Entered diagnostics mode and confirmed multiple stored error codes: F1E1 relay board failure, and F2E1 shorted or stuck keypad. Attempted to activate the blower fan manually and found that it is not operating. A non-functioning blower can cause the internal electronics, including the control and relay boards, to overheat and become damaged. "Arrived on site for dryer WED4850HW0 with issue of tripping breaker. Upon arrival inspected unit. Breaker is in tripped position . Unit is running on a 30 amp Eaton gfci breaker. I turned breaker back on. I test polarity and is correct. I got 121v from L1 and L2 to neutral and zero from neutral to ground. I ran a vent test and passed. I ran a time dry with high heat to observe heat cycle were performing correctly. I continued to allow unit to run and did not Tripp the breaker. After series of questions with customer, it appears that it is intermittent and not tripping breaker all the time. I cannot duplicate a breaker tripping issue at time of visit. Arrive on site for a washing machine model MVW4505MW1 that is not advancing or draining. Inspected unit and work area. I found the unit flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code and the basket full of water on arrival. I put the unit it on a drain and spin and checked underneath. I found multiple repairs made to the existing wiring but could not visibly see a split. I checked voltage at the control and found the control trying to activate the drain pump with 120V. I checked resistance at the drain pump and found proper resistance. Inreplaced the wire harness W11643701 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"I arrived on site for a dryer model, WED5010LW1, that won't close the door. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has had a hard time closing the door since they bought it and that recently, it's gotten to the point where it will pause in the middle of the cycle and not complete. I did confirm that the drier door was not fully closed and found the strike broken. I replaced the strike 279570 and found resistance at the bottom of the dryer door, causing the door not to stay closed. I attempted adjusting the inner door and hinges and could not get the door to stay shut when running the machine. I spoke to GC and was advised to order all pertinent parts that could be needed for repair. "Arrived on site to inspect wall double oven WOED5930LZ01 tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with power as the display was on. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested the upper oven on Bake at 500 degrees. The upper oven completed preheat without tripping the breaker. I tested the lower oven on Bake at 500 degrees, and after the broil cycled twice, the breaker tripped. I removed and replaced the lower oven control and retested, and again, it tripped. When I cycled power to the breaker and closed the breaker box door, the breaker tripped. The breaker is an Eaton GFCI 30amp breaker. I researched the installation requirements and found this unit should have at thd least a 40amp breaker. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the lower oven elements, and found the broil element has the silicone eraser type seals. I removed and replaced the broil element and performed a burnout on the lower oven, and it completed the burnout. While testing, I found the unit is getting 245V; the bake and broil were both within amp and ohms range. The unit is operating as designed. I contacted the builder and advised of my findings and repairs and recommended that the breaker be replaced with a 40amp breaker. Job completed. No one on site to sign for the receipt."

I attempted to cycle power back on at the breaker, and it wouldn't hold as it tripped before I closed the breaker box door. I disconnected the upper broil element and attempted to cycle power at the breaker, and this time, it held in the on position. I cycled power back off and removed and replaced the upper main control and upper broil element and cycled power back on. Performed a burnout in the broil mode only, and the unit operated as designed. I performed a burnout in Bake mode at 500 degrees, and again, it operated as designed. I attempted to perform a burnout in broil mode on the lower oven, and approximately two minutes into the burnout, the breaker tripped. I found the lower broil element seals, which are the silicone eraser type as well. I am ordering the lower broil element and scheduled return service for 10/22/25. I contacted the builder to advise of my findings and return service. No one on site to sign for receipt.; ordrng 1 W11617232 (Lower broil element)"

Arrived on site to look at model WCGK5036PS00 for customer complaint of gas smell. I used gas leak detector to try and detect a leak. No leaks detected. I did have to adjust all burner valves to ensure proper simmer.

