Arrived onsite for DRYER KEEPS TRIPPING BREAKER - UNIT IS ON A GFI CIRCUIT (ELECTRICAN CHECKED IT). We gained access to unit to test all connections at back of unit. Found no bad or shorted connections. We spoke to customer and found out that the dryer trips the breaker 15min in to cycle. We then found out that was up on a GFCI by an electrician and this started happening after this was done. Whirlpool does not recommend those breakers be used with that dryer. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350. My temp at preheat was 288 degrees. I pulled the unit and tested the sensor and it was within range. Tested the bake element and it ohmed out at 19ohms. Tested voltage to the element and got 245V. I found the control is not reading the sensor properly. I removed and replaced the main control and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine throwing error codes. Upon arrival the customer stated they recently had the dispenser motor changed, and that once the error codes are thrown the wash cycle stops. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F3E1 for water level system error, F8E2 for dispenser system error, F6E3 for communication error to ACU, F8E1 for no water detected. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found once it started draining the F3E1 error would be thrown. I could not get the error to clear nor the unit to stop draining. I unplugged it and plugged it back in several times, and no change. I then gained access to the pressure hose and air trap. I found no debris, suds, or kink. I gained access to the control and found 5VDC going to the pressure sensor. Per tech sheet this indicates a faulty water level sensor. Ordering the pressure sensor and the office will reschedule. ; ordrng 1 WPW10448876 (Pressure Sensor)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit isnt keeping temps. I pulled the unit out on my floor protector and attached my pressure gauges to the system and found the unit to have low refrigerant. I placed the unit in diagnostics and testes the unit in test 4. When the compressor came on, I found the access valve leaking refrigerant. Using my black light, I checked both evaporator apps and found no leaks. I found a ball of ice on the FC cap tube and removed it. I found the access valve stem, at the compressor, was not tight. I tightened the stem and I added R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Unit is holding pressures and both evaporators have good frost patterns. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I advised the, that there are certain spots in the cycles that do not allow it to start, has to be set to the circle indicator in order to start. The discoloration was that was pointed out was on the vent / grill where the heating element pushes air. Advised customer that the discoloration is normal, and that this is the hottest spot in the dryer and can burn moisture and lint. No damage to unit, and this is cosmetic and will not harm anything. Informed customer we would need to reschedule and return once unit was thawed for safer access rc filter housing, evap coil/drain, etc to figure out cause of water /ice build up. After initial tests I found power had failed to get to ice bucket through pins p3/3, and p1/2. I unplugged unit and after 10 minutes restored power and retested ice maker assembly. I found ice would harvest and fill as designed. Retested unit a few times and found same results. Informed customer that unit would need 24hrs to fill bucket with ice. Call complete"

Customer advised me they do have hard water. I removed the fill line and cleaned the screen on the inlet valve. This reduce the noise some. Advised customer the unit is working fine, the noise is not actually affecting function. Unit has normal wear and tear for its age, and is still working. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. Upon inspection I found F6E4 F8E2 stored on the unit. I accessed the drain pump and was not able to verify voltage to the pump. I then accessed the main control and found good continuity of the pump harness. I plugged the harness back in and attempted to run the drain. I could hear the drain humming. And I was not able to verify voltage. I removed the drain pump and found a bobby pin stuck in the impellers. The motor is dead The customer agreed so I replaced the pump and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.
