Removed bottom spray arm and found ports clogged with food. Customer made efforts to clean ports while I was there, but items that are stuck inside will clog ports again once dishwasher is ran. With these ports clogged the spray arm will not rotate due to weak pressure from ports being blocked then the spray arm sits in one position instead of turning and sprays directly at the door causing leaks. Ordering a new lower spray arm W10837249 to return and complete the repair. Returning with gasket and sump and motor JIC. If lower spray arm is not turning once replaced the sump and motor may need to be replaced. Arrived onsite for washer not operating. Upon arrival I found F0E2 F8E1 F9E1 F5E2 F8E3 stored in the unit. I cleared the codes and let diagnostics run through. On the valve section I was checking water flow and found the cold side at the wall was actually hot water and vice versa so the line colors are correct but the water temp is not and they are not hooked to the right valve. I corrected the lines accordingly on the unit. I called techline to report the situation and ask about the other codes. They gave me SR#7731600398 we determined the drain pump filter is clogged and causing a long drain error. I accessed and cleared an obstruction from the drain. I tested again and The unit is working as designed at this time with no leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that is not heating or running the turntable. On arrival I found the unit has power, but will not run at all. I tried to remove the unit from the cabinets, but it was too heavy to remove solo. Customer advised me installers needed 2 People to install it as well. From what I could see, the unit seems to have an excessive amount of grease and oil buildup, and it likely has gotten into and shorted the HV system, but also the interlocks seem to not be making full contact to even start. Arrived on site for Not sizing ice properly. Found ice stuck in chute and smaller that it should be due to sitting in chute. All ice in bin was the proper size. There were a few cubes that looked smaller than normal but this could be from sitting in the bin for a long period of time. Based on what the customer is experiencing Ive removed the ice maker and installed a new ice maker to ensure the ice maker is calling for enough water to come into the ice mold. Explained to customer to keep an eye on the tray beneath the water and ice dispenser for random water accumulating. This is a sign that ice is stuck in the chute and melting creating water on the tray as it melts inside the chute. Job completed.

Upon further inspection, I opened the FC door and found ice built up on the side of the ice maker housing and inside the FC section. When I closed the FC door I found the gasket with a gap and not sealing properly. I attempted to correct the gasket by heating it with my heat gun and reshaping it. Doing such failed and I found that the when the unit was filled with insulation, the center mullion was pushed out away from the top of the cabinet causing the door to not be able to close all the way. "Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s freezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Found the refrigerator section sitting at 35.7?F. The customer advised that the unit was hovering in the 30? area. She also advised that while the unit was freezing items, the icemaker was not working. Check the freezer section and found the freezer section sitting at 18?F. Did it temperature reading on the thermistors from the main control and found the refrigerator section reading 5.48 K ohms while my temperature probe read 39?F. I took a freezer there Mr. check and found the unit reading 13.14 k ohms in the freezer. I checked an amp draw on the compressor and found the compressor reading 1.17 A. Call Techline and spoke to Robert/Andy SR# 7731549899. He advised that the issue was with the thermistor based on the reading of the thermistor showing the unit at 47-48?F when the refrigerator was at 39?F. He did advise that there?s a known issue with freezing items in the refrigerator section on this unit. He did advise that engineering is updating software version on newer controls but that the software has not been fully updated and developed. He advised to replace the thermistor for now but if the issue comes back, we would need to wait for the main control to be released. Replaced the thermistor and tested the unit. The unit began to cool. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that?s flashing four times than three times. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complain and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. Found the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Tested the unit and a normal dishwasher cycle two other times and the unit filled and started washing as designed. The customer advised that they think the issue was that the unit was never switched over from natural gas to LP and wanted to figure out if there was any other issue with the unit since the builder had parts missing on the cooktop from the jump. Confirmed the customers complaint and found all burner flames extremely high. He advised to follow the conversion chart. Spoke to PR and was advised that a plumber would have to be the one to change it and convert this unit to propane gas. Gave the customer all pertinent information for the plumber to swap over from natural gas to LP on the orifices and the gas regulator. credit card. Call complete."

