Arrived onsite for a dryer making a lot of noise. The customer played a video and I could hear the blower wheel rubbing the housing. I found the house vent put on with the elbow at the wall instead of at the back of the dryer causing the blower duct to twist and hit the blower wheel when pushed back against the wall. The customer was concerned about the buzzer going off and I explained this was normal when the clothes were done. I also explained how the wrinkle shield setting worked. Dryer is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection I removed the evap cover and installed the thermistor and fan motor. During the installation the heater wire was dangling lose. It had popped out of the molex connector housing. I bent the barb backup and installed it back into the connector housing. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a dryer making loud noise. I found the unit making a loud buzzing noise and if the unit was shifted any the blower wheel would rub on the vent housing. I removed the blower wheel and isolated the motor and it still would make the loud buzzing noise. I found the bearings bad in the motor. I replaced the motor and tested and it sounded good. I put one component back on at a time and tested each time. When the vent was installed it caused the blower wheel to rub on start up and then it would stop rubbing and sound normal when at full speed. I put a sound pads between the vent and the rear bulk head and tested. The dryer is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on vent hood that had leaked some grease down the wall behind the unit. On arrival customer advised the unit did have an exterior damper as mentioned in last visit. Clarified to customer that grease leaking out of the casing / frame means that the ducting had to be leaking or disconnected somewhere in the tower, and missing or incorrectly installed dampers help accelerate grease thinning out and running. Advised customer they need their builder or HVAC folks to come in and revise and resolve the ducting to resolve, since this is not related to the function of the unit machinery, just venting. Arrived onsite for vent hood not functioning. Upon arrival inspected unit. Spoke to customer and found that unit is functioning however the control buttons are getting stuck in housing. Found that buttons are not being depressed correctly. Once fan speed is selected then the off button must be depressed to stop the unit. Customer was pushing the same button twice which was causing it to get stuck. Instructed customer on proper use. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that is flashing the clean light. Upon inspection I found that the drip man had water in it I drain the water out and tested the unit for leaks and found that there was a small leak at the water valve fitting. I tightened it up and found that the leak went away. I contended testing and and found no other leaks and the unit completed the diag cycle like normal. I also noticed that the customer is using pods , I advised customer on detergent use. Unit opening as designed. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for microwave making noise when in use. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found unit making vibrating noises when heating. Disassembled and inspected. Found that issue was when installed the cabinets are not completely straight. The cabinet makes the frame slightly bow. I adjusted the mounting screws and the noise stopped. Arrived onsite for a washer that stopped in the middle of a wash cycle. Upon arrival I tested the drain pump from the control on the harness side and found it showing open. I tested the pump itself and found it testing within spec. Upon further inspection I found that the harness separated at the point where it hose into the connector. I repaired the harness and tested the unit several times and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display showing F9E1-no drain/long drain. I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code and manually tested the drain pump and found it doesnt function at all. I tilted the unit back and found the harness shorted. I repaired the harness and reconnected the drain pump and immediately it came on but I could hear a rattling noise coming from the pump. Once the drain pump was done pumping the remaining water out of the unit, I manually tested the drain pump again and found it was intermittently turning on and off. I removed and replaced the pump and calibrated the unit. Tested the unit is diagnostics and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer drum not turning but unit still heats. Upon further inspection, I raised the top panel and found the drive belt splitting and getting caught in the motor. I removed the drum and found the back left roller damaged and unit needing to be cleaned. I removed and replaced both rollers, tension pulley and drive belt. I cleaned the roller axles and vacuumed the lint from the unit (before/after photos). Reassembled the unit with the new belt installed and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Upon further inspection, I found the UI on and when I opened the unit doors, I found no lights on in the RC or FC sections and the compressor and no fans were operating. I pulled the unit out and cycled power to the unit and found the interior lights were on, but the compressor and fans did not. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested in test 4 and the unit operated as designed. I found the deli control was operating and the deli harness was good. Filling the tech sheet for the wiring harness, I tested all points and got good readings for all. At the end of service, the lights were on but the compressor and all fans were not. I did notice the temperature was not consistent in the RC due to being full and air channels all being blocked. Advised customer to center items on the shelves and make sure nothing touches the back wall, this will get the refrigerator compartment back to consistent proper temp. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the unit full of water. Pressed cancel on the control panel and the drain pump came on and began to drain the water. After approximately 30 seconds, the drain pump stopped during the water but I could hear the motor humming. Using my shop vac, I removed the remaining water and removed the drain pump and retested. Once I pressed cancel, the dr pump failed to turn on. I removed and replaced the drain pump and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice or water. Inspected unit and work area. Found the lock button on the user interface and unlocked the UI. Attempted to dispense water and ice and found both operating as designed. Test of the unit multiple times and advise the customer that they may have accidentally touched and held the lock button walking all of the user interface is features. Customer was unaware that that was something that they could do on the unit. I did explain that the lock feature is mainly for families with children from being able to dispense water or ice all over the floor. Went over how to unlock the lock setting in case if it accidentally gets touched and went over the user care guide. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher showing f8E4 in diagnostics. Upon arrival Confirmed issue. Upon further inspection I did find water in the drip pan and found evidence of a leak occurring from the fill line. Also found evidence of water leaking under the sink that customer had stated was happening around the same time and customer is going to inspect as to what was causing that. After tightening the fill line ran unit through multiple test but could not find any further signs of leak from dishwasher unit working as designed call complete

