The customer advised that she can run the unit on towels and that the unit works like it should. She advised that the normal cycle does not completely dry the clothes all the way. Were in the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit on a time dry cycle on high heat and found the unit working out design. Tested several other cell cycle selections and found the unit eating. Went through the quick reference guide for the cycle selections and showed the customer that on a normal cycle, the unit will not heat as high as the towels, whites, or timed dry settings. I did look behind the unit and found the vent hose kinked. Customer said she was having to run cycles through twice in order to get them to dry. Went over user care guide in the unit is not working as designed. Cant complete."

Upon further inspection, when I opened the RC door, I found a large gap at the bottom right corner the unit below the RC door on the mullion (photos). I attempted to correct the issue and could not. I contacted techline and spoke to Kirt and advised of the complaint and my findings. I emailed photos to Kirt who deemed the unit non-repairable and provided SR#7734328990. I provided this information to the complex maintenance and advised the manufacturer would contact them in 24-48 hours. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect no heat. The unit had solid L1 connection and the CX said the DRO was always present, and the unit would intermittently no heat. I tested for L2 at all points and found no issues. I verified the TCO intact and all wiring and elements were intact as well. I could not recreate the issue, but due to the intermittent nature of the issue, I elected to replace the main board to eliminate the chance of relays causing the issue. I advised the CX to contact an electrician if the issue persists and that they should tell them the L2 line would be the likely suspect. Operational test good."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with f8e4 error code popping up on dishwasher. Upon inspection I found water in the drip pan I removed the water and checked the tub gasket and found that it was good I checked all the hoses under the unit and found that they were good I checked the Water Inlet Assembly and found it to be good I checked the vent and found it good and I checked the grommets at the heating element and found the good too. I found that the unit was leaking forward a bit couple of that with the fact that the customer used dish pods with could cause over surgeing which could cause the condition we are seeing so I adjusted the front of the unit up and advised the customer to use liquid detergent and do not fill the dispenser up all the way. The I tested unit and found no leaks job complete

Arrived to inspect door falling open. I found that the right sleeve was missing from the door hinge causing the door to drop down while open. I Placed new sleeves on the hinge and the door no longer dropped down. I also found that the door needed its springs adjusted so the the door would stay in the down position while fully open. I adjusted the springs resolving that issue as well. Operational test good. No leaks observed during service.

I attempted to remove the unit from the installation and found the power supply armored cord was routed up behind the microwave in the cabinet area above the unit and it could not be removed due to insufficient power cord slack. I removed the microwave and accessed the junction box to test for voltage. I found no voltage on either L1 or L2. I tested the adjacent 120 VAC plug to the neutral and ground within the ovens supply and line VAC was present. As a furtherance to testing, I tested the 120 VAC hot side to both L1 and L2 of the oven and the same line VAC to neutral and ground also showed to the L1 and L2, and should have shown 0 VAC and 240 VAC. the CX will need to contact a certified electrician to have supply line voltages corrected prior to further repair."

Examined unit and found belt had been slipping due to dog hair getting into the cage, belt had left marks on the cam. Removed cam and also found a minor gearcase oil leak as well. Advised customer to correct the noise we need to replace the belt and cam, but we should also replace the gearcase to correct the minor leak. Advised to follow up when they are ready for replacement. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that was throwing an F8E2 error code. On arrival the customer stated that the unit would start and after a few minutes would throw the error code. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E2 for dispenser motor issue and F3E1 for water level sensor error. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the door would lock, but do nothing else. I also tried to run a quick cycle and found the unit would lock and the drum would agitate for a minute. It would then throw the F8E2 error code. I cleared the code. I checked the water coming into the unit and found it good. I then checked voltage going to the valves and found none. I ohmd out the dispenser per the tech sheet and found it good. This points to a possible control failure. I installed the new control and then ran a diagnostics cycle again. I found the unit running as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly and not making ice. I found the RC at 37 degrees and the FC at 24 degrees. Inspected the evaporator because the customer stated it had been making a lot of noise and found ice and frost building across the top of it. I found the evaporator with a good frost pattern but it wasnt cooling or making ice because the lack of air flow. I found the drain restricted and not draining properly. I removed the ice and cleared the drain. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

CX explained that unit would fill with water from the sink if she would not use the garbage disposal. The drain hose is also hooked to the reverse osmosis system and drain hose had a big u loop so I raised the drain hose higher and should help from water going back into dishwasher. I recommended if it continues to fill to change drain hose. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived to install previously diagnosed part.Upon arrival the cx made me aware that since my last visit maker what is producing ice but at a slow rate. on for the inspection I found out the icemaker was still operating as design I double checked the filtube no obstructions no cracks or freezing up of any kind. Through speaking with customer OK and more I found out that the ice would collect underneath icemaker itself and push shut off on a premature I suggested that the customer start shuffling Samassi ice forward in ice bin to help with this issue. Are there and replaced torn door gasket make sure that it was nice and even all the way around and sealed up properly.

