"Arrived on site for WATER COMES IN AND WORKS FOR A BIT BUT DOESNT THINK ITS REALLY COMPLETELY A CYCLE, IT WILL WATER COMES IN AND WORKS FOR A BIT BUT DOESNT THINK ITS REALLY COMPLETELY A CYCLE. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through full diagnostics and completed all cycles and heated. Customer stated they will open the dishwasher to add items. When they do this the dishwasher doesnt seem to start up again. Contacted sr tech and they advised to remind customer to press the start / resume button after opening the dishwasher. Customer confirmed they always pressed resume / start after closing it back. Without any error codes and the diagnostics cycle completing as designed we cant find anything wrong with the unit. I accessed and replaced the inlet valve due to the complaint and the water hardness in the area. I ran the ice maker test via troubleshooting guide and found the IM cycling and filling as designed. I advised the customer to monitor ice production to see if there is a change. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator freezing food in the RC. Upon arrival I found the RC=30 FC=0. I found while in diagnostics the thermistors were reading correctly. I could hear the damper making a abnormal grinding noise. I accessed and replaced the RC thermistor harness and damper control. I tested the unit and the damper no longer makes a grinding noise. I advised the customer to monitor the unit to ensure it comes back and stays at proper temps. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit not agitating or spinning. Looked under the unit and found that the wrong actuator was put on the unit from the factory. Replaced actuator with correct one. Tested the unit. Unit tested good. No leaks at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer having error code f7e5. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault code F7e5 motor fault. I gained access to the gear case and found the actuator had slipped out of the cam. I rescued the actuator to the cam. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found it working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for wall oven powering off. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the breaker turned off. I pulled the unit from the cabinets and inspected all wiring. I found some of the wiring lose and not connected properly. I reseated all connections. And reinstalled the unit. I found the UI freezing up and not responding. I put the unit into bake, once it reach 130 degrees the unit tripped the breaker. I checked the bake and broil, I found them in good condition and not shorted. I am ordering the UI, we will install a new UI, control and blower motor when we return. I left the unit unplugged due to the UI not responding and freezing at times cause me to power cycle it. I followed the techsheet and found 120 Vac going from control to shifter. I confirmed continuity at shifter harness. I removed the rotor and tried to move the slider but it would get stuck on the inside of the clutch. I also found gear case oil spread around the inner walls and on rotor. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for WHEN CYCLE IS SELECTED, AN HOUR GLASS APPEARS WITH A HAND. THEN TIME RESETS AND UNIT SHUTS OFF. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Customer explained the hour glass and hand comes on on the screen when you go to preheat bake. Pressing cancel clears the screen and the UI resets. After resetting, you go to preheat bake and the screen shows that it is heating when it isnt. Once this non heating cycle is canceled and you got to preheat again it will begin heating as designed. Called WP tech line and spoke to Austin. Based on the specifics of what the oven is doing we will need to replace the UI. Ordering the UI (W11296171) to return and complete the repair. This new UI is an Xpart.

Removed vent hose and found fistfuls of lint clogging the hose and the vent. Advised customer to discontinue using the unit until they get the vents cleaned and all the lint removed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit is leaking water and their finding water on the floor at the front left corner. Tested the unit in manual test mode and tested the valve. I didnt find any leaks on the first test. I manually tested the detergent cup fill and found that water is running up under the tub ring and dripping down the side of the tub and onto the floor. I placed some silicone on the underside of the tub ring where it seals to the tub (photo in SD-QuickPic) and retested. Unit is no longer leaking. I advised the customer of my repairs. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and could hear the valve opening up but no water being dispensed. I checked he ice bin and found a few cubes inside. Removed the filter and placed my bypass in the filter head and retested and water dispensed. Placed the filter back in the filter head and tested again and the water dispensed and the ice maker began to harvest then dispensed water into the tray. I found the filter was not fully inserted into the filter head. The filter being used is an off brand filter and I recommended that the customer use Whirlpool certified filters. Customer will use off brand filter since its new and replace it with Whirlpool Everydrop filter when this one is expired. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I pulled the ice maker out and found the ice maker I was sent with requires a different harness, and did not come with the replacement harness. I am ordering a parts research to find a replacement harness that will work with the new style ice maker.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that is running longer cycles and not opening the soap dispenser. Ran unit through diagnostic mode and found no errors, and unit properly operating in diagnostic. I checked the sump of the unit and found a large buildup of food and hard water, almost completely obscuring the slots the turbidity sensor utilizes, resulting in the OWI not being able to read clean. Advised on cleaning measures. Removed and scrubbed OWI. Unit should be working as designed once a thorough cleaning is done.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not allowing the filter to be removed. Checked unit and found the housing top bracket had popped out and wasnt allowing the lever to lock into the filter. Removed cover and secured top clip with a small amount of adhesive and a piece of foil tape. Retested and found filter is now locking in and out as designed. Unit working as designed. Call complete.

