Ran unit in agitate and could hear motor whine when trying to agitate. Removed lower cover and found the shift actuator disconnected from the cam. Ordering updated actuator and splutch kit. "Arrived on site for moisture and ripped gasket. Found moisture on mullion powered off energy saver option to allow mullion heater to power on,trimmed gasket,placed flashlight inside of fresh food at gasket no light source showing.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the unit making the noise which sounded like a metal on metal loud screeching noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and check error codes and found none. Continued with testing and at the very beginning in the sensing phase, the unit began to make the noise. I tilted the unit back and retested and it appeared to be coming from the motor. Using the belt that was prescreened, I removed and replaced the belt and retested and noise stopped. I advised the customer of the repair. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer has advised that ever since they bought this unit six weeks ago that the unit is building up frost in the evaporator section. They removed the frost buildup 3 to 4 weeks ago and it came back and then remove the ice build up again to be able to use their refrigerator. Inspected unit and work area. Test at the misters and thermistor showed that they passed. Checked the defrost sensor and found the defrost sensor had passed as well. Forced unit into a defrost in the defrost heater came on and began to defrost the unit. Spoke to PR and was advised to check the evaporator to make sure the evaporator thermistor was plugged in. Checked the thermistor and found it not fully engaged into the pin connector potentially causing the issue. Re-fitted connection and removed the clip on the thermistor. Used foil tape to tape the thermistor onto the evaporator. Tested unit and the unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not washing. Test unit and found shorted keypad and board.

Arrived onsite for oven needing calibration. Upon arrival found sensor misreading adjusted and replaced then tested unit oven bake at 350 and calibrated. Job Completed.

Arrived on site for a microwave with a UI glitching out. Upon further inspection I found the UI LEDs going out. I put the unit into diagnostics but could not read anything due to bad UI. I cycled power at the breaker and the unit was still glitching out. I also found the touch pad unresponsive. This indicates a faulty console and UI control. I found console on hand was damaged. Upon inspection I found the connector for the hinge wire was corroded and at least one of the wires were broken. I removed the connectors repaired the wires and secured the connections with some tape. The unit is now working as designed at this time with no issues on the dispenser. No leaks detected during time of service.

Arrived onsite for dryer making loud noise while in use. Upon inspection I found the unit making a chirping noise while spinning. I disassembled the unit and found a good amount of lint built up within the unit I was not able to determine where the noise was coming from but sounds like it might be coming from the idler pulley. I re assembled the unit and it is no longer making any abnormal noises.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher with a broken rack. Found upper rack adjuster broken and replaced it. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for dryer with felt falling into the drum. Upon arrival I confirmed the felt seal had ripped and was hanging down inside the rear of the drum. I removed the drum and replaced the rear felt seal. I let it cure before testing. The unit is working as designed at this time. I advised the customer to give the unit a couple hours before using so the adhesive on the felt can cure. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not operating. Upon arrival found unit outlet had an open neutral. Spoke witch customer on needing an electrician to check outlet. Job Completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, customer provided a video of their electrician replacing the GFCI outlet and breaker and when they turned the unit on, the breaker tripped. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I continued with testing and after the unit dispensed water and the motor came on, I opened the unit door and pressed start to advance the test and as soon as I closed the door, the unit tripped the breaker. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of my findings. Andrew advised that the door switch shouldnt be causing the the breaker to trip. Andrew had me test the unit with the inlet valve unplugged and the unit continued to trip. I unplugged the drain pump and the unit continued to trip. Unplugged the P4 harness connection to the control and opened and closed the door and the breaker did not trip. Andrew advised that a relay in the control could possibly the cause of the issue. He recommended unplugging the diverter and dispenser and test the unit. If the unit continues to fail, he recommended replacing the main control. Provided SR#7730916740. I tested the dispenser and drain pump,and it continued to trip. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit continues to trip breaker. I unplugged the motor from the control and retested and unit did not trip the breaker. I am ordering the sump/motor assembly and office to schedule return service. "Onsite for oven not heating. C/S oven would heat, but would take too long to cook. In diagnostics, found F2E0 keypad disconnected, F3E0 main oven sensor fault, FE1 stuck key, F9E0 mis-wired product. Turned oven on 350 degrees, confirmed bake and broil both turned on. Checked power coming to board, found L1 to ground 120v, L2 to ground 120v, across L1&L2, 240v. Checked main oven sensor at P3 1&2 1.1k ohms. Checked connections at control. Main control is not reading the oven sensor properly and needs to be replaced. Replaced main control after given autho. Reassembled, tested, bake and broil turn on. Unit functioning as designed. Call complete."

