Arrived on site and inspected Dryer and Found lint trap housing is loose. Found mounting points on front panel are stripped. Customer provided access to there random screws jar and I found two with a wide enough thread pattern to secure Lint trap housing.

Arrived onsite for fan staying on and not able to turn off after cooking. Advised customer that this is a normal cooling feature of the microwave to protect the electronics. Advised customer on design and use and care guidelines.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed system equipment. Upon arrival I was able to recover 3.7 ounces of refrigerant out of the system oh then installed a new compressor UV dryer and access valve put the vacuum on the unit for 20 minutes found out for the vacuum is down that they were no leaks in the system I recharge the system with 3.7 ounces of refrigerant and Allowed the run for another 20 minutes. Upon completion of repairs I found that the psi levels were exactly at zero on the low side and 150 on the high side inform customers it would take 24 hours to let the unit cool call complete

Do those last time she used it, the unit overflowed and her washer. Turn the unit on and found water weeping through the cold water valve while not in use. Placed the unit and service diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error code. Tested the cold water valve and found the cold water valve barely pulling in water while buzzing. Disconnected the waterline hose and found sand inside the water valve causing the valve to weep in not to pull in proper waterflow. Replaced water valve and tested unit. The unit filled, agitated, drained, and spun as designed. Call complete."

Attempted to place the unit in a drain in the unit would not drain. Remove the drain pump and found the impeller on the drain pump broken. Replaced drain pump and tested unit several times. Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed in the valve and icemaker dispenser solenoid. After I arrived I installed the new parts and read some of the unit for testing found no leaks during repairs and found that the water dispenser is now functioning as designed also recess of the ice bucket and found it is now dispensing cubed ice when selected. Arrived on site for dishwasher giving F9E one error code as well as FAE2. Upon entering diagnostics I confirm both air codes after inspecting the unit I found it was functioning as designed but there seem to be some sort of miscommunication between the control motor I ended up replacing the vent assembly the motor assembly that included the drain pump with it as well as the main control and then reassembled and tested the unit and found that the unit had no leaks before during or after repairs and is fully functioning as designed call complete.

I tested the flapper to ensure it was opening and closing properly. Looked good. Removed ice bin and cleared out small bits of ice that could be melting when door is opened and closed causing the drips to run into dispenser chute. While inspecting from ice bin area into chute dispenser area I could see tiny gaps allowing light to come through at dispenser chute section. Removed door chute and installed new door chute. Inspected area again and there is no longer any light coming through. Customer understands ice can get trapped inside chute causing it to melt and drip melted ice into dispenser area. New chute is sealing properly. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival I found RC=37 FC =2 the customer stated that the ice maker has started making ice again after they called. I confirmed ice in the bin and I removed the ice maker. I found the bail arm is missing. I installed a arm from my van stock. I found some frost built up in the back of the IM housing indicating a air leak. But due to the arm missing the customer would like to leave it and see if the issue is corrected. No leaks detected during time of service. The unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling well in the refrigerator compartment. I checked temps and found the RC at 62?F and the FC at 3?F. I ohmd out the thermostat and found it good. I found the damper opening and closing easily, and I could hear the fan running as designed. I gained access to the evap and found significant frost build up. I informed the customer this is causing a lack of airflow to the RC, which is why you are seeing cooling issues. I ohmd out the bi-metal and found it good. I tried to jump the defrost, but it would not start. I then jumped the timer to a defrost and I found voltage from the pink wire on the bi-metal to the white on the heater. I did he same for brown wire on bi-metal and found nothing. I then ohmd out the harness and found it open. I did not visibly see any damage on the harness or molex at the chassis. This indicates an internal harness problem

Arrived onsite to inspect unit for temperature not staying consistent in the refrigerator and the butter bin has been broken. Looked at the unit and saw that the bin is broken and new one needs to be ordered. Was loose at the temperature of the refrigerator. The temperature stayed around 50 degrees. Arrived on site for fridge raider that?s not keeping proper temperatures. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit somewhat cycles between single digits in the freezer section and up to 30? in their freezer section and between lower 40s up to 55? in the refrigerator section. The customer is keeping this unit in the garage and I asked approximate temperatures he was getting in his garage during the day. The customer did advise that it?s getting up into the hundred degree area in his garage due to poor ventilation. Remove the evaporator cover and found a good frost pattern on the evaporator with no evidence of any defrost issues. The freezer was reading at 7?F. The refrigerator was sitting at 50?F. Took an amp draw off the compressor and found a good amp draw. I did inform the customer that it seemed to be that their issue was with the ambient temperature around this unit. Went over user care guide and specifications for this unit to be working properly. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator freezing everything in RC compartment. Upon arrival I found all items in Rc compartment had frozen over from top shelfs to bottoms and front to back. I also found ui unresponsive to input. I was unable to pull find any accurate schematic sheet for unit specs. Every enters into diagnostics failed. Tried replacing control and got same response. Was unable to test unit further. Dampener motor is also stuck open.

Use the vent tester kit on the unit and found the unit showing for ventilation for all dryers. Took off the vent hose and added a sock to the end of the vent to test the unit again due to lint buildup inside the exhaust hose in the dryer. The unit showed good ventilation for gas dryers but poor ventilation for electric dryers. Disassembled unit and cleaned out all lint buildup inside the dryer. Read connected everything and tested the unit again with the sock. The unit still showed the same result. Took the sock off of the dryer and tested the unit. The unit showed good ventilation for all dryers. Tested the unit again with the vent hose on and found Poor ventilation for all dryers again. I explain to the customer that this would show their issue is with her vent inside the home going out.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed deli ui, harness, ice door and led module. Upon arrival I reconfirmed prior diagnostics. Disassembled and installed all needed parts. I reasse and tested unit and found all previously failures with unit were nO longer present.

Arrived on site and inspected washer issues. Customer advised the loads arent getting cleaned and her wash beads werent melting. Checked underneath the unit and found the actuator (new style) failed. Used truck stock W10913953 to complete the repair. Unit now operating properly. JOB COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFIED

"Are on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival found following temps in both compartments fluctuating (FC: 12?to 18?, Rc: 53? to 55?) exposed both evap. In RC I found no frost, sticky coldness. I did find small liquid build up around cap tube and RC evap but couldnt determine if water or oil. Found FC evap had some frost build up but frost build up was thin and easily removable with fingers. No stickiness to coil when compressor was directed to FC evap. Found no oil signs. Wasnt able to remove refrigerator from rested spot because feet/rollers were removed when installed and I couldnt access compressor but I could here compressor/condenser coil. Unit does appear to have a full no cooling sealed system issue.
