Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to replace the magnetron, inverter board and oven blower due to a rattling noise the unit has been making. I tested the microwave and heard the noise and once I had the unit pulled out and the top panels removed, I retested and found the microwave fan housing loose and making the vibration noise. I found 3 screws; one holding the fan housing in place, was loose and the metal panel around it was stripped causing the screw to work its led loose during unit vibration. I replaced the 3 screws with larger sheet metal screws and retested the unit and the noise stopped. I reassembled the unit and retested and it is operating as designed. Once I had the unit placed back in the cabinets, I retested and it continues to operate as designed. Demonstrated for the customer as well. No parts needed to be replaced. Job completed."

Removed the power cable and tested voltage at end of power cable. Verified proper voltages and polarities. Isolated L1 and tested, breaker still trips. Tried with L2 and breaker trips. Isolated all loads off the timer and breaker still trips. This indicates a failure of the wiring harness, since breaker is still tripping even with everything isolated.

I tested temps in the RC section and found it to be 39 degree and the FC section was 2 degrees. I found the freezer (FC) to be packed too tight with food items not allowing for sufficient airflow (photo). I removed the items and removed the evap cover to inspect the evaporator and it had a good frost pattern. While inspecting it, the unit was going into defrost mode. I inspected the air vents from the FC to the RC and they were clear and allowing good airflow. I placed the items back into the freezer (photo) and advised the tenant to not block the airflow at the back of the shelf and to keep that gap open to prevent the issue from happening later on. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=0 degrees and the RC 58 degrees. I found no airflow coming through the diffuser. Removed he diffuser and found ice blocking the airway. I removed the FC evap cover and found a good frost pattern; ice on the bottom of the FC section and the return airflow completely blocked with ice. I checked amp draw at the compressor and got 1.49amps. I also found the evaporator drain tube clogged with debris and ice formed at the top of the FC door. Based off my findings, it appears the customer may have accidentally left one the doors open or something inside the unit kept the doors from closing properly. I recommended the customer unplugged the unit and allow it to defrost for 24-48 hours and then plug it back in and the unit should operate properly. I had my customer sign a waiver of damages from defrosting the refrigerator and recommended they place towels around the unit to catch any water that may leak out. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the evap drip pan and drain and cleared the drain tube at the back of the unit. Unit was left unplugged and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection I found the chassis severely warped in both sides and this allowed the door gasket to fall into and away from the outer wrapper, causing air leakage into the chassis and subsequent icing.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling well in either compartment. I found the FC at 25 degrees and the RC at 63 degrees. I tested the compartment thermistors from the control an they all registered the same. I tested the defrost thermistors from the control and they tested good. I tested the fans and found them working. I found the compressor warmer than normal. I could hear refrigerant pumping thru the capillary tubes when running test 40 and the compressor was ramping up. I checked minimum and maximum temps for the last 6 hours and the FC showed 72 and -18 degrees and the RC showed 72 and 32 degrees. The customer stated the temps had been the same all day. I explained to the customer that there could possibly be a compressor issue but there were definitely some control issues because of the readings I was getting. I did a power reset and explained to the customer to monitor and let us know if it corrects the issue and to let us know if it doesnt.

L1 was verified to the motor, but it would not operate. The motor tested within the Mohm range, which was far too high and denoted failed windings within the stator. After reassembling unit I found ACU was sending a constant 120v to pump even though unit wasnt in flood mode. Called techline and spoke with Sterling sr#7735900413. Was instructed that ACU used for repairs was faulty and had stuck circuity leading to drain pump going from 19-30 ohms during tests. Replaced drain pump while on site. Arrived on site for dryer not heating correctly.upon arrival confirmed issue and found unit shutting down between 1-4 minutes and saying unit was done drying. Found no errors in diagnostics. Arrived on site for washer not starting. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found lidlock not latching properly. Upon further testing I also found slider not adjusting into place accurately. Replaced slider and lid latch then reassembled and tested unit. Found washer working as designed with no leaks. Call complete ; ordrng 1 W10734521 (Slider(from Tg truck stock))

Arrived on for a refrigerator that is having door issues to where the rc door will not close properly. Upon arrival I adjusted the door hinges and the gasket and got the gaps to closed that where present when the door is closed. But after a few minutes the gasket/door started separating from the chassis again. I am ordering the rc door and returning with the shim kit. ; ordrng 1 LW10912110 (Rc door)

Arrived on site for a dishwasher repair that is making a humming noise. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has been making a humming sound when the unit is not in use. She advised that it also sometimes will turn itself on when no keys are pressed. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and could not replicate the sound the customer was hearing. The customer showed me a video of what was going on And could hear the sound but could not determine if it was coming from the dishwasher or not. The customer advised that she had several people there and that was the only thing in the area that was being supplied electrical. Tested the unit several times and still could not get the unit to fault. Spoke to JC and was advised the issue may be with the control. 1974#-#1956 Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Found ice maker water line is obstructed. Attempted to remove obstruction with no success. Recommend replacing line. Needing 2man on return visit and office to reschedule.

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was unit making rattling sounds. Entered diagnostic and found retrieved error codes F9E1 long drain and F0E5 off balance. Found a bad drain pump and also found slow fill from water valve.
