"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer door not staying closed. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had a box in front of the FC door to keep it closed. I removed the box and the left side of the door opened approximately 1/2 inch. I removed the food contents and removed the door and found the rails were gunked up with old lubricant. Also found some of the bearings were missing. I removed and replaced both side rails/slides and reassembled the FC section and tested the door opening/closing and it is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for Surface Burner(s) Sparking or Clicking - Gas and Dual Fuel Range. Found all cooktop burners igniting as designed. Customer informed me that it was the bake igniter that was continuously clicking and not igniting. Ran preheat bake at 350 and igniter was not clicking consistently. Removed drawer and found igniter harness not connected fully to the igniter. Connected the harness wire to fully seat on the igniter. Tested bake and ignited on first click. Tested broil and it too ignited as designed. Job completed.

I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and continued with testing. Unit is operating as designed. Customer advised that they have a water softener system. "Arrived on site and inspected ice machine not producing ice. Confirmed the complaint and ran a new cycle and the unit filled, made ice, dropped the ice on the grid cutter, but due to the warped unit the ice that made melts because of the noticeable gaps and dents on and around the unit as if it were dropped. I also did a video call so ADRIAN could document the units damages.

(CH) Arrived on site for center of front right burner not coming on. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and inspected element and found proper voltage from infinite switch. Found element and wiring both burnt. Was able to replace element and repair wiring. Reassembled and tested unit to find it operating as intended. Call complete.

Arrived on site and inspected washer with water pooling underneath the unit. Confirmed the complaint and found water stains directly underneath the load and go dispenser at the bottom of unit. Found customer loaded the load and go system 3 years ago but has never used the option. The pooling water had the stored detergent in it. Upon arrival checked temps in rc and found them at 27 when unit was set to 38 degrees.upon further testing I was able to find the damper stuck in the open position. Damper motor wasnt shutting during diagnostics or normal operation. Checked and found voltage to damper functioning. Also found dampener seal still intact and functioning. Replaced damper and reassembled unit. After reassembly tested the unit and found it is working as designed. Informed customer to give unit at least 24 hrs to re-stabilize temps. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with freezer getting ice build up. Upon arrival the customer stated he was getting some ice build up or icicles around the door and sometimes a little water puddle under the FC door. I found the customer had previously stored something in the FC that was a little to big, and had bags of frozen food in the pizza box area on the FC door. I advised the customer that these could of caused air leaks and typically that is what creates the frost or icicles by the door. Upon further inspection I found no gaps in the gasket. I checked temps and found the FC 6?F after being opened for a little bit. I also found the fan working as designed and no ice build up at the back of the FC. I found the unit working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service

No frost build up over evaporator cover. Placed in diagnostics and all checked good. Fans running strong and compressor kicked on as designed. Placed in a short defrost and I could hear the evaporator coils breaking up frost and water sizzle. Removed kick plate and found heavy build up of dust over condenser coils. Used vacuum to remove the dust. This should help the fridge run more efficiently. Didnt see any items in fridge frozen. Nice frost pattern over evaporator coils. Ask customer to get a video of the grinding noise if they happen to hear it again in the future. Job completed.