"Arrived on site for ice line frozen,inspected unit and area. Gain access to the ice maker and noticed the water line was frozen. Defrost the water line and put the ice maker in diagnostics mode. Called for water and very little water was dispensing from the valve. The first time water only dispense for less than a second. Second time test the same result. On the third time it dispenses correctly. After installing all parts tested unit and its operating as designed. I advised CX to give it 24hrs to start making ice. No leaks detected at time of service. Job completed."

Unit motor failed to come on, but the valve, dispenser, drain pump,and element are all functioning properly. I removed the outer door panel to inspect the control and found the cover to the motor harness had come off and the motor harness connection was not secured. Re-installed the connection and retested and unit is operating as designed. Re-attached the harness cover and retested again and unit continues to operate as designed. recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent & rinse aid use as customer has a water softener system. I found 119VAC at the ignition module for both bake and broil options from the main control but no voltage leaving to the gas valve coils or the ignitors. "Arrived to inspect intermittent cooling in RC. I found the unit was cooling correctly upon my arrival and no issue was apparent. I verified the RC cooling fan was operating correctly and did note the fan would engage (low current slow operation) when the FC fan was engaged and then fully engaged during its part of the test, but find this an insignificant error. Moving to the three way valve assembly, I found it positively engaging during full open mode, but the full open engagement did not have the expected solid engagement that is usually heard. Further, during test mode 4, the valve could be felt (barely audible) to attempt some type of switching during portions of the test when there is usually no valve actuation. I suspect the electromagnetic actuator is either not able to actuate the valve, or the valve itself is going into failure. I contacted the MFG tech line for testing info that is not contained within the tech sheet and spoke with MFG tech Adrian and advised of my observations File# 7734312900. We tested the coil and found resistance within specifications, but that does not prove the windings have not moved within the housing and creating the weak engagement. After reseating the actuator, test mode 4 operated as normal and the issue may be resolved. I am ordering the actuator and we will contact the CX prior to arrival to see if it is needed. Arrived on site to test unit for shorted keypad error. Cant get unit in to test mode due to shorted keypad. Will order new console office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11236885 (Console)

"Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine that had water leaks and damage found around it, extending into laundry room as well. Took photos of damage and sent to MS. Customer had moved the unit outside. Hooked unit to hose and tested all functions. Found unit drain pump is not running at all, will require a new drain pump. When I inspected the drain setup I found the drain hose is incredibly short and gravity draining into a hole in the floor. Based on the short drain hose it is not fully seating in the floor drain, and for the most part is 'pointed' at the drain hole. The drain hose does not sit very far into the drain, and with a wearing hose that's getting stiffer, it could very easily point off to the side and cause the unit to miss the drain hole when it drains causing the issues. With the way the unit was installed you don't have any simple way to verify the drain line is seated in the drain when it's running. Advised the customer needs to have a longer drain hose so that we can make sure it stays seated in the drain and doesn't come out due to vibration or any other factors. Unable to discern if drain had any kind of vapor lock also causing water to over flow. Advised MS of findings and that unit needs a drain pump / possible control to get it to drain again. Arrived onsite and found adjuster kit will be need to repair upper rack. Keeping original Thursday appointment to complete. Off ice to assign call.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I evacuated system per MFG guidelines. R/R drier, compressor, service port. Vacuumed system to 380 microns. Charged system with MFG prescribed refrigerant charge. Operational test good. No leaks observed during service.; Job Cmplt"

Arrived onsite for Oven not hold consistent temp.. replaced temperature sensor. Test unit and watched unit cycle. Unit operates as designed

Arrived on site for the down draft being stuck. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the down draft partially up and unplugged. I manually lower and raised it. I plugged the unit back in and tested it. The drawer is now raising and lowering as designed. The trim piece is too loose. I am ordering the trim piece and clips. "Arrived on site for icemaker being intermittent, and freezer bin being broken. I inspected the ice maker and found it cycling and filling as designed. I found frost build up in the freezer evaporator cover. I put the unit into diagnostics and put the unit into a forced defrost. I found it going the defrost heater turning on. I changed into a basic defrost. I explained to the customer what that means. I found the upper bin broken and allowing the freezer door to shut properly. The bin sent with me was ordered correctly but boxed wrong. I am ordering another bin. This will be a parts drop off. "Arrived onsite and found unit uninstalled and sitting in garage. Checked fuses and element and verified wall outlet had proper voltage. Found dryer belt broken. ; ordrng 1 4392067 (Repair kit)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not draining and running extra long. Checked errors and found F8E1 slow drain, F7E1 no heat, F3E2 shorted owi, F6E6 water temp too cold. Ran unit and verified it does drain, but slowly and wash motor is very loud. Diverter is constantly clicking and not locking in, causing the long cycles. OWI needs to be replaced due to failure at reading Temps. ; ordrng 1 WPW10705575 (OWI)"

Arrived on site for vent hood blower not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the switches in good condition. I found the slide tabs broken.; ordrng 1 W11387938 (Housing) and 2 W11569415 (Left and right slide)s and 1 W11397924 (Center slide)

"Arrived on site for dryer making a noise. I inspected the unit and work area. The dryer is stack and in a small cabinet. I am not able to reach behind it to remove the lid. This unit will require a 2 man just to pull it out and diagnose it. The office will reschedule.
