"Arrived on site for fridge losing power. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit working. I inspected the deli UI and harness. I found them both good. I activated the fans, defrost heater, fascia heater, and the ice maker. I none of them causing the unit to power cycle. I gained access to the control in the back of the unit. I found frost and condensation building up right under the control box, with a rust hole already forming.

Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. Upon inspection I found the power cord damaged and the ground on the cord terminated with the units neutral connected to chassis ground. I corrected the unit wiring. I found only 1.3 VAC from L1 to L2 with 125 VAC at each pole to neutral. I advised the customer would have to have a licensed electrician come service the outlet due to the absent voltage. I called techline to report the situation. Besides correcting the wall voltage. They advised having the cord replaced with a restraint installed. SR#7732126313. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed wheel assemblies and installed new wheel assemblies. Tested top rack and it is secure and not falling off the rails. Arrived on site for a refrigerator with a torn gasket. Upon further inspection I found the left side RC door gasket and the right side RC door gasket ripped. This rip is also allowing condensation onto the gasket and creating mold. We will need to replace both gaskets to repair the unit. The office will need to get authorization for the repair. "Arrived on site to replace previously failed top interlock switches and fuse, upon arrival I gained access to the unit and replaced both and referenced the tech sheet to verify connections on the common, normally closed and normally open terminals of the switches. I found all connections to be good and correct but when I utilized my tester fuse it would blow upon giving power to the unit, I disconnected all molex connectors to the control and the black line to the relay on the control and tested the unit with power and the door open, I found that the unit doesnt trip the breaker. I removed the filter and installed my bypass and retested and water dispensed properly. I removed and replaced the filter head/reservoir assembly and installed a new filter and tested. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the UI continuously beeping and the lights flashing. Upon arrival the customer had the unit unplugged. The customer stated they had it unplugged for several days, for the could not get the beeping to stop. They said while it was beeping they could also hear a click, almost like a relay. Once we plugged the unit in we found it working as designed. I tested the door switches and found them running as designed. Due to the customers issue and the relay clicking I went ahead and replaced the control I pin case of an intermittent issue. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine not draining. Upon arrival the customer stated that what will happen is the unit will stop mid cycle with water in the unit still. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code E38 for pressure sensor failure. Per the tech sheet I checked the air trap and pressure tube for any obstructions. I found none. I gained access to the pressure sensor and found that there was a small burn on the connector on the sensor itself. I ohmd out the sensor and found it good however. Per tech sheet this indicates a control issue.

I tested the unit with a cup of water and could feel the air leaking from the bottom right side. I removed the unit from the wall and removed the cover and found the air deflector not seated properly. I adjusted the deflector and also found that the vent was not sealed properly. I placed the unit back in its place and removed the vent cover in the cabinet above and sealed the vent and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not dispensing water. I checked the temps in the unit and found the FC at 3?F and the RC at 30?F when set to 37?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. Upon further inspection I found no excess ice build up on the evaporator covers. I gained access to the control and ohmd out the thermistors. I found the RC at 7.12k, the FC at 22.7k, and the RC evap at 8.55k. The RC thermistor is a little low for the temps at the time of reading. It is reading the unit warmer than it should. Therefore it is over cooling to compensate, which is what is freezing the reservoir. I replaced the RC thermistor. I then gained access to the reservoir and thawed it out. I also found the RC evap thermistor in the wrong spot. I adjusted this and then tested the unit. The water is now flowing as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the ice maker in the left RC door was not working. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 57 and it passed. I tested the fill tube and it failed. I found the fill tube heater is bad and ice has formed in the fill tube. I removed and replaced the fill tube/heater and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise is making a popping sound coming from the back of the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics tested the damper, ice maker, compressor and defrost and could not duplicate the noise. Took the unit out of diagnostics and allowed it to begin to cool again and still could not duplicate the noise. From the description the customer provided, I advised that most popping noises are from the refrigerant running through the lines which is normal noise. Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the customer stated they recently had a big power surge. They also provided a picture of a dirty condenser and thought it was an issue. I informed them the condenser being clogged can replicate no cooling symptoms. I checked temps and found the FC at 20?F and the RC at 53?F. I gained access to the evaporator and found significant frost build up. Upon further inspection I found the evap heater had gone bad and burnt out. I ohmd out the bi metal and found it good. This indicates only a faulty heater

