The customer advised that since the electrical was fixed, the issue has happened way less but that it periodically still has issues. She stated that it worked fine for a few weeks and then it didn?t for a week and then it seemingly stopped for a cycle or two and then has been working the last few days. I checked the unit 10 times and turning the unit on and then opening the door. The unit worked as designed and could not replicate the issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Austin SR# 7730625255. He advised that based on the current information, there?s really no way to determine what the issue is since the unit has been working for extended periods of time and that it most likely was a voltage issue still that was happening radically. He advised the only way to determine this is if we can find the unit in a failed state and that no repairs at this time would make a difference. Advised to have the customer call back on the unit was in a failed state so that we can try to figure out with the root causing the issue is.

"I arrived on site to re diagnose issues with microwave not being able to start and any time the door is open relays go on and off, I gained access to the top and sides of the unit and removed all of the metal coverings, I gained access to all of the harnesses and checking each connection, I found that there is a burn on the line going to the thermostat, I removed the burned portion and fitted a new connector, this ended up fixing the issues and now the microwave is functioning properly as designed, I cleared out the error codes and now the unit is operating properly as designed. "Arrived on site for a microwave that?s not venting properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that her unit doesn?t seem to suck up all the steam from around the unit. Tested the vent fan and found the fan running properly. Used a paper towel to do the paper towel test on the vent fan and found the paper towel sticking to the vent. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to JR# 7731700319. He advised that due to energy efficiency standards having to be met, they have to pull energy from certain components to be within spec of the standard. He advised that on most microwave vent ovens, usually the electrical is pulled from the vent fan due to the need to be able to microwave properly. He advised that if the unit was functioning with the two fan speeds and the paper towel test did it?s job, that the unit was working properly. He advised that the further away from the vent cover you get, the less likely that steam will be pulled into the microwave and out. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for washer not operating. Upon inspection I found the unit was not plugged in. I plugged the unit in and was able to enter diagnostics. No error codes stored. I let diagnostics run through and found all to be seemingly working as designed. At the request of the maintenance personnel I ran a normal quick cycle load. The unit drain at some point and I noticed water start flowing from the rear of the unit heavily. I pressed I unplugged the unit and the water stopped. I removed the door and front panel. I checked all connections from drain pump to tub and any other line or connector that dealt with water. All dry. There was still water left in the tub so I hooked up the UI and door latch. I ran drain and water began to flow heavily again. I could see ripples coming from what looked like the base board. I stopped the unit and inspected the drain stand pipe. I found the drain hose had been installed into a hole with no drain so the water was draining straight into the wall. I corrected the drain hose and secured it with a zip tie. I tested the unit again and no more leaks. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees. I found the ice maker arm in the off position. Placed it in the on position and the ice maker began to harvest. When water was to dispense the tray never filled. I tested the water dispenser and found the water would come out then go to a trickle. I removed the filter and found bacteria on the head of the filter and on the filter head. Tested with my bypass and not much change. I removed and replaced the filter head and tested with the bypass and unit is operating as designed. Also found the water hose connection at the wall was loose so I tightened it and tested. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."
