Upon inspection I found the light would stay on when the door is closed and I can hear the right side interlock intermittently not engaging. I removed the door and disassembled it. I found the bottom part of the plastic liner was not snapped in. I corrected the liner and re installed the door. This helped the issue but the light will still come on if you barely bump the door. "Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher that customer says is making excessive noise that may be a grinding. Customer advised me that around the 50 or so minute mark of the cycle, noise will increase and remain for 10-15 minutes. Measured with decibel metering apps on 2 devices and found the noise will at times peak around 55 - 58 DB. I found that if the water level fill wasnt at max, the wash motor would be a bit louder, and also found that the noise spikes were when the upper spray arm was spraying water that hit the door. I called tech line and spoke with Andrew, SR7731145845. Andrew advised that if the unit is performing correctly and no parts are failing this is working as designed. Checked insulation and found insulation is proper and correct. Andrew also advised that the DB measurements can allow for 20% over in terms of noise, but that there are several factors that can change the exact noise readings of the unit. No failed parts found, and unit is operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for an ice maker not making enough ice. Upon arrival there was a sheet of ice on the grid, but the ice was very thin. The reservoir was also full. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the valve, recirculating pump, drain pump, evap and compressor, hot gas valve, and thermistors all working as designed. I then let it run through a normal freeze cycle and found that the cycle was canceling out to early, leaving a thin layer of ice on the evap. This indicates a faulty water level sensor telling the unit enough water was gone (signaling that enough water has frozen already) and would start draining. I am ordering the recirculating pump with the integrated sensor. Office will have to reschedule. Return tech will need to install the part and let the IM run through a harvest to verify repair. ; ordrng 1 W11542867 (Recirculating Pump)"

Arrived on site for CSI refrig FC not cooling. Found freezer cooling at 10 degrees. All items inside had good frost patterns including evaporator. Ice cubes hadnt melted and were healthy cubes. Gasket was getting a good seal. Tenant admitted to packing freezer too tight with food. Before we arrived the freezer had been emptied. Explained to tenant to avoid over stuffing freezer and not to allow boxes or food to protrude past the back of the top shelf to allow proper air flow of the freezer. Temps were set to recommended. Job completed.

Arrived on site for MAKING GRINDING SOUND ENTIRE CYCLE - LONG DRY TIMES AND VERY LOUD. Took temps and found the dryer heating as designed. While running the dryer was making loud vibrations. Narrowed down noise to be coming from underneath the dryer. Placed a towel under dryer while it was running and the noise was nearly gone. Disassembled dryer and placed pads underneath the exhaust pipe and more pads underneath the motor. Reassembled the dryer and noise was gone. Had tenant verify the noise was gone and she was very appreciative. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying. Upon further inspection, I found the unit without rinse aid in the dispenser. Placed unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. "Arrived on site for TURNS ON, BUT THE CYCLE WILL NOT ACTUALLY START. Placed in diagnostics and got F4E4, F3E6, and F4E1. Based on error codes checked voltage at the wall and was getting 240. Moisture sensor was clear and within range. Once fuse was tested found that it was faulty. Removed fuse and installed new fuse. Used vacuum to clear out the dust and lint inside. Found lint that looked like it had gotten wet then dried inside the inlet blower duct. Overall interior of dryer was not too dusty with lint. Turned on timed dry and the dryer was turning and heating as designed. Customer stated the green cycles at the top do not heat. Ran heavy duty and bulky. Dryer didnt seem to be very warm. Customer showed me location of dryer vent on the roof. I could tell it had recently been replaced. No lint or debris from my view point. C

