking the gasket. This type of frost is associated with an open door or failed gasket. Inspected gasket and it was seated and sealing as designed on all four sides. Removed frost build up in areas where located. Explained to customer to always make sure the freezer door closes all the way to prevent frost build up like this in the future. Ran ice maker harvest to see if any water was splashing out of the mold while filling with water. No leaks detected. Ice maker and fridge working as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site and inspected Cooktop and Found propane source is a 20 pound propane tank under counter in kitchen island. Took one picture. Propane leak is coming from the connector to this tank. Home is new to the customer and explained that this is unsafe and according to NFPA regulations also illegal. There does not appear to be any natural gas connection or exterior propane tank available. There also does not appear to be any electrical connection for a new cooktop available in the island. disconnected Cooktop from propane tank it should not be reconnected. Sent picture to MS

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator collecting water in the RC floor and freezing. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I found the drain pan warped and the drain clogged. I found FC=1 RC=37 on arrival. I quoted 340.21 + tax for svc fee parts(67.96) and labor(272.25) to replace the drain pan and clear the drain. The customer agreed so I replaced the pan and made sure the drain was free and clear from both sides. I used silicone to seal the drain tube in the rear. I noticed the right side refrigerant line under the inlet valve was sweating and there was some corrosion on the rear panel and floor. I advised the customer of this and to monitor the unit after todays repair. After the repair I powered on the unit, all functions restored and operated as designed. I advised to give the unit at least 5 hours before restocking the RC. No leaks detected during ti e of service. Job complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a torn bellow. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and disassembled unit. Removed old bellow and began to replace it. I noticed the basket leaning pretty hard to the right. Inspected unit and found the Spring on the right side had snapped and broke causing this issue with the wash basket leaning. Spoke to CS and I?m ordering two springs and two shots. Arrived onsite for dryer not operating or starting. Upon inspection I found no voltage present at the terminal block. I found the breaker for the dryer tripped in the half way position. I reset the breaker and noticed it felt very soft or weak. I checked voltage again at the terminal block. I found good voltage under a load. I let the unit run and monitored amp draw on the power cord. I found it would not exceed 25 amps. I used my thermal lead to monitor temperature cycles and found the unit cycling as designed. I turned the timer knob from timed to fluff and heard a crackling noise within the timer. I replaced the timer and tested the unit. I am un able to recreate any crackling noises and the unit is operating as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for Whirlpool FD fridge- no water coming from dispenser. Found water was only trickling out of the dispenser. Removed filter and same result. Gained access to valve and filter housing. Removed filter housing and installed new filter housing and new heater coil over water line that came with new housing. Tested dispenser and water was coming out but could hear valve struggling. Removed valve and installed new valve. Tested water dispenser and strong flow came out as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Arrived on site and inspected dryer apparently leaving lint residue on customers in home filter that is located just outside the laundry room. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found no error codes. Inspected the rear of the dryer and vent hose was installed properly and there was no lint buildup on the outside of the unit or any where in the laundry room. Customer isnt sure when hes had the air ducts cleaned. Unit working properly without any errors or failures. Job complete. Add on

"On site for washer not spinning clothes out all the way. In diagnostics, found F8E1 no fill long fill. Cleared error. Ran diag cycle. Unit had proper water supply. Found actuator shaft disconnected from cam. Also, found unit not draining properly due to drain hose being installed too far into drain pipe. Replaced actuator and installed drain hose 4in into drain. Calibrated, ran diag cycle, unit now functioning as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washer that still leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after raising the feet of the washer that the unit is still leaking and went off balance. Went ahead and replaced the dispenser drawer, hot valve, and cold valves. Found the cold water valve I had internally broken. Reassembled unit and tested it in diagnostics. I did find an F0 E2 (oversuds) error code. All tests ran as designed in manual valves, drain, and spin tests. The customer complained about the dispenser drawer not being completely flush as the old one was flush. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Austin SR# 7731818725. He advised there is always a little bit of variant in the shape of the drawer due to the part being plastic and that a little misalignment was normal. He advised if the customer wanted the drawer replaced.

