I also inspected the wiring at the bottom and I did not see the wire protector damaged so I left it alone so I wouldnt damage the protector. I replaced icemaker and tested. Unit is operating ass designed. If problems continue we will definitely will have to cut open the wiring harness to check each individual wire. Advised customer to allow unit 24 hrs to start making ice. Job completed."

Upon inspection I found that there was water left on the utensils on the 3rd rack at the top and the spoons and fork all had the concave parts facing up which causes them to retain water I advised customer to turn the brown so that the water doesnt stay in them and itll get a better dry,the dishes on the rest of the racks were dry. I noticed that the customer did use rinse aid and was using a highly concentrated liquid detergent. I advise the customer on detergent and rinse aid use. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they preheat the oven and it indicates it ready/preheat, the temperature inside the unit is too cold. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found no error codes. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 425 degrees. My next five readings were 323, 396, 331, 385, 334 for an average temp of 353.8 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care. I advised the customer that when starting a Bale cycle, they will need to press the Start button twice in order for the unit to heat in a Standard setting and not Rapid preheat. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator icing up in the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged unit in and disassembled the freezer section to monitor the evaporator. I found only the top two coils of the evap had frost pattern and the cap tube was beginning to accumulate a large amount of frost. I tested the element and it was within ohms range as was the thermistor. I pulled the unit out and checked the compressor and found it at .43amps. I advised the customer that the unit needs a sealed system repair and I verified the unit sealed system still within warranty through our claims department. I recommended the customer contact lg to schedule the repair as t(e unit will need the compressor, dye drier, access valve and main control and possibly the evaporator. Unit left unplugged for safety and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed."

Following the tech sheet provided by the manufacturer, I removed and replaced the main control and placed the old broil element in the unit as it is testing good and retested the unit. I was able to enter service test mode via the right UI controller and found F3E1, F6E9, F6E4, F1E0 stored in memory and I cleared for testing and repair. I removed and replaced the left UI and expansion board and tested. All functions returned to the left side, but the right UI would not accept commands. I was unable to clear any further codes in either UI and ruled that out. Office to order the UI and we will have both LH and RH in hand, incase of need. On this model I have been finding the heater connector pin not seated after a freeze that is keeping the heater from turning on. I order a wiring harness for the FC and returning the fan motor for evap and the thermistor. No water leaks detected during service. Informed the customer to lay towels around the fridge to catch the water as it melts.; ordrng 1 W11565110 (Wire harness)

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that was flooding water all over the place after the freeze. Inspected unit and work area. Turn on the water valves and immediately saw water shooting out from inside of the consul area. Disconnected the water and found that the valve had completely broken due to Ice buildup in the freeze. Plug the unit in and found 125 V going to the washer but no activity on the washer control itself. Attempted to run the unit into diagnostics or start a cycle and was unable to. I charge the unit up with 125 psi of nitrogen and found pressures hold for 15 minutes without dropping. Vacuumed down the unit to -31 psi and found pressures hold again for another 15 minutes. Charged the unit up with R1 34A and found pressure is equalizing at 140 psi and zero psi. The unit begin to cool and operate as designed. I advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit over the next 30 days. Call complete."