Customer informed me at time of arrival that the unit had not made any ice for several days, but within the last few days has gone back to normal production. Checked door seals and fans and found all is good. I advised customer that if any doors are not sealed, or the area gets a bit too warm and condenser heats up, it may not produce ice due to increasing compartment temps. Advised to make sure doors are closed and sealed, and to make sure there is good airflow in the kitchen. Found no ice build up on evap, and damper is working as designed. "Arrived on site for FRIDGE ISN'T COOLING WELL-FREEZER IS WORKING HAS SOME ICEBUILD UP IN BOTTOM OF FRZR-VERY LITTLE. Found RC evaporator cover covered in an ice block. Took temps and fridge was cooling at 66 and freezer was cooling at 12. All fans working as designed. Checked your thermistors, pantry UI, and rail harness. All tested good. No damage. Inspected drain tube and found no blockage. Informed customer to have pest control treat behind refrigerator based on insects seen behind and inside back panel area of fridge. Used steamer to remove block of ice over RC evaporator cover. Once ice was removed I found that the drip pan bowed in the center. Showed the customer the bowed area. Used truck stock shims to level out the drain pan to ensure water wouldnt freeze up and prevent water from draining into pan underneath fridge. Shimming the drain pan as we did today should fix the fridge not cooling properly. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that had ice building on evap in RC, and door seal issues. On arrival installed a new door seal, and flattened it out to create a good seal. Attempted to remove evap cover to remove some ice, but found evap cover was too damaged to be reused or resealed. Previous tech ordered part, but it has not arrived yet. (M.M) arrived on site for wall oven changing time and date every time in use. After arrival I spoke with customer who stated issue had happened every time they used the wall oven and had never connected unit to WiFi. I placed unit into diagnostic and found stored error code F6E0 (Lost communication) & cleared error codes. I set the proper time and date and set the unit to bake. After reaching preheat I ended cycle and the date and time had not changed. Customer attempted to replicate issue while I consulted tech line and was also unable to replicate issue. I called techline and spoke to Chris and received SR# 7730978550. Chris recommended the customer connect to WiFi for wall oven update. I advised customer and help walk her through downloading app. Left customer with WiFi team phone number and advised customer to reach out to WiFi team with any questions regarding WiFi. Unit is work as designed call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit continue to spark. Found front burner stuck. Secured burner knob test unit and unit test good at this time.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not spinning, upon inspection found the drum did not spin but the motor did, checked for issues and found the belt snapped, replaced belt with stock belt and tested unit. All functions returned.

"Arrived onsite for unit shutting off after a few min. Was able to to get the into the dryer and found a connector to the thermostat fuse had worked it?s way off. Re connected wire. Tested unit in timed dry. Unit ran with no issues. Need to address with the tenant that if the unit does shut off in a specific amount of time, the tenant should use timed dry as the unit will dry through the whole cycle. If using other options like normal, or other options. The load of clothes need to be big enough for them to hit the sensor bars to allow the unit to keep heating and drying the clothes, we?re timed dry will continue till the timer ends. Arrived onsite for some squeaking when the motor first engages tub. Lubricated cam to eliminate noise. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

"(M.M) Arrived on site for microwave throwing breaker. Upon arrival spoke with customer who stated the unit would throw breaker whenever in use and they had recently changed the fuse in microwave three times. The unit had since popped the breaker and will no longer work even when breaker is reset. I unplugged the unit and ran an extension from then microwave to a different near by outlet and still had no power to the microwave. I then took the microwave down and gained access to the side panels. I tested ohms of the fuse and found it to be bad. I also checked all door switches and found upper interlock switch to be bad.

"Arrived and found new control panel is scratched. Also found the door switch is broken. Need to bring back a new control panel, control board, and door switch to correct dryer; ordrng 1 W11089306 (Control panel) and 1 WP3406107 (Door switch) and 1 W11089308 (Control board)"

"Onsite for RC freezing up around bottom of evaporator cover. Disassembled and inspected behind RC evap cover. Found evap covered in ice, drip pan was bowed severely, right upper side of evap back cover was not securing to wall properly. Checked thermistor inside of RC evap compartment, ohmed at 3.1 around 70 degrees, when heated thermistor ohms dropped as it should. replaced drip pan, sealed back of evap cover to prevent any air leaks, and secured thermistor to line properly, sealed around drain line. Reassembled, unit functioning as designed. Call complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning and lower spray arm not moving. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F4E3. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit dispensed water into the tub and the motor failed to come on. I advanced through testing and the dispenser, drain pump, and element all operated as designed. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. Arrived onsite for unit filling with water when not in use. Customer stated that the unit has not had the issue once they put in the request for issue that the unit has not been filling with water. (MM) Arrived on site for wall oven not heating past 255? / showing wrong temp. Upon arrival spoke with customer and they stated they had the issue once and hasnt used oven since. I preheated the unit and observed the unit was in Celsius. Customer was unaware the unit was in Celsius. I then changed the setting for temperature to Fahrenheit. Tested the unit in bake at 350F?. I advised the customer on how to place unit into Fahrenheit if this happens again. Unit is work as designed.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not washing. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F4E3 for wash motor not running and F7E1 for no heat. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit filling, heating, and draining, but not washing. I could not hear the motor hum at all. I found the correct voltage at the wall, junction, and control. When attempting to run the motor it was getting 0V. This indicated a bad control. I replaced the control and tested the unit again. It was still receiving no voltage. I began to pull the unit out to check voltage at the motor, and the unit started running. I found only 70V going to the motor however. I called techline and spoke to Bruce and received SR# 7730987609. Bruce recommended replacing the harness. I am ordering a harness and new control just in case. Office to reschedule. "Arrived onsite for washer not spinning clothes out completely and making a grinding sound. Upon inspection found tub off center. Removed front panel for inspection. Found motor bracket had jumped base panel bracket. Potential due to off balance load. In the process the tub ring was damaged. Put unit in position and tested. Did fill, drain, agitate and spin. Recommending replacing suspension and tub ring. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed control and panel. Installed new control and panel. Tested microwave for 1:30 and heating as designed. Both sides of the control buttons are recognized when pressed. Had customer test microwave to ensure it wasnt doing the same thing. Customer stated it was working as it should. Job completed.
