Pressures were good at 2/125 to 130. Evaporator has a good frost pattern. Recommended the customer to monitor the unit and if they notice any change in temps to notify our office. "Arrived on site and inspected unit for front burners not lighting properly. Inspected all burners and found front burners are slow to light, and back middle burner will not light on its own.

Arrived on site for a washer that was not spinning well and leaving clothes wet at the end of the cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated the only time the unit would spin is if they ran a drain and spin cycle. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E5 for off balance load and F7E6 for motor fault. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit ran through as designed. I individually activated each component and found it ran through as designed. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I then gained access to the control and found good voltage their as well. I ohmd out the motor windings and found them within range. I then ohmd out the capacitor and found it open. This indicates a failed capacitor needing to be replaced. I am ordering the capacitor and the office will need to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11428524 (Capacitor)

Arrived onsite and found that the customer was expecting the base model vent hood to have a full grease trap cover like some of the higher end models. Advised and instructed customer on design of vent hood and explained that the unit was set properly and operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a cooktop with the front left burner not igniting. Upon arrival the customer stated the burner almost never lights, but sometimes will after being held down for a very long time. I tested the burner and found it sparking as designed. I could also smell the gas coming out of the unit. I found the unit was propane and the orifices were correct. I switched the burner head and cap with the burner working. The left front burner still did not work. This indicates a possible regulator or orifice holder problem. I am ordering both parts. "Arrived on site for a built in microwave not heating. I tested the unit with a cup of water and found it heating as designed. I had the customer walk me through how they used the unit and tested it again. I found the way they used it was correct, but the unit was no longer working after the first test. I could hear the mag run prior, but now could not. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I gained access to the internal components. I ohmd out all fuses, thermostats, transformer, capacitor, and mag. All checked good. I found no wire or physical damage on anything. I called techline and spoke to Bruce and received SR# 7732150418. We ran the unit when uninstalled and checked voltage to the transformer. We found good voltage. We ran this test several times and every time the unit energized and ran/heated as designed. I installed the unit again and tested it several times. It continued to work. We found the unit was possibly installed incorrectly and the chassis was potentially crooked. Due to this the switches were not making proper contact every time. I could not replicate the issue at the end of service. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Upon arrival reconfirmed prior diagnosis but found cause was due to the blue wire (connected to black wire in previous nots had a fault plastic lock coming loose when plugged in. I had to zip tie a small tie into lock to prevent any slipping or disconnect issue. Unit now functioning as designed. Call complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon arrival tested unit and found no water flow. Tried pulling unit for inspection but was getting hung up on floor. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Removed hv board and installed new hv board. Tested water dispenser and still no water dispensing. Removed top left hinge cover and disconnected water line then gained access to the valve to disconnect the water line from the valve. Tried blowing through line and air wouldnt travel through. Line is frozen over inside cavity of fridge. Called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Robert. I went through the issue with Robert and he stated the line is more than likely getting frozen over due to a void above the ice bin housing inside the liner of the refrigerator.

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling properly. Found water valve failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for Circuit breaker has been tripping, only after cycle has finished. Breaker would reset OK and dishwasher would run fine. Breaker no longer resets. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through diagnostics and all cycles completed without issue and element heated as designed. Tested junction box and was getting 120. Tested outlet and it was good. Removed front panel and found cola colored liquid had dropped into the panel above the control and also the vent fan gasket was not seated properly and torn and hanging loosely. Resecured vent fan gasket and reinstalled front panel. Also, bottom right torque screw was loose and not holding the front panel completely secure. Reinstalled front panel and powered dishwasher back on. Explained to customer the loose vent gasket could have been allowing steam to enter the interior panel and causing the control to short. They will try running it to see if the door being sealed properly along with the gasket seated properly will make a difference. No leaks detected. Job completed."

Arrived on site for dryer not starting. I inspected the unit and found the door switch failing. I closed the door and the unit would start. I held the switch down and it started. I installed the new switch. I tested the unit and had the tenant test it. It is now working as designed p.

"Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the main control, UI, dispenser and vent wax assembly. As I went to replace the heater I found the source of the leak was actually coming from the inlet assembly on the left side of the unit and running down to the heater plug then dripping down. The cap inside the tub was not screwed in all the way. I screwed on the cap and tested the unit multiple times.

