I inspected the ice machines function and tested the unit was air tight by pouring a 1/3 of a cup of water into the ice chute. No water escaped which indicates an air tight seal. I also checked the housing and impaler arm which are both also good. Informed customer the unit is working as designed . Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and it is heating as designed. I tested the airflow with my vent test kit and the unit passed twice. I checked the settings that the customer was using and found that they didnt have the heat level set correctly which was on Low setting and shouldve been on a medium or high. I called Genaire installation technical service and ran through a bunch of potential problems causing our issue. They advised that further assistance would be needed by an installer. They advised that the unit would need to be removed from the wall in order for us to continue forward with service. Test of the unit and diagnostics and found the unit ran as designed except for the external drain pump draining extremely slowly.Ran the unit through an ice making cycle and the unit ran as designed again with the same issue. Spoke to PR and was advised that it would most likely be with the external drain pump not pumping out water fast enough or the drain line being clogged with mold and/or mildew. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and worked area. Replace the compressor, coupler, and dye dryer and tried to place unit and a vacuum. Found the unit would not hold a vacuum. Checked the unit with a push and pull test and found the unit sucking air in on the low side but not blowing out of the dryer. Heckled all saucer joints and found no restrictions. Spoke to PR and was advised to sweep charge the unit to see where the restriction was. "Arrived on site to diagnose oven that was not heating, and had no power. On arrival checked breaker and found breaker was not fully flipped on. Reset and got unit to power on. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher filling, but not running. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F4E3 for motor not running and F5E2 for door stuck closed. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the motor not running. I gained access to the motor and found the correct voltage to it. Upon pushing the unit back in the motor kicked back on and began running. This indicates a weak wash motor needing to be replaced. Arrived on site for a refrigerator with water dispensing slowly. Upon arrival the customer stated it stopped working properly not long after she replaced the filter. I test the unit and the water would flow through fine for a second or two and then slow to a trickle with the filter in. I removed the filter and bypassed the filter head. The unit now dispensed water as designed. This isolated the filter or the filter head. I replaced the filter head and found the same results as the prior test. This indicates a bad filter. I advised the customer she may want to replace the filter. Per customer request I left the filter out of the unit. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the ice bin thermistor and I found the unit would fill and overflow but not recirculate. I replaced the recirculating pump and tested again. "I arrived on site for a washing machine making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer stated it would occur on larger loads in the spin part of the cycle. The unit also had some water in the tub. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F0E5 for off balance load. I ran a diagnostic cycle and during the shifter activation step it could not shift. You could hear it clicking, but not working. It did the same for the spin. I then went to manual activation and found the agitate would not work, but the unit would spin. During the spin it did not make any abnormal noise. After leaving it on agitate for several minutes if would finally begin agitating. This indicated a bad actuator. I also found the suspension rods on the unit causing the tub to bounce like a ball and needing to be replaced. Upon further inspection I found the tub ring broke due to the unit being off balance and hitting the chassis.I am ordering the rods, tub ring, and will come back with the actuator already on hand to install. Upon further inspection, customer advised that a previous company replaced parts and the electricity went off to the home and the unit wasnt tested and has been tripping the breaker since. I found the unit unplugged. Plugged unit in and could hear the start device attempting to start the compressor then the breaker would trip. I removed and replaced the start device and overload and retested and got the same results. I tested the windings on the compressor and found them to be out of range. From my testing results, it appears that the compressor is bad and needs to be replaced. I advised the customer of my findings. Unit operated as designed except the steam valve. I removed the top panel and found the unit doesnt have a steam valve but operates off the hot valve. I ohmed the hot valve and found it open. I removed and replaced the valve and retested and when the steam was to come on the unit shut down and showed error code F8E0 again. I placed unit back in diagnostics and tested the steam and found no voltage coming from the control to the hot valve. Tested voltage when the hot water came on and got 121V. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in the FC. Upon inspection I found the FC at room temp and the RC at 37. I checked the thermistors in diagnostics and they both passed as well as both evap fans. I accessed the FC evaporator and checked resistance of the thermistor and it showed within range. I called techline and through troubleshooting tests we determined that the main control is not reading the FC thermistor correctly. SR#7731234798. "Arrived on site and inspected washer and found actuator arm hes not in cam kit ring, per service pointer replaced actuator and ran a calibration cycle and washer is now operating normally, job complete"

