Checked lid latch to test with known good Latch and latch was cracked. On further analysis I found the belt and splutch cam had a lot of black coating, like belt has been slipping. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT720PADM2 Arrived onsite for dishwasher showing F2E2 error. Upon inspection I found the UI dead. When I tried putting it into diagnostics it would just show F2E2 and no lights would illuminate. I tested the main control and found it outputting good voltage to the UI. I found evidence of a leak under the vent fan assembly. The fan most likey failed and allowed steam to reach the UI.

MICROWAVE GE PEB2060DM2WW "Arrived on site to inspect microwave with intermittent operations. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit heats off and on and sometimes doesn’t work at all. I removed the unit from the cabinet and emoted the outer cover and found the sensor burnt as well as the connections were burnt/melted beyond repair. Tracing the wiring, I found the sensor connects to the RY2 relay an the fuse board. Fuse checked good. Tested relay and it was out of range, but I was getting voltage while the unit was off and when the heating components came on, voltage dropped to 0V. Also found where the connections to the monitor switch and the bottom door switch were burnt, but the switches appeared to have been replaced before. I found that one of the connectors on the sensor is barely attached which could be the reason heating is intermittent. I am ordering the main control, sensor and harness and will return with and replace the switches. .; ordrng 1 WB18X10477

OVEN KITCHENAID KEBS207BSS00 Arrived on site for wall oven not reaching set temp. Upon arrival customer had inside of lower oven disassembled. Customer let me know they had been checking temps with a thermometer and that the lower oven seems to not be finishing food as quickly. I tested temps in upper oven (not able to test in lower) and found average temp at 330. I calibrated temperature for the customer +30 per there request. I advised customer not to test the heat with a thermometer via user care guide. I also advised customer on temperature fluctuation in the units. The heat never fell on its face and unit is working as designed.

RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFE550S0HZ1 "Arrived on site for an oven has a door that won’t close. Inspected unit and work area. Customer had the door closed via a bungee cord and had numerous parts pulled out of the door. See photos. Customer advised that the door was falling off so he removed all the inner parts to avoid the door from falling onto the floor. Found hinges and insulation retainer warped and door trim broken. Customer advised that when the hinge broke it was bending the frame of the door and thus causing the door to fall. He advised due to this issue he removed the inner parts of the door to lighten the weight of the door to keep it up. Could not determine if all parts were present. It did appear that at least the door insulation strip was not present if not possible screws. Unit would at least need new hinges, receivers, door trims, insulation retainer, insulation strip, outer glass door, Whirlpool badge, and screws for repair.

Upon arrival customer stated that they had noticed since the last repair that they felt the icemaker would run a lot more often than he used to and being more specific the customer stated that she felt like it run every 5 to 15 minutes on its own at random. I was not able to find an air code indicating any issues and I ran multiple harvest test on the unit to verify was getting proper voltage and that the water in the bowl was only being supplied power where it needed to build the icemaker and after multiple attempts I was finally able to verify that whenever the icemaker complete the harvest cycle sometimes it will continue To advance into a new harvest cycle even though it is not frozen the previous filled water. ordrng 1 CNOTE (OFFICE TO VERIFY WITH CUSTOMER IF THERE’S A SOONER TIME TO MAKE REPAIR) and 1 W10882923 (icemaker)"
