Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the right side handle loose. Upon further inspection I found the tightening screw reverse threaded and stripped. Due to this the handle could not be tightened and was coming off of the unit. Due to this the unit was hard to open. I replaced the handle and the unit is now as designed. Call complete.

Found frost build up was concentrated over the top area of coils so we have a defrost issue. Found left side heater pad that holds heater in place had fallen off. Resecured pad and heater is installed as designed. Placed fridge in test 7 and changed to basic mode defrost to ensure it defrosts every eight hours. Reassembled freezer compartment. Fans running, thermistor in range, and freezer door is getting a good seal. Removed driver module LED and installed new driver module LED. All lights came on as designed. Checked fridge LED connector and they are all working as designed again. Job completed."

Ran test 57 and Icemaker dropped a small batch of ice also ran test 45 to ensure Icemaker will cycle once it is cold again. Requested that customer continue to monitor refrigerator for operation

"Arrived on site to Inspect cooktop for leaks, upon inspection found small bubbles indicating a Gas leak from elbow at wall and around pipe gum at regulator, I did not have pipe gum or anymore yellow tape. I told the customer is would be unwise for me to install without the proper sealer. Installer was called and they will refit the whole hose and install regulator and seal. Regulator was left for certified plumber to install.

After recovering charge I used nitrogen on on system but after 30 minutes I couldnt find any signs of leaks. I then cleared system and recharged unit with 41g of refrigerant. Reassembled and tested unit and found psi lvls holding steady. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to cool. Call complete

Arrived on site for First it stopped making ice.and then it completely stop cooling. Found fridge powered on upon arrival and plugged into surge protector. Tested voltage at wall and was getting 120. Unplugged fridge for thirty to forty seconds and plugged back in. Fridge turned on. Tested amp draw at start device and was getting .02. Fridge is plugged in with a surge protector with an extension cord. Gave customer a picture of a one plug surge protector with the proper Joule rating to avoid future issues. I used my thermocouple to take temps now that the fridge began running. Dropped five degrees within ten minutes.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found where water had damaged the cabinet to the right of the unit. Customer said they set the timer for the unit to run while they slept and decided to start it before hand and the unit leaked water from around the right side of the door area and provided a video of the water dripping from the bottom right corner the door. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed with no leaks. I retested and this time with the out door panel off so I could watch the reservoir at the bottom the door and the unit continued to operate as designed. I found the door gasket not fully installed at the bottom right corner and adjusted it so that it would seal better. Advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Recommended that the customer get photos/videos of the outside and inside of the unit if the unit leaks again. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Tested the unit and using my multimeter, I tested amp draw to the components at the black wire in the junction box. All components were within range and the element was showing 7-9amps during wash & dry cycles and unit operated as designed. I tested the element and its showing 19.8ohms. "Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Found evap had frost build up on cap tube entering evap. Frost pattern was only on top three coils on evap. Showed customer why unit is not cooling. Compressor working as designed and pulling .9amps. Evap motor and condenser motor working properly. Checked pressures and low side was pulling into vacuum at 20psi and high side was at 100psi. Used UV light and applied bubble solution to all exposed sealed system components. No signs of any dye and no leaks detected. Charged system till pressures were stabilized to 140psi with nitrogen. Monitored system for 45mins and lost 10psi. While system was charged with nitrogen, bubble solution was added to entire exposed components repeatedly and no signs of any leaks. Called tech line and agreed leak must be internal. Vacuumed system to clear of any impurities, charged system to specs and waited for evap to develop complete ideal frost pattern. Showed customer what ideal frost pattern looks like. Also advised though frost pattern has developed it will continue to gradually lose refrigerant.

Spun blower wheel manually and could hear the windings of the motor making the noise. Removed blower fan and installed new blower fan. Tested blower manually and noise is gone. Remounted microwave and powered up. Blower fan no longer makes knocking noise. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for a no cool refrigerator. Upon arrival the unit was unplugged. I plugged in the unit and gained access to the back. I found the compressor running and the start device working as designed. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components as designed. I gained access to the evap and let the unit run for a while. I found a bad frost pattern being created on the unit. Upon further inspection I found the low side tube coming from the chassis looked a little pinched. This could be causing poor suction and creating the bad frost pattern. I called techline and spoke to Steve and received SR# 7731669891. Steve recommended if the unit continues to have issues, that the customer let the unit run 24 hours at minimum before service. This is in order to check temps and frost pattern. He advised adding service taps to check pressures and for restrictions if the pattern is bad. As of now the unit is running as designed however and advised to not install parts. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for an ice machine not working. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit stopped working after they put a new filter in it. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all sensors good. I then ran the fill and found the water trickling out with the filter in, but would run fine with the filter taken out and would get to a good water level in the reservoir. This indicates a bad filter. I found the recirculating pump good, the frost pattern good, the gas valve good, but the drain pump not turning on. I let the unit harvest and found the unit would continue to fill and overflow for way to long, and never drain. This indicates a bad drain pump, or water level sensor. I put the unit back into diagnostics mode and let the reservoir fill, and found it not filling any more after it reached the proper level. This eliminates a bad sensor. I then ran the drain pump and measured voltage back into the harness for the pump. I found it good. This indicates a bad drain pump needing to be replaced. I am ordering the drain pump. I advised the customer he needed to replace the filter for the fill to work, and if this does not work then we will need to replace the valve. Showed customer what I found and removed ice / frost build up from bail arm. Ran harvest again and ice maker is running as designed. Ran water fill test and water filled tray correctly. Spoke with customer to have them remove the fridge from the cabinet that it is in due to being elevated above floor level.; ordrng 1 W10858281 (Evaporator) and 1 W11125124 (Compressor) and 1 W10913906 (Access Valve) and 1 WPW10143759 (Dryer)"

"Arrived on site for complaints of unit not draining properly. Tested unit and found dishwasher draining properly and heating element working good. Customer not using any rinse aid product, advised customer to use."

Arrived on site for complaints of dishwasher not starting and making humming noise. Tested unit and found it humming and ; ordrng 1 W11416362 (Sump and motor) and 1 W11410066 (Control) and 1 W11545764 (Float switch)

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the emitter and receiver boards. I then put the unit into diagnostics and ran test 15. I now found the bin properly reading the as empty. complete.

Arrived onsite for washer not agitating. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran test cycle and found washplate not turning adequately. Removed agitator and washplate and found gears to washplate fractured. Gears not catching on drive shaft. Will need to order and replace washplate. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10625252 (screw) and 1 W11510461 (WASHPLATE )

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found the element is bad. I removed and replaced the element assembly and cleaned the lint from the unit and reassembled and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Vents need to be checked professionally and cleaned as unit is not getting good airflow. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed. Old part left with customer per their request.."

Arrived onsite for microwave popping noise. Upon inspection found failed high voltage issues. Unit is sparking from capacitor. Unit will need capacitor and diode replacement. Could possibly need magnetron as well.
