Vacuumed the system and pressures held good. Installed 5.0oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures and cooling. Unit is operating as designed with pressures at 0/126 and unit is cooling. Recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items back inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for OVEN WILL REACH TEMP BUT WILL NOT HOLD TEMP. Upon arrival test unit by preheating to 350. Temperature reached 373 on thermocouple and then began cycling. Temperature averaged 354. Continued to monitor cycles and averaged 367, 369 then 370. Preheat to 400 and started off at 355 on unit display. Thermocouple reads 360 Preheat reached 422, then cycled down to 409,422=415 avg. 500 for long periods as well. Customer uses oven commercially for up to 18 straight hours a day. I explained the this unit is not made to use commercially and she stated that unit has been fine until now. I am not finding any issues with unit besides calibration being set to 25 degrees. Contacted techline for assistance . Tech said cannot determin what is going on since issues begin several hours into use. Tech recommended replacement of Sensor and control. Tech also Recommended calibration Tech gave SR# 7735320837. complete"

"Arrived to inspect oven temperatures. I removed a 30? offset from the upper oven, removed a large piece of aluminum foil that covered most of the liner and then started the test at 2:05, 350?F. In 12 minutes, the unit claimed preheat with an actual internal temperature of 307?. The unit only cycled up to 330? and then Cycling temperatures were 306, 335, 318, 340. I induced a positive 20? offset and retested. 350 claimed at 387 and climbed out to 397. The unit then cycled and hovered at approximately 5? above the set temperature. The customer will attempt small adjustments to the offset if needed.

"RC 6.19 K, FC 21.86 K, IB 14.58 K. I then tested the RC thermistor with a thermocouple placed within the vents at the thermistor mounting point and it registered 41?F and after several minutes climbed to 44, which was within a degree of the prior replaced thermistor. Using thermography and two other meters, I verified accuracy of the thermal test and readings. The only solution to the issue is to move the thermistor out of the housing and more into the actual chambers moving air. I will be contacting the customer later in the day to check progress. No leaks observed during service."

During inspection I found the control had a burnt odor and removed and replaced it. I tested within service mode and all functions were present, including line VAC to the element. The thermistor also read within specifications for the internal temperature of the unit. I removed residual ice from within the evaporator and advised the customer on the importance of ensuring the doors are fully closed to prevent air leaks into the chassis.
