"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit flashing F47 error code on the right side. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages when removing glass cooktop. Per service pointer W10556232A, I removed and replaced the module and the UI, and programmed the unit. Tested and unit is operating as designed. I found that there is no ventilation for the unit per installation instructions. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended following the installation instructions or just open the cabinet doors below while unit is in use to allow good ventilation and to prevent further issues/error codes. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice and not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and it failed. I tested the ice maker and it failed to dispense water into the tray. I disconnected the water tubing at the front l father unit and retested the water dispenser and it continued to fail. I removed and replaced the valve and retested and found the water line inside the FC door was frozen. Using my steamer, I was able to get the line freed and retested the dispenser and it is operating as designed. Retested the ice maker and it is operating as designed. Arrived on site for a dryer making an abnormal noise. I tested the unit and found a loud squeak. I gained access to the inside of the unit and found the pulley wheel bad. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven wall combo unit not working. Upon further inspection, I found the display blank and no keys responding. Checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. Cycled power to the unit and checked error codes in diagnostics and found F6E4. I pulled the unit from the wall onto my dolly and tested all components at the back of the unit. All parts checked good. I cleared the code and tested the unit in Bake at 350 degrees and while testing voltage readings to the elements, the breaker tripped again. I removed and replaced the main control and cycled power to the unit. Retested and the breaker tripped again. I recommended that the customer have their builder replace the GFCI breaker and if they continue to have issues with the unit to call it in for service. Job completed."

"Arrived to inspect no operation. I found the unit full of water and I removed it. The drain pump would hum, but there was no rotation until I manually rotated it and debris had lodged within the rotor casing. Due to the debris, I recommended and replaced the pump. I tested the unit within service test mode and it operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Checked the freezer temperature and found it sitting at 33?F. Check the refrigerator compartment and found its sitting at 39?F. Check out one of the drawers in the fresh food section and had noticed a defrost issue in the refrigerator section. Removed the control cover and checked readings to the fresh food evaporator thermistor and the fresh food thermistor. Found the RC thermistor reading 7.99 k ohms (33?F) and the RC Evaporator thermistor reading 16.06 k ohms (12?F). Found the evaporator fan running and did not find the drip pan bowed. Spoke to JC and was advised to run test number four on the compressor. Ran through the compressor testing and did verify that when the unit rate reached at five, refrigerant was not flowing to the refrigerator section any longer. Was then advised the issue would be an issue with communication between the thermistors in control and replace both.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still having problems. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the issue with her unit this time is that it does not properly fill her washer. I asked the customer what she meant and asked if the water was entering the unit at all. The customer advised that the unit does fill with water but it does not fill up her basket. I did advise the customer that this is normal operation as this is an energy and water efficiency low water unit. I did advise that certain settings and certain Lowes will receive more water depending on various factors. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran the unit through a test cycle and the unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7733937380. He advised that based on the current information because all individual components are working properly and the customer is able to finish each cycle that the unit is working as designed. "Arrived to inspect ice clumping and dispensing issues. I found the ice had a moderately clumped consistency within the ice bin, but there were signs of sublimation from excessive ice bin airflow. The FC measured at 9F, but the sealed system was running and I assume it is within specifications. I found the right RC door sagging and not positively compressing the ice chute-to-bin gasket and I corrected. Further inspection revealed the FC door was warped at the bottom of the door liner and will not hold the gasket as designed. The right RC door gasket had started to tear at the bottom flap and will require replacement. The bin will need to be replaced to ensure positive seal at the ice house opening. Arrived on site for a range that is not heating properly in the oven and has a burner that is burning their food. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the right front burner seems to get excessively hot and theyre having to change the temperatures below where they feel like they should have to in order to get the cooktop to work properly. Detest the unit and found the unit cycling as designed on a low and medium cycles. I did inform the customer that the bigger burner is a higher wattage burner and will be a lot hotter than the smaller burners or the dual. Check the oven and found the bake element in Vairo elements both working. Check the TOD and found it closed. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage. Found the oven would initially send voltage to the elements but would kick off within about six minutes when the unit was supposed to be preheated. The unit only got to 115? before power was shut off to the elements. Check resistance on the oven thermostat and spoke to SW. Was advised the issue would be with the control and sensor. She advised that the control was getting a reading temperature of 200? but was still not heating. Spoke to SR due to their control being out of stock and was advised that the unit control is not re-buildable. Ordering part in the office will need to contact American home shield due to item. Will need to bring back orifice holder, and correct orifices for propane. Cooktop is also mounted to counter and there is a wall oven installed underneath it. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator doors not closing. Upon further inspection, I found the right RC door closed but open approximately 1 inch. I attempted to close the door and it slowly reopened on its own. Inspected the hinge and found the outermost screw loose. I attempted to tighten the screw and it would not tighten. When opening the right RC door, the hinge would not engage the switch arm until the door was approximately 4-6 inches open. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering all of the right RC door upper hinge parts including screws. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice dispenser not dispensing. Upon further inspection, I removed the ice bin and tested the ice dispenser and found the motor operating properly but the yoke is stripped and not turning the ice bin auger. I advised the customer that the part is out of stock and the office will contact them, once the part arrives, to schedule return service. I am ordering the dispenser motor and will return with all prescreened parts. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a light that is out in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the refrigerator light does sometimes work but that sometimes it gets cut and does not illuminate the refrigerator section. Was able to replicate the issue when the switch was opened slowly. Was able to pull it back just a hair to get the light to turn on when this deadbolt. The unit will need a new door switch for repair. the door switch in is an out of stock and PSP item. I found it good. I installed the inverter and the unit was still not working. I found the RC UI was not working and tested voltage to it. I found it good. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the mullion. When going to install the caster wheel I found the pin was not removable without damaging the pin. Due to this we will need to order a new pin and use a dremel or punch to remove the pin. We will need two techs in order to get enough room under the unit to do so. Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling in the RC. I tested temps and found the RC at 58?F and the FC at 20?F. I gained access to the evap cover and found several inches of ice over the cover. This indicates a defrost issue. I then gained access to the main control to ohm out the thermistors. I found the FC thermistor significantly off. Due to this I am ordering the fan harness to replace. I am also ordering the fan motor due to it running so long within the ice build up. I advised the customer on turning the unit off to thaw for at least 72 hours prior to service.