Arrived onsite and found gasket open at bottom preventing good seal. Heat treated gasket to repair. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Removed right side valve and installed new valve. Valve wasnt sitting properly and was not adjustable on the manifold to correct the position it needed to seat properly. Removed manifold and installed new manifold. All valves seat properly and knobs are no longer crooked. Had customers confirm the knobs were seated to their preference. They confirmed they were all good. "Arrived on site and inspected microwave/oven combo, microwave is heating normally an oven will start a bake cycle but is not heating. And there is not a breaker label for the oven visible anywhere. Attempted all other double breakers and nothing turns off power to the oven. Attempted to uninstall the oven and found there is a half inch lip cant lift the oven over the lip to pull it out. Oven will need to be completely uninstalled and electrical connections should be checked by the electrician who connected it. Arrived onsite for refrigerator making abnormal noises. Upon inspection I found RC=39 FC=10. I found the evaporator fan motor was buzzing or vibrating loudly. I accessed the evaporator and found a almost perfect frost pattern. I removed and replaced the fan motor. I tested the new motor and it is working as designed with no more abnormal noises. Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. I found upon further inspection that ice maker was harvesting but water wasnt entering ice maker due to clog in fill line. Clog was created due to a bad inlet valve wreaking into fridge over time. I replac3d the inlet valve and reassembled and tested the unit. Found non leaks during repairs and ice maker and dispenser are now fully functioning call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven that was not getting to temp / low on bake and convect in both ovens. Customer also mentioned seeing an error pop up at times. Found the error was F3E2, stuck key. Replaced both console and control in unit. I verified the unit had the proper 240V and no voltage drops were occurring, unit just wasnt getting elemenrs hot enough. Retested with new control and console and stuck key error is gone, and I verified the temp is exceeding 350 degrees properly. Also found 7 it not connected to WiFi. In diagnostics unit had a f6e4 error indicating a ui to ACU miscommunication from previous ui issue. I connected unit to WiFi and allowed unit to update, found unit is fully functioning as designed call complete."

Arrived on site and inspected washer and found saved error code F6E2 Communication failure between control board and control panel.

Arrived on site for LOUD SCRAPING/GRINDING NOISE-ALSO TAKING SEVERAL HOURS TO DRY. Found blower wheel separated from the round mount that attaches to the motor stem threads. Because the mount was stripped from inside the wheel I had to use my drill bit to remove the wheel. Once I removed the wheel the wheel mount was stuck to the threads on the motor stem. Removed motor. Installed new motor and wheel. Reassembled the dryer. Heating as designed and the grinding noise is gone. Job completed

I temporarily fixed the unit and tested it. I ran a service cycle and manually activated the spin and agitate. The unit is working as designed for now. Arrived on site for oven having burning smell. Inspected unit and work area. Powered unit off at outside circuit breaker box. When opened breaker box found several lizards ( see SD-QUICKPIC). Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed actuator after installing the needed part I was able to reassemble and run a factory reset on the unit found that unit is now switching between agitation and drain exactly as designed call complete

I had the customer confirm the unit was now filling quicker, she confirmed. The customer also had a concern about a loud noise when spinning. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of front right burner not lighting properly, found failed ignitor and spark module, after replacing, I found unit would light, but the burner head gasket was bad causing whooshing noise, to much oxygen. I replaced burner head for front right and that solved the issue, found all other burner heads were doing the same thing and rear center was taking way to long to light. Ordering burner heads. ; ordrng 4 W11319683 (Burner head)s and 1 W11319673 (Burner head)"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher receiving an F8E4 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit was stopping and leaving water in the tub after about 20 minutes of running, and now it just wont work at all. They found when it stopped it would randomly flash lights on the UI. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E1 for inlet water/no water and F8E2 for fill valve electrical problem. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed. I found no water in the float switch area. I then ran a normal cycle and about 15 minutes into the wash it stopped and started flashing lights on the UI at the start and wash LEDs. I went back into diagnostics mode and found both of the same error codes again. I called techline and spoke to Steve and received SR# 7731143337. Steve had me check voltage for the flow meter at the control while activating the fill valve. Due to it not getting 12VAC he recommended replacing the control. He also said to be safe we should go ahead and replace the OWI and flow meter too. Flow meter should be in inlet assembly. We also found the customer had the drain tube installed incorrectly and will need to fix it. Ordering all three parts and the office will have to reschedule. The return tech will need to run he unit for 15-20 minutes after the part install, for it does not replicate in diagnostics. ; ordrng 1 W11410065 (Control) and 1 W11407411 (Inlet Water Assembly) and 1 W11410464 (OWI) and 1 W11434044 (Inlet Valve)"

Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not staying on and running. Customer has previously replaced the control, Ui and Filter board. I ran the unit and found it was recycling and constantly restarting. Found clicking on control coming from K9 relay. Disconnected harnesses one by one and found when the P7 connector for the evap fan was disconnected, the cycling would stop and the unit would work properly. Replaced evap motor and retested unit. Verified unit is powered on and running properly and cooling.

