"(CH) Arrived on site for FC leaking and not cooling. Upon arrival found FC drain clogged. Upon arrival found temps in both compartments over 65 degrees. Found start device functioning but compressor was shutting down due to over heating. Tried new device and found same results. Removed new start device and will need to order compressor, uv dryer, etc for repairs. Arrived on site for oven not igniting. Upon arrival I spoke with the customer and was told the issue was intermittent. I took a test cycle and found the unit was not heating in even swings. I gained access to the back and found that the lower oven igniter was not making a good connection. I replace the wire nuts and drew amperage. Amperage was 3.5 during heating and would then change to 0 when heating was not on. This indicates the igniter is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave heating too hot. Using my multimeter, I got a measuring cup and filled with 10oz of water and using my thermal lead I test3d the temp of the water which was 78 degrees. I placed the cup of water in the microwave and tested on High for 30 seconds. At the end of time, I tested the temp of the water and it showed 106 degrees, a difference of 28 degrees which is within the specified temp range mentioned in the service tech sheet. I advised the customer of my findings and that no repairs are needed at this time.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator losing cool in the freezer compartment. Upon arrival the customer had the unit unplugged and already pulled out. I checked the temps in order to ohm out the thermistors correctly. The FC was at 47?F and the RC was at 65?F. The RC thermistor read 3.53k ohm (which is good), the FC thermistor read 5.72k ohms (which is good), and the FC defrost thermistor at 7.8k ohms (which is good due to having some frost on evap still). I gained access to the FC evap and found ice build up again (Pic in SD). I put the unit into diagnostics mode and ran a short defrost and found the element getting the proper voltage. It also began melting the ice and heated properly. I found all airflow components running as designed in diagnostics test three. I found no ice on the RC evap. I gained access to the pantry UI and found it good. I then ran test four in diagnostics and found it ran through as designed. I checked the harness at the deli control and found it good. I could not replicate a failure at the time of service. Due to the HV control and LED control often throwing each other off to create similar issues, Unit is working as designed at the time of service.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator door with dents and scratches. I confirmed the complaint and replaced the RC door. No air leaks in the gasket. Job complete.

I replaced the antenna and tested unit the unit began to connect to Wi-Fi but would not allow the consumer to do any cooking. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Austin SR# 7731204686. He advised to have the customer on install the appliance and reinstall it using the S a ID code. He also recommended to power cycle the unit as well to help the unit reboot. He advised any further issues to call the Wi-Fi care team for further assistance and if they could not figure out the problem, to re-order the user interface from the world for parts research department. Advised customer of findings. The customer advised that during my conversation, he had uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. He advised that after that, the unit is now working properly and is able to use his phone to make selections on the unit. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the left RC door hinge failure, I removed and replaced the door and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on job for complaints of no ice. Found the icemaker heater open. Replaced icemaker and ran test.

Arrived onsite and provided instruction on griddle burner specifications and low tight flame. Unit is operating properly. Advised customer on design and use and care.

Arrived on site for washer just dead . Found water in tub . No response from control. Did 5 sec start reset . Unit did come back on . Ran diagnostics or long drain . Ran manual test . Drain pump didnt start . Found one of the black and white wires pulled out . Rewired molex connector. Ran drain test and pumped water out of tub. Ran calibration and diagnostics wash. All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, customer pointed out where the water was leaking at the front left corner at the floor. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the valve, agitate, and spin. I found when testing the valve through the detergent cup dispenser, the hose is leaking. Arrived on site for top oven bake not working. Upon arrival tested the broil in the upper oven and the igniter lit. Tested the bake igniter and found it would not glow tested the connection and found it open. Ordering new igniter return visit16.; ordrng 1 WP7432P143-60 (Ignitor)
