Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher leaking water from front panel. Met with builder and he informed me that the leak was coming from front left only. I removed the kick panel to inspect under the unit while running a wash cycle to see if there were any leaks coming from anywhere under the unit. Found none. Upon further inspection I found evidence of a leak at front left corner of the unit. Then realized that the unit was not leveled (left side lower than right side). I adjusted unit until both sides were at the same level. Then tested unit one last time still no leaks detected. Unit operating as designed.job complete. (KL)

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has done the same thing six times where it won?t heat. He advised that twice it happened immediately when they started trying to use the unit and for other times after they have been heating other things prior. Disassembled unit and tested door switches. Found all door switch is operational and working as designed. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7731424810. He advised again that because we are unable to replicate the issue, there is no way to be able to determine what is causing the problem. He advised against any repairs until we could replicate the issue and start testing with the unit in a failed stateReassembled unit and the unit worked as designed. Tested the affected burners and found front left burner was sparking, but not lighting. Rear center burner had uneven flames on both sides, even with burner cap centered. To resolve the front burner sparking, swapped the position of front left and front light burner heads. Made minor adjustment to positioning to allow for a longer spark. Retested and verified that front burners are both working as designed now. Replaced rear center burner head and reseated cap. "Arrived on site for Takes over an hr and a half to preheat. Builders followed previous instructions by tech and unit is still not working. Placed in diagnostics and got F9E1 (miswired). Cleared error code. Gained access to control and tested voltage. Only getting 113 when should be getting 240. Explained to builder either the junction box or breaker needs repair by an electrician. Builder stated the junction box was re-wired recently after our previous visit. Builder stated they were going to replace the 30 amp breaker today to see if this corrects the voltage issue. Oven is testing fine without any other error codes, just not heating due to lack of voltage. Explained to builder once breaker is replaced to test oven by setting to 350 preheat. If oven still isnt working we would come back to ensure its getting 240 or if it is finally getting 240 what else is not allowing it to heat. Job completed."

Was not able to get accurate ice box temperature due to doors being opened. Performed diagnostics mode cycle ice maker and found ice dumped. After taking off off IM cover, found the jumper wire was disconnected. Ran IM harvest, unit completed harvest, dropped the ice, and filled. IM thermistor reading proper temps. Confirmed operation of IM fan. Reconnected jumper wire and made sure wires were in proper place to prevent jumper wire being disconnected when installing cover back on. Advised customer to give 24-48 hours for proper ice production. Unit functioning as designed. Call complete."

Placed unit and service diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) and F7 E7 (motor unable to reach target rpm) error codes. I ran through numerous checks checking through the harness and checking resistance through the shifter and motor. Found resistance everywhere that I checked and everything appeared to be within range. Around the unit through a manual high speed spin and found the unit was shut off after about 45 seconds.
