Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. Tested both valves and found both valves working properly. Filled the basket halfway up the basket and attempted to drain the unit. Found the unit draining properly. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Tested the pressure hose to make sure there were no obstructions in the hose. Found no obstructions. Tested the pressure hose by filling the unit with water and found pressure continuing to increase inside the pressure hose. I asked the customer what type of low they were running when the unit would not spin out. The customer did not remember what they were washing. I did advise the customer that it seemed like the issue was most likely with the load that they ran as they have not run any other cycle since. Advise the customer to run another cycle and call me back. She called back and said it did the same thing. The unit filled and at the point the circulation pump should have engaged, there was not pump operation. I checked the motor supply line and found 112.9 VAC anytime the pilot relay was engaged. During expected pump operation, the voltage on the supply line would jump to 121 and the decline to the 112.9 in 1-2 seconds. The unit will require the sump assembly and the control. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it running as designed. I called techline and spoke to Rich and kept same SR# 7733306108. Rich recommend replacing the inlet valve, wiring harness, and control. He also had me get into the junction box and double check for polarity. I found it good. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not cooling properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that the units cooling had completely shut off. They cycled the breaker several times and eventually it started running again. I checked temps and found the FC at 7?F and the RC at 40?F while both set at recommended temps.Upon further inspection I found no frost build up on either evap cover, and good frost patterns. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I then gained access to the main control and ohmd out all thermistors. The RC thermistor read 7.85k, the FC read 18.3k, and the RC evap thermistor read 11.7k. These are all roughly accurate at the time of reading. This indicates the control may be reading them incorrectly and causing the unit to not cool properly. I am order the control and will return it the UI to install as well. Arrived onsite for microwave blower fan not functioning. Upon arrival customer stated that the unit is not sucking steam. Tested unit and found both low and high speed functions are working properly and air dampener is opening and closing as designed. The wave guide arced through to the wave distributor plate, likely denoting excessive attempts at operation and could not have been done by this CX, as it was a DOA and never worked or responded to any inputs since the day of original instal. I suspect the unit may have been a return to the vendor as it also has a MFG date of 2018. I advised the CX to contact the vendor for further resolution as this type of damage is non-repairable and not covered by MFG warranty. I removed the controls and reinstalled the original failed ones."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice or water. Found separator assembly failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for a cooktop that has broken glass. Inspected unit and work area. Ill try Safeway confirmed the customers complaint. Spoke to claims and was advised that it was OK to replace the cooktop. Replaced the cooktop but the cooktop has not been installed into the customers home yet. Advise the customer to call back if they have any further issues. Call complete.

Tested unit and found all parts and components are functioning, but due to high humidity environment unit will not operate properly. Advised customer on findings and no further repairs needed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine thats not spitting out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit would not spin on any spin cycle. Tested the unit in a spin cycle and found the unit spinning properly. Tested the unit several other times within without clothes and found the unit spinning out. I did advise the customer that could be an issue with their timer. Customer advised that he had seen oil underneath his unit when he went to pull the unit out and wasnt sure if that had anything to do with it. I did tell him that it is possible that his gear case transmission is leaking oil and could be the sign of his gearcase going out. I asked the customer if he wanted me to replace his gearcase. The customer advised that because the unit is working right now, he does not want to proceed with any further repair. Advised that because could be multiple issues going on, if the unit goes out again, hell just buy himself a new unit.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the RC evap cover and added some new permagum around the evap housing to seal off the gaps between the cover and back wall. Before installing the new cover, I found the RC evap with a good frost pattern (photo). Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner not working. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the front left burner not igniting. I found the burner head not grounding properly and the ignitor is not arcing properly. I removed and replaced the burner head and ignitor and retested and unit is operating as designed.