"Arrived on site for fridge leaking in the rc section and the freezer not cooling properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I inspected both evaporators, I found no ice build up on th rc evaporator. I found frost building up on the fc evap cover. I put the unit into diagnostics and ran test 38 and forced a defrost. It found the defrost heater coming on. I gained access to the back of the unit and I tested the thermistors for the fc evaporator and it was homing out around 25 degrees.I pulled the drain tube and found it clear of any debris. I found the drain tube not sealing against the cabinet. I used silicone to seal the drain tube. I gained access to the rc evaporator and steamed out the drain pan. I found the water not draining. I removed the drain pan and steamed out the drain direct in the cabinet and I found it still not draining. I tried to run a wire through both sides of the drain tube in the cabinet and found the line would not make it all the way through. I believe the cabinet insulation has collapsed causing the rc not to drain properly. I spoke to the customer about the drain tube and possibly needing a new UI to fix the freezer defrost issue.

Arrived onsite for unit not dispensing water. Customer could not get the filter out of the unit. Was able to get it out but the filter put in wrong from the factory. Replaced water filter. Unit was having issues with dispensing water after already calling for water. Called tech line. Had me test the unit by taking out the filter to relieve pressure and then the water dispenser would work but only the one time and then it would stop dispensing because of the pressure from the water. Had me look at the Service pointer w11394954A. Said to order the Regulator w10786952 and 25ft plastic w10267701RP to help with the incoming pressure. Got sr#7731236920. Charged 52.00 for the filter. Arrived onsite for range with suspected gas leak. I used the provided digital gas leak detector and tested all burners. I tested the regulator as well but the leak detector did not detect a gas leak at this time. I let the unit sit for about an hour and checked again but could not find any leaks. I found the far right valve stem is slightly twisted so the off is slightly to the right of the indicator. If you turn the knob to OFF position it could potentially allow a very small amount of gas to leak but I tried to recreate and could not. I found a F1 Error stored in the unit. I followed the techsheet and advised that the control would need to be replaced to correct this F1 error. . ; ordrng 1 W11113908 (Control)

Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I went to work space and removed door skin and replaced control. I then gained access to the bottom of the unit and replaced the heating element. Placed the unit into diagnostics. Unit now running as designed. No leaks observed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and then put it into diagnostics mode. I found stored error codes F2E1 for stuck key, F9E4 for lower spray arm error, and F5E1 for door stuck open. I ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed with no leaks. I found the lower spray arm rotating properly during the cycle and dispensing water. The customer stated it typically leaks a few hours into the heavy duty cycle. They also provided a video of the leak. I will be ordering a clear door to further diagnose the unit. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 ClearDWDoor (Clear DW Door)"

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed harness to resolve freezer evaporator not defrosting. Replaced FC harness and retested. Unit is defrosting and working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for panel not sitting correctly on right side. Found broken spring ordering new clip office to reschedule. ; ordrng 2 W11318207 (Clip)s

Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher cleaning issues. Confirmed the complaint and found the top spray arm was clogged with food and debris preventing it from washing the top rack properly. I cleared the debris and discovered the connection to the drain pump was not connected properly. Corrected the issue and unit tested as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite for unit not starting a load. Tenant said that they have tried and said that it won?t fill with water. Looked at the water valve on the wall side and found that the cold water valve has been cut clean in the middle of the pipe. Let tenant know of the issue and called property management to let them know of the findings. Took pic of the pipe that was cut. Management to fix the issue. No other issues at this time. Job complete.
