Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice in top ice maker and making too much ice in the icemaker in the freezer. Upon inspection of the ice maker in the freezer I four. The ice level arm was not attached properly causing the ice maker to think that it was constantly empty I corrected this.I then ran diag on the rc ice maker and found no codes this time and the temps in the icebox at 8* I ran a ice maker water fill yeast and found that it would fill them ran a harvest test and found that icemaker would harvest. I advised cx to wait a few hrs. For unit to make ice. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the temps in the FC=4 degrees. Placed unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 44. Tray began to harvest then made a popping noise and stopped. I removed the ice bin cover and found the tray was damaged. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and unit is operating as designed. Recommended that the customer remove the ice bin at least one time a week and clean and let air dry before placing back in the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fresh foods section not cooling. Upon further inspection, I removed the right crisper drawer and found the RC evaporator cover with ice on the bottom of it. The RC evaporator is engulfed in ice/frost. I checked the deli control and it is functioning. I advised the customer of my findings and what parts would be needed at this time and then had my customer read a disclaimer provided by management. I advised the customer that due to the amount of parts needed, repairs are not cost effective and as said in the disclaimer, can not be guaranteed.

Due to the right RC door gasket failure, I removed and replaced the gasket using my heat gun to shape/form the gasket before installing. Once installed, I formed the gasket more and recommended that the customer leave the door closed for approximately 6 hours to allow the gasket to form to the chassis.

Confirm customers complaint and found frost all over the shelves in the freezer and all over the evaporator cover. Checked the gasket and found the gasket loose on the bottom causing the issue. Attempted to fix the freezer gasket back onto the door and found the door seal weak and allowing the gasket to fall back down. Advised the customer that because of this issue, he would need to replace his door at the minimum and could potentially have other issues as well.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found no ice in the ice container. Went to jump the icemaker and found the icemaker would not jump. Check voltage at the icemaker and found no voltage. Disconnected the harness from the icemaker and found no voltage. Removed the icemaker harness from the freezer harness and found that the icemaker connector was not the correct icemaker connector. The freezer side female connector had five pins and the customers icemaker had eight male connectors. Went through the parts breakdown and could not find an icemaker listed. Spoke to claims and was advised that the icemaker does not come with this unit and therefore cannot be covered under warranty due to it being an accessory optional part. Advised customer of the issue and advised him to contact whirlpool about getting the right icemaker for his refrigerator. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still not acting right. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had one load that did not complete and was doing somewhat similar things it was doing when they first had this issue. She advised that the agitation did not move her clothes and showed me a video. I did confirm that the agitation portion is the slow agitation and showed the customer that portion in diagnostics. The customer stated that the machine shut down prior to the finish of the cycle and since then, they have been able to watch multiple loads without a failure. I removed the bottom rotor and checked the slider. Found the slider still intact and sliding freely. Did not see any oil or where on the rotor itself. Ran the unit through a diagnostic test in the unit ran as designed. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Scott SR# 7733856674. He had me run through a few checks and advise that based on the current information, the unit was working as designed. He advised that if there was an issue with the unit, as an error code wouldve been stored unless if it was an off-balance load. He advised to make no repairs at this time and to run a factory calibration cycle on the unit to make sure the unit was working properly. Call complete."

Tested in test 57 and it harvested as designed. Tested the fill tube and I could hear the inlet valve making a loud humming noise and no water filled the tray. I removed and replaced the inlet valve and retested the dispenser and ice maker and unit is operating as designed. Recommended allowing the ice maker approximately 24 hours before the ice bin would be approximately half full. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for burner turning on by itself. There was something on the cooktop glass that when the burner turned on by itself it caught something on fire that cause damaged to the glass and switches and burners.
