Pulled unit out on my floor protector and gained access to regulator and bubble checked connections, also gained access to the gas valves on cooktop and bubbled checked all valves and no leaks. "KRFC704FPS04 Arrived to instal refrigerator door gasket W10917313. I used heat to re-form the gasket due to shipping creasing and after fully re-formed, removed the failed existing door gasket and installed the replacement. The gasket seal was improved around the door and further air leaking issues should be resolved. I discussed the units operation with the customer, since my last visit and it appears prior temperature swing issues have been resolved. I advised the customer if they would like to see more accurate temperatures to place a temperature probe in a container, preferably plastic and approximately six ounces in size, filled with water and to ensure the probe does not touch the sides of the container. Place it in the refrigerator chamber and allow 24 hours for the temperature to settle. This will provide the most accurate internal temperature, not including slight and expected swings from the areas nearest the air vents. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"WTW5100HC2 Arrived to inspect no operation. I found the unit was displaying F9E1 and F2E1 and I cleared for testing. I found the drain pump and all other line VAC loads were inoperative. The drain pump connection at the control also had line VAC present and unchanging with manual test mode drain pump actuation. The drain pump line showed an open circuit and I found the connector had broken and I was able to correct. I drained with the existing pump and an auxiliary rip cord and the unit drained as expected. I removed and replaced the control and all functions resumed normally. I calibrated the unit and centered the rotating mass. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"WRT318FZDM00 Arrived to inspect no ice production. I found the water was not turned on and after correcting, the ice maker cycled and filled to appropriate level. During testing, I found the water supply line, supplied by the installer, was leaking at the valve side of the line and was likely over-tightened. I advised the customer I had to shut the water off at the supply and shut the ice maker off via bail arm, to prevent water damage and after the line is replaced, the water turned back on and the bail arm flipped down, normal operations should resumed. No leaks of the unit observed during service."

After reaching below 500 microns and also holding for an additional 15 minutes, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The unit began cooling as designed. I did find the evap fan and condenser fan not operating. Tested voltage at the outlet and got 125V. I unplugged the unit and and waited for approximately 20 seconds and plugged it back in. I found the unit was in defrost mode. After waiting for a while, the unit kicked on and both fans and the compressor began functioning. Tested temps in the FC section and my initial reading was 34 degrees and it began to drop. I recommended the customer remove some of the items in the freezer section to allow for better airflow and monitor the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I tilted unit backwards and found gear oil all over the floor and belt housing. Arrived on site for vent hood fan not working. On inspection found the fcircuit board for the fan had burnt marks on it. Replaced the switch and tested unit. Unit operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose wall oven /mw combo that was tripping breaker. Customer said that on 2 occasions, while MW and Oven were both on the breaker tripped. Ran oven and MW, and ran several times and could not duplicate. Called tech line and spoke with Ed SR7735740660. Ed advised that it was likely a weak breaker, since it's always tripping in use, and not when one side of the appliance is run. No shorts found,No error codes found. Advised to replace breaker. "Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher that was still leaking on the left hand side. Had customer run prior to my arrival and found a few drops had landed on a paper towel on the left side. I replaced the lower spray arm since I could see deposits on it, pulled the manifold pipe to make sure it's seated, also squared the unit. I reinstalled the door gasket, and pressed it in less to allow the door seal to meet the door and adjust the depth. Continued to let it run and didn't see any other drips. Customer advised to follow up if unit continues dripping. Repair complete."

Arrived onsite for cooktop shutting down on its own. Upon arrival inspected unit. unit did shut down but did not display any errors. Also at one time the temperature setting reverted back to high power from medium. Called tech line for assistance. Provided SR#7735739488. Concluded that the UI was the most likely reason for the issues. Replaced UI and coded to #25. Ran extensive testing and unit had issues.

Arrived onsite for lights not working. Found the freeze light is not working and the lights in the rc were out. I informed the customer the lights are in a series that the freezer light is the pen that goes most of the time.

"Arrived on is to inspect washer error code and not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing F9E1 and water in the tub. I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the error code and manually tested the drain pump. I heard the relay on the control click but nothing else happened. I tilted the unit back and inspected the drain pump and when I touched the harness to the pump, the pump came on and drained the water from the unit. Once the water was drained, I tilted the unit back again and inspected the harness. I found where the harness is secured with the clip on the pump, the harness is broken (photos).I was able to mend the harness and tested the unit and it operated as designed. Customer advised they would contact the manufacturer to dispute due to the unit being just out of its one year warranty and would contact our office if they want to order the harness and move forward with repair. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the sump and motor the reinstalled the machine adding a drain pan under it I tested the dishwasher and it is working as designed and sounds normal. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"LSXS26386D/03 Arrived to inspect ice production issues and cooling. I found the FC at 37?F and the compressor was running at full speed the entire service call. Amp draw was .92-1.08 and varied, without hearing any appreciable change in compressor motor speed. No stored error codes were found and there was no frost pattern. The evaporator did not have any signs of sealed system oil or leaks, but cannot be determined until the compressor is replaced and the system is leak tested. I performed a thermography of the system and found the compressor discharge at 120.6?, which declined to 100.3? within five inches. At the condenser inlet, the temperature was 91.4 and the outlet was room temperature of 72.7. This indicates a compressor that cannot flow enough refrigerant and will require replacement. The customer is within the seven year parts warranty period and I advised them to contact the manufacturer. The required sealed system parts will be the compressor, service port and drier. It would be best to have the evaporator on hand, in case of need, but it is probable the service could be completed without it. Having prior service history with this MFG,

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer with tub filling with water when unit is not in use. Examined unit and found drum had about 2 inches of water. Valves were off. Removed hoses from valves and turned on water, and found upper double valve solenoid dripping. Replaced double valve and verified no further dripping. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for cooktop sparking. On inspection when the burner on the right side are on the left back burner would start sparking for no reason. When I turn both right side burners on the spark happen more frequently to burners on the left side. I replaced the spark module and the issue went away. Now when the burns on the right are turn on sparking anymore. I tested it for 15 minutes. no gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for no water being dispensed from dispenser. Removed filter and water dispensing as designed. Used bypass and water dispensing as designed . Narrowed issue down to bad filter. Advised customer new filter is needed. Removed condenser build up and no leaks detected. Job complete.