Arrived on site for a dryer that is making sounds as the drum turns. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the left side wall in Denton the N-word causing the basket in drum to scrape against the cabinet as it was spinning. Found the bottom side of the dryer had been in dented at the bottom as if somebody had dropped the unit. Fixed indentation on the cabinet and tested the unit. Arrived on site for LIGHTS AND CONTROL PANEL NOT WORKING--WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND NOW JUST DEAD. Removed cover to junction box and tightened the wire nuts and heard the control click on. Unit powered on and began a cycle. I canceled the cycle and placed in diagnostics. No error codes came on. Removed wire nuts and rewrapped wires with wire nuts again to ensure they dont come loose again. No leaks detected. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was turned on. I placed my multimeter on the blue wire at the compressor to check amp draw from the compressor and then plugged the unit in. Customer advised that the unit would trip within approximately 5-10 seconds after plugging it in. The unit stayed on and the compressor amp reading was 1.3amps (within range). Customer also advised that they have seen the ice maker drilling water from the front of the tray area. When I removed the ice maker cover, I found water with rust inside. I tested the ice maker and it operated as designed except for the leak, which was coming from the motor area. I placed the unit in diagnostics and forced defrost and the unit operated as designed. I tested the other components and all are functioning properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite and exchanged bulbs. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for washer leaving black marks on clothes. Upon inspection found bellow having buildup throughout and getting on clothes. Recommended customer use affresh cleaning product in clean cycle but at this time the customer would like to replace the gasket.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new timer and then ran the unit for several minutes. The unit was now running as designed and the timer was advancing. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new paddle and spring. This dispenser is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to re-diagnose dishwasher with no power, upon arriving I gained access to the control and replaced it, I gained access to the terminal block and found improper voltage at the terminal block, I found a switch routed to the power to the dishwasher and the garbage disposal in the inside of the cabinet and flipped it on, the unit is now operating properly as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit adding water into tub and UI not responding, found when unit plugged in the water valve would cycle on and off and UI not responding, I found failed main control. I replaced control, unit would power on, but could not test unit due to failed lid lock and strike, also ordering drain pump and pads, ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 W11091027 (Strike) and 1 W11032875 (Lid lock) and 1 W11259498 (Drain pump) and 4 W10688364 (Pads)s and 1 Cnote (Office to reschedule)"

"On site to install previously diagnosed parts. Ran diag cycle. Unit stopped when attempting to go into spin and error code displayed F7E1 tachometer missing or wrong signal. Replaced ACU, encoder, UI harness. Ran diagnostics cycle and found same error code. Checked connections underneath unit. No change. Ordering actuator for return. Arrived on site for door not opening all the way. Tested the unit and noticed it was missing pads. Installed pads and tested unit. Unit tested good. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to replace gearcase, cam, and belt, after replacing all parts, unit tested good.

Arrived onsite for range with error code F1E0 internal board failure. Upon arrival code was confirmed. Accessed rear of unit for inspection.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven with the temps dropping after about 10-15 minutes of running. Upon arrival I found that the customer had preheat the unit and canceled it to change the temperature. I advised him that this reset the temp on the UI and this is why he saw the number drop. He had stated prior to the first appointment he had only had his cookies burn once, and had not experienced this with anything else. Due to this on the last service the temperature was adjusted down. I found the real concern was that after the last appointment he was having to run his cook times longer. I had found the unit was adjusted down -30?F. I walked the customer through how to calibrate the temperature in the tools, and advised that he may have to adjust it a bit to find the best setting for him. We adjusted the temps to only -5?F per customer request. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then activated each relay and found them running as designed. I powered down the unit at the breaker and gained access to the upper oven temperature sensor. I ohmd it out at room temp and found it at 1k, which is accurate. I found no mechanical failure on the unit. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that has odor issues. Found no failures to unit at this time and advised customer on best cycles and options for best performance. Also advised on clean washer cycle frequency of use. No leaks were found at time of service.