Arrived on site and inspected washer still not competing cycles. Discovered the drain pump was defective causing the malfunction. Removed and replaced it and ran a quick wash consumer load and unit tested as designed. Job complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose range with keypad error, upon arrival the customer informed me that the unit is displaying f2e0. I gained access to service diagnostics and found no fault codes past f2e0 for keypad disconnect from main control issue, per following the tech sheet the unit requires a new console which houses the keypad. I am ordering the console, and two sets of bezels in the case of any adhesive issues on for return service, will need parts authorization before return. Arrived on site for LEAKED OUT ALL THE WATER ON THE WASH AND RINSE. NOT COMING FROM HOSES. CAME FROM UNDERNEATH. Found drain pump had two pennies and a dime lodged inside that cracked the drain pump housing causing the leak they experienced. Removed drain pump and installed new drain pump. Ran through diagnostics several times to ensure there were no leaks. No leaks detected. Ran through a heavy wash with hot water to clear out any additional debris between basket and pump. Didnt see any objects in basket other than hair.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not filling with water. Upon inspection of the diagnostics tables I found F4E3 and F7E1 stored in the unit. I let diagnostics run through and found the unit would fill with water but not wash after. I found the motor assembly making a grinding or clicking noise indicating a failed motor. The unit drain out and the heater came on after. I am ordering the sump and motor assembly to complete the repair and returning with the control and heater JIC. leaks detected during time of service. Arrived on site and inspected washer that continuously tripping the breaker. Confirmed the customers breaker box is filled with GFCI breakers causing the malfunction. Customer will need to get an electrician to replace the breakers with non arch of GFCI breakers. Unit had no stored error codes. Unit works as designed. Job complete

"Arrived on site for microwave not heating. Upon arrival I tested the unit with a glass of water for 1 minute and found the unit heating. I tested it again immediately after and found it not heating at all. I gained access to the control board and ran the unit a few more times to find it pushing intermittent voltage causing it not to heat every cycle. Im ordering a new control, UI and power supply to ensure a reliable repair. Arrived on site and found damper is making noise returning tech will need to replace air tower too. Completely disassemble refrigerator interior and replace air tower and damper.; ordrng 1 W11373777 (Air tower) and 1 Wpw10479155 (Damper)

Arrived on site for STOPPED FILLING WITH WATER- HAS POWER BUT NOT WASHING. Placed in diagnostics and got F6E4. No other error codes came on. Found float switch had something (food particles) lodged underneath it. Cleared error code and ran diagnostics. Diagnostics completed all cycles and heated as designed. No leaks detected.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with blown thermal fuse and had an airflow error. Advised customer that unit vent should be professionally cleaned. Replaced the fuse and tested unit finding all operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for unit not making ice or dispenser any water. I tested the water dispenser and found none of the valves opening. I tested the ice dispenser and found the unit trying to dispense ice. I ran the unit through a ice maker fill test and it filled with water. I power cycled the unit and retested it. I found it working as designed and dispensing water now.Job complete."

"Arrived on site for unit humming. Upon arrival the unit was unplugged and locked. Upon plugging the unit in the drain pump began to hum loudly. I entered diagnostics and began to cycle through error codes finding f9e1 drain pump, F1e2 motor drive over voltage, F8e6 water hazard, F3e3 inlet water temperature. When I finished checking error codes I tried to activate the lid lock and the unit would not unlock. While attempting to unlock the unit the f9e1 error code returned and the unit was then stuck trying to cancel a cycle. Upon attempting to check voltage at the outlet with my multimeter the outlet blew out. I advised the customer to seek an electrician before continuing with the repair. The unit will need a new drain pump and I will also order a new control to be install on return visit just in case. Arrived on site to diagnose a garbage disposal that will not run. Found motor locked up and freed motor. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.
