"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing ice or water. Upon further inspection, I tested the ice dispenser and water dispenser and found neither were operating. I opened the left RC door and pressed the door switch in and retested the ice dispenser and it operated as designed. I retested the water dispenser the same way and it operated as designed. I found that the inside of the left RC door was caved in and not making good contact with the door switch. With the customers permission, using a rectangle piece of plastic and foil tape, I attached the plastic to the inside of the left door and tested. Unit is operating as designed.. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they removed the water filter, water began to leak from the filter head and the only way they got it to stop was put the old filter back in. When I removed the filter, water began to come out. I turned the water off at the main cutoff outside and cleaned up the water. I removed and replaced the filter head and turned the water back on at the main cutoff and checked for leaks. No leaks found (photo). Called Whirlpool tech line to report issue is still happening while dishwasher runs through cycle. Leak appears at last part of wash cycle. Spoke to Andrew with tech line and he explained that with the parts weve previously installed and the leak still present we will need to replace the console. Andrew asked if any error codes were present and there were none when placed in diagnostics. Andrew asked if vent leaks when door is opened all the way and it does, but this is normal. Andrew had me take temps at the sink and it was at 127, this temp is normal. Ordering the console to return and complete the repair. Returning with all previously ordered parts JIC. No leaks detected during visit. Customer had just ran the dishwasher and I could only see one droplet coming from the vent. Customer showed me new areas closer to the center and right side of door where leaks are now appearing. Arrived on site for Leaking from Underneath. Dishwasher. Removed kick plate and no leaks found underneath dishwasher. Ran through diagnostics and error code F5E1 came on. Inspected latch and door. Door is nice and square and closes properly. Latch engages as designed. Once diagnostics cycle completed I found a large amount of suds in the dishwasher. Customer has a water softener so I recommended using liquid detergent being filled to the soft water line and no further than this line to prevent over sudsing. No leaks detected after diagnostics cycle completed. Dishwasher draining as designed. Job completed

Upon arrival I ran diagnostics and found drain motor had fully seized up and was clogged due to a how drain line is connected under the sink. Drain pump can no longer pump water out efficiently. "Arrived on site for washer making a high pitch noise in agitation cycle. Nit was not installed at time of service. Customer stated that Smart Appliance diagnosed that it was motor and basket at fault. Powered unit up and performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault F0-E3 overload and F8-E6 water hazard. Performed manual test mode and ran fast agitation and spin cycles. Was not able to get noise occur. Inspected gearcase and found minor oil leakage. Attempted to remove agitator and was not able to get removed. Would recommend to replace gear case and will need to agitator.

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the front right burner is not heating properly as they tried to boil water in 2 different pots and it took more than 30 mins before they gave up on it. I tested the burner with a pot of water and it began to boil as designed. I pulled the unit out and removed the back panel to inspect the switch and found it shorted but still making contact.
