"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and check voltage at the wall. Found proper voltage. Remove the top panel and check voltage going to the user interface. Found 12.7 V from the red to black wires. Went ahead and attempted to replace the consul after quoting and still had the same issue. Spoke to SW and we ran through a couple other tests. Could not determine if there was a load causing the unit not power on due to this being a stacked unit and the customer was unable to help remove the dryer.

Arrived on site and replaced control box diagnosed by previous technician and this had no positive affect. Will need to bring back all possible parts and schedule for 2 hours. I found the RC door does not close on its own as it should and the closer is present. The RC door also has a twist to it and the lower left corner is farther out than the top. Arrived onsite for continued issues with unit not cooling and ice build up on evaporator. Was told to call techline upon arrival. Inspected unit and find evaporator covered in ice and no air flow to RC. Called techline. Tech had me check for resistance at control for thermistors and heater. Both RC and FC thermistors passed. The heater should be 30 ohm got 89 ohm at control. Tech asked to check resistance at heater to be sure there was no harness issue. Checked At heater and got 89 ohm. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes and unit not powering on. Upon further inspection, I pressed the power button and it failed to respond. Customer advised another company had serviced it recently and said there were error codes, but they did not know what they were. I was able to get the unit into diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit is operating, but during agitate and spin, the gearcase was making a rumbling sound. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor and slider (photo). While I had it tilted back and powered off, the unit turned itself on and showed the Lt error code that the customer described. The error code is not listed in the tech sheet, but researched it and it means Laundry Test.. I am ordering the gearcase and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 06/02/22. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has tripped the breaker four times since theyve purchased it four months ago. She did advise that tripping the breaker is in frequent as the unit can wash 5 to 15 loads before tripping again. She says that after it has tripped the breaker, if they flip the breaker back on, the unit will continue and finish out the cycle they were currently in. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Checked underneath the unit and behind the unit for any exposed wires or leakage and could not find anything. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran and completed as designed. Took an amp draw off the unit when running the unit through a drain and spin. Amperage did not get over 14 A. I did advise the customer that due to all my testing, I cant necessarily fault the unit as the unit is working as designed. Did explain that it was most likely a breaker issue due to the fact that this unit is on a GFCI outlet. Advise the customer to test the unit on another plug or have an electrical fix their electrical issue to ensure this does not repeat. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived to inspect washer stalled and lid lock issue. I entered service test mode and decided the binary system and there was a 9-1 long drain error and I cleared it and inspected. I found the drain pump housing had been broken off, likely during delivery and I was able to fully repair and corrected the issue. Further testing revealed the door lock would not positively unlock and I replaced it. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Attempted vacuum revealed the evaporator had a pinhole leak and vacuum could not be achieved. I removed and replaced the evaporator and vacuumed. Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is giving error code. Found f0e5 error saved in control. Tested all parts and components and found no failures to unit at this time. Advised customer on findings and best cycles and options for best performance. No further repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I moved and replaced the heater assembly and door gasket. I corrected the routing of the drain tube, as it was routed around the left rear leg and I moved to the inside, preventing kinking and insufficient flow. I tested the unit and the door leak was corrected and I found no evidence of other leaks through several complete service mode tests and 15 min of CX mode testing. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE. Upon arrival unit was disassembled and no where near power or water connections. I briefly talked to him about what it will take and he decided to cancel service. No money was collected

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a filter stuck. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and removed the filter. Disassembled the housing in Falmouth the housing had broken. Replaced the housing and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting any cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will make a lot of clicking sounds but will not actually start the cycle. She advised that at all go to the wash cycle complete message within 30 seconds of starting a cycle. Checked underneath the unit and found that the slider was broken causing the issue. Replaced the slider and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not filling up enough with water. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Tested all components of the washer in an auto test and in manual testing. The unit ran as designed. The customers issue with this machine is that the unit does not fill up as high with water as her previous unit and she doesnt believe that the water temperature is correct on the warm and hot cycles. In both hot and cold valves work as designed. Tested resistance on the thermistor and found it within range. I pulled up the customers owners manual and did explain to the customer that on her own owners manual, it does state that warm and hot cycles may be colder than previous washers.