After further conversation with customer, we believed the issue to be either control or thermistor. This was due to the freezer section having no issues and actually getting too cold when the setting was on max cool. This led us to believe a refrigerant leak was highly unlikely. Replaced control WPW10675033 and evaporator motor W11087438. Instructed customer to wait 24 - 48 hrs to ensure both sections are working properly. No leaks observed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect range WFG320M0MS0 cooktop abnormal flames. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the cooktop burners on the right side had abnormal flames, and their carbon monoxide alarm went off. I tested the cooktop burners and the oven burner and found all flames normal, blue in color. I found an occasional orange tip on ths flames, but nothing to be concerned about. I provided a video of how the flames can get if there's a humidifier in the home, and the customer advised that the flames never got solid orange/yellow. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and if they continue to have issues to schedule service. The unit is currently operating as designed, and no gas leaks were detected during service. "Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine KUIX535HPA02 making occasional noise during use. Unit was on and producing upon arrival. No abnormal noises were noted during normal cycle or diagnostic tests. Reviewed a video from the builder showing a slight cabinet rattle. Checked the rear panel; noise may originate there after extended operation but remains within normal levels. Advised builder to secure unit to cabinet with hinge mounting screws to reduce vibration. If issue persists, sound pads for the rear panel could be applied. Currently, noise is considered basic cabinet vibration and not abnormally loud. Call completed with no water leaks verified."

"Arrived on site to test unit WMH31017HS10 for tripping breaker. Upon arrival maintenance stated the breaker will trip as soon as a cycle is started. Applied power to the unit and verified proper door switch operation, no breaker trip occurred during door function testing. Engaged a cooking cycle and allowed unit to run for 3 minutes without interruption. Removed unit from cavity for internal inspection and found diode showing thermal wear consistent with repeated heat cycling. Replaced diode (W11256462). "Arrived on site to test unit WDT970SAKZ3 for F8E4 error code. Upon arrival customer stated they ran a cycle overnight, and by morning the unit was displaying an F8E4 error code. Entered service mode and retrieved stored fault codes F8E4 (float switch open) and F9E2 (drain motor electrical problem). Cleared all codes and initiated a test cycle. Mid-cycle, paused operation and observed excessive suds accumulation inside the tub, indicating oversudsing. Error codes did not return after test cycle completion. Determined cause to be detergent-related, unit is oversudsing due to pre-rinsed dishes, use of pods, and presence of a soft water system. Advised customer to run an empty cleaning cycle to remove residual soap, discontinue use of pods, and switch to liquid detergent to prevent recurrence. Unit is now operating as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit MVWX655DW1 for not progressing through the cycle. Upon arrival customer stated unit remains stuck on sensing, makes a repeated clicking noise, and then cancels the cycle. Entered service diagnostics and found stored error code F7E5 (shift fault). Cleared code and initiated a manual test cycle. Verified actuator energizing, however, a repetitive clicking noise was present, indicating the splutch assembly was not fully shifting. Performed visual inspection of the drive system and found the shifter arm loose and excessive wear present on both the drive belt and splutch assembly. Replaced splutch assembly (W10721967), actuator (W10913953), and belt (W11239857). Reassembled and ran a calibration cycle successfully. Conducted an automatic test cycle and verified all components engaging properly with no abnormal noises. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven KOSE500ESS20 temperature concerns. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they attempted to cook on Convecti9n Bale at 225 degrees, and after approximately ten minutes, the food was burnt. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes, and found none. Once I had the unit back into consumer mode, I tested the unit in Convection Bake, and when I went to change the temp settings to 225, I found it was set to Celsius and not Fahrenheit. I showed the customer my findings and advised that a setting of 225 degrees Celsius is equivalent to 435 degrees Fahrenheit. I demonstrated to the customer how to change the temperature scale in the clock/tools selection. I changed the scale to Fahrenheit and tested it, and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed, and no parts installed."

I ran the factory mode and also in quick wash. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site for a dryer model WED4815EW1 that is making knocking sounds when running the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advises that the noise starts immediately when you start the dryer. I tested the dryer and confirmed the customers complaint. I disassembled the machine and found 5 beads stuck in the felt liner on the front panel. I removed the beads out of the felt liner and reassembled the machine. I tested the unit again and found the unit begin to work and operate as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete. No parts were installed.