Arrived on site to test unit for thin sheets of ice/almost no ice producing. Found water reservoir was not filling enough to get water to recirculate. Found ice thickness setting at 2. Changed ice thickness setting to 6 and tested unit. Water reservoir is not filling properly. All functions are operating as designed. Water flow from valve is good. No leaks detected. If issue persists recommend replacing valve. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit leaking from up top, unit was dry at time of service, I ran water through water dispenser, checked valve and filter head, unit tested good at time of service, instructed customer to watch when it fills with water for ice maker, and if she can catch it in a defrost to look up top for water.

"Arrived onsite for control panel to the unit not displaying. Looked at the unit in the back and all connections looked secure. Went ahead and changed the control. Still did not remedy the issues. Upon further inspection at the terminal block. Found that the red to neutral was carrying the full 240v instead of 120v and that the black to white had no voltage. Took pics of both issues of the voltage. Let customer know that the issues with with the power coming in, either the the plug off the wall has an issue No issues at this time. Job coming.

Arrived on job for complaints of not starting. Found the control not sending power to motor.

"Arrived on site for range turning itself on and off. We inspected the unit and work area. We found the unit unplugged. We tested the bake, broil, and the thermal fuse all check good. We checked voltage to the terminal block and found l1 120vac L2 120vac and l1 to L2 240. We found no wiring damaged or shorted to ground anywhere. We called safety and spoke to Kent. I advised Kent of the situation. We replaced the control and tested the unit. It is now working as designed. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon inspection I found the unit is dispensing and producing ice but the customer has concerns with the alignment of the doors and the ice bin is sticking out with gaps. I removed the ice bin and ice maker house omg and tried to re seat everything but the ice bin still has gaps and looks crooked. The side of the ice bin hits the center mullion as the door is closed. Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced main control and had no effect on unit. Verified voltage to control but control would not power on. LED not eliminated. Isolated components at control and did not have any effect. Ordering valve and another control. Returning with UI. Contact SW on a next arrival prior to installing parts. "Arrived on site to inspect washer for not starting cycle, upon inspection found the display lit up but it did not try and sense, checked functions of control and saw no light. Ordering control and returning with drain pump. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11524820 (CONTROL )"

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed system repair. Upon arrival reconfirm that compressor was failing and I recovered Refrigerant. After installing a new compressor access valve and UV dryer I pulled the vacuum for 15 minutes and found that there were no leaks in the unit. I recharged the system with 4.27 ounces of refrigerant and let the unit run for another 20 minutes found the pressures sitting at 150 psi on the high side and zero on the low side. Informed customer it would take at least 24 hrs to allow unit to cool properly. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine getting an F27 error code. I found the error code was flashing on the UI, and the error code is for overflow condition. Upon further inspection I found the customer had installed an automatic soap dispenser into the unit and the line on it was kinked. I could not get the error code to clear, therefore I could not properly test the unit. The water pressure was good and there were no kinks in the pressure hose. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and received SR# 77311140962. Andrew informed me that the error code will not disappear until the issue is fixed. He also stated that the automatic soap dispenser rig should not be causing the issue, unless it was causing over suds. He recommended to replace the pressure switch in unison with the pressure hose to fix the issue. "Arrived onsite and found repeat compressor failure. Initial symptom was clicking start device. Replaced start device for possible start device problem, but symptom remained the same. Compressor would attempt to run for 30 seconds before relay would reset. Compressor hummed like it is jammed and not making full rotations. Extremely hot from jammed motor symptom. Possible start device failure followed by being left unattended while continuously attempting start resulting in heat damage to new compressor. Ordering compressor to repair. ; ordrng 1 W11480426 (Compressor) and 1 W10913906 (Access valve) and 1 Unknown (Dye filter drier)"
