Arrived onsite for a washer that will fill with water then start to agitate and just stop with the tub full of water. I checked stored error codes and had an F7E1 tachometer signal missing & F0E9 off balance pause. I tested the tachometer circuit and could not find anything wrong. I replaced the control and the actuator. I spoke with the customer and he stated he never opened the door at anytime during the load. He just turned the unit off and it would drain. I tested the unit in a wash cycle and found it staying on sensing and the door not locking. I found the door switch circuit open from the control with the lid shut. I replaced the door latch. I ran a load of towels on the towel setting and tested the washer. The washer is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a DW that is leaking. Upon inspection I found water in the drip pan and signs of leaking coming from the the tub gasket. You can see there the soap and water left streaks on the door where it got pats the gasket. I found that the dispensary had a leak and am ordering one to replace it. I did find that the unit had a lot of detergent residue left behind on the gaskets door as. Even on the inner skin of the door. Signs of a over suds issue I did advise the customer on detergent sue and set the return date 10/30/23; ordrng 1 W11412300 (DISPENSER)

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not heating or drying the dishes. I ran diagnostics and there were no stored error codes. I ran the machine and found it working as designed. I found the heater drawing 7.40 amps in the wash cycle and starting out the same in the drying cycle. I went over detergent use and rinse aid use with the customer and how to watch for suds and how to listen to the pump motor for cavitation. I showed him that the rinse aid was turned up to high and showed him the suds in the machine. I turned the rinse aid down to the minimum setting. I explained to run the hot water at the faucet and get it as hot as possible before starting the machine. I explained how to properly use a dishwasher cleaner in the machine. This machine is working as designed at this time. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F60 error code. Inspected unit and work area. Around the entry diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load), F0 E3 (overload), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) barcodes. The customer showed me a video of what happened and I could see an OFB error message appear. They advised that they saw the unit was going off balance, and removed all clothes. They said that even with just a tub full of water that the unit was going off balance. Around the unit through a spin cycle and could hear evidence of some grinding going on underneath. removed the rotor and found the slider, broken and grinding against the clutch. Replaced the slider with a truck stock slider and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.; used 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing cycles. Upon further inspection, I found the wash LED lit up on the control panel. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1 & F2E1. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. Per code F8Eq-long fill/no fill, I manually tested the valves and they continue to operate as designed. Due to the F2E1-stuck key code, I removed and replaced the main control and when I disassembled the panel, I found the water level sensor tube not connected to the control (photo). Once I had the control replaced, I calibrated the unit and retested and the unit operates as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival, I began to evacuate the system and found no refrigerant in the system. I isolated the exchanger and evaporator and heat loop and found no leaks. Using my black light, I searched for an6 signs of dye leaking from the evaporator and found nothing. I checked at the compressor area and found dye under the compressor and spray marks on the access valve. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good at -30/0. I installed 47g of R600 refrigerant and plugged the unit in and monitored the unit. I found a good frost pattern on the evaporator and the unit is beginning to cool. I recommended the customer monitor the unit for approximately 24 hours before placing items inside. No water connections to the unit/no leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling upon arrival I found 58* in RC. 5*in fc. Upon further inspection I found water in the pantry ui. And the RC evap frozen over. I also found that the RC door gasket torn. I am ordering the drain pan it may be downed due to icing, damper due to icing the ice may have damaged it. Wire harness due to the RC fan not running, drain tube and adhesive to help seal up the drain hole from air seeping in at the back of the unit. I am also ordering the gasket as it is torn and leaking warm air in to the unit. And returning with all controls to replace the water found in the pantry Ui may have caused some damage to the other controls in the unit. I rescheduled the customer for 11/02/23 ; ordrng 1 W11457241 (PAN-DRIP) and 1 WPW10248595 (Damper) and 1 W11087438 (HARNS-WIRE) and 1 W10846057 (GASKET-FIP) and 1 W11661573 (Drain tube EXTENSION) and 1 W10841140 (ADHESIVE)"

"KFGG504KPS3 Arrived to inspect oven light not shutting off. I found the actuator rod had popped out of its thru-hole and corrected. During service, I noted the faint odor of LPG. I checked all connections within the unit and found no signs of leaks. The wall behind the unit had an entry point and gas could be detected at that point. On the other side of the wall, the unit was connected to a refillable LPG/regulator system and gas odor was detected at the penetration point as well. I suspect the supply line has a pinhole leak and I shut the gas to the unit off and advised the customer of the repair and my findings of the gas leak."
