Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon inspection I found only 70 Vac getting to the inlet valve indicating a bad diode on the harness. I replaced the harness and tested voltage again. I found now only 17 Vac getting to 2 valves and 120 coming to the 3rd valve. I spoke to PR and we determined the harness I installed has a bad diode. I am re ordering the harness. The customer brought to my attention. The lower right hinge is very squeaky when opening the door. I will order the closer to replace as well on return visit. On arrival she let me know that the unit has been fine for several days and she has not noticed anything out of sorts, but still wants it checked out. Checked temps and found Fac at -2, RC at 36 with compressor off, and ice was present in the bin. Checked damper and fans and found all operating fine, and no surging. Checked all door gaskets and all gaskets tight with no gaps. Checked under pantry Ui and found no water. Can not find any faults with the unit, it is working as designed.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will get stuck after about 15 to 20 minutes and will continue to wash but will not advance through the cycle. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found all individual components working properly. Spoke to PR and was advised that the issue would most likely be with the OWY sensor not picking up the towel wash temperature in the dishwasher had reached washing temperatures. He advised that will happen within that time frame due to the unit having finished the prerogative se and starting the regular wash cycle. Replaced OWY sensor and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed and ran through a full 25 minutes without stopping. The unit counting down and is working as designed. Call complete.

The customer advised her even when they were pulling and pushing from the middle of the door, it doesn?t always completely shUt and is causing the refrigerator doors open extremely easily. "Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s leaking out of the bottom. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after the unit seems to go through a defrost, water seems to trickle onto the floor from the freezer section. Confirmed the customers complaint and found ice at the bottom of the freezer dripping onto the floor. Took off the bat cover and blew through the drain tube. Did not find any obstruction in the drain tube. Steamed out ice and water debris and found it difficult for water to pass through. After several attempts, was able to get water to drain through to the drip pan underneath the unit. However I did find spray foam insulation coming up through the drain tube as I was able to do that. Was able to get the unit well enough to drain water properly. Advise customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Gained access to splutch cam and found cam was making the noise. Removed splutch cam and didnt see any oil from gear case. Removed splutch cam and installed new splutch cam. Ran through diagnostics and still heard splutch cam making a noise, but not as bad. Found actuator was not turning fully to engage splutch cam into agitate or spin. I had an actuator in my truck stock so I removed the actuator and installed the truck stock actuator I had. Noise is gone with new actuator. Washer spins and agitates as designed. Noise is gone. Went over loading washer in loose heaps and amount of detergent to use.

Tech stated pressures weren?t terrible but a little off as well as wattage being just a little off. Tech ordered another nitrogen test and to peel back Black shrink wrap that covers evaporator connection to copper line. Inspected main control and tested harness and it wasnt sending the proper voltage to the dampener. Removed control and installed new control. Dampener now opens and closes based on the command in diagnostics its given. Tested ice maker dispenser and flap opens and closes on crushed or cubed and you can hear the motor turn the auger as dispenser is pressed. Explained to customer we cant test the ice maker dispenser because there isnt any ice. Once the ice maker begins producing ice they can test it. If it still doesnt dispense I recommended they call their warranty company to have us return. Now that dampener and main control have been replaced they fridge should start operating as designed.
