Advised we can clear the drain tube to get rid of the water buildup. Replaced start device and cleared drain tube. Verified proper pan drainage and left start device installed.

Upon further inspection, I tested the oven and approximately one minute into testing, the oven turned off and error code F8E0 appeared on the display. I cleared the code and cycled power to the unit and retested and it occurred again. I disconnected the harness molex connector for the sensor at the control and the cooling fan turned on, but struggled to come on. I reconnected the harness and retested and the cooling fan continued to operate properly. I advised my customer of my findings and am ordering the cooling fan and will return with all prescreened parts. I found 13VAC at the drain pump and the drain pump showing 18.9 ohms. I tested voltage out of the control at J10-2 and J10-6 and had 121VAC. I tested resistance thru the harness at the control to the pump and found the harness open. I could not see a break in the harness. The harness will need to be replaced. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is intermittently leaking from the front left corner of her washer and that its not a lot of water but she is concerned since the unit is still under warranty and its a brand new washer. I did confirm the customers complaint and checked underneath the unit. Could not find any water residue anywhere around the unit except for at the top left-hand corner at the fabric softener dispenser. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed with no water leaks present. Did find the customer was within the range of the service pointer to replace the tub ring due to this issue. "Arrived on site to inspect venthood noises. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit turned on and advised that when they turn it off is when they hear the noise which sounds like a vibrating noise. I turned the unit off and did not hear any unusual noises. I removed the filters and removed the side vent from the blower to expose the blower wheel. I found no broken blades on the wheel. I turned the wheel by hand and could hear a faint chiming noise that the customer described but wasnt as loud as it normally gets. I turned the fan on and allowed it run some more and when I turned it off I did not hear the noise. I adjusted the blower wheel and retested by turning the wheel by hand and could still hear the noise. I found no debris inside the blower housing and the wheel is not rubbing on anything. I turned the wheel by hand one more time and tried to pinpoint the noise and it sounds like, its coming from the motor. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is in the garage and is freezing up in the freezer section. Upon inspection after removing the ice I found that the thermistor and the heating element was unplugged I corrected this. Arrived onsite for a dryer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I disassembled the dryer and upon trying to install the rear bulkhead in the new cabinet I found that the mounting holes were in the wrong place. I also found that all the motor mounting holes and slots were not punched in the new cabinet. I tried to straighten out the old cabinet but the motor mount holes were completely stripped out and the plate could not be secured properly. The cabinet will have to be ordered again. The customer advised that its coming from the top middle portion of his refrigerator section and then it makes a knocking sound. Was unable to replicate the issue but due to the complaint, I knew it was the damper control causing the issue. Replace the damper control and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to be going off pallets fairly consistently. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I did find the unit on level and re-leveled the unit. I asked the customer what kind of loads theyve been having issues with and the customer advise that it tends to happen more when they wash their throw blankets. Advised that it can happen on multiple different wash cycles though. I had the customer show me a typical load that it might go out of balance on and noticed the customer was wrapping the clothes around the agitator. She did advise that a lot of her clothes do get tangled inside of the washer. I did explain to the customer that on these newer washers, they cannot load the washer the same way as they used to load their old one. I advised her that she needs to drop her clothes in loose piles. I did explain to her that her wrapping the clothes around the agitator may have been contributing towards their off-balance issues. Upon further inspection, the customer had tested the unit themselves using a multimeter with thermal lead and provided a chart of their readings compared to a second oven in the home. I advised the customer that the units will have different temps readings but both will average out close to the set preheat temp. Reading the charts, I found the unit in question would reach preheat temp of 350 after approximately 30 mins which would give it the extra 15-20 mins after preheat as the manufacturer recommends. I tested the unit in bake at 350 degrees and at preheat I cancelled the bake and placed the unit in diagnostics and checked the temp reading on the display which showed 381. I advised the customer that the unit will reach preheat quicker due to the sensor being right at the broil element and the broil is cycling with the bake element and convection during preheat. Comparing to the 2nd unit, I recommended they still allow an extra 15-20 mins after preheat before placing food inside. Based off the customers analysis and my testing, the unit is operating as designed. No repairs needed, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for F1E1 error internal board. Replaced control board test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to install new splutch and belt to resolve grinding noises. Installed parts and ran unit with a load of towels. Found no further abnormal noises present. Unit working as designed. Advised on proper load sizes to reduce stress on lower end. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for front left burner issues. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found failed front left switch. Replaced infinity switch. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Both individual and dual burner is working and is cycling. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a range with the low flames too high. I found the low flame setting a lot higher than simmer on the two large burners. I adjusted the low flame setting and checked the orifices for being clean. The orifices check good. The customer also stated the oven was burning every thing and especially bread and bake goods. I found the oven running 15 degrees hot. I calibrated the oven and its cycling between 345-355 degrees. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a microwave that is not heating properly. I tested the microwave and found the magnetron putting out 1000 watts and working as designed. I went over use and care and using the second level rack with the customer. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. I confirmed the compressor was locked up. I found the system charged and evacuated it. I replaced the compressor, installed a drier and a access valve on the compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 68 grams of R600. I tested the unit and found it working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a DW with a knob that would bit turn this motor when attempting to chose a cycle. Upon arrival I found that I was able to select a cycle with no issues. I left the unit running and advised the customer to call me if any issues arise like not being able to select cycles again. Cx did not contact me which leads me to believe that the unit is operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for SAFTEY leaks gas. Upon arrival inspected unit and is not leaking gas. Customer mentioned that when knobs are turned that the burners are not lighting creating gas to just run. Found cook top with cooking oil spilled all over cooktop and burners. Clean burner heads and electrodes. And all burners operate as designed. Advised to customer to keep a area of burners free of oil and debris because can catch fire and also restrict burners from operating. Contacted Saftey team with findings. Got SR# 7735630243. Job complete
