"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a knocking sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit made a knocking sound after their last cycle and then they heard the unit sounding like it was trying to turn on, but was not doing anything and would not allow them to start a new cycle. Plug the unit in and found the unit in a drain indicating an off-balance load. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off-balance load) error code. Tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. Found the unit unlevel and leveled out the unit a little better. I did find that the unit was sitting on flooring that was flexing when stepped on. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working in operating as designed. I called whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Ed SR# 7737645897. He revised that he would notate the file about the flexing floor, and that that was most likely causing issues with off-balance loads. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose range that is consistnelt failing to light the bake igniter. Customer says it will click several cycles before it might ignite. Tested unit and confirmed difficulty lighting. I adjusted the air shutter and retested. Once I got the element to light it would instantly shut off as soon as it lit and lock out. I replaced the spark module after confirming my igniter wire was good. I then reset the main control. Retested unit and found it consistently lights and no longer fails to light/lock out. Unit working as designed. Repair completed.

I advised the customer that there is a refrigerant leak in the sealed system and would have to order the sealed system parts. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that the customer cant get level. I found the doors uneven and I adjusted the right hand door to correct this. The customers complaint is the unit rolls when the doors are opened. I explained to the customer that this refrigerator is not sold with leveling feet and only the rollers adjust to level it but it would still roll if it was in a vacuum and the doors were pulled on. I explained that the rollers would have to be chocked to keep it from moving. I took a pair of toothpicks and chocked the front rollers to show the customer that it could be done and the refrigerator didnt move when the doors were pulled on. This refrigerator is working as designed. Call complete.

Test motor, actuator, and capacitor and all are good. Ran a component test and all components passed.. Ran an automatic cycle and test passed. Ran a normal cycle. Unit filled and agitated correctly. Ran a drain and spin cycle and unit drain and spins correctly. Contacted techline and spoke with Brandon for assistance. Explained to tech all things tested and done. Cleared error code. Tech asked to run a normal cycle of laundry. Unit fill and began to agitate correctly. Tech then asked to drain and spin. Ran drain and spin and hearing clicking sound coming from motor area and notice motor not spinning correctly. Ran diagnostics again and got error code F7-E6 again. Need to replace motor. When she cooks tortillas on the cooktop they do not cook correctly. I changed out one of the orifice and the flame was touching the grate when set to high. She is looking for the flame to touch the grate when set to medium. The grate need to be lower on the cooktop top get to the situation that cooks the tortillas in fashion she wants. The customer advised that it generally happens when the unit is filling. She turned on the unit and I could hear immediately the valve making a whining sound. Tested both valves and found the whining sound only coming from the cold water valve and limited water flow into the u it. When I removed the cold water hose, found dirt and debris stuck inside of the valve assembly, causing the issue. Replaced the water valve assembly and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC and found it at 31 degrees and there was frost built up on the evap cover. I disassembled the FC section and using my steamer, I removed the frost/ice from the evaporator and found the defrost element molex connector not fully connected to the evap harness connector (photo). I tested the element and found it within range. Reseated the molex connector on the evap harness and reconnected the element and tested. I found the element getting 124V and is defrosting the ice/frost from the evaporator. Using my steamer I removed a majority of the remaining ice/frost and reassembled the FC section. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. All water from defrosting was cleaned up. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."
