The CX unplugged the unit for several days and I could see evidence of FC evaporator defrost within the condensate pan. I tested the circuit and the element and bimetal both proved to be closed circuits when tested from the control, but the control listed the bimetal as open in mode 6. Arrived onsite for refrigerator making noise. Up arrival noise was apparent. Found noise coming from FC fan motor. Removed outer evaporator panel and found ice buildup up to the fan. Blades hitting the fan was the issue. Unit not going into defrost properly. Did force defrost and heater did energize. Recommended replacing evaporator fan motor harness to resolve current issues. Also expressed to customer that this particular model has been have other complications. We have found in some instances that multiple issues are contributing to failures. Explained that there may be other underlying issues that would later need to be addressed. Customer may reach out to KitchenAid for possible concession. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher control panel and noises. Upon further inspection, I found water in the bottom of the tub. Pressed startcancel button and the drain pump came on and drained the water. I placed the unit in diagnostics by pressing the heated dry button 6 times and start. Once the water dispensed and the motor came on, the motor began to make a loud noise and wouldnt stop. I stopped testing and the customer advised that none of the other buttons on the panel were working. When I tested the panel, I found none of the selections were working and the start button was intermittent. Also found the heating element not getting hot and was badly rusted as were both racks. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged it back in and could hear the start device clicking but the compressor not coming on. When I pulled the unit out to test the compressor, I found a large amount of refrigerant with dye on the floor under the unit. I removed the back panel and found where the condenser coil connects to the heat exchange had leaked. Tested the compressor and found it locked up. "Arrived to inspect difficulty starting. I found five stored errors, F6E4, all with the same date, 0503 (date of service.) The first one was at 12:16 and the remainder at 12:17. I cleared the error codes and another one registered immediately, F6E4 at 12:2 I tested oven temperatures per CX request and with a starting temperature of 102 and set to 350, the unit claimed preheat at 423 and cycle temps were 333, 399 and I interrupted the test for further checks. I verified correct voltages and polarity and contacted the MFG. Mfg tech Bruce. Advised tech of my findings and confirmation of both Line VAC testing fine. Tech advised oven controller and harness. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found that its making a rattling noise and a thumping noise. Eisassembled the unit and found a large amount of white powder substance inside the unit (before photo). I found the customer is using too much detergent along with an Oxy powder when washing clothing. I found the powder is setting on the rollers and tension pulley and causing them to gum up. Also found the exhaust pipe is loose and rattling. Using my shop vac, I cleaned the unit (after photo) and moved and replaced the rollers, tension pulley and belt. Cleaned the axles to the rollers. Using some sound pads, I secured the exhaust pipe at the back panel and where the pipe meets the blower housing. Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Advised customer that occasionally loose ice, especially crushed ice, will get stuck in the ice chute. This will cause the ice chute flapper to get stuck and cause ice to not dispense. Mr. Stated that the noise was intermittent and noticed if he pushed side of refrigerator a little,the sound would go away. Found leveling was completely off. Leveled correctly.
