Her child accidentally touched the main door and broil door causing a burn (image attached). I blew through the evaporator and replaced the compressor, drier, and access valve. I pressurize the unit to 250 psi and found no leaks present for 20 minutes. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking and is making abnormal noises during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit makes a lot of noises when it's agitating specifically. She advised that the unit does not make abnormal.Noises during the spin portion of the cycle, but that water is slowly dripping into the tub when the unit is not in use. I did confirm the slow drip from the valve and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found no stored error codes and ran the unit through an auto test. I found all portions of the machine working properly but found a scraping noise coming from the agitator when agitating. I removed the agitator and found a few coins and a staple stuck underneath the agitator, causing the abnormal noise. I removed the debris and replaced the inlet valve. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. The customers advised that she was still unhappy with this machine as it is extremely loud. I didn't inform her that this is normal operation with this unit and gave her reasonable expectations to have with this model when it ca,e to sounds. The customer advised that she was still unhappy with the unit, so I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7741958344. I also found that the refrigerator was leaning forward quite a bit. I installed a piece of tube extension to the fill tube and raised the front of the refrigerator. I tested the ice maker fill and it is operating as designed. No water leaks were observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not powering on. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit, and the control panel failed to respond. I checked voltage at the terminal inal block and found 246V. I attempted to test again, and this time, I was able to get the unit to turn on, but the display would not show. I gained access to the main control and panel harness and found the control diagnostics LED flashing showing it's good. I ohmed the panel harness, and it is good. I disassembled the unit and found a large amount of lint inside (before photo). Also found the belt badly frayed and the tension roller badly worn (photos). I inspected the element and found the middle metal plate badly cracked and blackened. Using my shop vac, I cleaned the unit (after photo), then removed and replaced the dryer repair kit (4 rollers, tension pulley roller, and belt). I replaced the element, then reassembled the unit and installed a new control panel. Retested the unit, and it is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for ice maker error codes in test 56 and found E2-ice maker motor lost position. I removed and replaced the ice maker and found the fill tube heater was bad and removed and replaced the heater. Reassembled the unit and tested again in diagnostics, and the error cleared, and the ice maker harvested in test 57 and the tray filled with water in test 45. While servicing the ice maker, I found the waterbox lights and ice maker housing lights not working, along with the FC light. I am ordering the module kit and HV control and RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE HV CONTROL AND MODULE KIT. I scheduled return service for 07/22/25. No water leaks observed during service. Applied power to the unit, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Per Scode S153EB followed TSP W11766193. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Reset control and cycled power, issue still persists. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Ran a test cycle with all components properly enabling. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
