"Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with a cup of water and my magnetron tester. During testing, I found the magnetron would only function 1 time and at the end of testing, the water was warm but not hot. I pulled the unit out from the cabinet and removed the top panel to gain access to the components. I tested the magnetron and found it out of range. Since the magnetron, capacitor and diode are covered by AEX 1yr warranty, I removed and replaced the mentioned parts and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I placed the unit back in the cabinets and retested and it continues to operate as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer with no power. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the unit and it failed and the interior light is not coming on. I tested voltage at the outlet and got no voltage. I found the left side on the outlet was bad. I checked the breaker and it was on. Cycled power and retested voltage at the outlet and got same results. I recommended that the customer inspect the breaker and outlet and once it repaired and the unit continues to fail, contact our office and schedule service. Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I verified the issue with ice production and water dispensing was due to a faulty filter head and I removed and replaced the filter head assembly. I tested and the issues were resolved. The dispenser had a very aggressive spray and I found and removed hard water deposits from the tube and the flow resumed normal flow rate and pressure. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that you can hear a hum but the drum doesnt turn. I found the unit stacked and ai could hear the motor running but drum wasnt moving. I found the belt broken and the idler bad. I replaced the parts and tested the dryer. All works as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for whirlpool fridge freezer ice maker not producing any ice. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the ice maker receiving good voltage. But will not cycle when called for.. I installed the new ice maker. I found it cycling and filling. The unit is working as designed.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed float switch seal. Cleaned unit seal and tightened nut. Tested unit for leaks and found unit is now operating as designed Leak free. All checks good. Advised customer on repair.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not shutting off. Upon further inspection, I found the unit in the garage with the water turned off. I removed the dispenser assembly and found water behind the assembly and the harness badly corroded (photo). Also found the dispenser switch connection badly corroded (photo). I advised that due to the corrosion on the switch is what caused the dispenser to be activated and spray water without pushing on the dispenser arm. I traced the harness back to the side of the door where it goes inside the door. I advised the customer that the only way to replace the harness is to replace the door. I also found the ice door not sealing properly and allowing warm air up inside the ice bin melting the ice. Customer advised that they would leave the water turned off to the unit. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling correctly in either compartment. The CX stated it was cooling ok in the RC but the FC wasnt cooling at all and it stopped making ice a few days go. I ran some test and found the FC evaporator fan not running. I found the door on the FC not closing correctly and a large gap halfway down both sides of the door and along the bottom because the drawers and the bin was not installed correctly. I corrected the drawers and the bin so the door would close and found the evaporator completely frozen up. I explained to the customer that the air gaps from the door not closing caused this. I ran a forced defrost and the unit worked as designed. I explained to the CX that they would need to defrost the unit and then see if the fan would start working again. I went over laying out towels around the unit. The upper rails are also bad for the top drawer and need to be replaced. I also found the deli UI and wiring in the deli drawer badly corroded and explained to the CX what this could cause. MS stated they never had any cooling issues until just now.

"Arrived onsite for it's the heating element needs to be replaced. It overheats no matter what temperature is set at. Upon arrival customer stated that all burners get hot even when set to low heat. Test unit and set to low but unit heats up to full heat. Found front left and front right burners never cycle. Contacted SW for assistance. Recommended replacement of both front left and front right elements due to elements having temperature sensors. Job complete"

Arrived on site for range tripping breaker in oven was in use. Upon arrival found no error codes and diagnostics indicating a hardware failure. Then check voltage from the outlet and found a stable on correctly polarized 240 V. Found range had a gfci breaker installed causing breaker to continuously trip. Explained to customer they would need to contact their builder and have dedicated circuit installed without gfci. Range is functioning as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site to disassemble both oven doors to clean the inner glass. I disassembly the doors and removed the glass so the customer can clean them. After cleaning I reassembled the doors and reinstalled them. They are now clean and shutting properly.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit seems to not finish any cold wash cycles. Tested the valves and found the cold water valve not pulling in any water. Remove the hose from the cold water valve and found buildup inside of the valve assembly. Replace the water valve and test of the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit will fill but will not wash the clothes or spend them out. Ran into diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low /no water detected during fill) error code. Test of the unit in manual testing and tested both hot and cold valves. Found very weak water pressure coming through the valves on both sides. Checked behind the unit and found that the unit was hooked up to one water pipe with a Y splitter leading to the back of the unit. Found water pressure was weak from the water supply and did advise the customer that their issue is an installation one. Advise the customer to have thetheir water supply updated to have a hot and cold line going to each valve. I also advised that they should have their water pressure checked due to insufficient supply. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found freezer door has a large air gap across the entire top. Disassembled freezer to inspect further and found support bar is missing. Inspected brackets and found they are both plum but door is not. Freezer door, Support bar and ears would need to be replaced at minimum

