On arrival customer clarified that they didn't smell raw gas, but that the odor from cooktop and oven combustion had increased in strength. I tested the unit with the customer present and found as follows: Flames in both the cooktop and oven were healthy and blue, no gas leaks were found at all, and there was no indication of any failing parts with the range. I advised the customer that the likely cause of the odor is from changes / scent additives from the fuel source. Unit has not had any changes made, and is working as designed. I called safety and advised unit is working as designed, and the odor is not affecting function or any danger. Unit should be used with a vent hood / blower routed to an external venting exit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dispensing crushed ice on the cubed selection. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that intermittently, the unit will dispense crushed ice when they have the unit on the cubed ice selection. They advised that it doesn't happen very often. I tested the selector, and it changed properly. I tested the ice dispenser, and it operated as designed on both the cubed and crushed selections. I inspected the ice bin and the dispenser motor and solenoid, and all parts are in good standing. I explained to the tenant how ice will get caught/wedged in the auger and will get broken up or crushed even on the cubed selection. Also, they may see a full cube from time to time when getting crushed ice. Also, I found the unit installed properly, but the side wall to the left of the unit is too far out, and when opening the refrigerator FC door, it will hit the wall. I recommended the tenant place a bumper on the trim at the bottom of the wall where the door hits to protect it from getting damaged. The customer advised that the unit has been flashing since they called in for repair and that power cycling, the unit did not seem to fix the issue. I found the unit in the middle of a drying cycle with the control lock on. I don't know, unlocked the control lock, and was able to advance the cycle. I canceled the cycle and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found an F6 E4 (float switch open) error code. I tested the unit, running a diagnostic cycle, and found the unit working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that it appeared his machine was working properly, but that the unit got stuck with the control lock. The customer explained that he spoke to SW in our office and that she had diagnosed the issue over the phone. He advised that she told them we were going to be replacing the console. I tested the unit and found several of the keys hard to press and activate. I replaced the console W11255650 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete."

Arrived on WTW4855HW3 washer making clacking noise during agitation. I ran the unit and heard plastic hitting. I looked underneath the unit and found a cat toy in between the pulley cover and bottom of the cam. I removed the cat toy and tested the unit. The noise is now gone and the culprit was the cat toy hitting the bottom of the cam white agitating. No damage to the cam only the cat toy. No leaks. Call complete. Showed customer aswell and they will be weary of the cat. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site to unit 3120 to inspect refrigerator tripping breaker. Head of maintenance informed me that this occurred randomly a few times over the last year. Upon further inspection, I took temperatures and measure 37RC and -2FC. Both fans and compressor were operating without issue. I unplugged the refrigerator and checked all the wiring and found all wiring and connection in good condition with no shorts. I plugged the unit back in and placed it into service mode and went through all tests and activated all components. I cycled the icemaker and observed how the water was filling the tray properly. I could not replicate the issue or find any indication of why the refrigerator was tripping the circuit breaker. I called Saftey however they were out of the office. Will call Saftey to document. "Arrived on site for low water level. Upon arrival, patient a diagnostics and found cold water trickling. Proceeded to replace W11210463 valve. Retested and now unit is functioning as designed . No water leaks detected at this time"

Arrived on WTW8127LC1 Washer making grinding noise. I replaced the gearcase and slider as the slider was damaged and gearcase oil has leaked out due to the rotor bolt being loose. After replacing parts installed ran a DLMS and tested unit. Unit no longer makes clunking noises and is operating as designed. No leaks are present. Call com0lete. Arrived on WTW4816FW3 washer with pump running. I verified a F3E1 pressure sensor failure is present. Under s code S153EB I replaced the W11603810 control and tested the unit. Unit now operates as designed and no leaks are present during service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit WOES3030LS01 for breaker tripping during bake cycle. Customer stated breaker trips at various times whenever a bake cycle is used. Entered service mode and found no stored error codes. Initiated a 350? bake cycle and monitored, unit reached set temperature without issue and continued to operate an additional 15 minutes with no breaker trip. Verified unit is receiving proper voltage with correct polarity, and harness inspection confirmed wiring is intact. Advised customer to contact builder to have breaker replaced, as issue is isolated to the circuit. Contacted SAFETY to document SR#7742453257. At this time unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived on WTW4850HW3 Washer pump running. I confirmed drain keeps running and a F3E1 water pressure sensor failure is present. Under the S code S153EB I replaced the control and tested unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with torn gasket and refrigerator door bin plastic separation. Upon further inspection, I found the right gasket to be torn which resulted in an air gap. The problem with the bins are considered a cosmetic issue and will not be covered. I removed and replaced the gasket and formed it to make a good seal. The refrigerator is operating as designed now. Arrived on WMH31017HS10 Microwave for not heating. Upon arrival maintenance stated all they could tell was wrong is the vent fan wasn't running. I tested the microwave and found it heating and all operating besides the vent fan motor. I found the vent fan motor has failed and requires replacement. Ordering W11441128 MOTOR-FAN and set to return 10/01/25.; ordrng 1 W11441128 (Motor-Fan)

Arrivred on site for ice machine not making ice. Found water not coming into the unit. Removed filter and it got better but not strong. Replaced water valve and water now coming out strong. Customer provided a new filter for me to installed. Installed filter and verified operation. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, the maintenance personnel provided the POP showing the unit is in warranty. I found water in the unit and closed the door, and pressed the cancel button to engage the drain pump. The pump turned on and sounded as if it were pumping the water out, but the water wasn't flowing. I checked the disposal and found the knockout plug removed. I removed the toeplate and found debris clogging the drain hose, which appeared to be bread or something else like it. While the drain pump was on, I shook the drain hose and tapped it on the floor and was able to dislodge the debris and the water drained from the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. The unit is operating as designed, and NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE, job completed."

"Arrived onsite KTTS505ESS2 and found unit operating with hitch in the closure. All alignment and installations factors appeared straight and correct. Lubricated the track and rollers with white lithium grease, unit now closes smoothly. Unit is correct and operating accordingnto the design. No parts. Advised Mrs. Regarding repair and directed that any further questions regarding product satisfaction could be directed to Kitchenaid customer care."

"Arrived on site to inspect range, tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit on Bake at 500 degrees to perform a burnout, and after approximately 2-3 minutes, the breaker tripped. Following the service pointer W11490386, I removed and replaced the bake and broil elements and removed the ground, and performed another burnout on Bake at 500 degrees. While testing, I tested voltage and got 246V. Tested amp draw to both elements, and both are within range. Once the burnout was completed, I reconnected the ground and performed another burnout on Bake at 500 degrees . The unit completed the burnout out, and I allowed the unit to continue to heat for approximately 20 minutes. Contacted techline and spoke to Kurt andmadvised of the complaint, my findings, and repairs. Kurt provided SR#7742478175. Job completed. W10956603, W11182108, no one available to sign for receipt"

"Dishwasher WDF330PAHS3. Unit was not washingfilled with water but just sat there and drained. Pulled unit out, ohmed wash motor, and found open windings. Removed and replaced wash motor w11025157. Reinstalled dishwasher and ran unit. It filled with water and started washing with no visible leaks. Advised customer to use rinse aid for optimal drying and hard water."
