Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is freezing in the deli drawer. Upon inspection I found that the drain tube was clogged causing the Evap to freeze because the melt water stays in the drain pan and freezes. Upon further inspection I found that evap fan was not operating causing the cold air not to circulate which is why the rc would not get below 50*. I cleared the drain tube and I installed new fan and found that the new fan ran. Before leaving I checked the heating element with my meter and found that it was good. Job complete

Arrived onsite for icemaker lost position failure and no ice production. Instpected door harness at hinge. No broken wires. Completed icemaker replacement.

Arrived on site for washer flashing 8-1 error code . Ran diagnostics. In test one valve would activate but no water . Found cold valve shut off . Turned valve on and found it dripping from handle . "Arrived on site for a washer that is making a Squeaking noise when in Agitate. And spin. Upon further inspection I found that stator, rotor all good and the clutch as well I ran the washer in quick wash and found that the gearcase was the source of the noise.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing error codes and will not complete cycles intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has progressively gotten worse over the last two years but theyve been limping at a long sense. Ran it through diagnostics and found an F6 E3 (communication issue ACU to UI), F3 E1 (water level system fault), F8 E1 (long/no fill detected during fill), and F9 E1 (long drain) error codes. Remove the back cover and checked the pressure hose and pressure down. Blew through the pressure hose with my finger at the end of it to check for any leaks. Found the pressure hose holding pressure and the pressure dome not clogged with any debris. Found no water leaks on the bottom side of the tub indicating the pressure holding up to the pressure switch. Advise the customer we would need to replace the control and pressure switch for repair.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water or making ice. Upon arrival inspected unit. Tested unit and could hear valve energize but no water. Pulled unit and found supply line was kinked. Tested again and dispenser is functioning. Found ice maker fill tube frozen. Thawed line and tested. Ice maker is calling for water and cycling properly.

Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Upon arrival confirmed issue and customer stated that had been back out and resolved the breaker tripping issue. I then disassembled the unit after finding no error codes and found that cause of heating failure was igniter cracking in half. I replaced igniter than reassembled and tested unit and found dryer fully functioning as designed with no failures. Call complete

"Arrived onsite for unit freeing up in the ice chute, clumping ice and broken ice bin. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found ice bucket broken and needed replacement. Ice bin was stuck to freezer door due to frost buildup around ice plate to bin surface. Found ice door closing properly but noticed gaps internal to chute, leading to air migration and causing the frost. Used silicone to fill gaps to further air leakage. Replaced bin after silicon cures. Customer will monitor. Qu customer for ice bin and gap filling.

"Arrived onsite for dryer turning off prematurely in sensor dry functions. Customer stated all sensor cycles stop prematurely leaving closes still wet. Tested unit and found stored error code F4E5, F4E3 pertaining to poor air flow. Customer stated he recently had ventilation cleaned. Cleared codes and tested. Again error 4/3 surfaced. Found lint trap full of lent and also the external duct kinked. Cleared trap and adjusted unit out just slightly. Tested again and had no codes. Unit is large capacity and just fits in the laundry space provided. This is leading to kinked duct. If moved out more that 1-2 inches it will interfere with laundry door opening. Customer will monitor. No codes for failed sensor present.

"Arrived on site for a cooktop that is tripping the breaker as soon as the customer flipped the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the unit banging as soon as the electrical is turned on. Disassemble to unit and found the left front light box Had burned up and grounded causing the issue. I attempted to look up the parts and found that the light boxes were wired in a series circuit so we were unable to splice the wiring and the light box discontinued. The customer attempted to find an aftermarket light box so we can still repair but was unsuccessful as well.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not operating. Upon arrival inspected unit. While inspecting unit and slightly moving found unit powered on. Inspected further and found Loose connection at junction box. Secured connector and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Noticed Unit not secured properly during installation. Unit does not have mounting kit to cabinet. Recommended customer have installer mount unit correctly to further issues. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and immediately after it turned on, it began to make a loud screeching noise. I disassembled the unit and found a large amount of lint inside the unit (before photo). A.so found the back rear rollers seized to the axles due to the debris, as was the tension pulley. Found the belt was beginning to wear and fray. I removed all rollers and the tension pulley and cleaned the axles and replaced the mentioned parts. Cleaned the lint from the unit (after photo) and reassembled the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found breaker was tripped. Reset breaker and when unit plugged in it instantly trips breaker. Continuity through harness is good and no signs of damaged wiring or in proper grounding. Advised customer needed to replace faulty gfci breaker. Job complete.

I did find that the clock will not set and the control panel is discontinued. I advised the customer that the clock does not operate but the ovens are operating properly. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I removed the toeplate and found dry water stains on the floor under the unit just below the diverter housing. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Once the water dispensed and the motor turned on, the water began to leak from the diverter housing (photo). When I went to cancel the testing, the cancel key failed. I found a liquid substance in the display of the control. I advanced through testing until the drain pump came on. Once done during the water, I advanced the rest of testing. I advised the customer to not use the unit as it will continue to leak. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for washer making a noise. On inspection found oil all over the bottom of the unit.

