Arrived on site for fridge not cooling in the rc section. We gained access to the fc evaporator and found it full of ice. We tested the defrost heater and found 107 ohms. We put the unit into diagnostic and forced a defrost. We found good voltage at the cabinet. We inspected the harness and found several pins not seated properly. We repeated the pins and retested the unit. It is now coming on and defrosting. I advised the customer to leave the unit off for 24 to 48 hours to let the system fully defrost. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for wall oven combo with microwave that will turn off mid cook and customer has to hold door shut for it to cook. Upon inspection I found a small dent on the left side right under the interlock switch. I called techline to report SR7731936099 Steve.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with rust spots and not washing. Upon inspection I found no error codes stored. I found the spray arm was disconnected and falling apart. I reassembled the spray arm. The customer has concerns with the heater rusting. I can see some rust on the element. I found the outer door is dented and the damage also cracked the console. I will need to order the heater outer door and console to complete the repair. Arrived onsite for unit not making ice. Looked at the Ice maker and saw that the ice maker was worked but checked the temperatures in the freezer as it was set to negative 6 but taking temperatures with thermal coupler was 6 degrees. Looked at the evaporator and it looked good with no issues. Upon further inspection found that the compressor fan where the air blows was clogged with a bunch dust causing the unit to not breathe efficiently to help cool. Removed dust. Let customer know to keep the areas clean because of the issues it can cause. No other issues at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Ran a manual test on the valves, drain pump, and high speed span. The unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to JR SR# 7731931718. He advised that the issue was most likely with oversuds in or off-balance loads. The customer advised that she runs a load every single day and runs an outfit and two towels and A load of sheets once a week. JR mentioned that the oversuds in was most likely the issue if that was the case as the customer uses pods and asked if the customer had ever cleaned out her washer. The customer advised that they had not. He advise for her to run a clean washer cycle with afresh washer cleaner and then to run a load of towels without soap prior to any further loads. He also advised for the customer to limit the amount of soap usage and not to use pods unless if they?re using enough clothes to fill up a third of the basket. Advise the only other possible scenario with this issue would be with the main control. Replaced main control to illuminate any possibility of it being an issue with the machine. Calibrated the unit and ran the unit through an auto test. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

All switches tested good. We gained access to the 20 amp fuse and found it open. We replaced the fuse and powered the unit on. E found the breaker tripping. We I specter the unit for any shorted or damaged wiring and we found none. We removed the unit from the home circuit, leaving nothing connected to the outlet for the microwave, we retested the breaker and still found it not resetting. The breaker and the outlet will need to be checked by an electrician.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the leak seems to happen on heavier duty loads only. Ran the unit through manual fill on all valves, drain, and spin and could not replicate a leak. I checked the suspension and the suspension checked good. I ran a load of towels in the unit to fill and agitate so that we get saturated. Canceled the cycle and ran a drain and spin. Still could not replicate the issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7731934355. He advised that the issue at that point would have to be with loading and that it is possible when the unit is overloaded when going into the spin cycle that water splashing up and out of the tub brain causing the drip edge. He advised to make no repairs at the time and advise the customer to watch their load types. Spoke to the customer and she advised that she has been running next loads. Whenever user care guide and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for COMPLAINTNOTE:IT NOT FILL UP ITS GOES THE WATER ITS FLAWING, Placed in diagnostics and 3, 26, 23 came on. Cleared codes. Ran pressure sensor test and it lit up all soil levels as designed. Ran dispenser valve test #19 and water is coming out with suds as designed. Ran tumble and washer tumbled. Ran spin and washer spun. Rotor isnt locked up because it spins. Valve isnt clogged or failing because it dispenses. Customer stated when she runs the washer it doesnt fill like it did in the past. With this, I ran a normal cycle with the soil level set to heavy. As it filled it would pause then spin and fill. This seemed like it was sensing the load as it filled. Once it stopped filling with water and began to wash on the normal cycle / heavy soil it seemed like there was barely any water inside the basket to wash the clothes. With all tested cycles working there is nothing I can diagnose today for repair.

We pulled the freezer light module and found the molex connector pins have become depined and we are unable to install a new module with the adapter.we called techline and spoke with Andy, we advised Andy of the situation and he provided sr#7731938542.
