"Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit powered off. I hooked my gauges up to the unit and found the low side in a vacuum. I tested the compressor and found it working. I put 120 psi of nitrogen into the system. I unhooked my gauges while the nitrogen is in the system. I used a bubble solution on the condenser lines, access valve, dryer, evaporator and any exposed Lakeland system lines. I found no leaks present. I hooked my gauges up and found the system equalized at 75 psi. I recharged it back to 120 psi and I watched the gauges while I called techline. I spoke to Robert and advised him of my findings. As I was talking to Robert I found the pressure being released indicating a leak. We determined the leak is in the cabinet.

Arrived on site for microwave light not working. I inspected the unit and work area. The customer provided a new bulb. I tested voltage to the socket and it didnt matter if I set it to high it low light I was showing 120 vac no matter what. I gained access to the microcomputer and found the relay for the vent hood light split. I replaced the microcomputer. I reassembled the unit and tested the vent hood light. It is now working as designed. And changing brightness depending on the setting. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for NOT DISPENSING ICE OR WATER FROM THE DOOR--NOT EVEN MAKING ICE EITHER--VALVE WAS REPLACED AND THE FILTER AND STILL NOTHING--UNIT STILL COOLING AND FREEZING OK IN BOTH COMPARTMENTS. When pressing the water dispenser pad you can hear the valve actuate, but no water comes out. Inspected the water filter and gaskets / o-rings looked good. Removed filter and tried to dispense water without filter. Still no water. Customer provided a brand new filter. Still no water from dispenser. Removed water line from the valve and turned on water at the wall. Water is coming out fine from the water line with good pressure. Tested housing base and it is working as designed. Explained to customer based on items attempted and tested that the water line inside the cavity of fridge that sends water to the ice maker and water dispenser must be frozen over. Recommended they unplug the fridge for 24 hours and allow any frozen lines inside to thaw out then test the water dispenser again.

"Arrived on site for loud noise in freezer area, and not cooling in refrigerator properly. Removed evaporator cover and found harness sticker tag had fallen into the fan blade causing the noise. Repositioned the harness sticker tag and reassembled the evaporator cover. Plugged fridge back in and noise is gone. Fridge cooling as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated it would leak and they would have to use 5 to 6 towels to clean it up. This happened the last two times the customer used it. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E3 for overload and F0E5 for off balance. I ran every load individually and the test cycle. I could not replicate the leak. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gear case oil. I could not see any trace of a leak however. I ran a normal cycle with a load full of clothes and could not replicate the leak. I inspected the outer tub and did not see any cracks or damage. This indicates the leak may be coming from the bad gear case. I attempted to remove the stator, but found it bound onto the gear case. I am ordering rotor, stator, and screws to complete the repair. Disassembled unit and found major lint buildup in blower housing. Removed lint and tested thermal fuse. Found thermal cutoff fuse opened/ failed. Removed failed fuse and installed new. Assembled unit and tested operation. Found all working as designed. Spoke with customer on venting and purpose of thermal fuse.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer getting too hot. Upon further inspection, I tested the temps in the ex-low setting and high setting and found that the max temp didnt change. The ex-low temp was the same as the high temp setting. I tested the cutoffs, thermostat, and thermal fuse and found all within range. Inspected the element and it is good. After a few tests recommended by Leon, it was determined that the temperature switch has failed. I removed and replaced the temperature switch and tested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that is showing a ?check vent? error code. Inspected the unit and work area. I ran checks on the sensors and found them working properly. I ran a vent tester kit on the unit and found the unit ventilating properly with good airflow. I called Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7730910924. We checked the vent hose and for the vent hose not kinked but going out from the dryer to the right circling back left to go into the wall and then up. The customer states that the vet then goes up and then somewhat down and out ranging about 25 feet event in the wall. Steve advised that based on the prior notes and the way that this dryer vents, the issue might be with the number of turns the air has to make to go out. He advised to have the customer straightener vent hose as much as possible to avoid further elbows and to have the customer check the venting to make sure that in the ceiling it only goes at a 90? angle as opposed to a sharper turn. He advised there was no issue with the unit at this time and to make note for the repair. Relay that information over to the customer and also advised the customer to run a load without the vent hose on to verify that it is not with the dryer and with the venting. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I plugged unit back in and display would not come back on. Tested voltage at P1 and was getting 120. Unplugged for five minutes and plugged back in. Still no power to control / display. Tried turning on elements and all four elements got hot and turned red as designed. Ordering control, two more switches, two more elements, bake element, and will be returning with all previously ordered parts. Arrived on site for a wall oven throwing an F8E0 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated they preheated the unit and it threw the error around 200?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E0 for slow cooling fan. I then manually activated the fan and could here it make a loud rattle. I gained access to the cooling fan and found a molex laying on the blades. The harness had come out of its holder and was allowing the molex to drop onto the fan. I corrected this and then tested the unit. I found the fan no longer making the noise in diagnostics. I then preheat the unit and found it now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not draining, found unit is set up on gravity drain that runs through the cabinet to the right of the unit, however, when unit is pushed back into cubby hole, the drain line is getting kinked and not allowing unit to drain. Even when we pull the unit out about 6-8 inches, the unit will drain slowly. Customer is going to contact installers to fix issue. I tested every other complement in diagnostic mode as well as regular on mode, unit tested good. I left unit off due to drain issues, no leaks at time of service."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the door freezing shut. Upon arrival the customer stated the FC door had been getting significant frost build up on it, and now they could not open it. I tried to open the door but found it completely frozen shut and could not open it at all. Upon further inspection I found the gasket on the bottom sagging and completely off. I used my mirror to inspect the bottom of the door and found the plastic holding the gasket on he bottom of the door was separating from the door itself. Due to this it cannot hold the gasket and the door will need to be replaced.

I used the vent test kit with the vent on and found poor airflow for all dryers. I then removed the vent and actually found no airflow at all. I gained access to the blower wheel and found it not attached to the motor and actually backwards. I in stalled the blower wheel and retraced the diagnosis steps. I did an amp draw on the igniter and found it only showing 2.3 amps. I replaced the ignitor and retested. The new igniter is showing 3.8 amps and the oven is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s not dissolving soap. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is not washing their clothes and is making some odd sounds during operation. She also advised that sometimes the unit doesn?t even complete the cycle. Confirmed the customers complain and found the shifter not moving to agitate. Removed the actuator and found the arm broken off the actuator. Replaced the actuator with a truck stock actuator. Tested the unit and the unit began to work as designed. Call complete.; used 1 W11481722 (ACTUATOR ) from stock

Arrived on site for a washing machine that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and checked voltage going to the main control. Found proper voltage and checked voltage going to the user interface. Found 5 V DC going to the user interface indicating the control panel problem. Replaced user interface assembly and tested the unit in an auto cycle. The unit ran as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher needing previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I reconfirmed and installed missing wheel assembly. Found clips and switchs not needed after getting basket realigned with proper lvl wheels. Door was actively opening and shutting and allowing switchs to close connections to main control properly. No leaks during repairs call complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher with broken upper rack rollers assembly. Upon arrival I confirmed the rack mount/roller assembly kit was busted on both side of unit. I also versed nits model matched the following S-CODE S23010 to cover parts and labor and informed customer we would be in contact to reschedule once availability of parts is known.
