I checked voltage at the junction box and got no reading. I found a switch on the wall to the right of the unit and turned it on which provided 122V, but the unit continued to fail. When I checked the harness at the junction box again, sparks came out of the wire nut for the neutral wire and I noticed the wire cover was a dark white and not bright. I cycled power to the unit and removed the wire nut and found the wires had shorted. I cut the wires back and re-wired the harnesses and cycled power, at which time, the unit came on. I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon arrival confirmed issue and found moisture had gotten into the UI panel leading to the glue is heating up and causing a way to peel off. Also found upper rack rusting on the front left corner. Was able to replace UI panel and verify the door code seal properly in fixed position to prevent further moisture from getting inside. Tested the heating cycle of the dishwasher and found it fully functioning as designed with proper amperage and voltage and instructed customer on best methods and adequate amount of time needed to allow unit to cure rinse aid to help heating process and then reported findings to techline Robert sr#7734820601. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water out of the freezer, has light scrubbing inside of the refrigerator and freezer sections, and is not able to dispense ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the ice container is broken and theyre unable to dispense ice. Checked the dispenser motor and found that energy was being supplied but the motor would not turn. Did verify the impeller would be able to be removed. Confirm the ice container issue and checked the lights. Replace the freezer light and then the refrigerator lower light and found neither of those lights causing the lights to flicker. I also steamed out the ice buildup underneath the freezer evaporator and cleared out the clog and the drain tube. Ordering the dispenser motor, ice container, and refrigerator light module for repair. "Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop warning signals of hot cooktop wont turn off. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and all are operating as designed. I cycled power and disconnected the left burner switches and found the warning lights on the control did not turn off. I cycled power and reconnected the switches and disconnected the two right switches and cycled power and found the lights turned off. I found a small burn mark on the front right switch. I cycled power and reconnected the back right switch and cycled power and found the warning lights remained off. I found the front right burner switch has shorted. "Arrived on site and found customer is experiencing lights flickering in certain rooms during the agitation cycle. Set washer to run on a normal cycle. Pulsing lights is observable, inspected lower assembly and found gear case is leaking oil. Spoke with GC and lights are likely pulsing due to motor pulling too many amps. It is probable that replacing the gearcase can solve this issue, At minimum woud need to replace Gearcase. Would also bring back rotor, stater, clutch if needed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door seal damaged. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a rubber piece of a seal. I found the piece appeared to come from the door bottom seal. I removed the outer door panel and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. I found a large amount of old detergent at the reservoir at the bottom of the door. The unit completed testing and there were no leaks and I found suds in the tub at the end of testing. I did find that the element has the incorrect bushings and will need to be replaced per service pointer #W11540964. ; ordrng 1 W11537778 (Element) and 1 W11606677 (Door seal) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

Arrived on site for whirlpool icemaker over producing. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the bail arm not slotted into the icemaker correctly. I reshaped the bail arm and reinstalled it. It is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling properly. Found FC temp was 12.2 on arrival and RC was 42.6. Exposed evap and found top half of the evap had frost pattern. Kept unit plugged in and got an amp draw reading from compressor of .6amps. Kept meter in compressor and found it fluctuating. When reaching 1.4amp draw compressor would get hot and kick out. Cooled compressor and would cycle power. Found high side pressure were 128psi and low side were at 0 but when hooking up low side liquid squirted out with UV dye. When was going to charge system with nitrogen at 140 per Techline I had unit unplugged and was heating a slight hiss/spitting sound. Charged system to 140psi with nitrogen and found an inconsistent hiss coming from suction tube and cap entering cabinet. Leak seems to be too far up into cabinet to get bubble solution to work properly. Leak would stop for a couple minutes then spit(what I believe to be a possible floating restriction) out and high side pressure would drop little but little. After about 25mins high side was at 118 and low side was at 48psi. Heard spitting again and high side pressure instantly dropped to 48 psi where pressures seemed to stabilize. Was on phone with Techline the whole time and believe may have a heat exchanger leak and floating restriction. Unit sent for review. SR#7734661611

Arrived on site for kitchenAid dishwasher door falling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the right hand side spring not decompressing causing the spring to loosen off the hook. I reattached the spring and cleared any debris preventing it from decompressing. I tested the door and spring I found the spring seated properly now and the door working as design. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not draining and no power. Test unit and found drain pump not turning. Replaced drain pump test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite and replaced the compressor and installed dye drier and access valve. Pulled vacuum for 20 minutes. Charged unit with 48 grams of r600a. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

Arrived onsite and found repeat failed pts switch. Replaced under one year Appliance Express warranty. All checks good. No charge.

Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found customer is experiencing start device tripping but has not experienced any cooling loss. Replaced start device and compressor is running. Homeowner will continue to monitor it if she continues a system repair may be needed

Arrived onsite and tested unit for not operating but only beeping. Made adjustment to install alignment which allowed he door to close properly. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on service.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced gasket and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived on site to perform sealed system per previous tech. On arrival found low side pulling into vacuum(-20psi) and high side was at(158psi). Charged system on high side to 140 with nitrogen and low side stayed in a vacuum. Cut drier in half and found slight flow from cap tube side only. Removed drier and replaced. Charged again with nitrogen a fan found pre cooler leaking from solder to condenser. Fixed leak, vacuumed system down and charged to specs. While in vacuum exposed evap. When powered unit on after charging to specs with refrigerant(4.7oz) found immediately leaking from cabinet to evap, not sure if from suction tube or cap tube but took pic of dye and sent to Techline. Unit sent for review. Advised customer to expect whirlpool to reach out to preferred method of contact within 3-5 business days. SR#7734823819"

Arrived on site for dishwasher not allowing door gasket to stay in place.upon further inspection I found door gasket was super soft and not rigid enough in shape to hold properly in tub. Replaced gasket and found unit sealing as designed and not falling off of tub. Call complete W14JES0APL1

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave with a damaged panel. Found control panel dented and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived onsite for SP W10756177B - Special Project S23010 - PRE-ID for upper rack adjusters. Upon arrival replaced upper rack adjusters. No leaks present at this time. Job complete
