"WFES3330RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker again. On arrival, the client stated that when preheating the oven, it would trip the breaker. I rewired ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I took amp draw only oven on it was 15.09 amp draw, and with all burners on high and oven on, it was 40.61 over the gfci breaker to clients home. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. Product works as it's designed with no parts used. I strongly recommended that the client contact the breaker company to find the best results for the gfci breaker. I also recommend contacting the home builder to replace the gfci breaker. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer WED4850HW0 that is not drying well / takes multiple cycles. I tested the unit and could feel good heat levels. I checked the venting and found that there is very little suction at all. I showed the customer the difference with the suction with the vent removed and verified there is a venting issue. Unit itself is working as designed. Customer will need to resolve venting with builder. Call completed.

I replaced the compressor W11580057, drier WPW10143759, and access valve W11506635. I charged the unit up with 250 psi of nitrogen and found pressures hold for 15 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi and found pressures hold again for another 10 minutes. I charged the unit up with 68g of R600 refrigerant and tested the unit. I heard the compressor start and run as intended. I felt heat coming through the return line from the condenser indicating the unit was cooling as designed. I advised the customer to keep an eye on the unit over the next few days to ensure the unit keeps cooling adequately. Call complete."

"Arrives on site for a washing machine model WFW6620HC2 that won't drain inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he could hear something trying to run, but that the washing machine just would not drain out. He stated that he used a shop vac to remove the water, but even after checking the filter (which was clean and clear), he found the unit still would not drain. I tested the unit, and I heard a buzzing sound coming from underneath but found no water drained out of the tub. The customer used a shop vac to remove the water from the drain hose and gained access to the filter. I found nothing inside of the filter but saw the impeller on the drain pump not in place and visible through the right side of the pump. I felt inside and found the impeller giggling in the drain pump housing, causing the issue. I replaced the drain pump assembly W11458345 and had the customer dump a bucket full of water into the tub. I found no leaks present during testing. I reassembled the unit and ran the unit it through a diagnostic cycle. I found the unit working and operating as designed, again with no leaks present during operation. Call complete."

Restriction in venting system is preventing proper airflow, causing moisture-laden air to remain trapped inside the drum, resulting in condensation and extended dry times. Refrigerator WRS331SDHM08 verified that the refrigerator would not dispense ice. Removed ice bin and tested auger motor; auger motor was just humming and would not turn. WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range not responding. On arrival I verified that the range was tripping the breaker when preheating the oven. I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I took amp draw only oven on it was 15.00 amps. With all burners on high and oven on it was 36.88 . I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed no parts used. I strongly recommend for client to contact the breaker company for information on correct gfci breaker. I also recommend client contacting home builder to replace the gfci breaker. "Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival tenant in unit 1245 stated the unit had been swapped. Confirmed with maintenance and located the correct unit in unit 1241. Maintenance reported noise occurring when unit is powered on. Applied power and verified that once the evaporator fan engaged, a loud grinding noise was present. Removed evaporator cover for inspection and found evaporator motor shaft producing a grinding noise when spun by hand, confirming internal bearing failure. Upon arrival i removed unit to test power at wall and found no power at the wall, checked breaker and it was not tripped, advised maintenence manager of no power to outlet however breaker is not tripped, MM removed breaker panel to find loose/ hanging wire to washer breaker, advised mm of issue and he states he will be replacing breaker since he is unable to tighten screw to keep wire secure.
