"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned on in Bake mode at 400 degrees. Customer advised that its been tripping the breaker at 400 degrees but doesnt reach preheat every time. I turned the unit off and placed it in diagnostics and checked error codes and found none. Pulled unit from the cabinets and placed on my oven dolly. Turned the unit back on in Bake mode at 350 degrees and tested voltage to the elements and all are getting proper voltage. Turned unit off and tested ohm readings at the bake/broil elements, blowers, lights, convection fan, thermostat and all are within range. Checked voltage at mentioned components and all are receiving proper voltage. Inspected all wiring and Amin control and found no breaks or damage. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer have a licensed electrician inspect the breaker.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fresh foods section with ice build up. Upon further inspection, I found the RC evaporator engulfed in ice (photo). I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube at the back of the unit and found it badly gapped. I sealed the tube with silicone (photo). I advised the customer that due to the amount of ice on the evaporator, I would have to reschedule and get authorization to replace parts. No water leaks observed during service and unit is still cooling. Recommended that the customer unplug the unit 48 hours before return service to allow defrosting.; ordrng 1 W10843055 (Hv control) and 1 W11457241 (Drip pan kit) and 1 CNOTE (Authorization) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

Arrived on site for ICE BUILD UP ON THE BACK INTERIOR WALL OF FRIDGE SECTION TOWARD BOTTOM OF FRIDGE. We gained access to the interior back side of fridge and found ice ball. We gained access to back of the unit and tested voltage and resistance to defrost thermistor at main control found to be all good. We checked drain tub found no worm air leaks. We cam to the conclusion that the drain pan has bowed. Ordering drain pan and shims ; ordrng 1 W11457241 (Drip pan) and 1 WP482338 (Silicone) and 2 Shims (Shims)s

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with frost building up in the back of the fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, I found a block of ice/frost built up on the RC evap cover and at the bottom on the drip pan. Arrived onsite for refrigerator making loud humming noise. Upon arrival I found the unit making normal noises. I can hear the compressor buzzing. I added some sound pads between the condenser and chassis. I am not hearing any abnormal noises at this time. FC= 0 RC=39. I added some sound pads and zip tied the cardboard panel on the bottom to the condenser as I would push on the cardboard and could hear a humming noise. I advised the customer to monitor the unit. Job complete.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling and no power. Upon arrival I found the compressor running but no fans. I accessed the compressor area and found a fluctuating amp draw from the compressor. I accessed the windings on the compressor I found that from 1 point to the other showed 30 ohms the next 2 showed 10 and the next showed 18 when all windings from point to point should be 12 ohms indicating a failed compressor. I noticed some discoloration on the condenser line where the sleeve is I wiped away the brown and put some leak detector on the spot with the compressor running I did not see any evidence of a leak at that spot. I spoke to PR and we determined the unit will need a compressor, non UV drier, and Orion board to complete the repair. Requesting SS tech and 2 - 3 hour time frame for repair. Office to R/S ; ordrng 1 W11393142 (Compressor) and 1 W10843121 (Non UV drier) and 1 W11109499 (Non UV drier)"

"Arrived onsite for unit not freezing. Looked inside the unit and found that the food was only cooling like a refrigerator and that the food was thawed out. Checked evaporator and fan. Fan was working as it should. Evaporator looked to have an uneven frost pattern. Called Techline. Had me check amp draw to the compressor and saw it was 1.1, said it was good. Said that there maybe a sealed system issue. Asked about temperature of the unit is placed said that Temperature cannot fall before 40 degrees but there is no temperature recommended for how hot of an area the unit can sit in that it may cause the unit have any cooling issues. On arrival I had customer show me the trouble area, and found some ice built on top of the freezer compartment by the door. Door gasket for freezer keeps pulling out and isnt sealing well. Replaced door gasket and heated. Found good seal. Customer also advised me some things were freezing in one spot in the RC. Found airflow channels obstructed. Powered temp 1 setting and advised to keep channels clear and all should be good. Unit now working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for freezer not freezing. Upon arrival I found the unit at 30 degrees inside. I was not able to load a techsheet so I called techline for assistance. We found the evaporator thermistor out of range and the evaporator encased in ice. They recommended replacing the thermistor to complete the repair. SR#7731655659.