On site for cooktop having scratches and marking after cooking on it once. Pics in SDQP. Found scratches and marks on cooktop. Inspected customers pots. Arrived on site for Asher making loud noise and recently replaced tub assembly banging around off balance. Upon arrival entered diagnostics but found no error codes. After testing c01-c08 I found slight off balance wobble with tub empty during c08. After running test in normal operation and diagnostics with towels in unit I did find major off balance issue. Dampener rods recently replaced were functioning as designed and holding tub up. Heard unknown objects loose between tub assemblys but couldnt find anything under tub/ above drain mount.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that won?t drain and is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the unit attempting to drain but not draining. I did ask the customer if they had recently replace their garbage disposal and they advised that they just had. Checked the drain hose connector at the garbage disposal and found the knockout punch and not been punched through. Knocked in the knockout punch and tested the unit. The unit began to drain as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected squeaking noises from the dryer. Confirmed the complaint and found the pulley, belt and rollers were contributing to the irritating noises. Replaced the repair kit and unit tested as designed to customers satisfaction. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s still making a vibrating noise. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had a video of what the unit was doing and it sounded like vibration while the compressor was running. The customer stated that it sounded like it was coming from the condenser. Check the tow panel off and started moving around the condenser and found out that I was able to replicate the sound. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7731822715. He advised me to try and move some of the refrigerant line from the condenser to see what was going on and to correct the issue. He also add it that I should add sound pads to any areas that could come in contact with any metal spots. He did advise that if it?s not one of the lines going to the compressor, there may be an issue with the cabinet but he advised that he wouldn?t really be able to tell because the way that the condenser is designed. I did move one of the refrigerant lines that seem to be causing the sound and added sound pads on the return line to the compressor. I advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning the dishes. I checked voltage at the wall and found good voltage and proper polarity. I checked voltage at the junction box and found it is wired properly and reading correct. I checked the wiring on the sump and motor and found everything connected properly. We ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found no fault codes. I found the unit filling but the washer motor was starting and stopping. I gained access to the control and tested resistance to the wash motor from the control, I found 7.52 Mohms. I tested continuity through the wiring harness and found good continuity. I tested resistance directly at the motor and found it at 7.52 Mohms. I called techline and Spoke to Robert I advised of my findings and received sr#7731815672 , he stated to replace the sump and motor again. We replaced the sump and motor assembly and retested the unit. The unit is working as designed. I found the stops for the top rack missing. I am ordering this stops and returning ; ordrng 2 WPW10082861 (Stops)s"

Arrived on site for Leaking from Dispenser - Side by Side Refrigerator.we gained access to the filter housing feed lines. Check to see if they were seated properly and made sure that they were. We then tested dispenser and found that it was still dripping after uses. We then gained access to the dispenser nozzle and found that it was tilted forward too far from the factory which caused the water to accumulate in the housing braking the water surface tension at nozzle causing the dripping. We adjusted the nozzle and tested the unit and found that the unit is no longer dripping after uses

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found both cabinets very warm and unit on. I connected my gauges and found no refrigerant in the system. Customer said short.y after previous tech left, they could hear a hissing noise coming from the back of the unit. Using my black light, I checked the entire unit for any signs of a leak and found none. I removed my gauges and found the access valve stem not tight but I did not see any signs of dye on or around the access valve/compressor. I tested the unit in diagnostics test 4 and found the 3 way valve opening up like it should. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that I had spoken to my manager regarding my findings. I removed and replaced the UV dye drier and vacuumed the system and monitored pressure readings. Unit held pressures good. I installed 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures and again, pressures held. I recommended that the customer contact our office tomorrow to advise if the unit continues to cool or fail. I am ordering the CNOTE-NITROGEN with gauges and UV dye drier and office to schedule return service.; ordrng 1 WPW10143759 (UV dye drier) and 1 CNOTE (Nitrogen w/gauges)"

Arrived on site for CONV OVEN error code F9E0-WHEN TRYING TO USE THE OVEN. We were able to clean codes and the oven turned on. We gained access to the control of the unit and tested voltage at the control (both legs and neutral) found good voltage. Control my be failing. Customer agreed and we replaced the control and tested unit. Unit operating as designed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Removed control and installed new control. Ran calibration and then auto diagnostics. All tested gave passed status and washer is running as designed. Job completed.

Arrived on site and inspected microwave oven combo and found error code F6E4 saved at this time they are operating properly. Took one picture of oven heating. Wifi is not hooked up to oven and recommended that this be corrected. Without Wifi oven cant receive software updates and it may do strange things. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that has lights not working. Found 2 failed led modules and replaced both. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived onsite and found icemaker had lost position. Reset by jumping and found healthy operation dumped a batch of ice and refilled. Advised customer to monitor and in event of repeat failure, will order and replace icemaker."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. My customer wanted to proceed with repairs on their washer which needs the gearcase, slider, clutch and rotor. I removed and replaced the mentioned parts and when I went to place in diagnostics, error code F5E1 appeared. I cleared the code and attempted to calibrate. Unit lid lock assembly failed to lock the lid. I tested the unit and found the lid lock assembly bad. I advised the customer of my findings and they agreed to replace the lock assembly. I removed and replaced the the lock assembly and calibrated. Tested unit in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
