"Arrived on site to inspect dryer Not Heating. I inspected the unit and work area. I put the unit into diagnostics and found no fault codes. I put it through a diagnostics cycle and found the unit heating. I put the unit into normal operation and rotated through the settings. And found the unit would randomly not heat. I tested voltage at the terminal during normal operation and found good voltage. I out the unit back into diagnostics and ran another cycle and the unit shorted and shut off while trying to run the motor. I replaced the control and retested it again. I found the same symptoms. I gained access to the thermal fuse, outlet thermistor , inlet thermistor, thermal cutoff and element. I tested continuity and ohms across all of them and found them with in range and not shorted. I tested the inlet and outlet thermistor at the control and found them reading correctly. I spoke to SW and we determined the motor and wiring harness should be replaced. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new control and the unit still did not work as designed. I then gained access to the micro switches and found all ohmd out correctly. I called techline and spoke to Andy and kept the same SR# 7731292801. Andy recommended changing out the micro switch assembly housing. I switched out the housing and the unit would still not work correctly. Upon further inspection I found a very small break in the harness right next to the terminal block. I then tested the unit and it now worked as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for an ice maker that would intermittently fail. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit will work at times and then not. They also found sometimes the ice bin gets stuck with what seems to be ice. I checked the temps and found the FC at 10?F, the RC was at 39?F, and the IB was at 18?F. Upon further inspection I found the IM had ice in it and the IB did too. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the IM had no error codes. I found the IM harvesting, calling for water, the fan ran, and the ice level sensor worked as designed. I then went to gain access to the back of the unit, and when I took the toe plate off I found the condenser completely covered in hair and dust. I informed the customer this could very likely cause cooling issues in their unit. In turn, cause intermittent failure on the IM. Once I gained access to the control I ohmd out the IM thermistor. It read as 9k ohms, which is good for the temp. I found the IM working as designed and most likely failing due to temps fluctuating from the dirty condenser. Upon further inspection I found the ice box with a big hole in the bottom, which was allowing ice to get trapped under it. Thus, making it inaccessible or not able to be removed. Looked at the ice maker in the Freezer and saw that a thick sheet of ice was frozen all along with the bottom of the freezer with the tenants food stuck in it. Inspected for blockage and measured motor windings. Found no issues with drain pump. Gained access to airtrap assembly and checked for blockage in analog pressure hose. Found issue with control.

Gained access to compressor and found starting device burnt to compressor windings. Measured resistance on start windings and found opened. Found failed compressor.

Arrived on site for microwave needing previously diagnosed magnetron capacitor and diode. Upon arrival I confirmed the previous diagnosis during disassemble Edo I also found that there was an exhaust fan cover flap that had been installed and due to the lack of space between the microwave and the exhaust vent itself I had to remove the vent cover because it was causing the microwave to retain too much heat and overheat after a few minutes of running after installing the needed parts and reassembling a test of the unit I was able to retest and verify that the unit heats for over five minutes as design and customer was able to confirm microwave usage. "Arrived on site to inspect we tried to enter diagnostics mode but the control keyed shorting out. We replaced control then entered diagnostics mode and found code F32 slow drain. We tested unit with new control all cycles ok. Unit operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing ice. I found the FC=3. I found the ice maker would not jump engage. I verified 120Vac at the harness to the ice maker but no voltage passing through the ice maker itself.The customer agreed so I replaced the ice maker and powered the unit on. The ice maker wheel began rotating on its own and dispensed water as designed. I advised the customer to give it 24 hours to start producing as designed. No leaks detected during time of service.

Arrived onsite for dryer not operating for more than a couple mins. Upon entering diagnostics I found F3E1 F4E3. I checked the thermistors resistance at the control as well as the thermistor and they showed within range according to the techsheet. I inspected the bulk head and confirmed it is free and clear of any blockage. I re assembled the unit and tested function. I found the unit still has the same issue. With the error codes present for thermistor and restricted airflow but airflow and thermistor showing good I recommend replacing the main control due to it not reading these things correctly. ; ordrng 1 W11537215 (Control)

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival I found RC, FC, condenser fans all running. Temps in both compartments were room temp. Found compressor not running. Verified 120v power supply to Orion board. Found wattage to board fluctuating between 35 and 41 watts. Inspected sealed system and found a high side leak between condenser and compressor and no refrigerant in system. I repaired connection between condenser and compressor and pulled vacuum on unit. Recharged system with 4.65oz then restored power to unit. Found Orion board had also failed and wasnt allowing compressor to kick on. I replaced Orion board. Allowed compressor to run over 15 minutes and found psi lvls at -10 lowside/115 highside. Inspected further and found there was a between rc evap and cap tube. Tried repairing leak but found cap tube to corroded and breaking to closely to wall liner to be able to safely add an extension.

"Arrived on site for Cycle Time is Not Advancing - Front Load Washer. Placed in diagnostics and F9E1 F0E2 F8E1 F9E1 F5E2 came on. Tried running drain and spin and UI was not responding to touch. Placed in diagnostics again and ran manual test. Cold 1 valve sounded weak,but cold 2 valve sounded strong and hot valve sounded strong. I went to drain the water and couldnt hear the drain pump running. Placed in quick diagnostics and it drained and went through all cycles. Returning with all previously ordered parts. Ordering UI (W11325569) due to no response when touching screen just in case it is needed. This laundry room is very small. Customer understands we will need the laundry room clear of nail carts, chairs, and anything else that can be pulled out from the laundry room so we can create a work space area and have somewhere to place the dryer once its removed from the top of the washer. Arrived on site for washer tripping breaker during spin cycle. Upon arrival I inspected the breaker and found the unit on a GFCI breaker. I entered the unit into diagnostics and found no error and that the unit would complete a full diagnostic cycle. I contacted techline and spoke with Anthony SR# 7731430535. I was informed that the complained issue is labeled as nuisance tripping because of the gfci breaker and the unit not being compatible. I informed the customer that in order for the unit to stop tripping they would need to have an electrician investigate the breaker and have it changed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for unit being too cold. Unit was in recommended setting. Took temperature readings inside the freezer and got Negative 1 degree. Called tech line. Said that temperature readings are correct. Had me move the control damper in the freezer to min and control settings in the red to just below recommended. Said it should help with the temperature. Spoke with Anthony got sr#7731431980. No leaks at this time. Job complete. Customer has no email available

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed damper control to resolve clacking sound coming from damper. Installed new damper control to resolve. Retested unit and verified unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator with icemaker that isnt producing any ice. Checked icemaker and was able to complete a harvest, but unit did not fill. Found fill tube was frozen again. Customer showed me that the freezer still had a good amount of ice in the back. When I checked the freezer I found ice had frozen the fan blade on the evaporator fan. Temperature did not drop below 11 in freezer due to frozen fan from door leak ice buildup. Advised customer on procedure to defrost unit to resolve ice buildup. Advised customer to follow up with us if issues persist after defrosting, and we will need to come back with an evap fan motor / harness to resolve. Unit should be working as designed once the ice is cleared. Call complete."
