"Arrived onsite for refrigerator getting hot and tripped breaker. Upon arrival customer stated unit has only been plugged in since this morning. Unit was plugged in to an adjacent outlet due to refrigerator outlet not functioning. On arrival found cabinet to be getting hotter on the left external wall. Checked compressor and compressor was hot. Unit has no condenser fan. The inside of the unit felt cold. During visit did not experience breaker tripping. Called tech line for assistance. Took a whole amp reading and got 3 amps. Tech described as high. Tried multiple times to put into diagnostics and failed. Tech had no resolution. Wanted to Check windings (9ohms each. 18 collectively) but could not remove inverter. Tech said potential ss issues possible floating restriction causing high amp draw and additional heating of compressor. Could also explain the breaker tripping. Took measurements of compressor. Left unit plugged in current location to see if it still tripping breaker. breaker had not tripped and unit is cooling. Please check in with customer after 24 hrs."

Amp draw on compressor is .53amps. Checked evap thermistor from control and recorded 23 vdc. And did not change indicating no change in temperature. Unit would need AUTHO for full sealed system job. Current control seems compatible for software. Ordering Control, compressor, stub and dryer. Office to reschedule . Need to notify AHS. Spoke with claims department and LG may actually be covering the unit. Advised customer to reach out to LG directly for sealed system repair."

Removed evap cover and found ice build up on fan housing made fan blades stuck and not move. I advised CX to defrost the freezer. I removed all ice around fan to make sure fan is still working and it was good. I explained to CX the process of defrosting and signed waiver. Unit should work properly after defrost has been done. No leaks where present at this time. Job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not dispensing water or making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted to test the water dispenser and found the valve coming on but no water being pushed through the waterline. Disconnected the waterline at the bottom of the door and attempted to dispense water. Found water running out of the connector but running very slowly. Removed the water filter from the unit and tested the unit again found water dispensing at a normal but slow rate. Found the filter barely had any water in it and the ice maker mold empty. Replaced the housing and tested the unit. The water began to dispense and operate as designed. Attempted an icemaker fill test found the unit filling as designed. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

Found signs of corrosion on back exterior of unit and spot was cold to touch with condensation. On opposite end inside RC a ball of ice was present on rear wall. Removed control cover and found condensation building up on right side of control box dripping on controls. Not confident any repairs would hold as linear is compromised. Found ice maker filltube was pinched shut. Unpinched line and icemaker now receiving water. Job complete.

I checked voltage going to the inverter box at the orange and brown wires, and was receiving a good 120VAC. I then checked voltage to the inverter at the red and white wire, and I was getting a good 5VAC. This indicates a bad inverter. I installed the new inverter box and the compressor began running. I waited until the unit began to cool. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer throwing an F6E2 error code for UI and control miscommunication. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit has now been completely unresponsive. I tested the unit and found it would immediately throw the F6E2 code. I was able to put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the error code was still thrown on the diagnostics screen. I checked voltage at the wall and terminal block and found it good. I then gained access to the control and UI to check voltage going to the UI. I found good voltage indicating a bad UI. I informed the customer of my findings, and I let him know it was a UI failure but there is still a possibility the control will need to be replaced too. Due to this I gave him two different part I installed the UI and then tested the unit. I found the unit working as designed.

Found temps on arrival at 10/40(actual) while being set at 5&3 Found following results of thermistors: Rc thermistor), 199k(Fc thermistor), 20k(fc evap thermistor), 6k(rc evap thermistor). Found evidence of sealed system failure as well as electrical failure within unit but couldnt pinpoint exact causes of failures. Reported findings to customer.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the customer stated the real issue was the RC was over cooling. And the FC was getting condensation on the top of the door gasket. I checked temps and found the FC at 4?F and the RC at 35?F. Upon further inspection I found significant water/condensation build up on the top of the FC gasket. I inspected the mullion between the RC and FC and found the bottom of it was bowed and separating from the chassis. I found the RC cooling as designed. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 7733880450. Joel recommended inspecting the FC gasket and we found it is more compressed at the bottom of the door than the top. He recommended installing washers on the bottom of the RC door (pic in SD where to put them), and to raise the door a little when doing so. He also wants us to silicone the gap. Ordering parts. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival the customer had not made the unit accessible yet. I was able to still install the control, timer, and start switch. I tested the unit and found it still not working as designed and the lid still locked. Upon further inspection I found the green LED on the control not on. I tested voltage at the control and timer and found it still bad. I ohmd out the lid lock, drain pump, motor, cap, and found it within range. I called techline and spoke to Andy and received SR# 773387882 Andy agreed that it was a voltage issue from the wall. While on the phone the customer made the unit accessible. I was able to check voltage at the terminal block and found L1 to ground getting 60VAC and L2 to ground getting 180VAC. At the wall it was good. I advised the customer that under load the voltage is bad. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for Intermittently, the microwave stops working completely. Sometimes it just looses power, and appears to be off, other times the control panel is powered up, and timer counts down but it's not actually on and not heating. The only way to get it to work in these situations is to switch it off at the circuit breaker and then back on. This happens like 3-5 times a week. Other times, we get the 'door' error and we have to push hard on the door to clear the error and start the microwave. Called techline for support.Tech recommended there is an issue with Switch actuation heter installed incorrectly or user not shutting door correctly. Tech gave Sr#773388024 Contacted SW for further assistance due to the unit powering off intermittently. Sw recommended replacement of control and UI. Replaced control, UI and door switch.
