I contacted techline and spoke to Kathy and advised of my findings and reported that Ive had previous issues with these doors. Kathy had me do a phone video chat so that she could see what was happening with the doors. Kathy asked that I disassemble one of the doors and check the window pack inside. I found that the pack only had one piece of glass when it should have 2. I disassembled the other door and found the same thing. I reassembled one door and placed it back on the oven and took the other door pack and laid it on the installed door and the door stayed down as designed. We found that due to the lack of weight, the doors are closing. Kathy recommended ordering the window pack and replacing it. Provided SR#7729935263. I found the unit is plugged into a GFCI outlet and GFCI breaker. Using my extension cord, I plugged the unit into a non-GFCI outlet with standard breaker and the unit operated as designed. However, I found that the unit burner failed to come on. I tested voltage at the control and got 113V. When I turned the unit on, the voltage dropped to 0V. I am ordering the main control and recommends that the customer have an electrician check the breaker and tested outlet due to them possibly being weak. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW7500GC0 "Arrived on site for washing machine making loud noise. Upon arrival customer showed me a video of noise and it sounded like a high metal on metal screech. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F2E1 for UI stuck button. Preformed encoder test and found no issue. I ran at high spin, medium, and low on the unit and could not replicate the noise. I ran a high and low agitate and pull not replicate the noise. I also ran a diagnostics cycle and could not replicate the noise. I gained access to the stator, rotor, and clutch and all appeared fine. I took off the wash plate and it was in good shape. However I did find rust on the gear case. I ran a high spin speed again and finally replicated the noise. You could hear a loud screech coming from the bottom of the unit and I found a bad gear case.

Plugged unit in and monitored the frost pattern on the evaporator and found only first coil frosting up. Checked amp draw from compressor and it showed .98 up to 1.09amps. Tested fans in diagnostics and all are operating as designed. I found the RC light cover broken. Checked defrost thermistor and due to the unit being off, it showed to be open. After unit began to cool for approximately 30-40mins, the thermistor showed to be closed. I removed the evap cover and found this grill broken and checked the evaporator for frost pattern and found only the first coil with heavy frost. I contacted techline and spoke to Austin and advised of the previous repairs and my findings today.
