"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F30-dispenser. The customer advised that they washed approximately 6 loads and on the last load, the detergent spilled onto the unit and during the wash the unit showed the error code and it wasnt getting any water. I removed the top and continued with testing and found the dispenser motor not operating. Tested the motor and it is open. I removed and replaced the motor and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I found that the dual water valve is making a valve chatter and explained to the customer mahout the water pressure causing the issue. Due to the vast amount of construction in their area, I advised that their water pressure is whats causing the noise. Customer thought there was an issue with the unit. Customer did not want any parts replaced at this time. Made recommendations for use and care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found where the floors have began to ripple from the water leak (photo). I inspected the FC section and found a large slab of ice on the bottom of the FC section. I pulled the unit out and inspected the dr tube and found it to be the original duck bill type tube. Per service pointer #W10632338, a P trap designed drain tube needs to be installed and the part is covered 100%. I removed the ice from the FC section and removed and replaced the drain tube and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Reset temp alarm and it is now showing 37? and -10? in freezer. Temperature read on thermal couple is -10 in freezer and 41? in fresh food section. A few minutes after resetting temp alarm compressor stopped running and freezer is showing 0?. Refrigerator has been technically cooling properly since call back was made. Inspected evaporator and found some ice around evaporator fan but nothing else strange. Customer said they heard a clicking noise coming from compressor area but that stopped on its own. Spoke with SW, refrigerator is not having any issues at this time. Cleared ice around evaporator fan with steamer.

I found out the range had been moved to unit 5058 but after arriving the unit was occupied and the tenant said it wasnt his range. I checked with maintenance again and found out it had been moved to 5085. I replaced the main control and tested the range. All functions are working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer that only fills and then it just hums and does nothing. I ran multiple diagnostic test and found the washer would agitate and spin but when I ran the hot and cold water valve test I found the hot water valve not filling the tub. I shut off the wall valves and removed the hoses and water came out of both hoses. I energized the hot valve coil and could not blow thru the valve. I replaced the valve made sure the hoses were clean. I tested the unit and found no hot water still. I removed the hose from the wall valve and turned the hot water wall valve on and no water is coming out of the valve. The customer has hot water at the kitchen sink and the bathroom. I explained this to the lady at the front desk and told her either the building line to the washer has restricted or the wall valve is defective.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with water trickling out of the FC and frosting up. I found water leaking from the ice door that had been replaced and frost building up around the bottom of the ice bin because of the door not sealing. I found the white bracket that was installed previously warped so I replaced the ice door kit again. I tested the ice door with water and found it still leaking at the bottom. I could push in on it and it would seal but it would not seal by itself with the new spring. Upon further inspection I found the outer part of the door at the top of the chute warped causing the ice door to bind at the top and not seal correctly at the bottom. The entire freezer door would need to be replaced to correct the issue

After talking with the customer I found out that the actual complaint with the machine is its not drying correctly because they cannot keep the rinse aid dispenser full because it leaks out and runs down the door. "Arrived on site for an oven that is flashing an F6 E4 (User Interface and ACU mismatch) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit had been installed early last week and after the installers left, they went to use the oven and it tripped the breaker three times. They had an electrician out and the electrician advised that the issue was with the unit. She advised that since it had tripped, there was no power to the unit. Went to flip on the breaker and found the breaker immediately tripping when the unit was turned on. Ordering the controls, user interface, and harness for repair. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not dispensing water. Mr stated the icemaker had stopped working also and neither had worked for the last few days but when he got up this morning and tried the dispenser it was working and the ice bin was about 1/3 full of ice. I found the dispenser still working. I found the refrigerator in a defrost cycle when I arrived. I waited for the cycle to complete and I tested the compartment temps. I found the RC at 38 degrees and the FC at 1 degrees. I found no gasket material installed on the left and right side of the fan shroud where it meets the air tower allowing cold air to migrate over to the reservoir. I closed the gaps up with gaskets. I explained to the customer to monitor the unit and let us know how it does. Call complete.

I called techline and spoke to Drew SR7734028844 and explained that the WATER COLUM PRESSURE has to be in range between 11-14 and the orifices SMALL .50 LARGE.99 and REGULATOR FLIP TO LP. I inspected everything and it checks good. Techline also said in simmer flame will have very little adjustment to no adjustment. I explains everything to CX and hes aware. Upon further inspection I found that the drip pans had water the was pushing the flood switch causing the unit to shut off. I found the the unit was leaning forward quite a bit I adjusted it and then found that customer was use a concerted detergent x2. I cousin not find any leaks at this time however, I advised the customer to use less of the detergent in the dishwasher and and the should keep the unit from leaking and last longer.
