I gained access to the igniter safety line and checked the amp draw during a bake at 350?, I found that it is only getting 2.6 and will not allow gas to flow to through the valve because it requires at least 3.2.

"Arrived on site for sealed system repair.I gained access to the drier and found no pressure when I punctured it. I replaced the compressor, access valve, uv drier, and evaporator. I pulled a vacuum on the system and found it holding. I put a measured charge of r134a into the system. I ran the unit for 10 minuets and found pressures holding at 1 psi low and 135 psi high. The unit has started cooling. The unit is working as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator ice maker leaking, I gained access to the ice maker and found that there was a lot of ice build up beneath the ice maker making it hard to pull the ice maker free, I steamed out the ice and dislodge the ice maker and found the fill tube completely blocked by ice. I steamed out the ice that was blocking the tray and found a piece of insulation lodged blocking the way for water causing it to pool out of the unit. I removed it and replaced the ice maker due to a warp in the frame of the ice maker, the unit is now operating properly as designed. Job complete."

Found water dripping from filter. I removed the water filter, installed bypass and didnt see any leaks. Found the filter had a plastic lip sticking up on one side. Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the inlet valve but still no dispenser function. I could see a tiny water trail coming down from where the water lines enter the reservoir indicating a frozen reservoir. I accessed the reservoir and steamed it out for a few mins. This restored function to the water dispenser. I found the evaporator cover had a screw missing causing air infiltration to the reservoir. After testing I noticed a trickle sound from the rear near tue valves. I found the dual valve leaking when engaged due to the line not being pushed in all the way. I corrected the line and tested again. No more leaks and the unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Said that the pressure from the water well and the filtration system is more likely the cause of the low pressure issue when water is going through the unit, said did not need a filter inside the unit because it can cause the pressure to slow down even more, Also said that cold water is perferd to be hooked up to the unit. Arrived onsite for cooktop with uneven or low flames. Upon inspection I found the right rear burners flame slightly lower than the left rear. I tried adjusting the flame but could not adjust much. I inspected burners and orifices for debris but everything was fairly clean. I checked the orifice sizes and found the right rear is a 150 BTU orifice with the left rear being 175 BTU. I checked the orifice size table and confirmed these sizes are correct. I explained to the customer that with the left rear being a higher BTU the flame will be bigger than the right rear. No repairs needed at this time. No gas leaks detected during service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water from FC randomly and freezing into FC lower area. Arrived onsite for wall oven showing F6E1 error when using the upper oven. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint I followed the techsheet and tested the elements for resistance values. All showing within range according to the techsheet. I checked the upper oven sensor and it shows 1.1k ohms which is within range. I could not see any visible shorts on the control so I called techline to report SR#7732049821. He recommended replacing the main control for the upper oven. I replaced the control and re installed the unit. I tested and it is working as designed. I advised the customer to use the unit and let us know if anything else comes up. Job complete.

I found the fc heating element coming on. I gained access to the main control and tested the rc evaporator thermistor(38 Kohms below 0) and rc thermistor reading (8 Kohms 35 degrees) will incased in ice. I tested voltage to both and found the reading within range. I gained access to the pantry UI and found no corrosion. I inspected the pantry wiring harness and found it intact. I found the top lights in the rc and the freezer light out as well. "Arrived on site for The top over Broil turns it self on. Also the panel itself resets every other day. Powered on oven and placed in diagnostics and got F6E0 ten times. No other codes listed. Console screen was not recognizing my touch as I navigated through selections. Placed upper and lower ovens in bake to preheat at 350. Both ovens heating as designed. Will return with previously ordered parts and console to complete the repair. Explained to customer it is essential to download the Whirlpool app to receive updates for their appliance and in order to keep the current time and date. They plan on downloading the app and getting the oven connected to their WiFi before we return.havent received the new console yet, but it was ordered. Upon returning with new console we will need to power down the oven and replace the console first, then power on the oven for two minutes in order for the new console to integrate with current control board. Once two minutes has passed we will power down the oven again to replace the control board to ensure the SAID code marries to new console with saved codes from original control. This will ensure the WIFI can connect without issue and oven works as designed. Initially I though I would need to pull out the oven with my dolly, but testing proved it wasnt necessary. I called out to the customer when I had finished, but customers were in meetings so I left a leave behind pamphlet on the counter and killed power to the oven at the breaker. I disassembled the unit and found lint built up on the rollers and the back left roller would not turn. Found the tension pulley would not turn as well. Also found the drive belt fraying. I removed the four rollers and cleaned the axles. Vacuumed the lint from the unit. Removed and replaced the tension pulley and drive belt and reassembled the unit. Retested snd unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found evap drain is overflowing into fresh food section. Attempted to clear it by using steamer and flushing drain hose on back of refrigerator. It has improved but may be collapsing inside of rear bulkhead.no water leaks detected at time of service, job complete"

"Arrived on site for a cooktop that is igniting when the burners in use. Inspect the unit and work area. The customer advised that whenever she called in, they had advised her to try to move her burner cab a little bit to see if that fixed anything. She advised that since she did that that the unit has been working properly but just wanted to get the unit checked out. I did test all burners to check functionality and found all of them working as designed. I did explain to the customer that because everything was working properly there was not really a good way for me to check to make sure that there was anything else wrong. We did test the burner having problems seven times without an issue. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for fresh food door not sealing properly . Found left hand upper gapping . Tried adjusting hinges and gasket . Gasket doesnt want to stay in grove of liner . Liner liner is warping . Ordering fresh door and gasket . No water leaks detected at time of service. Call to set return . ; ordrng 1 W10638684 (Door ss fresh) and 1 W11030683 (Fresh door gasket)

Arrived onsite for refrigerator ice maker not producing ice. Upon inspection tested unit. Ran harvest test and found ice maker not completing harvest cycle. Force test and would only partially activate then back to home position. Also appears that bail arm is not functioning. Will need to order and replace I?ve maker.