Arrived onsite for a washer that is leaking. Upon arrival I found that the drain hose was missing. I quite Customer to replace the hose. I installed new hose and tested the unit and found that the leak was gone.

Arrived on site to test unit for RC evap frosting over. Unit was thawed in arrival. Found evap thermistor reading open directly at thermistor. Advised to have drain pan replaced as well. Film on glass looked like hard water etching however washed away easily with water. Residue seems like detergent that had now washed completely away. Ran diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran auto test and all components passed. Found customer has been alternating several different detergents also rinse aid was low. Customer also mentioned water temperature. Notified customer that unit needs 120 degrees water temperature for ideal wash. Recommended customer also not prewash dishes. "Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Found ice maker fingers frozen in stuck in ice cubes. Removed ice from ice maker with warm water and reinstalled, ice maker did not respond when jumping T-H. Replaced ice maker, unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete."

"MDB8959SKZ0 Arrived to inspect breaker still tripping. I entered service test mode and found FAE2 (F10E2, vent electrical) as the only stored error code and cleared for testing. The vent wax motor tested and 1.402 K at slightly above room temperature. The dispenser solenoid measured 354.2 . I monitored the main line VAC and noted a maximum momentary startup current of 3.42 amps that occurred with motor startup. Allowing the automatic test mode to complete, 9.81 amps was measured with the circulation motor running (1.71 circulation motor only with water and .6 drain pump only) and it steadily declined to 8.2 amps until the heater deactivated. The unit completed the cycle and no errors were generated. Due to the intermittent nature of the issue and not finding anything associated with the error code, I replaced the control. I retested and no sues occurred. I discussed detergent type and amount with the customer and they will refrain from pod usage and switch to a measurable powder or liquid and deuce the amount of detergent used. If the issue occurs again, I advised the customer to plug the unit into a different outlet, namely the garbage disposal and then ensure the switch is in and retry operation. If the unit no longer trips the new breaker, the likelihood would be the existing circuit/breaker No leaks observed during service."

"KRFC704FPS05 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Prior to sealed system removal, I retested and found the compressor would not engage at all. Further testing revealed there was no line VAC to the inverter. I removed and inspected the Orion controller and found P1 3-4 not fully seated and canted to the side, causing connector 4 and possibly 3 to loose continuity. I corrected the plug issue and tested. The unit cooled as designed and the compressor ran steadily after repair. No water connections to unit."