Arrived onsite for unit not completing cycles. Tested the unit and heard water barely trickling in. Upon further inspection. Found the cold water was stopped up and would not fill. Replaced the water valve. Tested the unit. Flow was better but it did not fix the issue. Upon further investigation. Found that the control was bad. Replaced the control. Tested the unit and unit was washing like normal. Tenant and owner stood by to hear the unit work as well. No issues at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for range with loose knobs and control panel. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I found 3 knobs loose. I found the control button assembly slightly caved into the panel. I accessed the rear of the control and found the right side screw to the bracket loose allowing it to cave in. I corrected the screw and pushed the unit back into place. I replaced the broken knobs and the unit is working as designed at this time. No gas leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Found using customer documentation the average temperature in top oven was 339? and lower was 341? with temperature set to 350? on bake mode. Powered unit off at circuit breaker. Gained access to control and measured resistance on both thermostat and found at 1098 and 1100 ohms. Measured resistance on both bake elements at 20 ohms, both within range. Customer was concerned with bottom having a larger swing in temperatures than top. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with JR. He stated temperature swing was within tolerance and does not recommend to calibration. (Sr#7732147769).

"Arrived on site to inspect washer vibrating badly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit vibrates/shakes badly during a spin cycle. I removed the front panel and tested the unit on spin and the unit did vibrate more than normal. I found that the snub ring or snubber is no longer in place as its deteriorated over time due to use and age of the unit. I found a large amount of surface rust and rust on the bottom panel of the unit as well.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly in either compartments. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Found rc evap had clogged drain One plus small defrost issue built up around drain. Also found FC was not evenly cooling due to rc failing to cool and FC evapmwas unevenly frosted. Cleared drain line. Removed drain line and found no clogs. Found no clog in FC line. Was unable to clear rc drain line from either direction. Found hot air has been leaking through a partially collapsed rc drain line causing defrost issue. Informed customer of findings.Call complete

"Arrived on site for fridge making a noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I Lund ice build up only on the left side of the rc evaporator. I put the unit through a forced defrost. I gained access to the control and tested the defrost circuit. I found good voltage to the circuit and it showing closed. I tested all thermistors. I found the rc evaporator thermistor reading 40 degrees while it is Incase in ice. I found the damper door continually opening and closing when not prompted too. I am ordering the hv control, drip pan and returning with the rc evaporator motor to complete the repair. The office will reschedule when we have eta on the parts. Arrived on site for washer not spinning cloths out or draining correctly. Upon arrival I confirmed issue and found f7e6 motor speed fault error. After further inspection I found actuator had popped out of place. Replaced actuator with updated version. Reassembled and tested unit. Washer now functioning as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a dryer not heating well. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit takes several cycles to dry, and was no longer catching lint in the lint trap. I tested the unit with the airflow test kit and found bad airflow for all dryers. I then checked the temperature fluctuation at the vent with it on and off. With the vent on I found very slow fluctuation, and when I took the vent off it normalized. This indicates bad airflow at the wall. I informed the customer that they should get their vents cleaned, and due to the airflow being so bad not to run their dryer until they get it cleaned.

Arrived on call for complaint of lights rotation but not allowing the cycle to begin. Found lights moving left to right the way it does in a calibration test. Held the start button until it stopped then ran a diagnostics test. All cycles pass test. Washer now working properly.

"Arrived on site to diagnose double wall oven with the lower oven door switch not recognizing the door being closed, I gained access to the unit and found that the top three screws of the unit are loose on the tread causing the inner door to move back and forth when closed. I removed the three screws and replaced the screws with van stock, the unit is now operating properly as designed,

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that needed a check up to make sure it functioned. Property owners had found these in storage and was unsure if they worked. Installed units and hooked up water. Put unit in diagnostic mode and tested components and ran a calibration. I had to put unit in diag mode via removal of the AA1 jumper. F70 error comes up, but the unit finishes the calibration fine and works. Units are testing good and responding to commands, so these should be good to go. Advised customer to contact Maytag commercial for assistance in setup if needed and to get keys.

Arrived on call for complaint of no heat. Checked voltage to dryer and found it was good checked ohms at heater and found it open. After installation test operation element heating properly.
