Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice or dispensing water after the filter was recently replaced. I tested the unit and found the filter head no passing water. I replaced the filter head and tested the unit. There was good water flow thru the filter head but when operating the water dispenser there was water leaking from under the refrigerator. I found the water line coming out of the bottom of the liner that goes to the bottom of the FC door with a 3 split in it right behind the compressor. Arrived on site to test unit for unit not heating to 350 and not turning off. Customer said it only got to 275. Checked error codes no error codes found. Turned unit on to 350 and unit presented to 350 and unit turned off. Couldnt duplicate the problem at this time.

Arrived onsite for a range that has a gas leak at the back of it. The gas was cut off at the rear of the range on arrival. I turned the gas on and tested all the fittings and the hose along with the wall shut off valve. I tested with bubbles and my electronic leak detector. I found no gas leaks present so I tested all the burners and the open top valves and tested the connectors at the oven safetys. There were no gas leaks present anywhere at this time. I advised the customer to turn the wall valve off and on once a year to keep the graphite grease in the valve good. I explained to the customer how the regulator vent works and he suspects this could have possibly been an issue because of all the work in the area.

Upon further inspection, the customer advised they push the start button and will hear a click noise and the unit wont go any further. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics several times and it failed each time. I tested the unit in each wash mode and it operated as designed with every selection. Attempted diagnostics one more time and it failed. I advised the customer of my findings and tests performed and advised that I can not get the unit to duplicate the issue theyre having. "Arrived on site to inspect range ovens not functioning. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with both oven start button indicators on and no oven lights on when opening the doors. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it went into diagnostics, but would not perform any tests afterwards and there no was indicator sound that it had gone into diagnostics. I tested voltage at the control and got good readings. While testing, the oven lights turned on; the left oven start light turned off and the right light stayed on. I cycled power to the unit and the left start indicator came back on and right turned off. I tested voltages again and got results. I removed and replaced the main control and when I cycled power, the unit was back to where I started when I arrived with both oven lights off and the start button lights on and no operation. I tested the cooktop and found the front middle burner taking too long to ignite. I am ordering the UI, expansion board, main control and the front middle burner. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling well in the FC and not making ice correctly. Ms stated it had made some ice but stopped again. I checked actual temps and found the FC at 9 degrees when set at 0 degrees before the 3 way valve switched to the RC and I found the RC temp at 35 degrees when set at 33 degrees. FC thermistor reads 23 degrees on the UI control and the FC evaporator thermistor reads 18 degrees at the UI control. The RC evaporator thermistor showed 31 degrees from the UI control and the RC thermistor showed 35 degrees from the UI control. From the main control the FC thermistor read 12.38kohms and the RC thermistor read 7.85kohms the FC evaporator thermistor read 10.68kohms and the RC evaporator thermistor read 8.71kohms. All the thermistors were reading pretty close for the amount of time the unit was off. I ran the test inverter and watt meter on the compressor and the compressor hit 168 watts but would not hold the wattage and it dropped immediately to 74 watts. The compressor needs to be replaced. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 ( basket speed fault) error code again. Spoke with claims and was advised that this would be covered under the previous 90 day repair. Ran the unit through a high speed spin and found that the unit stopped spinning after about 45 seconds indicating the actuator could not read the basket spin speed. Replaced the actuator with a truck stock actuator (W10913953) and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they press the heated dry key, the indicator light doesnt come on anymore. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E4 and F6E6 and I noticed the heated dry indicator is not lighting up. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. While testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw to the components. I interrupted testing and checked inside and found a large amount of soap suds in the bottom of the tub. Customer advised they rinse their dishes before placing them in the dishwasher and they use Dawn dishwashing liquid to rinse them. The unit is operating as designed, other than the control panel indicator. I also found the Cancel indicator is faint. I am ordering the control panel and scheduled turn service . Arrived onsite for fridge tripping the breaker. Customer has change the plug and the breaker. Customer say that seems to trip the breaker after the use the ice dispenser. I open up fridge to remove the IM and it was frozen in place I could see ice frozen on the bottom candy that the IM sits in. I tried to remove the IM and could not due to it being frozen in place. Told customer that I was ordering a new icemaker and that this one needs to be defrosted when we come back so it can be removed. Office to reschedule when all parts are in. "Arrived on site to test unit for pooping sound and tripping breaker. Found ground wire in power cord connection was pinched through wire shielding/insulation and making contact on L2. Cut bad piece of wire out and reconnected. Also moved wire to prevent from being pinched. Tested unit, unit now working as designed. "Arrived on site for dryer over heating, burning and leaving water in vent hose. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found dryer could heat as designed while not being connected to venting. Using tests kit I found major clog in vent of home and could see clog externally outside of home. Instructed customer toHey would need a dryer vent cleaning in order to resolve issue. Arrived onsite and installed LED kits to restore lighting in refrigerator. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed all checks good.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I found the gear case was in failure as well and would require the gear case and slider. Prior to further repair, attempted removal of the wash plate retaining nut was not possible without damage. Due to the additional cost of the gear case, slider, wash plate and nut, the customer elected to forgo further repair. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for washer not filling correctly or completing cycles. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found f8e1 in diagnostics. Found cold side of inlet valve not opening fully during any tests. Replaced valve then reassembled and tested unit. Found no leaks and washer now working as designed call complete

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator making buzzing noise. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found that customer was experiencing a combination of normal operating noises. Identified for customer the difference of the compressor, evaporator fan, Ive harvest , fill, and dampener. All of these components have motorized noise. Sometimes a combination of mechanisms may seem to be slightly louder at times. Also unit is placed in a large open area which makes noise more audible in the area. Instructed customer on reviewing owners manual for normal operating noises. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for dryer not spinning. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found motor failure at shaft and also damaged belt. Replaced motor and replace kit. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived onsite for washer stopping mid cycle and not spinning clothes out properly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran test and found failed capacitor. Also found small leak from cold water supply hose. Replaced Capacitor and tested. Also tightened supply line at valve. Unit no longer leaking and all test passed. Recommended customer keep an eye out the supply line. If water is noticed need to replace hoses. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site for fridge making a humming noise. No one answered the door. I called techline and spoke to Andrew, I spoke to him about the previous repair and the noise from the Evaporator fan is normal and there was no change once the motor was replaced. Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for range. Replaced control and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on site to diagnose an oven with a loose handle. Found handle mounting screws loose and replaced installed handle properly. All is working properly at this time.

Arrived on site to replace compressor for refrigerator. Replaced compressor and filter drier and followed r600 procedures for vacuum and charging. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site to install upper rack stops. Replaced both top rack stops and verified proper operation. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found evidence of a defrost issue in the freezer section. Removed the evaporator cover and went to check the heater. Found that the black connector on the freezer harness leading to the heater had backed out of the connector onto the heater. Checked the heater and found proper resistance. Reattached the connector piece to the heater and forced to defrost. Found the defrost heater coming on and operating as designed. Helped the customer manually defrost the evaporator and advised her to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking out of the back. Inspected unit and work area. Found the cold water valve leaking from the backside of the valve due to a crack. Replace the inlet water valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

The customer advised that the unit will fill and drain but dishes are not getting wet and the soap is not dissolving. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found the same issue.
