Arrived on site for Ref freezer evaporator is starting icy in the freezer sheet of ice on the bottom of ice. Found sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer compartment underneath drawers. Removed ice build up with steamer. Removed evaporator cover and found frost build up at the drain and bottom section of coils and also covering the top right section of copper tubing. Used steamer to remove ice and frost build up. Ice was so thick at the drain it was not draining to allow a defrost cycle to complete to remove frost and ice built up. Once ice and frost was removed from these areas I used the steamer to free up any ice lodged inside the drain. Removed rear panel and removed drain tube and found the drain tube had crust build up at the black gasket which most likely caused the drain tube to clog and create blockage therefore not allowing drain to remove water from inside freezer drain pan. Installed new drain tube and sealed black gasket with silicone to create a tight seal around it. Placed fridge back into cooling mode. Fans and compressor turned on. Fridge running as designed. Job completed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new agitator parts and then ran a test cycle. It ran through as designed with no abnormal sound. I then individually activated the spin and agitate. I heard no abnormal sound. Unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Igniter wasnt bowed out bad but I bent it inwards a little to ensure it didnt have too large of a gap. Relit bake to preheat and after third high temp attempt the igniter would not relight. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice upon arrival I found the RC=37 set to 33 FC=4 set to 0 ice room =15 I put the unit in diagnostics, test 1 and 2 both showed pass. I ran test 3 and I could hear the damper making a very loud grinding noise consistent with a failure. I ran test 56 and it showed E5 indicating a failure in the ice maker. Test 36 showed good strong airflow from the icebox fan. I was able to fill the icemaker as well. I called techline to document the situation and for advise before ordering parts. Removed magnetron and installed new magnetron. Powered up microwave and tested with one cup of water. Microwave now heating as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes in test 56 and found E5. I tested the ice maker in tests 58, 59, 57 and 45. Ice maker is operating as designed. Emitter & receiver boards are operating as well. I removed and replaced the HV control and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
