"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water or making ice. Upon arrival I found the RC=37 FC=4 I tested the dispenser and it is working as designed at this time the ice bin is also full. The customer states the issue is intermittent. I inspected ge unit for air infiltration but found none. The ice maker cycled and filled while onsite. I could not find any gaps in the gaskets. I ran diagnostics and checked thermistors and fans, all showed pass. I checked incoming water pressure from the wall and it does not seem to be an issue at this time. I advised the customer to remove the filter if the issue returns and see if that improves flow from the dispenser. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 500 degrees. Once the unit reached preheat temp, my reading never got 50p degrees. Per the sticky note in account, opened and closed door 20+ times to check aurora board, and lights never fully came on. Replaced the module again under 1 year parts warranty. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they found the unit leaking from a white plastic piece under the unit on the right front side. The customer was talking about the float switch housing. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and continued with testing. The unit did not leak water. I found old water streaks on the side of the door, on the top of the door at the latch and on the tub at the top near the latch area. I removed the outer door panel and found old water streaks at the door latch on the inside of the outer door panel and more on the inside of the inner door panel. I found the streaks running down the inside of the outer door panel down to the hinge area where the customer advised the water was leaking out. I advised the customer of my findings and that it appears that something has been getting caught in between the door and the cabinet seal and water is leaking out at the top of the door. I recommended that they replace the cabinet seal. Customer advised that they would attempt to clean the gasket/seal on their own.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

He advised me to seal the gaps with sealant and take before and after pictures of the gaps I used van stock part #(wp482338) and asked the customer to monitor the unit to ensure the issue doesnt return SR#7731994082. Arrived on site for a washing machine that feet broke and unit was making a rubbing noise during spin. Upon arrival confirmed complaint of feet being broken I found that the chassis support was still intact and that worked I installed the new feet and re-leveled the unit after entering diagnostics I found no error codes stored but during the spin test I was able to confirm the rubbing noise. Found the cause was due to the belt stretching out and slipping on the cam and motor I was able to install a new belt reassembled and tested the unit and found the washer fully functioning as designed and no longer making any weird noises inform customer that washer is ready for use call complete

Found minimal improvement after. Called tech line and spoke with Ed, SR7731988276. Advised that unit is not leaking gearcase oil, and is running fine with no grinding or broken pieces found. Ed advised that these units will make noticeable operation sounds when agitating due to the load shifting on the gearcase, causing backlash noises. "Arrived on site for Not Powering On - Not Operating - Chest and Upright Freezer. Freezer was unplugged upon arrival. Customer stated it keeps tripping the outlet / breaker its plugged into inside the garage so they are leaving it unplugged for this reason. All outlets in the garage are GFCI. Tested outlet I plugged it into and it was good. Removed start device and tested windings, harness amperage, and continuity. Windings and continuity checked good. Amperage was spiking showing a bad relay in the start device that was not switching from start winding to run winding and putting a constant load on the gfci which was heating it up and causing it to trip. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Found that drain line is not a replaceable part. Gained access to drain tube and removed white plastic water cap at the end of the drain tube and water poured out. Inspected white plastic cap and found debris inside restricting water from draining into pan to evaporate. Removed cap and cleaned out debris. Made a small slit in the bottom of the cap to allow water to flow through and avoid restrictions in the drain tube going forward. Slit is only big enough to allow water to weep through and at the same time small enough to restrict return air from entering. Found freezer door gasket was sagging. Had SR tech confirm this was not abnormal. Freezer gasket was getting a good seal when door was closed and gasket was tightly secure inside trim to fit. Job completed.

"On site for fridge making too much ice. Customer informed me that is incorrect . The actual issue is that the unit randomly dispensed about 30 cubes of ice onto the floor in the middle of the night. The customer stated it had been hours since using the ice dispenser. Since then, she hasnt been an,e to dispense any ice. Found ice bin slightly stuck and a cube had gotten stuck behind ice container causing auger to get stuck and unable to rotate ice out of bin. Removed ice from behind bin, reinstalled bin, tested dispenser. Unit now able to dispense ice. Ordering paddles and UI for dispensing issue. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water or making ice. Upon arrival tested unit. Found ice maker making very small cubes and little to no water being dispensed. Could hear valve energize. Removed filter and found water flow restored. No water flow when filter is inserted. Recommended customer replace filter and could correct issue. If not issue would be in the housing W11194438. Job complete .

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not functioning properly. Could here valve energizing and wash motor energized. Inspected valve and found little to no water coming from supply line. Found evidence of sediment buildup in line. Notified customer will need to contact plumber/ builder to correct supply line. No leaks present at this time. Job complete