I found the nut inserts for the door handle siezed in place and not tightening. I inspected the dispenser and found it running slow. I put in a bypass and it was still running slow. I found no kinks in the lines for the fridge. I replaced the filter housing, and tested the unit. It is now working as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s not spitting out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Placed the unit in service diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) and an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test on the unit ran as designed. Around the unit through manual agitation and high speed spin tests in the unit ran as designed. Tested the water valves and the drain pump and the unit I had no problems. Ran attacked amateur test on the unit and found the unit reading the basket speed. I asked the customer whether this issue was happening every cycle or if it just happened on some cycles. They advised that it only happens on sun cycles and that other cycles will finish out the cycles. I did explain that the most common issues are with loading and because I could not find any faults with the unit, the likely issue was with the loads they were running. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site that?s not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seemingly does not fill all the way and will shut itself off before the unit even washes her clothes. Placed Burnett in Service diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error code. Tested the valves and found the cold water valve not pulling in water. Found the water Spicket at the wall had the valve turned off. Turned on the cold water and the hot water and test of the unit again. The unit began to fill as designed. Tested the unit in an auto test in the unit ran as designed. The customer went ahead and loaded a big blanket inside of the washer. I did advise the customer against running bulky loads like that due to off-balance issues.Around the unit and found the cold water pulling in hot water. The customer advised that her plumbing pipes go through her attic. She says that during the summer months that when she runs a path that even if she?s turning on cold water that it will give her hot water. I advise the customer that because of that issue, she would need to adjust her temperature settings due to the inlet water valve having a thermistor on it measuring temperature of the water coming into the unit. I did advise that that will cause her unit to think that there?s an issue with the water temperature and shut it down. Advise the customer to adjust the water temperature in accordance to the incoming water temperature for full repair. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Customer advised that they do not have a humidifier in the home. I tested the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. I advised the customer that there could be something in their AC unit that is causing the flames to go orange. I provided a video that demonstrated how the flames turn orange when a humidifier was present. Retested the cooktop burners several more times and could not duplicate the issue. Upon arrival I found the RC=38 and the FC=-5 I could not hear abnormal noises at this time so I called techline to report and see if they can offer any advise. I also found the tiles to have deep grout joints. Techlines SR#7731439703 drew advised trying to add a foam buffer part # (2162499) I was able to adjust the units wheels to where the noise is gone for now. I turned the cooling settings to recommended. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit leaking, found leak was due to fabric softener tray being dirty and clogged. I cleaned fabric softener dispenser, unit tested good.

Ran temps in the freezer and got 3 degrees. Ran temps in fridge and got 33. Thermostat settings were set above the recommended temp, (set at asterisk) so I put them back to recommended setting. Dampener allowing cold air in as designed. No areas of frost found. Based on the customers description we feel strongly that there is not a defrost issue, but a thermostat issue.

"Arrived on site for an ice maker overfilling and spilling out of the ice chute. Upon arrival the customer stated the IM had been overfilling with ice and non stop running. They found it continued to over fill and spill roughly a cup of water onto the floor. They also found the bale arm had came out of the IM. The customer fixed this, and still had the same issue. I checked the temps and found the FC at 4?F, the RC at 40?F, and the IB at 18?F. Upon further inspection I found the IB gasket to the chute was off. I advised the customer this could cause a warm air leak and be melting ice. I gained access to the IM and jumped the harvest. I found the harvest catching itself and intermittently failing. I checked voltage to it and it had a constant 120VAC. I then jumped the fill and found it filling as designed. I removed the IM and found the chute full of ice and the valve weeping. Water had built up in the IM housing and started to corrode the harness. I found the IM, harness, and valve needing replacement.I installed their ice chute gasket back. I then installed all three parts and tested the IM and valve. The IM is working as designed and no leaks were observed at the end of service.

Arrived onsite to replace spring and links. Replaced parts. Tested door to the unit. Door tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete. Unit was not hooked up to test for any other issues. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer with a leak, upon arrival I put the unit into service diagnostics and found no fault codes, I put the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found that the unit is operating properly as designed. After running water and the drain pump on the unit I checked for any signs of leaks at all potential sources, no leaks observed at the inlet valves or the drain pump/drain hose, everything checks good, I found no sign of leak at the gear-case or tub either.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the RC fan harness and ice box fan. I found parts of the UI are dimmed and the shaft clip in question is apart of the gear wheel that has broken off. I will need to order the UI and wheel to complete the repair.. ; ordrng 1 W10625068 (Bracket right)

Arrived onsite for dryer door not staying closed. Upon inspection found failed catch. Replaced catch and tested. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site and inspected timer issues on customers dryer. Found the timer is turning off before the cycle completes. Removed and replaced the timer and unit now functioning properly. Job completed

Arrived on site for visibly damaged parts. Upon further inspection I found the door broken at the hinge. Due to this the door was slipping out and made the unit inoperable. I replaced the door and tested the unit. I found the the unit had no error codes and ran through the test cycle as designed. I tested the lock manually and found it working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the dispenser. The unit is now as designed.

Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Upon arrival I found 240v to unit. Also verified unit would turn on but not heat. After testing all heating hardware and power supplys I found the element had broken causing lack of heat. After replacing element I used the vent test kit and also found a clog preventing air from exiting dryer properly. Informed customer on best methods to have vent cleared out. Unit is functioning as designed call complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new console, OWI, vent, and sump/motor. I then ran a diagnostics cycle on the unit and it ran through as designed. No leaks were observed at the time of service.

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not powering on. Upon arrival checked incoming voltage. Recorded 124 vac. Removed door panel for inspection and found extensive electrical damage. Wiring harness burned near control board, board damage, thermostat open. Will need to order and replace main board, control panel, main wire harness and bimetal. Will need AUTHO. Schedule for 2 hrs. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is making a loud noise when running. Removed back panel and checked motor. Found sock stuck in blower wheel. Removed debris. Retested unit and verified noise is now gone. Unit working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher having no power. I gained access to the junction box and tested power at the junction. I found some of the wire nuts loose. I reseated the connections, and checked all moles connectors for the unit. I powered the unit back on and it came on as designed.
