"Temp RC 40*-FZ-12*on arrival. Arrived for dispenser issue, during testing water flow was initially slow. After a few seconds, it went to acceptable levels, denoting ice flushed from the chiller. I found the cabinet was very out of square and the doors could not seal completely. The lower mullion area was slightly deformed, not allowing the gasket to completely to seal. I squared the cabinet and the doors to match and tamped the mullion into place. Gasket now fully contacting, I sealed the gapping in the door opening-to-liner with manufacturing sealant. Stopping the air leaks, the over cooling RC section should now be eliminated,preventing further chiller freezing. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to inspect control panel too hot. I set the unit to 350 and tested the internal exhaust flu temperature and it was 305. The control panel area directly above measure at 140. I advised the CX that even though it is quite hot, it is normal and expected for this model of unit and there is not a way to lower the exhaust temperatures and how they affect the control panel area. The CX mentioned the excessive heat under the wall mounted cabinets and surrounding area and I advised them that use of the microwave hood above the unit will greatly reduce the heat and was able to demonstrate how much heat was pulled from the area. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a dryer with clothing wet at the end of a cycle. Mr stated that is not the issue and the actual issue is it will not heat at all. I tested voltage at the 3 wire outlet and had 123VAC from L1 to G but had 0 VAC from L2 to G. I found L2 tripped at the breaker. I reset the breaker and tested the dryer and all is working as designed. The breaker panel is GE and is from the late 70s and the outlet is old and has some black markings. I went over this with the customer and explained with the breaker catching the midday sun and west sun the panel is getting hot. I explained that all these things could be a factor with it tripping. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for NOT COOLING PROPERLY--FREEZER IS FINE BUT FRIDGE IS COMING AND GOING--NOT STAYING COOL, CAN HEAR it running and it making a humming --no ice build up in fridge but ice build in freeze. Upon arrival inspected unit and found lots of frost on evaporator panel. Ran diagnostics and forced heater and could not find it energizing. Cleared all the frost from evaporator panel and removed panel. The entire evaporator , fan , and harness is completely covered with 4 inches of solid ice. Uploaded pics on SD. Cleared just enough ice to get to heater. There is zero volts to heater. Ohmed heater and resistance is 38. Quoting customer for control, heater , harness and thermistors , Need customer to unplug unit for at least 48 hours with freezer door open and towels around floor. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps using my multimeter. I placed the thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 411. Next five readings were 342, 383, 343, 367, 342 for an average temp of 355.4 degrees. During testing I found the door gasket not sealing properly on left side as there was smoke coming out the door area on the left side from burning food residue. Also found the left hinge (non-spring) was squeaking badly when opening and closing the door. I test3d the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. I am ordering the left hinge (passive) and door gasket and scheduled return service for 07/12/22. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 WPW10658354 (Door gasket) and 1 WPW10299227 (Hinge-passive)"

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps and cooktop center burner. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 391. Next three readings never got below 360 degrees. Stopped testing and found the unit had been calibrated +5 degrees. Recalibrated to 0 and retested and temps never got below 359 degrees. I found the unit sensor needs to be replaced. I inspected the center burner and found grease/oil around the front the burner head. I disassembled the burner head and cap,and found oil in between the head and cap. Cleaned the burner and reassembled and tested. All burners are operating as designed. I am ordering the oven sensor and scheduled return service for 07/15/22. Bake ignitor will need to be inspected upon return service. I was unable to check it after testing due to it being too hot. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 W10833885 (Sensor)"

"Arrived to inspect heating issue. The CX and prior history led me to believe that there was an issue with subsequent heating, after initial preheat. During testing I noted the unit would pulse up to five times before ignition would occur, and then there was an over-lean condition and loud combustion. The flame tube had the appearance of incomplete burn, denoting lean fuel to air ratio. I found the air shutter set too far open and after adjusting, the flame was at acceptable levels and ignition occurred every time at the first, or only a few times at the second ignition attempt. I tested at 350 and all cycle ignitions were flawless, until the chassis heated up: 460, 366, 411, 384, 408, 386, 410 and then fell off completely. I inspected the DSI board and found a failed joint at the spark transformer and corrected. Second testing at 350, after removing a 30+ offset, was: 433, 336, 371, 338, 388, 341, 389, 340, 387, 341, 385, stabilized average was 364 and I induced a -10F offset. The unit heated and cycled as designed after the repair and did not fail again.

"Arrived to inspect incorrect times. I found there were no stored errors and the unit passed service test mode. All settings showed a initial time of 14 min and changing settings caused the time to change to the correct value for the settings, but when the dial was turned, they all defaulted back to the 14 min. I cycled the power off and then back on and the issue immediately resolved. I advised the CX to cycle power if the issue returns and to contact the MFG if it returns repeatedly. After further testing I found ice maker starting to make ice, and unit had partial cooling and bringing compartments into semi safe ranges. I then found equalized pressures at 20 indicating a loss in refrigerant but when unit was running I found stable pressures at 0/110 high/low with no fluctuations. Found unit does have liner leak that cant be accessed. Couldnt find any dye on exterior of system. Will need findings reported that unit is slowly loosing refrigerant and cant be safely repaired due to linger leak/restriction. Call complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=44 on a setting of 40 and the FC=5 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the thermistors and found in test 39 the RC evap thermistor was shorted. I pulled the unit out and tested the evap thermistor and found 24.5kohms at 2.27VDC which is way out of range. Tested the RC thermistor and found it at 2.87VDC & 6.7kohms. I removed and replaced the RC evap motor harness, secured the evaporator to the back wall, foil taped and ziptied the evap thermistor to the suction line and sealed off the back panel of the evap cover with permagum and re-positioned the RC evap drip pan shims. Reassembled the RC section and sealed the gaps in the liner to chassis with silicone. Checked all door gaskets and were sealed properly and leveled the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Used steamer and heat gun to reset freezer gasket, used steamer to thaw water line to icemaker. Icemaker cycled and filled properly. Freezer gasket should now be sealing properly.