During this he checked his range and he found a minor leak in the range. I used my leak finder and could not detect any leak and could not smell any gas coming from the unit. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the unit not cooling properly and per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the hv drier and FC evaporator. Using my black light, I found that the evaporator had leaked refrigerant. Vacuumed the system for approximately 20 minutes and pressures held. Installed 7.50oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures and watched the frost pattern on the FC evaporator. Evaporator had a good frost pattern. During this time, I removed and replaced the filter housing and checked for leaks. No leaks found. Unit continued to hold pressure in sealed system. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit will make a very loud noise during the final spin, and when the shifter activates. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a service cycle and it ran through as designed with no noise. The customer then informed me it was an intermittent issue. I individually activated each component and ran the high spin/agitate for a while and could never replicate the noise. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found everything looking as designed. I called techline and spoke to Kathy and received SR# 7731092827. Arrived onsite for washer not operating no power.upon arrival found unit control was damaged and control panel not responding to touch replaced both and found valve on cold side not opening correctly. Replaced all three and tested unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator losing cool. Upon arrival the customer stated things in the RC started getting soft and ruining faster. Also that some condensation build up was appearing in the FC. They were still having low ice production too. I checked the temps and found the FC at 13?F and the RC at 50?F. I gained access to the FC evap and found a good frost pattern. I found several inches of ice build up on the RC evap cover, and frozen water on the bottom of the RC. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found thermistors passed, all fans and airflow components working properly, put the defrost in basic mode, and found the defrost working as designed. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out the thermistors. I found the RC thermistor at 9.8k (reading roughly 30?F, which is about accurate due to ice), the FC thermistor at 4.9k (reading roughly 50?F, which is roughly correct after door being open and defrost activated), and the RC evap thermistor at 25k ohms (reading roughly -5?F, which is more than likely accurate due to the amount of ice build up). I gained access to the drain tube due to the sheet of ice on the bottom of the RC. I found it slightly clogged and cleared it. This indicates a possible UI and control issue. I am ordering the UI and will return with all other parts. Return tech to install UI and Control. They will also need to gain access to the RC evap to check if the thermistor has correct placement, for this could also cause the issue. I advised the customer they will need to keep the cooling off at least 48 hours before service to thaw out ice. I had them sign the defrosting refrigerator waiver. "Arrived on site to replace compressor, filter drier, and coupler. After replacing, unit would not hold vacuum, I heard a very faint hissing noise coming from refrigerant line feeding filter drier. I bubble tested my welds, that tested good, I was not able to gain access to where the leak was coming from.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon arrival verified 120 connections to all components needed to operate unit. After further inspection I found drain line under sink was never properly raised. Also found a lot of food on and around dishes, indicating they are being properly rinsed off prior to being put in the dishwasher. Found spray arm slightly clogged with water debri. Was able to remove clogs. Rerouted drain line.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed external drain pump to resolve unit not draining. Replaced external drain pump and retested unit. Verified everything is powering on. Ran a normal ice making cycle and verified unit is filling and draining properly. Verified frost pattern on chill plate. Unit is now working as designed with no water leaks found. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for vent hood not operating as designed. Upon arrival found unit was operating as designed customer was surprised unit grease trap was covered and unit had some oil on outside to touch. Spoke with customer on regular maintenance and cleaning and how too.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying correctly. Upon arrival found unit was operating as designed customer wasnt using rinse aid and also had hard water stains on unit. Spoke with customer on importance of rinse aid for drying and using vinegar to help with hard water stains. Job Completed.

Arrived onsite for microwave door handle loose and not able to use the unit. Upon inspection I found the glass to the door shattered.

Arrived on site to follow up on cooktop with several burners having a hard time igniting. Drilled out 2 screws. Replaced both right side orifice holders and burners due to stripped screws due to rust. Replaced screws with new screws. Tested unit and verified its working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with no cool. The customer informed me they had another company service the unit already stating it was a compressor issue, and the other company advised reaching out to WP for repair. I checked the temps and found the FC at 50?F and the RC at 53?F. I gained access to the evap and found a ball of ice on the cap tube. This indicates a failed SS. Ordering compressor, evap, lok ring kit, access valve, and UV-drier. No fee collected due to concession WXBXSXBAPL1. Requesting SS tech and 2 hour job. Arrived onsite for handle to the freezer being loose. Looked at the handle. Handle needed screws from underneath tight. Tighten the screws. No issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for flames bing high to the unit. Looked at the unit and found that the burner caps were all missing and the shield inside of the oven was missing.

Arrived onsite for not staying consistently functioning. Would shut off or be dark but still cool. Checked the UI pantry board and there is nothing wrong with the control. Wasn?t able to get symptoms to shows. Spoke with CS on a fix of the unit. Went ahead and changed out the power board. Replaced power board. Unit turned on with no issues. Did let customer know to monitor if issues continues. No other issues at this time. Job complete