Arrived onsite for ice maker and water not working. On inspection found the supply line to the water inlet valve was kinked. Customer had a new line installed and tested the line. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for washer with LF error. With speak with the customer she said that she was issue with her water filter and sediment. I pulled the hose off the back of the unit and found them full of sand. Clean them out and reinstalled them and test unit. The error went away and the unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived to inspect code. I entered service test mode and found F3E1, F9E1, F5E2 and F8E3 appeared and the unit went into flood stage and ran the drain pump for an extended period. Test mode cycle revealed no excessive detergent and passed. I performed a physical test of the water level sensor harness and found it showed perfect continuity through movement and stress tests. I replaced the water level sensor and tested the unit. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived onsite and tested unit for no water supply and found water is now working but icemaker had been turned off. Turned ice maker back on and it cycled. Discussed with customer. Decided to wait and see due to restored water function. In event of repeat failure, send icemaker and valve.

"Upon arrival the unit was flashing F28. I found the strainer completely full of debris and after removing, was able to drain the unit via jump cord. I inspected the MCU for any visible damage and finding none, reassembled it and tested. The unit had F28 and F21 stored and then entered the service mode test. The unit filled and tumbled, noting an excessive amount of sudsing, likely due to over-detergenting. I allowed the unit to run through three additional service mode tests and all passed. No leaks observed during service.

I gained access to the hv control and tested the temperature sensors. I found the fresh food section evaporator sensor is not reading properly. The pantry UI is one of 3 controls that determine defrost in the unit and with it being out and the fresh food sensor being out the unit cannot go through defrost. In order to fix the unit the door, pantry UI and rc evaporator thermistor need to be replaced.

"WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect no ice and cooling issue. Upon arrival, I found the evaporator fully filled with frost and the unit had elevated temperatures, causing ice production to cease. Testing of the defrost element circuit revealed and open load and it will need to be corrected after the customer defrosts the unit. The defrost thermistor read 23.35 K with the evaporator encased in ice and was a likely correct reading. The evaporator fan was 99.9 . I tested the circuit at P2-7 to N and found it provided line VAC only when called for. I advised the customer to allow the unit to stand with the doors ajar for 48 hours and also with the placement of towels to catch any overflow. We will return with the required parts. Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Replaced rc door and badge and all is working properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site to test unit for display not working. Test unit and found bad fuse. Replaced fuse test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for dryer not powering on. I spoke to the customer and found out she heard a pop and the unit hasnt worked since then.I gained access to the terminal block and found it shorted. I replaced the terminal block and powered the unit. It is now working as designed. Job complete.

Last lime used found water on the floor and error code, could not use after. Inspected unit and found water in Foote tray. Cleared and tested. Unit now allowing testing. Arrived on site to test unit for not spinning in certain cycles. Customer showed me when washing colors or whites in sanitize unit will not spin. Went through cycles and found spin was off in said cycles. Turned spin on and ran diagnostic cycle. Found no issues with unit. Drain screen in clean and clear. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not starting. Test unit and found water in float. Removed water found water to had come from over loading of unit. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making loud noise at times when in use. says they can push on the side of the unit to make it stop, and it goes away and comes back if they open and close the door. Listened to a video and it sounds like ice on fan blades. Checked the evaporator and found the frost was a bit thick, so I changed the defrost mode to basic. I also leveled the unit and changed the temp to 38 in the RC, to minimize moisture in the return vent. This should squash the noise and minimize ice build up on fan blades. If issue returns we can use some sound pads / new fan. Call complete."

Arrived on site for microwave door glass moving. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the inner door panel loose and one of the clips broken. I removed the failed door and replaced it with a anew one. The unit is now working as designed job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave with a light not working. Found interior light bulb failed and replaced ot. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range with a door not opening and closing properly. Found lft hing not fully installed and reinstalled hinges properly. All is working properly at this time.

Arrived on site for a cooktop that is not heating the right front burner. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint but did find all other burners working. Disassembled the cooktop and found the element open. Replaced the element and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found it making a loud vibration noise again. I disassembled the unit and retested and found the vent tubing inside the unit was making the noise. I tightened the motor mount screws and tightened all screws on the vent tubing and adjusted the sealing pads and retested. Unit is quieter at this point. I reassembled the unit and retested and the unit was quiet for a short period of time. I found the vent tube at the back of the unit is vibrating against the chassis. I demonstrated for the customer by pushing the unit back where they keep it and hearing the noise then pulling the unit out away from the wall and moving the vent tube off the unit and it got quiet. Advised customer that, at this point, theres nothing more to be done to the unit. No lint observed during service, job completed."
