Arrived on site for range not working. On inspection found the oven had a error F1E1 control board lost communication. The remedy said to kill power for a few minutes and try again. Arrived onsite for a microwave that is not heating and making a weird noise. The customer stated it makes a loud humming noise. I tested the unit confirming the noise coming from the HV system and found the magnetron not firing. The customer also stated the unit does not vent correctly and blows out the top filter causing grease to build up on the cabinets. I found the damper not fitting in the house air duct correctly because the duct is to low not allowing the dampener to go all the way inside the duct. I explained to the customer that the house duct needs to be corrected. I found the capacitor open and the diode burned up causing the no heat condition. I found the magnetron and HV transformer both in spec. I replaced the diode and the capacitor. I tested the unit and found it putting out 1000 watts and working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer that makes a clicking noise and struggles during the spin cycle. The customer stated it makes the clicking noise in agitate also. I found the gearcase with a bad spot in it causing a drag when turning the basket by hand. I checked the lower unit components and found the rotor screw had backed out and there was gear oil everywhere under the machine. I showed the customer. I found all the lower unit parts in good condition except the gearcase.

"WRX986SIHZ00 Arrived to inspect no ice. Upon arrival, the customer advised me the unit has, since calling in about the ice, lost its ability to keep items frozen within the FC. FC temperature measured at 25?F and RC was 40? The FC had not been opened for many hours, prior to my arrival. The compressor could be heard running and the front of the condenser was cool (floor/room temp) to the touch. I found the braze joint at the dye drier had failed and was showing signs of long-term leakage. Tapping the system, the static pressure was 19/19. I recovered the system and then corrected the leaking the sealed system. I vacuumed to 210 microns and allowed the unit to sit for an additional 15 min. Holding vacuum, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge. The unit started cooling as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking. On inspection found water by the compressor and all over the floor. When I was looking for the leak water from the top of the unit was hitting in the head. Saw water running down the back of the unit into the tray where the compressor sits. On further inspection found the icemaker fill tube had a hole in it and was spaying the bottom of the cabinet and running down the back of the fridge. Replaced the fill tube and tested unit. "KURL114KSB00 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the control that was ordered by prior tech and there was no change. I elected to instal the UI and still no change. I verified all loads and sensors, the unit finally engaged and this unit is one of the type that has a several minute dwell time prior to cooling system engagement. I found the cause of the beeping was loss of cooling and the unit has a failed sealed system. There was no heat on the high side and only a 5-10 degree cooling at the evap for. Gurgling could be heard within the evaporator and I suspected a low side leak. During inspection, I found the rubber protector on the evaporator split and contacted the tech line, tech Butch. I advised of my findings, but the tech said that the compressor will still need to be replaced prior to any further steps. File# 7736146659. Office to order compressor, service port and dye drier. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making a vibrating noise hen the compressor kicks on. Upon inspection I heard this noise and found that it was coming from the condenser vibrating against the chassis I tightened up the bolts holding the condenser to the chassis and then adjusted and leveled the chassis and found the the noise went away. "MVW7232HW0 Arrived to inspect noise. I entered service test mode and found F0E3 stored. The units installation allowed for an excessive amount of FR to LR movement and was corrected via leveling leg adjustment. I inspected the unit and found no signs of oil loss and there was a slight amount of flashing on the rotor teeth and was able to clean them up. I removed and replaced the slider and re-calibrated the unit. Automatic and manual testing showed the unit operating as designed. No,rakes observed during service."

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed control and pressure hose. When replacing pressure hose found a notch and pin hole underneath factory tape. Calibrated control and verified now advancing through cycles as designed in quick wash. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived onsite and found unit with f7-e7 error code and complaint of intermittently not completing the cycle and throwing an f7 error. Tested in diagnostics and all basic functions operating as designed filling washing draining and heating. Advised customer on findings and advised that the intermittent failure was seeming like possible electronics failure possible degrading connections. Unit is 18yrs old. Customer not interested in further repair options.

Arrived on site for refrigerator with broken front lvl feet/wheel. Upon arrival I confirmed issue and found foot bent/damaged. Replaced right side roller asm and releveled unit. Found unit opening and shutting doors as designed. Call complete 254-541-2775 Danny

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was grinding when in use. Customer said they had heard it a couple times, and unit is new. I tested drain fill and cycle functions and found all operating smoothly. Water likely wasn't entering the unit at the time, so wash motor was running with no water. Water supply is good at this time and there are no further issues. Unit working as designed. I recommended customer grab a video if the issue happens again. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the wire harness and the switch harness and it made no difference. The unit would not stop sparking. I then switched out the spark module and still no difference. I took my extension cord and plugged the unit into a different outlet and the center burner was working correctly but the other burners were still sparking. Called WP tech line we found that the unit was missed wired from the factory wrong. I reassembled the unit in while it was plugged into my extension cord it was working correctly. I unplugged the unit and plugged into the outlet under the cooktop and it started to do the same thing again. I showed the customer that it woks while connected to my extension cord but not to the outlet under the cabinet. Customer is going to get the outlet looked at.

Arrived on site to install new cooktop. Verified approval from trade partners to install. Replaced cooktop with new. Verified unit working as designed. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for range not preheating. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found bake element wiring and element connections were fried from making contact with back panel. Replaced element and wire connector and retested unit. Found unit heating as designed J16J7A0DPL1. Call complete

Arrived on site to replace sliders on fc door. Upon arrival installed both parts then reassembled unit. Found door working as designed call complete

Arrived on site for wall oven showing f6e6. Upon arrival confirmed complaint but couldnt replicate issue after running 350 temp check in oven. Reset power and cleared error. Found unit working as designed. Call complete
