Inspected unit and found the drain tube clogged and also found the drip pan in the freezer clogged with dust and dog hair. I also filled external drain pan to check for cracks and found nothing. Little ice build up on evaporator, used my steamer to remove ice.

I found there was line VAC to the valve, but upon testing, the solenoid showed electrically open. I removed and replaced the valve and tested. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and the element never came on. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and the first two tests failed (photos). I tested again with the vent tube at the back of the unit removed and the unit passed. I disassembled the unit and inspected the element and found it badly worn (photo). Also found the unit full of lint and the rollers and tension pulley were worn. Also found the drive belt badly worn I removed and replaced all mentioned parts and cleaned the unit (before/after photos) and reassembled the unit. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended the customer have someone check/clean the vents before using the unit as the unit will fail again if the vents arent cleaned. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

I tested the element and found it open. I disassembled the unit and removed the element and found the middle metal plate badly warped and cracked and the coils broken (photo). Also found the rollers and tension pulley not operating properly and the belt badly frayed. I removed and replaced the rollers, tension pulley, element and belt and cleaned the unit (before/after photos) and reassembled and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with no power. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the unit and the control panel would not respond. I found the unit plugged in so I tested the harness at the junction box and found no power. Tested the outlet and found no power there. Inspected the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker. Tested the breaker and it failed to trip. Once I was able to get the breaker to trip, I found my outlet tester lit up. I found the unit powered on and placed it in diagnostics showing no error codes. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I disassembled the unit and checked all heating components. Found all heating components showing continuity. Removed the motor connector off of the heater and check voltage between that and ground. Found 2 V coming from or through the centrifugal switch on the motor indicating a bad motor. Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the fridge off at the breaker. I spoke to the customer and found out the unit will almost immediately trip the breaker. I gained access to the compressor and unplugged it. I powered the unit on and found it tripping. I replaced the control and retested I found with the compressor unplugged the unit runs. I plugged the compressor back in and when the control sends voltage to the compressor it trips the breaker. I retested the a test start device and found the same thing. I am ordering a sealed system to complete the repair. I assisted the customer in connecting to the WiFi and placed the unit in diagnostics. Checked for error codes and found F6E4. Cleared the code and tested the unit and the oven is operating as designed. Customer advised they popped popcorn earlier and there was a spark inside the microwave. I found the top wave guide cover burnt (photo). I inspected the magnetron and wave guide and it is good. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that at the previous service call, the voltage was incorrect at the wall and the found the wiring incorrect. I tested voltage at the wall outlet and got 246V. Checked the L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral and both read 123V. I removed the control panel and inspected the timer and found the timer not getting voltage. The main control was getting 122V. I tested the fuse and it was good. I am ordering the main control, timer, dryer main control, thermostat and cutoff kit and scheduled return service. Unit left unplugged for safety.
