As soon as I plugged it in the unit began beeping, flashing, and the drain pump turned on. This indicates a faulty float switch. I gained access to the switch and found it unplugged. I fixed this and then found the unit no longer throwing the error. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E4 for float switch open and F9E2 for drain motor electrical problem. I recommended that the customer have someone remove the vent or the trim and then contacts our office to reschedule.

Tested dispenser black particles in water,flushed filter particles no longer present,found frozen drain,removed compressor cover removed drain extension,cleared obstruction in drain tube advised customer to defrost unit 24hrs to clear freezer drain.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the RC section is not cooling as it is at 50+ degrees. I removed the deli drawer and found a large block of ice on the bottom of the evap cover. I disassembled the RC section and removed the ice and found the evap drip pan bowed, the defrost thermistor not positioned correctly and blackened and the evaporator not secured to the back wall. I removed the ice and secured the thermistor with foil tape and ziptie to the suction line and secured the evap to the back wall with clamp and ziptie. I pulled the unit out and found the drain tube with a small gap and sealed it with silicone. Also found the FC light and waterbox lights not working. I am ordering the modules, LED control, RC evap motor harness, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with all prescreened parts. The evap motor harness, hv control and modules need to be replaced upon return. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that won?t dispense fabric softener and is it loud. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she is unsure if anything is actually wrong with the machine as it?s always been loud but she had a technician out here who said that it was louder than it should be. Check the fabric softener dispenser and found the agitator completely full of gunk. I advise the customer that fabric softener overtime had left residue that was clogging the holes the fabric softener dispense out of. Cleaned out her agitator using a scrubber brush the customer provided. Ran the unit through an auto test, manual agitation, and manual high speed spin and everything ran as designed. I advise the customer that her unit is in good shape for the age that is in and that I saw no issues with her unit at the present time. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I also checked the housing and impaler arm which are both also good. Informed customer the unit is working as designed . Call complete.

Had me test the unit by taking out the filter to relieve pressure and then the water dispenser would work but only the one time and then it would stop dispensing because of the pressure from the water. I called Genaire installation technical service and ran through a bunch of potential problems causing our issue. They were unable to figure out what was holding the unit up and advised that the unit was probably installed without the correct installation guide. They advised that further assistance would be needed by an installer. They advised that the unit would need to be removed from the wall in order for us to continue forward with service. They asked me to hold for Techline to document this on their file. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Drew SR# 7730111960.

Test of the unit and diagnostics and found the unit ran as designed except for the external drain pump draining extremely slowly.Ran the unit through an ice making cycle and the unit ran as designed again with the same issue. Spoke to PR and was advised that it would most likely be with the external drain pump not pumping out water fast enough or the drain line being clogged with mold and/or mildew. "Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found it will not begin a cycle, dishwasher will complete all diagnostic tests. Spoke with SW and will need to bring back pressure sensor, UI and control should be replaced at the same time and possibly drain pump.; ordrng 1 WD21X25468 (Pressure sensor) and 1 WD21X25992 (Machine control board) and 1 WD21X25371 (Ui)"

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave with condensation inside the door. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a loud popping noise. I placed a cup water inside the unit and test3d for 30 seconds and could not duplicate the noise. Customer advised that there were sparks in the upper right corner above the control when the noise was occurring. I removed the control, vent and cover behind the control and found where the diode had been arcing. I am ordering the magnetron, capacitor, & diode and scheduled return service . Unit left unplugged for safety.; ordrng 1 W10850446 (Capacitor) and 1 W11256462 (Diode) and 1 W10754299 (Magnetron)"

Arrived on site to test unit for not turning off when baking and getting extremely hot. Error code f3e2(high heat). Needing control board and oven sensor to fix issue. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 WPW10340935 (Control board) and 1 Wpw10131825 (Oven sensor)

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and worked area. Replace the compressor, coupler, and dye dryer and tried to place unit and a vacuum. Found the unit would not hold a vacuum. Checked the unit with a push and pull test and found the unit sucking air in on the low side but not blowing out of the dryer. Heckled all saucer joints and found no restrictions. Spoke to PR and was advised to sweep charge the unit to see where the restriction was. Sweep charged the unit and found refrigerant blowing out of the heat loop at the top due to a drill hole going through the top. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Bruce SR# 7731235311.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not functioning properly. Upon arrival customer pointed out issue with Molean bar on the RC compartment. I found actual temps in unit at 37 and 0 even. upon further inspection I found the Molean was bowed not allowing it sealer on the gasket properly informed customer of the office or to reschedule once availability of parts was known. No further issues in complaint were seen on site; ordrng 1 WR17X25027 (Mullion)

"Arrived onsite for range oven not functioning. Upon inspection found control board completely non responsive no led illumination. Removed back panel for inspection. Found control with burn marks, tools pics in SD. Unit will need control board replaced. Could not verify model or SN due to tag being worn down. I found heating element tested good in diagnostic mode, found miscommunication between control and evaporator thermistor, I replaced control and thermistor, unit tested good."
