Prior to my arrival, the customer had found and removed a large amount of debris from the venting system and the units operation resumed nearly normal operation. I found the venting required further adjustment and after performing, the unit heated and cycled within expected temperatures. Operational test good."

4-3 and 7-1 stored in memory. I allowed the unit to go into test mode and it failed to run the circulation pump and voltage was present. I removed the sump and inspected and found the rotor had failed and cracked longitudinally causing the circulation pump to not operate. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and tested. All normal functions returned and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that was not cooling properly. Found fc door had not fully closed properly at some point causing ice buildup on evap. Unit is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit Mae ice for a brief period of time since the previous repair. I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees and RC=39 degrees. When I tested the temps in the RC section, I found ice built up on the ice bin door gasket, ice built up at the back of the ice box and moisture running down the ice bin door. I removed the ice box and found ice on the top section of the adaptor and found no gasket on the back wall where the ice box meets the back wall (photos). I removed the deli drawer and found water in the bottom of the RC section and ice beginning to build up on the RC evaporator. Found the RC evap drip pan badly warped causing water from the evap,defrost to collect on the left side of the pan and eventually freezing up. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the fans and found the RC evap fan motor struggling to come on. Also found the UI digits fading and after cycling power to the unit, the deli control failed to come on. I advised the customer of the many repairs the unit needs and they advised that they would not put anymore money into the unit and would buy a new one. I advised my service manager (CS) of my findings. No repairs made at this time and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed."

Customer advised they can clear the code and be able to use the machine but if it does it in the middle of a cooking cycle, the unit will turn itself off. They did advise that the light does come on when they open the door. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E0 (oven user interface lost connection) error code. Tested continuity on the wire harness between the control and the user interface and found proper continuity. Per the tech sheet, advise the customer of the issue would most likely be with their user interface but did explain that their control may be causing the problem. The customer is aware that if the control is needed, that would be an additional fee. Replaced the User Interface control panel and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Customer advised that theyve noticed an airflow issue from within the unit because even after they pulled off the vent hose, there is very little airflow coming out of the dryer and the unit still heats and tumbles. Disassembled the unit and found a box cap, and a big lint ball stuck in the bottom of the blower wheel housing area. Removed all the obstructions and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not getting past the sensing portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found that whe the unit would start to spin, the lights on the control would flicker and then go out. Check voltage and polarity and found proper voltage and polarity to the unit. Took an amp draw off the unit when it was starting to go into spin and found it only pulling 7.1 A. Check the capacitor for proper resistance and found proper resistance. Checked voltage at the main control to the unit when the unit was agitating in spinning and found voltage drop coming into the control but the unit would stay on. Spoke to SW and was advised to go ahead and replace the control but that it sounded more like an electrical supply issue with the voltage dropping whenever the unit was attempting to agitate or spin. I explain to the customer that voltage should not drop when the unit is running. I replace the control and advise the customer if any other issues persist, to fix their electrical supply. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=49 degrees & FC=31 degrees. I checked the compressor and is was very hot to touch. I disassembled the FC section and removed the evap cover and found no frost pattern on the evaporator and found a ball of ice in the upper left corner on the cap/suction tubes (photos). Also found a small amount of dye on the evaporator at the cap tube/suction tube area (photo). Also found both RC door gaskets badly torn. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon inspection I found that the tensioner pulley was not rotating properly and would get stuck due to some damage to the inside of the pulley see photos. and cause the belt to slip past it and make the noise. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice and has lights out in the refrigerator and freezer sections. Inspected unit and work area. Found both upper lights in the refrigerator and freezer lights flickering. Ran the unit through diagnostics and checked the ice level sensor, ice box fan, and ice box thermistor. All checked good. Found temperatures within range of the unit. Ran through an icemaker harvest and fell and found almost no water inside of the icemaker so ice did not dump. Was able to fill the icemaker in service test number 45. Ran through icemaker error codes in test 56 and found an E5 indicating a bad ice maker thermistor. I did explain to the customer that because the temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator were at proper temperatures, the issue would either be with the icemaker or control. I explained there is no way to determine this but that the ice maker are the most common failure. Went to replace parts and found both parts had not been ordered due to them being out of stock. ; ordrng 1 W11579560 (Icemaker) and 1 W10695459 (Freezer module)"

"Arrived onsite to test unit for not cooling, tested unit found a ball of ice formed on the incoming refrigerant line but rest of evaporator is warm, unit has a failed sealed system, will need evaporator, compressor, access valve and dye drier, parts are still covered under warranty; ordrng 1 W10316760 (Thermistor kit) and 1 WPW10466675 (Compressor) and 1 W11256565 (Evaporator) and 1 WPW10143759 (Uv dye drier) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Called tech line and they deemed issue a wiring harness failure in the cabinet.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not running or not running all the time. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found stored error code for wash motor not energizing and no heat. Ran test and found motor not energizing until the end of the test cycle. No heat due to wash motor error. Putting customer down for Thursday the 9th. Customer will contact office depending on outcome. Collected for diagnostics.

"Arrived onsite for a washer that will not agitate or spin. upon arrival, I tested the unit and found that it was struggling to agitate. I got it to agitate by helping it along by hand same issue with the spin which is a sign that the capacitor is going out or has gone out. I am ordering the cap and setting return date ; ordrng 1 W11158830 (Cap)"

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is making a squirreling noise when in use at times. Upon inspection I found that the tensioner pulley was not rotating properly and would get stuck due to some damage to the inside of the pulley see photos. and cause the belt to slip past it and make the noise. Upon further inspection I found that the roller/supports at in need of replacement because they are also sticking when rotating ordrng 1 DC93-00634A (ASSY MOTOR PARTS;27 DRYER)

Arrived on site for oven controls controlling opposite ovens . Found harness reversed . Switched harness . Test and found controls controlling correct oven . No gas leaks detected at time of service . Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for door not closing all the way. Test unit and found door closing correctly and noise is when cooling fan goes from speed 1 to speed 2

Arrived on site to replace sump and motor. Replaced sump and motor test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for Exhaust fan not blowing properly, flap missing. Upon arrival inspected unit and found damper in cabinet. Test fan and Found blower is installed incorrectly and blowing forward. Need to reinstall blower. Removed microwave from cabinet. Removed blower and reinstalled in correct position. Installed damper that was provided. Test unit and is operating as designed. Job complete"

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not dispensing water or ice. Found ui locked up and reset unit by power cycling it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher door that will not stay open. I found the hinge pads broken. I replaced the pads and the door is functioning properly. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator leaking water out the front of the unit again. Examined refrigerator compartment and found water pooled under the deli drawers in the bottom. Found water in evap drip pan as well. I used a borescope and checked the drain hole, and found the drain was completely choked out by foam. I was able to bore through the foam and open up the drain hole so the unit could properly drain (pictures in SD). Verified proper function. Repair complete. Called into tech line and documented under SR 7735864536. If issue repeats it needs to be called into tech line with pictures."
