Upon arrival I found the unit had not been defrosted and the RC evap cover was still encased in a block of ice I had the customer read and sign the defrost waiver. "Arrived on site for fridge not cooling properly and only getting to 10 degrees. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the evaporator and found only a partial frost pattern. I used a black light and found no dye at the evaporator. I gained access to the compressor and checked for any leaks, I found no leak or dye at the compressor. I hooked my gauges up and found equalized pressure at 30 psi. I found operating pressures at -9 low side and 95 high side. I add refrigerant to the system and monitored pressures. The operating pressure for the unit are not 0 low and 115 high side. I monitored the frost pattern at the evaporator. And found the frost pattern is now forming on the entire evaporator. This is a call back for the sealed system repair.

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a random chirping noise and unit powering off and on. Customer stated that when noise occurs it can happened 2 to 20 times then go days without recreate noise. Customer stated that prior company was out and replaced damper control and UI. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and tested all moving components in attempt to recreate failure. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Bruce. Went over prior testing. Gained access to compressor and condenser fan harness and wiggled to attempt to create failure. Tested RC upper harness. Tested outlet circuit. Tested all fans in diagnostics mode and starting and stopping. Was not able to recreate failure. Bruce recommend to plug in different outlet and see if failure reoccurs ( SR# 7731419670). I instructed the customer that the new switches in this particular unit are a bit too long so when the door is unlocked the switch does not disengage until you pull the door open. I informed the customer that there is no reliable or safe way for me shorten the switch to decrease the distance the door needs to be opened for the switch to disengage. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher not drying nor dispensing soap. Upon arrival the customer stated that the dishes are soaking wet when the cycle is done, and some times still soapy when the soap actually dispensed. They found the unit intermittently stopping after about 10-15 minutes of running too. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes FcE3 for no link to internet, FcE2 for no link to a wireless router, and F2E1 for stuck key. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the dispenser operating as designed. I also monitored the amp draw to the heater found it drawing the correct amperage. I also found the blower turning on at the end of the cycle. The unit ran through as designed. I gained access to the control and found the harness good and everything plugged in correctly. I called techline and spoke to Drew and received SR# 7731419222. Drew recommended to ohm out the dispenser. I found it at .3k, when it should be between 1-3k ohms. Drew informed me that due to the low resistance the dispenser could be intermittent. This indicates a faulty dispenser. I am ordering the dispenser and the office will have to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W10876529 (Dispenser)"

Arrived on site for not drying. Found dryer not heating in timed dry cycle. Tested cut off and it was faulty. Removed cut off and installed new cut off. Dryer still not heating. Tested element and it was faulty. Removed element and installed new heating element. Dryer heating as designed. Customer recently had vents cleaned by a professional vent company. No venting issues while dryer heated up. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher flashing light and not operating. Upon inspection I found F10E2 F8E4 F7E1 I let diagnostics run through and all functions passed. I did notice some over sudsing in the tub and found water in the float tray. I called techline to report (SR#7731416884) I checked the resistance of the vent wax motor from p12 pin 1 - 3 and it showed within range at 1.1k ohms. We determined that the issue must have been caused by over sudsing due to the unit running as designed at this time. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer leaking. Upon inspection I found no error codes stored in the system. I ran service diagnostics and all functions passed. I lifted the unit to inspect for leaks. I found some possible slight water trails coming down from the fabric softener bezel in the front left of the unit. I found some rust under the dispenser drawer and what looks like evidence of a leak coming down from the fabric softener module on the dispenser drawer I replaced the drawer and tested the unit. I could not find any leaks. I advised the customer to monitor the unit. In the event of a call back please send faucet switch(W11175629) bezel(W11550898) flow meter(W11238377). Job complete .

Location is using an automatic soap dispenser and its filling with way too much soap, causing a ton of suds which are throwing the pressure sensor error. Unit itself is now working as designed. Arrived on site for no ice . Also found fridge is not dispensing water . Valves are actuating . Water supply is good . Ordering valves . No water leaks detected at time of service . Call to set return ; ordrng 1 W11512399 (Valve) and 1 WPW10341320 (Valve dual) and 1 WPW10394053 (Filter head)

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not shutting. Upon arrival found unit hinges out of position. Repositioned and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the UI and then tested the unit. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F2E2 for no response to UI and F2E1 and for stuck key. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed observed at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and found freezer temp is 3 degrees, took picture. Fresh food temp is 38 degrees, took 1 picture. There is currently no issues with refrigerator it is working properly. Requested that if issue happens again customer inspect freezer door to see if it is closed properly and take any pictures anything that seems out of place, job complete"
