The customer advised he heard loud noises suspected it to be the damaged blower housing. Ordering the pulley, housing and will return with the belt. Accessed the compressor and found it was running with a .13 amp draw. Unit evaporator fan was working. There was a massive ice buildup inside the freezer compartment on top of the evaporator. I called SW after updating her in the non complete thread and a sealed system repair and technician is needed to complete the repair. Ordering the parts for the repair.Also ordering a sealed system technician with 2 hours and authorization . Arrived onsite for dryer with door seal issues. Upon inspection I found the unit is working as designed but the customer has concerns about the seal due to lint building u on the door past the seal. I used a light inside the drum and closed the door but should not see any light seeping through. I ran the unit with high heat and did not feel any air or heat leaving the door. The customer stated that they had the vents cleaned today. I explained that an obstruct vent system could cause lint to travel back into the unit and start to build up in spots. No repairs needed at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator nameplate missing and RC doors not level. Upon further inspection, I found the nameplate missing and the unit needed to be leveled. I placed a new nameplate on the FC door and attempted to level the unit but found the unit leaning to the right side. Customer advised that when the home was built and the tile was laid, the tile wasnt laid all the way back to the wall behind the unit. I recommended that the customer place something behind the unit on the right side to be able to level the unit. Customer advised that they will have someone finish the tile or they would and if needed, they will contact the office to get assistance with leveling the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a wall oven not working after a self clean. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit was responsive, but had no heat. I turned the power off at the breaker. I also had the customer sign the moving appliance damage waiver, for they had soft hard wood floors. I gained access to the elements and ohmd them out. All read good. I then ohmd out the thermal fuse and found it open and needing to be replaced. Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water and not freezing correctly in the freezer. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that unit had a clog defrost drain line as well as an evaporator defrost issue in the freezer section the defrost drain line had a massive dirt clog inside the P-trap and the thermostat inside the Evap motor harness assembly had also stopped gauging correct temp. I ended up unclogging the drain line re-silicone in the drain line in and then I installed a new Evap motor harness assembly and high-voltage control reassembled and tested unit and found everything functioning as designed and form because we would take 24 to 48 hours to call refrigerator and make ice call complete

Removed starting device and measured compressor electrical windings and found within range. Measured amp draw to compressor and found at 3.6 amps and shutting off. Either bad starting device or mechanically failed compressor. Will need to replace starting device and test unit. Removed starting device and installed new. Measured amp draw and found .80 amps, within range. All tested good, no water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine not cleaning well. Upon arrival the customer stated that she did not believe anything was wrong with it, but did not like the way it cleaned her clothes. She stated someone had told her to call anyways. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F0E4 for high water temp and F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and found it running through as designed. No error codes thrown at the end of the cycle. I found the water lines installed correctly and the temp sensor within range. I advised the customer on my findings. Unit is working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and could not duplicate the noise. From the customers description of the noise, I disassembled the unit and found the back right roller damaged. I removed and replaced both rollers and cleaned the axles and removed and replaced the tension pulley and vacuumed the lint from the unit. Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."