Arrived onsite and found unit with SD error and f9e1 long drain. Determined the drain trap is clogged. Cleared water from unit and found clothing in the drain trap causing long drain removed and provided maintenance instruct on procedure.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a door that wont close. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have a number of issues that they wanted me to look at including their freezer door not shutting fully, their pantry door not shutting properly, no ice production from either ice maker, and water dripping from their ice dispenser consistently. Confirmed all the customers complaints and found the rails on both freezer door and pantry doors worked broken and not closing properly. Also found the ice door separator leaking warm air into the ice bin area and causing condensation. I advise the customer that we would not be able to fully determine whether either icemaker needs to be replace due to loss of freezer air temperatures and all compartments. Advise the customer that we would at least need to replace the slides on both drawers and the ice door separator.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the washer leaked water from underneath. I inspected the valve/hose connections at the back of the console and they were good with no signs of leakage. I found the drain hose was 4 inches in the standpipe. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found no evidence of water leaks anywhere. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and when the unit began to drain, I found water backing out the standpipe (photo). I stopped testing and placed the unit in manual diagnostics and slowly drained the water from the unit and monitored the standpipe. I was able to get the unit drained. Tested agitate and spin and the unit is operating as designed. Using my borescope, I checked the standpipe for clogs and found it clogged appropriately 6-8 inches down (photo). I recommended that the customer contact to clear the debris. No water leaks observed, within the unit, during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing water properly and leaking from icemaker. I will confirm the icemaker legal to do two separate or not sealing causing ice to form and milk together in ice bucket. Also found filter head reservoir was failing to seal around filter. Arrived on site for whirlpool SXS fridge not dispensing water. I inspected the unit and work area. The customer stated the unit will intermittently stop dispensing ice. I gained access to the dispenser switch and found it working everytime I tested it. I preformed a temp test in the fridge and found it at 37 degrees but I found the fridge thermistor reading 48 degrees. Arrived on site for ice machine not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found negative pressures on Arrival. Confirmed no leaks and unit had refrigerant. Pulled vacuum then recharged system with 5.5oz. Equalized psi was 50/50. Repowered unit and found psi lvls on both sides immediately drop to negatives but would equalize back to 50 when turned off. Removed drier and found black gunk/oil in system indicating compressor had a burn out into entire sealed system. I tested temps in the FC=36 degrees and RC=46 degrees on settings of 0/37. I removed the FC door and the top drawer and found the evaporator engulfed in ice/frost (photo). I provided a disclaimer from management regarding this unit/model and advised that I could repair the previous parts that were replaced, but did not want to move forward with any rut her repairs due to potential failures and once the parts are installed, they could not be removed and returned.

Upon further inspection I found that there was a very low rate of water flow coming out of the drain hose which indicates that the drain pump may be failing.

Arrived on site to test unit for vent hood not working. Test unit and found bad vent fan motor and broken housing. Will need to replace both parts ; ordrng 1 W11387938 (Housing) and 1 WPW10294026 (Blower)

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a no ice condition. I verified the customers diagnosis of an E2 error. I found 12VDC to the icemaker and the motor not running.I replaced the icemaker and ran the harvest and fill test. All is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for Maytag bottom mount fridge, freezer door not opening. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the bottom of the fresh food section full of ice and water. I removed the ice. I tested the water dispenser and the ice maker, I found no leaks from the valve or reservoir. I could not get the freezer door open to inspect the inside. I gained access to the compressor and found the drain tube iced over. I adviced the customer to leave the fridge off for 72 hours to let the ice melt.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that has a dent in the back of the tub. Upon inspection I found that the unit did have a dent that is also leaking. Replaced the tub and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite and found air building up in dispenser. Gargling before water streams. Advised customer that the filter needed to be replaced to eliminate the likelihood of imperfect filter seal. No leaks. All else checks good.

Arrived on site for whirlpool ent hood motor not spinning. I inspected the unit and work area. I found when the unit was installed screws where place and at stopping the motor from spinning. The unit will have to be brought down to remove the screws. If the screws are removed the unit will work. Job complete.

Arrived on site for standalone ice maker making a lot of noise and not making ice . Found recirculating pump running dry . Found wire in water sensor had worked itself out of harness. Reran diagnostics all checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete CNOTE

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Upon inspecting unit found defrost failure caused by control failure. Replaced control and customer to thaw unit for 24hrs prior to use. Customer has signed defrost waiver.

Arrived onsite and found secondary issue of hot water valve not efficiently administering water when actuated. Replaced hot single valve and included cost in initial diagnosis and charge. No further charge made. All checks good.

Arrived onsite to install previously ordered parts. Replaced control. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite and replaced the damper WPW10479155. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. Unit is now transitioning properly.

Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found it is vibrating while running in the freezer compartment. Removed evaporator cover repositioned all wiring and connectors Took one picture of evaporator. After reinstalling evaporator cover vibration has stopped. If it continues pre-order every replaceable component in freezer and sound deadening material. Job complete

Arrived on site for a dryer that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage and polarity. Found 240 V going to the timer. Checked the thermal fuse and found it open. Replaced the thermal fuse and checked all other heating components. Found that heating element grounding against the heater housing. Replaced the heater as well and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived to inspect no fan operation. I found the lighting was operable, but the motor would not engage. The motor speed controller showed no continuity through it and should have at least registered within the MOhm range. The motor had the correct resistance and I removed and replaced the speed controller. Operational test good."

Arrived onsite for fridge lights not working. On inspection the top lights and the freezer lights were out. Replaced the topIights and the lights started working. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for error cord about power supply. Replaced module test unit all burners working correctly at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for oven door lose parts. On inspection the CX was showing that the top right and left upper corner where the stainless meets the glass was lose. I informed the CX that there is only double side tape holding it on and that is how it came from the manufacture.