I read the front bottom panel and tested the unit and found the element not functioning. I tested ohms to the element and found it open. I disassembled the unit and tested the cutoff, thermostats and fuse and all are good. Also found the unit has its original rollers/tension pulley/belt and they all are in poor shape. I removed and replaced the rollers, pulley and belt and cleaned all axles and cleaned the unit (photos) and reassembled and tested. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven making a ticking sound. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a ticking sound when they bake on a low setting. I tested the unit on Bake at 175 degrees and when the ignitor began to arc, I could hear the noise coming from the main control and the customer identified the noise as well. I pulled the unit out and removed he back panel and retested the unit. Once the ignitor began to arc, the noise reappeared and the noise was coming from one of the relays on the control. I stopped testing and tested the unit in broil mode and the ticking did not come back. I stopped testing and placed the unit back in bake mode and again the noise reappeared. The unit continued to operate as designed. It seems the control is not recognizing the ignitor had arced and the burner came on. I am ordering the main control and Bake ignitor and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 02/27/23 per customer request. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which is a loud screeching metal on metal noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the high speed spin mode. I could not duplicate the noise. I tilted the unit back and inspected the components underneath and found gearcase oil on the rotor (photos). I removed the rotor and found oil on the underside of the rotor and on the slider. "4140I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Derek SR# 7735726980. Advised that the issue would most likely be with the water level sensor or evaporator thermistor based on all the information. He had me disconnect the wiring to the water level sensor and found evidence of mold, mildew, and corrosion on the wiring connectors. The unit will need a new reservoir drain pump, recirculation pump, water level sensor, and wiring harness for repair. Ordering the reservoir drain pump and the office will need to contact the extended warranty for authorization and the customer on her return trip. "arrived on site for the cooktop that still smells like gas. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and did find that fixed their gas line going into the regulator. Disassembled the unit and tested all connectors for any signs of a gas leak. Could not get any bubbles to form even with the gas turned on. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7735730709. He advised that because of the fact that the customer stated that she can smell gas more when the unit is not cooking, that the issue would have to be with one of the gas valves and to just replace them all. I called Whirlpool Safety team and spoke to Lakeisha SR# 7735730709. She advised that she would update the notes on the file and to just go ahead and proceed with Techlines recommendation for now. She advised to call back if the customer experiences any other issues. Ordering the gas valves in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to the customer not living in the house full-time and limited parts availability. Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found filter fuse was bad. Ordering filter board. Was send with what appears to be correct part was actually a switch. Spoke with ST and was advised fuse needed comes with board. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11199545 (Filter board)

Arrived on site to test unit for error codes prompting. Found error for no drain f9e1. Also found what appears to be paper caught in sump assembly. Recommend replacing drain pump and sump. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven control panel flickering. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the control panel display will go totally blank and after a few seconds it will come back on. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F3E8 when the unit was previously serviced and the control replaced. I cleared the control and tested the components and all are operating as designed. I tested the bake mode at 350 degrees and the unit operated as designed. I could not get the unit to duplicate the complaint/issue. Due to the ongoing issue, I am ordering the control panel and the office to schedule return service and will return will all prescreened parts.; ordrng 1 W11400283 (Control panel)"

"Arrived on site for long wash times . Ran diagnostics, got actuator error code . Unit is kicking out of diagnostics and shutting off when actuator tried to change positions in both auto and manual tests. Ordering actuator, motor ,cap. Arrived onsite for a wall oven to replace the previous diagnosed parts. After removing the existing motor I found the shaft on the new motor the customer ordered too short and not the correct motor. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Found that the compressor was not kicking on. Replaced the start device and the capacitor. The compressor came on but would only stay on for 20 to 30 seconds before turning back off. Arrived on site for vent hood making a loud noise. The noise does not appear until it heats up. It will take 2 people to remove the fam safely and a 6 ft ladder to get to the screws on top.; O-emld tckt

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher door does not stay up. On inspection the springs are shot the door falls like rock. Only had one spring to install, the unit needs both hinges to keep the door upright. Informed when we get the right side hinge we will be back out to install. No water leaks detected during service ; O-emld tckt"

"Arrived on site for trash compactor, inspected unit and work area. Tested unit and the console was broken from one of the repairs previously made. I tested the switch and its operating as designed. Unit will need a new console and inset to complete the repairs. I spoke to MS and we will cover the two parts needed. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is having issues where the unit will at times stop dispensing water and making ice. Upon inspection I found the the unit had confiscation on left hand side of the rc. Upon further inspection I found that the unit had a crack in the inner liner of the unit causing a warm air leak. I contacted Rob at techline and told him of my findings and it was determined by drilling holes at the ends of the crack to keep it fro spreading and use Vinyl tape to seal it up. sr#7735733636. "Arrived on site to inspect washer with possible nails in the basket under the washplate. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that so,e nails fell on the unit and fell into the basket and there are possibly some under the washplate. I attempted to remove the agitator and it would not come off. I advised the customer of this and there is potential the agitator could break.