Arrived on site to test unit for orange flames. Test unit and found burner heads not siting flush. Replaced burner heads and flame are normal but left front orifice holder is damaged no allowing burner head to sit flush. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise is a different noise than before. The customer opened the door and turned the drum and I could hear debris banging around in one of the drum baffles. Turned the unit on and could hear it intermittently. I removed the top panel and removed all of the baffles and found some debris inside. Removed the debris and reinstalled the baffles and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

I tested unit several times with the customer and the only noise both her and I could hear coming from the unit at this time was the point at which the drum was welded together rolling over the supports/ rollers. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I disassembled the FC section to get access to the ice maker. I found the service LED on the ice maker is solid on. I tested the ice maker and found it harvesting as designed and calling for water but not getting any water. I tested the water dispenser on the inside left panel of the RC section and water dripped out. I removed the filter and installed a bypass and retested the dispenser and water dispensed but stopped. I retested the ice maker and got no water. I found water puddled at the back left corner of the unit. Pulled the unit out and found where water is coming out from the control housing area. Removed the control cover and found water coming out of the cabinet at both harnesses (photos). I advised my customer of my findings and showed her the issue. I recommended the customer contact the Manufacturer to discuss a resolution. Customer requested to leave the unit plugged in and the ice maker turned on. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that has lost cooling on several occasions, and also has the front UI panel start blinking or staying dead when the unit resets. Customer says several times a day the panel will blink or die. Talked with CS who advised most of the time the HV control relays failing is what causes the blinkouts. Provided estimate for a new HV control . When i was behind the unit I could hear a relay constantly clacking and did cause the unit to cycle and blink out. Replaced control and tested. Issue stopped when the new control was installed. Customer also had drain backing up, due to buildup in the duck bill. Cleared duck bill. If we have to return, please send updated drain kit.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for washer. Replaced suspension and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for range damaged . Upon arrival inspected unit. Found both side panels damaged. Replaced panels. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Customer also had concern about internal oven temperature. Tested oven and temperature is within range. Job complete

Arrived onsite for washer shaking and walking. On inspection found that the front suspension was shoot. Replaced all the suspension and tested unit. I then flipped the unit up in found oil all over the sides and the motor. Ordering parts to fix the issue. No water leaks detected during service. "WOS51EC0HS20 Arrived to inspect F3E1 error. I found the unit would not heat at all and there were multiple instances of the code stored and I cleared for testing. I found the connector at the sensor, on the harness side was slightly deformed internally and the contact bar was pressed down too far for positive contact. I was able to re-form the connector and tested. Throughout many different types of movement and stress in the connector, I could not get it to fail again, while monitoring continuity with my meter. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site removed panels in oven and found flame when ignited has a lot of orange tips and is large. Moved air cut off gate on burner to the 2/3 close position and now flame is completely blue And normal sized. Allowed oven to preheat and then reignite several times to confirm no gas smell.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. Tested unit and found it has a locked up compressor. If unit tries to start it just buzzes and stops. Will fire the compressor. Arrived on site to install new door panel to resolve dishwasher with dented front panel from install. Installed new panel and verified all proper fitment and function. Unit no longer leaking after repair on last visit. Call complete.

"JXW8536DS0 Arrived to inspect blower no longer working. I found the unit would only hum in all settings, progressively louder as the setting was higher. I removed and replaced the blower, finding the original had failed and was difficult to rotate by hand and tested. Operational test good.

"Arrived on site to test unit for loud screeching sound. Customer did have a recording of sound and sounds as if belt is slipping but its a direct drive. Revived stator, clutch and slider and found no signs of rubbing or contacting. Deboned wash plate and tub and nothing is loose or making unnecessary contact. Suspension is good and not worn. Im able to mimic issue. Replaced clutch and slider as a precautionary. No signs of gearcase failure. No leaks detected. Job complete."

Arrived onsite to install previously discussed parts. Upon arrival I installed the new water valve. And tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks.

"Arrived onsite for SAFETY Dryer burnt in rear/red hot / burn odor, drum black. Upon arrival inspected unit and did not see drum black or non ordinary color. Removed rear panel to inspect/ test element. Watched element cycle several times and element is operating as designed. Found that the belt pulley has broken off the motor causing the belt to shred. Need to replace belt, blower wheel and motor
