"Arrived on site to install a part on a microwave. Upon arrival, the customer had a main control panel for their microwaveoven wall combo unit. I installed the part and tested and found the microwave still did not operate. I pulled the unit out and found the fan thermostat, fuse, fan, air shroud and magnetron were all bad. When I was researching parts, I found the air shroud was out of stock with no ETA available. I reassembled the unit and tested the oven and it is operating as designed. E the customer 2787 for service fees and they laid in full with check #2758 (2787 CK Auth# T9T494). Due to the age of the unit and not being able to get parts for the unit, the customer advised that they would have to submit the ticket to their home warranty. Job completed."

"Arrived to inspect icing in FC. I found the door mis-molded, not securing the gasket and allowing air to circulate through the FC, creating ice and frost throughout. The lower lip of the liner in the door is the cause of the issue and allows the gasket approximately 34 of variance, which allows air to exit the cabinet. The top left of the door is bowed out and was allowing air to leak in, due to the gasket not able to contact the cabinet. I advised the CX that the unit will require the FC door and a gasket will not fix the issue. I made a temporary repair to the door and due to the cost of a replacement door (5622) the CX will contact the mfg to see if they will cover the door. I contacted the mfg tech line and inquired about coverage due to it being the liner within the door and the tech said it is likely not and that the trade care team or customer service will have to verify if there is coverage. File# 773358461 No leaks observed during service. +. 1554 # TWCCWF"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing mobile error codes and is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Randy diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) and F0 E2 (oversuds) error codes. I power cycle the unit and found the drain pump immediately kicking on but barely draining at all. The unit sounded like something was stuck in the filter. Remove the filter and found a sock and a piece of paper stuck in the drain pump filter. Remove the obstructions and reassemble the unit. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Went over user care guide. Call complete.

Following the tech sheet, I removed and replaced the drain pump and retested and the unit continued to operate as designed. I advised the customer of my repairs.
