"Arrived on site to diagnose vent hood that has the fan blade rubbing on the support rods. Removed filter and checked the fan blade. I was able to wiggle the blade and it was hanging down on the left side. Removed blade and found the motor was not fully screwed into its brace, so it was drooping on the left. Tightened all screws on the motor and verified it was holding tight. Installed blade and ran on high speed. Found no vibration or rubbing. Unit working as designed at this time. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine leaking. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F2E3 for mismatch of control and UI. I ran the encoder test and found it as designed per test #4. I then ran a test cycle while having access to the valve and found no leaks. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found no sign of a leak either. I inspected the bellows and found no pin holes or leaks. I then manually activated the cold and hot valve for a while, but no leaks occurred. The customer stated it happened while testing the unit in a rinse and spin after install. I ran a rinse and spin cycle but found no leak. I found the unit working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service

Arrived onsite for wall oven with not available error code. Upon inspection I found the error pops up when trying to use the bake function. The customer stated that they cycled power but it did not fix the issue. I found F1E0 stored in the unit. I recommended replacing the main control board as per the techsheet instruction. The customer agreed so I went to turn off the oven. I found the breaker was mislabeled and the resident might not have cycled power correctly. I found the correct breaker and cycled power. I found the unit no longer showing errors. I tested the unit in bake and it preheated as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like a metal on metal screeching noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found none. Tested the unit in manual test mode and tested spin cycle. On medium spin, when the basket increased RPMs, the unit began to make the noise. I tilted the unit back and removed and replaced the drive belt and retested on medium spin and the unit operated as designed. I tested on high spin and the unit operated as designed. I demonstrated to the customer after the repair and unit continued to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the IM not working. Upon arrival the customer stated it was only the upper IM not functioning. I took temps and found the FC at 2?F, the RC at 37?F, and the ice box at 12?F. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode. I found the IB fan turning on, the thermistor was good, it harvested as designed, read bin as empty, but the water was not coming to the IM. I removed the fill tube from the line at the top left door hinge. I then activated test 97 in diagnostics and found water still coming from the line. This indicates a frozen fill tube and a good valve. I then activated the fill tube heater and found correct 12.7VDC, but it never came on. I ohmd out the heater and found it open. We will need to replace the full tube heater in order to repair.I am ordering the fill tube and the office will have to reschedule.. ; ordrng 1 W11223012 (Fill Tube)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the dispensers and found the ice dispenser motor is functioning, but no ice is being dispensed. I removed the ice bin and found a large clump of ice in the bottom of the bin. Also found ice/frost built up under the ice bin and on the couplings. When dispensing ice, the bin is jumping off the coupling due to the clump if ice in the bin and on the couplings. I cleared the ice from the bin and ice chute plate and couplings and found that the ice door/separator is not closing all the way and allowing warm air up into the ice bin and melting the ice. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the ice door/separator and scheduled return service . No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11423781 (Ice door)"

Arrived on site for COLD BUT NOT FREEZING. FREEZING SOMEWHAT RANDOMLY. CAN HEAR THE FAN RUNNING. PUT WATER IN THERE AND IS COLD BUT NOT FREEZING. KIND OF SLUSHY. Took temps and freezer was cooling at 10 degrees F. Removed evaporator cover and found a good frost pattern over coils. Customer stated after they removed all items from the freezer and allowed it to defrost then plugged it back in and turned the temp setting to coldest setting it began cooling and freezing properly. Explained the importance of allowing the shelves to have a gap in the back to allow proper air flow. Lowered the temp setting to 4.5 which should be close to recommended. Customer stated they had it jam packed during the cooling issues. Now the freezer only had bags of veggies and a few ice cooler blocks.

"Arrived on site to replace evap, compressor and filter drier from previous diagnosis. Found no issues with evap. No refrigerant in system when hooked gauges. Charged system to specs to look for leak, found tube from cabinet to drier was leaking from solder joint. Noticed tube from cabinet was extremely short. Only about 3/8 of tube from cabinet left from previous sealed system repair. Replaced compressor and attempted multiple times to solder new drier but was unsuccessful as insulation was melting and dripping into solder joint preventing proper seal. Attempted to solder a thinner wall coupling but heat was still causing insulation to melt into joint.

"Arrived on site for an ice machine not making any ice. Upon arrival the reservoir was full of water. I tested the unit and found all it would do was fill and drain. The compressor, recirculating pump, or condenser fan never turned on. I tested voltage going to the recirculating pump and found not 9V going to it, and I never heard it hum. This indicates a bad control and possibly a bad pump. I also gained access to the bottom of the evap and found significant corrosion on the cap tube and drier. You could also visibly see the tube from the recirculating pump to the water dispenser was extremely clogged. control, recirculating pump, tube, and dispenser. I also advised the customer that due to the corrosion he may also have a cooling issue.

After installing new ice maker I also was able to verify that inlet valve was getting full voltage as well but not allowing water to pass into ice maker. After replacing valve I was able to get full functionality and water both to ice maker and dispenser. No leaks during repairs. Due to the ice dispenser motor failing, the solenoid sticking and the right RC door gasket torn, I removed and replaced the motor, solenoid and gasket. Due to the reservoir tubing being damaged during installation, I removed and replaced the reservoir and fitting and tested the water dispenser and ice maker. Unit is operating as designed with no further water leaks. Customer is having repair work done the walls and cabinets behind and around the unit. I did not level the unit at this time to allow for easier access when pulling the unit out. Customer will notify the office when the repairs are finished and schedule an appointment to level the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I ran diagnostics and clamped the hot wire to the junction with my multi meter to test for amp draw. I found when the heater is engaged it jumps to 8amps and slowly goes down as designed.
