"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker had failed in the middle of a harvest. I inspected the harness at the bottom left corner and all wiring looked good. I found the harness bracket under the unit was badly bent up. I adjusted the bracket (photos). I tested voltage to the ice maker and its getting voltage. I removed and replaced the ice maker and as soon as I plugged it in, it began to harvest. When I barely moved the FC door, the ice maker stopped in the middle of the harvest. I checked the harness at the bottom hinge again and found some of the wiring to have bends in them and the protective covering was white. While checking the harness, I moved it and the ice maker began to harvest then stopped. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the FC door SS and CNOTE-RESEARCH HARNESS BRACKET. I called techline to provide assistance on the situation SR#7731706331 he advised to check incoming voltage to the jazz board and if there is 120Vac to replace the jazz board. I confirmed voltage to the jazz board.After programming all fans came on and then compressor. I waited and could feel cold air coming out of the vents in the FC. Arrived on site for washer not functioning past rinse cycle. Upon arrival I found f7e1 error in diagnostics. Upon further inspection I found belt had cam had come slightly loose from gearcase. Gearcase had no evidence of failure when tested. I reassembled and righted cam down as much as possible and reattached belt. Found error no longer present when weight was added to unit during tests. No leaks during repairs. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that won?t spin out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does not get past the wash cycle and will stop before it goes into a rinse or drain and spin. Placed the unit and service diagnostics and found an F7 E7 (motor unable to reach target rpm), and F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error codes. Around the unit through a manual spin speed test and that unit spun for about 45 seconds before quitting. Went through stored error codes again and found that the motor was unable to reach the target RPM. Went through the tech sheet and tested resistance and voltage through the shifter and the motor. The motor ohm?d out 5.7 k ohms on both windings. Checked voltage going to individual components and found proper voltage. Was unable to check continuity between the harness due to the unit being an entertainment center and the control being up at the top of the dryer. Used vent tester to determine airflow-results came back poor for electric dryers (pic in SDQP). Also, checked blower housing and vent hose. Found no blockages or excessive lint build up. Also, advised customer to purchase a new vent hose that is more heavy duty and less flexible to shorten the hose distance allowing better airflow. Unit functioning as designed. Call complete."

I inspected following parts and found results (Broil/16ohms, bake/23.2ohms, sensor/1.083kohms, tod/0.1ohms) after further testing I found ACU had failed. All connections within unit were secure. I replaced ACU and found unit heating but sensor wasnt changing resistance in accordance to the temp changes. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Tested the lid lock assembly numerous times and it only faulted one time. Tested the unit several times by starting cycles and was able to replicate the issue.. Ran through diagnostics again and found that F5 E1 error code. Replaced the latch assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for icemaker leaking into bucket. Upon arrival customer pointed out to me that whenever the icemaker is filling after a few seconds he would notice water dripping near the front of the icemaker around the motor and tray. I was able to confirm the complaint after running a harvest cycle and found that the tray with the ice is formed is separating from the motor itself and could not be repaired , replacement of ice maker. After I reassembled unit I thoroughly tested ice maker and found it no longer leaking. Call complete

Arrived on site for washer not filling after previously repaired. Upon arrival found F8e1 long/no fill error. Upon further inspection I found a lot of corrosion around ACU connector to inlet valve. I called whirlpool techline and spoke with Ed Sr#7731689870. Was instructed after doing visual and resistance tests to replace ACU. After repairs I showed customer that washer was filling and cycling as designed. No leaks during repairs. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that wall drain. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint in service diagnostics and checked underneath the unit. Found one of the wires disconnected from the drain pump connector. Reattached wiring and tested the unit. The unit begin to work as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for ICE BUILD UP ON THE BACK INTERIOR WALL OF FRIDGE SECTION TOWARD BOTTOM OF FRIDGE. We gained access to fridge evaporator found it incased in ice. We cleared the ice from the evaporator. We installed the drip pan kit. We installed the shims into the drip pan to prevent it from warping. We used silicone to seal the evaporator housing and cover. We reassembled the unit

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not starting and tripping breaker. Power cord connection good . Out let is tripping breaker with nothing plugged in . Plugged dishwasher in another outlet ( disposal) . Ran diagnostics,no error codes . Unit ran diagnostics complete . No water leaks detected at time of service.

Arrived on site to install new on/off switch and to repair the damaged power cord. Gained access to the on/off switch and damaged section of power cord. We repaired the power cord. We then replaced the on/off switch. We powered the unit on. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete
