"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with ice clumping in the bin. I removed all the ice out of the bin. I found the auger motor not working and the ice door not working. I found the auger shaft frozen in the door and the wires all corroded with 2 of the wires broken out of the molex connector. The ice button is also missing. The ice chute in the door is leaking because ice caused it to pop up and unseal it to the liner. The door needs to be replaced along with the door, motor, possible control, and the bin button but the door has been discontinued

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault F9e1 diverter cant find position f9e2 diverter stuck f6e1 low no water. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the diverter leaking. I also found the low rack tracks sticking in place.

Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the damper, right RC door gasket, mullion and installed a spacer on the left door inner liner. Using my heat gun, I shaped the door gasket and tested door operations and it is sealing properly. Tested the damper and it is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect venthood light not functioning on low setting. Upon further inspection, the builder met us at the home and advised that the light functions now. I found the bulb to be a LED and recommended they use a regular bulb in the unit. Also found the on low setting, the bulb produces a hertz flicker and goes away on high setting. I explained to the builder why the hertz flicker occurs. Job completed."

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Prior to part installation I inspected the unit and found the microwave oven spacer (required with this install- 17 5/8 cutout) was not installed and the microwave chassis was allowed to sit on the interior cabinet floor divider, which cannot handle the weight of the unit. This causes the chassis to tilt back because the front is supported by the cabinet facing boards that can support the weight and the inner floor sags, causing the upper sides of the chassis to deflect in. The deflection caused the upper vent to bend and in the case of this unit, the sides, adjacent to the door, warped slightly as well, causing the door switches to not actuate unless the door is pressed on. The unit actually heats perfectly, if the door is pressed and it is due to the original installation. I contacted the MFG tech line, tech Robert and advised of my findings. File# 7734297377. I advised the CX of my findings and they will need to contact the builder to have the issue corrected and if any further issues persist, they will contact us."

Arrived to inspect no heat. I entered service test mode and found F5E1 and F7E1 stored and proceeded through testing. The heater did not have any current draw during the heater engagement phases of test mode and I removed the unit to test. The heater showed OL. R/R heating element and unit began working as designed. Discussed detergent with CX. Operational test good. No leaks observed during service.

Did confirm the customers complaint and the customer advised that the rest of the unit has been acting funky. Replace the freezer module and found no difference in the lighting ability of the freezer section. Open the refrigerator section and found that all the lights were out. Found a defrost issue in the freezer section as well as an issue with the deli user interface being completely blank. I advise the customer that their issue appears to be multiple issues with DC voltage circuit. I power cycled the unit and still found no power going to the LED modules. Spoke to CS and was advised that if the LED power supply board were the issue, the unit shouldve lit up the lights upon return of power. This did not happen. Read the customer of the script about the five door refrigerator LED and power outage issues. The customer advised that they did not want to proceed further with any further repairs due to long list of issues with this unit. The customer will just buy themselves a new unit. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replace the dryer, couplers, compressor and test of the unit. The first time the dryer stem broke so I used a secondary dryer. After a few attempts, was able to get the unit vacuumed down to 30 psi and hold pressure for 15 minutes. Charged up the unit and found the unit running at a 92 psi on the high side and -5 psi on the low side. The unit began to cool and operate as designed. Advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit over the next 30 days to ensure that the unit is working properly. Call complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sold system. Upon arrival uninstalled dryer as well as compressor but during refrigerant recovery found all refrigerant had recovered. Installed uv dryer and compressor then pulled vacuum after charging unit with 140 psi of nitrogen. Confirm there are no leaks in the system and recharge system at 5.25 ounces of refrigerant per manufacture specs. Found unit functioning as designed and inform customers allow 24 hours to stabilize temps. Call complete
