KDTE204KPS1 Arrived to inspect no water. I found the issue was with the circulation pump not working and the unit filled as designed. I removed and replaced the circulation pump and all functions returned. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived onsite for washer not dispensing water during sensing mode. I looked for error message found none, ran diagnostics and it finished with no issues. Ran the unit in consumer mode still had no issues. Listening to customer it sound like it was having an issue with determining the weight of the clothes. Gain access to the control board and cleared the pressure sensor hose and installed a new controller on the unit. Customer said it happens 3 out of 5 times that it will not dispense water. ; O-emld tckt"

Arrived onsite for unit not operating following a power outage. Opened panel and cleaned the connection between the ui and control and tested under load and found function restored. Loose connection cause of of failure. Advised customer on power outages from GFCI breakers and how to identify tripping. All checks good. No parts.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not locking the lid. Examined unit and confirmed error for lid lock error. Talked to CS who advised I could replace the lid lock since the call came back within 30 days of repair. Replaced lid lock and verified proper function. Parts used - W11513248.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is not draining all of the water and provided photos of water on dishes and pointed to the water in the tub. I found the water in the tub were drops of water and not a large amount of water in the bottom of the tub. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and while testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire of the main harness and tested amp draw to the components and found all components are getting proper amp readings and the element is at 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=7 degrees on setting of -1 and RC=40 degrees on setting of 37. I disassembled the FC section and gained access to the evaporator and found the unit was in defrost mode,but the evaporator did not have a full frost pattern to begin with. I found where the top of the evaporator had ice forming as the evap fins were laid over. I pulled the unit out to inspect the compressor and before I could remove the back cover, I could feel heat coming from the compressor compartment. Once I gained access to the compressor, I found the compressor extremely hot as were all refrigerant lines including the access valve and dye drier. I placed my gauges on the sealed system and found the compressor in a vacuum (0psi) and the pressure at the drier was 200psi and I had the unit in diagnostics. I could not get the unit to equalize. Also, while in diagnostics, I could hear the system gurgling as if it were contaminated. I advised the customer of my findings and M ordering the compressor, access valve, UV drier, CNOTE-2HOUR JOB, CNOTE-SENIOR TECH, NITROGEN, R600. Arrived on site for a standup freezer. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had the unit unplugged with the floor open on arrival. They advised that the unit just completely stopped cooling altogether. I plug the unit in and found the unit stuck in no cool mode. I turned the cooling back on and found the compressor fire up and start running. I gave the unit about 15 minutes and found heat being found on the return line to the compressor indicating the unit was cooling. I checked the freezer and found a decent frost pattern developing on the evaporator. I did advise the customer that it appeared to be turned off on the cooling. The customer did not know how that wouldve happened but I explained that they will need to make sure that they see a green light on their control to ensure that the unit is turned on. Found all components working and operating as designed. Call complete.

"WRT112CZJB01 Arrived on site to replace faulty part. Upon arrival, customer got the doors to seal by applying heat gun carefully to fluff the gasket. Ever since first service visit, the condensation disappeared. Upon further inspection, noticed water dripping from supply vent in RC. Exposed FC evaporator cover and found ice build from initial condensation (picture attached). Defrosted ice build up. Proceeded to dry all moisture and checked for voltage to defrost heater and registers 123V. Defrost heater itself was also good. Continued to assemble parts and re checked supply vent. No more drips. I found no evidence of any defrost issue in the unit. I did advise the customer that because everything was calling and operating, there would be no way for me to determine what caused that issue but that, leaving a door ajar may have caused that issue. The cleaning needed indicator had illuminated since our last visit and I advised the customer on cleaning of the machine and recommended the correct product, Affresh Ice Maker Cleaner. I found no defrost issues and all fans working. I ran service test 4 and could hear refrigerant spitting and stopping at times on both evaporators. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher with water remaining in filter area. Customer said the water smelled bad, and was not clear and seemed to come after sink usage. I examined the unit and found filter hole was filled with dirty water. I checked and found unit did have a proper high drain loop installed. I blew into the hose from the disposal side and did find resistance, indicating the check valve is working properly. Advised customer that dishwasher is working properly, and valve is not seeping. Advised to have plumbing examined because something is creating enough adverse pressure to blow past the check valve. Call completed, no parts used."

Arrived onsite for oven powering down when set temperature is reached. On inspection I never got the unit to startup. I tested the voltage to the control board and had 123 vac but 0 vac at the regulator. In stalled a new control board and now the heats and it reached 350? and never shutdown. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/microwave combo unit with the microwave interior light not working and the display showing open/close door error. Upon further inspection, I found the microwave light not working when the door is open and when I tested with my microwave tester, the light failed to turn on. The customer advised that the unit has been previously leveled, but the open/close door error has come back and demonstrated how they close the door and the error comes on when pressing start. I advised the customer that, per the manufacturer, the door must be slammed or allowed to close on its own in order for the switches to be engaged properly. I pulled the unit out to replace the microwave light and while the unit was out on my oven dolly, I inspected the right side switch interlock assembly and found the switches loose and not making good contact when engaged. I removed and replaced the harness/interlock and adjusted the switches and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and placed it back in its space and retested and unit continues to operate as designed. Job completed. W11578578. W10886919"

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing reservoir w11168758 and valve wpw10341329. Upon arrival installed parts tested unit and found no leaks. "Arrived on site to test unit for not dispensing ice. Inspected unit and found that ice has built up in the dispenser chute and freezing into a big block. Bottom of the ice container also has ice buildup on it. Cleared out the ice in the ice chute and melted ice from bottom of the ice container.
