Arrived on site for IM not producing ice fast. On inspection there was ice buildup around the IM from the weeping valve. Steamed the ice away any replaced the IM. Called for water and it filled the ice tray up without spilling water over the edge of the tray. The unit is operating properly an no water leaks detected during service.

"11087872603 Arrived to inspect unit not starting and F1 code. I found the relay to the motor would always allow 107VAC to the motor, whenever the unit was plugged in no during attempted startup, there were no relay clicks heard. The door hinge has failed, but unlikely to be the cause of the issue. Thermal fuses and sensors were intact. Inspection of the control board showed the failing relay had caused the motor side relay contact to destroy the solder joint and pin, likely due to overheating, requiring control board replacement. Further testing revealed jumper-ing the P9 connections and applying power proved the motor circuit intact.

"WT7600HWA Arrived to inspect draining issues. I found the dispensers were full, but after watching the unit for a few minutes, I could see very slow flow of water entering from the cold side. The tub was also 20% full upon arrival and eventually drained in its own. Removing the supply lines, I found a large amount of softener resin beads within the valve assembly, causing the valve to not fully close. I removed and replaced the valve assembly and tested. The unit had full function and the trickle of water was corrected. I advised the customer of the issue and thoroughly flushed the hoses prior to reinstallation. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making any ice. Upon inspection I found the the ice maker was not sending voltage to the water valve. I installed the new ice maker and tested unit and found unit operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the freezer section is fine but the fresh foods section isnt cold enough. I tested temp,sin the FC=12 degrees on a setting of -3 degrees and the RC=44 degrees on setting of 33. I pulled the unit out to check the compressor and found a sealed system has been done on this unit and the customer did not know of any repairs, other than the ice maker, had been done on this unit. I placed my gauges on the system and on it equalized, it appears there is a slow leak beginning on the high side as its showing to be a little low. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found all fans operating and the compressor was at .76amps when I first tested and it is now showing .45amps. I found no signs of ice buildup in either compartment and all door seals are good. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended the contact the manufacturer to schedule a sealed system repair (compressor). No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven not turning off. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with power as the display was on. Customer advised that when they went to bake a pizza and the item was done, they attempted to turn the unit off and it failed to turn off so the customer had to turn the unit off at the breaker. I tested the unit on bake at 350 degrees and after preheat I pressed the stop key and the unit turned off. I tested the unit on convection bake at 350 degrees and after preheat I pressed the stop key and the unit failed to turn off. I cycled power at the breaker and was able to get the unit to turn off. "WOC54EC0HS20 Arrived to inspect microwave not working. Upon initial inspection, I found the interior microwave light would not illuminate when the door was opened. Inspection revealed one of the leads in the previously installed interlock kit was on the incorrect microswitch spade and I corrected. I found the interlock W11033422 sent out was for a different model and the W11555169 that had been installed prior, was correct. I traced all connections per MFG documentation and after ensuring proper routing, powered the unit while removed from the mounting and found all functions to be present. The door having to be pressed on to get the unit to work, which was the initial customer complaint, is caused fully by the units mounting into the cabinet. The front lower vent does not have enough clearance and is causing the entire body of the machine to lean back into the cabinet at the top, pressing on the upper, outer microwave door opening flanges and preventing the usual and expected door operation. The unit will require shimming material placed directly under the left and right feet, at full depth into the cabinet, to correct the issue. Due to the interior bulb being out and the main microwave fuse being blown, we will return and place the customer provided shims under the unit. Microwave is working at this time. "Drive down site for the washing machine that is flashing an F0 E7 (load detected during a clean washer cycle) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were able to clear that code and have since understood what that means but that they had heard some abnormal sounds coming from their washer. She also explained that she was having water dripping at the front right corner of her washer during the last spin. I ran the unit through an auto test in the unit rate as designed. The customer ran a load of clothes, and I finished through the first wash and spin. Could not detect any abnormal sounds present in her washer. During the spin portion of the cycle, did notice that water was pulled inside of the bleach dispenser, bezel, as the unit was spinning and vibrating, found little droplets were dropping on top of the Tub ring and were creating water droplets on the floor. Spoke to JC and was advised that the water droplets may be caused due to the bezel, but that the other issue may be that because the unit has hot water running to it during a white cycle, moisture may be building up on the top of the cabinet and dripping down towards the front. Arrived on site for a microwave that is tripping the breaker immediately as the breaker is turned on. Inspected unit and work area. Checked the interlock switches for continuity and found the right upper interlock switch would not move. Went to remove the interlock assembly and found the screw for the interlock stripped. Attempted to remove the screw anyway and found all of my bets were continuing to strip out the interlock screw. Replaced that one switch and tested the unit. Still had the same issue. Checked all other switches and found the other side switch always showing continuity regardless of door position. Spoke to JC and was advised that we would need to drill out the screw and replace the screw with the interlock screws. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is running on its own. Customer says unit stays locked and starts making noise. Tested and found noise is constantly running drain pump. Verified codes F3, F11, F24. Codes call for control to be replaced, along with pressure Switch and hose, and also drain pump in 1 go to break the drain loop. Unit is stacked in an RV and customer has been made aware it MUST BE UNSTACKED AND MADE ACCESSIBLE FOR US. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with UI not lighting up or being usable unless both doors are opened. Called tech line after reviewing the wiring diagram. Tech line recommended that i replace the Yoda and Genesis boards to resolve. I changed out the genesis and yoda controls and retested. Verified issue is still present. I further confirmed that if either door is open all lights stay on, and triggering the freezer door switch only shuts off the user interfaces. Called tech line again and spoke with travis. travis said to check the J5 connector on the Gemini board and make sure pink is in terminal 1, Grey terminal 2, and double check proper polarity at the outlet. Outlet Voltage can't be under 108. If those items check out, we can replace the power board and call tech line back, SR7736219180. Set return visit for 4/26.
